Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό. Όλοι ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί, χαμογελαστοί και πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν. Η συμπεριφορά και ο επαγγελματισμός τους ήταν πραγματικά το πιο θετικό στοιχείο της διαμονής μας.

Το ξενοδοχείο, κατά την άποψή μας, δεν ανταποκρίνεται σε κατηγορία 4 αστέρων. Το δωμάτιο που μας δόθηκε ήταν αρκετά διαφορετικό από αυτό που παρουσιάζεται στις φωτογραφίες στο Booking.com. Το μπάνιο ήταν πολύ στενό και υπήρχαν αρκετά φθαρμένα ή σπασμένα αντικείμενα, όπως για παράδειγμα το ραφάκι στον καθρέφτη. Συνολικά, η κατάσταση και η εικόνα του δωματίου ήταν κατώτερες από αυτές που περιμέναμε με βάση την παρουσίαση και την κατηγορία του ξενοδοχείου.

Το μόνο θετό η τοποθεσία του μέσα στο κέντρο και το γεγονός ότι μας παρείχε δωρεάν ταξί από το αεροδρόμιο στο ξενοδοχείο.

Η φασαρία ήτανε υπερβολική με αποτέλεσμα να πρέπει να γίνει έως και τηλεφώνημα στην ρεσεψιόν. Άκουγες τις σωληνώσεις κρεβάτια και πόρτες να βαράνε ακόμα και το μεσημέρι που ήθελες να ξαπλώσεις.το δωμάτιο παλιό κακή συντήρηση γενικά.

Das Imperial Palace versprüht den Charme goldener Zeiten (musste an den Film "Grand Budapest Hotel" denken). Mir hat das sehr gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein ganz klassisches Hotel alter Schule:) Betten bequem, schönes Zimmer & Bad. Dazu sehr zentral, nahe zur U-Bahn, Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie Restaurants und Cafés.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist groß, sicher findet da jede/r etwas zwischen Brot, Kuchen, Müsli, Marmeladen, Obst, Joghurt, Käse, Aufschnitt, Eiern, Getränken usw. Ich bin aber ein Fan von Klasse statt Masse und hätte mir bessere Produkte gewünscht, z.B. beim Brot oder den Säften. Außerdem empfand ich das Haus als hellhörig, was aber auch an meinem Zimmer direkt am Aufzug gelegen haben mag.

Trevlig personal och helt ok rum. Man saknar inget och allt man behöver finns runt hörnet. Läget är great!

Sängen var lite gropig men ändå bekväm. Bafrumet lutet men rent och funkar. Man går imte spola ner toalettpapper vilket i början känns fel.

Handy city location. Easy walk to sea and many sites. Good restaurants nearby. Compact room was clean and comfortable

One of my search criteria was parking. This property does not have parking. There is a reasonably priced parking garage nearby

The Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was in a good location accessible to shops, cafes and restaurants.

-bougatsa for breakfast was amazing -Receptionist who has worked on our c/i day (9pm) was amazing, big Mbravo!!

-Breakfast very very basic, this is no 4 star hotel breakfast, -While the 9th-floor room itself was spacious, the immediate first impression upon leaving the elevator felt like entering a maintenance area.This stark contrast between a comfortable room and a neglected or industrial-looking hallway can definitely impact the overall feel of a stay.

Φτωχή ηχομόνωση, μετά από μια κουραστική ημέρα θέλεις να κοιμηθείς χωρίς να σε ξυπνούν τα διπλανά δωμάτια.

Εξαιρετικό το lobby και όλοι οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι ,ευγενέστατο προσωπικό.

Πολύ κάτω του μετρίου το πρωινό (και σαν ποσότητα και σαν ποιότητα). Πολύ μικρός νιπτήρας στο μπάνιο και πολυ χαμηλά τοποθετημένος. Δυσκολο για μεγαλόσωμο άνθρωπο.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer so wie der Balkon sauber. Das Frühstück war gut.

Leider gab es keine Balkonmöbel. Der Balkon war groß und ich hätte gerne die Abende dort verbracht

Ich habe dad Hotel mit Parkplatz resrviert, nach dem ich bezahlt habe wurde ich per mail informiert, dass ich einen Parkplatz finden muss. Dad ist Kundenteuschung. Mir wurden diverse Parkhäuset empfohlen. Das bad war so klein, dass man sich beim duschen angeschlagen hat.

Η τοποθεσία , το πρωινό .

Εντάξει μιλάμε για το imperial. Οκ κλασικό στυλ το δέχομαι. Αλλα τα δωμάτια θέλουν ανακαίνιση. Έπιπλα φθαρμένα κάδος στο μπάνιο χτυπημένος . Μια καρέκλα είχε απλά ένα κάλυμμα από πάνω που αν το σήκωνες από κάτω η καρέκλα ήταν σκισμένη. Λεπτομέρειες αλλά κρίμα εκεί χάνει πολύ την αίγλη του.

Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης. Το πρωινό ήταν καλό και η καθαριότητα άψογη...

Το δωμάτιο μας δεν ήταν στην ώρα του διαθέσιμο λόγω φόρτου εργασίας και μας κούρασε λίγο αυτό αλλά μας κέρασαν κάτι για την ταλαιπωρία. Επίσης δεν έχει δικό του πάρκινγκ σε στέλνουν σε εξωτερικά πάρκινγκ.

It was good - many choices!

Con diferencia la cama, de lo mejor en años de viajes; el aire acondicionado justito y analógico pero pasable, y la nevera normalita, sin regulador, y no se oyen ruidos de habitaciónes vecinas. En mi caso tenía terraza así que para fumadores bien. La ubicación muy buena, calle tranquila y con una cafetería/super 24h en la esquina, la plaza principal y el paseo marítimo a 5 minutos andando. Además en la confirmación te dan las 3 opciones de parking de pago más cercanas con sus tarifas medias, incluso te indican que en 2 de ellos hay que dejar las llaves, nosotros fuimos a la tercera opción 64h 45€.

Le pesan los años a las habitaciones mucha madera y la decoración cargante, la configuración del baño para hacérselo mirar, al no tener mampara y ser de cortina si te descuidas montas una piscina.

Hotel je v centre, ale stále v pokojnej štvrti. Dostupné MHD. V noci bolo ticho. Milý personál, dobré raňajky.

Sprcha len s plachtou spod ktorej zatekalo a aj cez noc tam stála voda. To dosť uberalo na komforte, keď idete na wc a prekračujete mláku. Posteľ je dosť mäkká, mne to nevadilo. Ak však preferujete tvrdšie matrace, asi to bude prekážať.

Hôtel très bien situé , très confortable , le petit déjeuner suffisamment varié . Tout pour un agréable séjour .

La chambre un peu sombre , mais comme il faisait chaud finalement , c’était plutôt un avantage .

The price I pay not satisfied

It's an architectural beauty and the prices are really low, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be valued by the owners at the level it deserves. The staff is amazing! Food was good, and it's plenty to choose from. What we loved the most were the staff, and the vintage details and furniture - the latest not being quite taken care of (at least not in the rooms)

-Our bathroom door was broken and we were unable to fully close it. This is truly a downside when you are not travelling alone. To not be able to lock the door is one thing, but not even close it... it doesn't make for a good experience.. -As mentioned above..., this building is a wonder! However..., it doesn't seem to be taken care of as it deserves. This is mostly noticeable in the rooms. Beautiful vintage furniture, beautiful architectural details, but something is off, rooms feel cold (as a feeling) and that luxurious look/feel from the photos is not what you get. The "beautiful but not taken care of" is the best I can describe it. It seems there is a combination of stuff and architectural details being deteriorated (i am not talking about "vintage patina"), and pretty odd/bad interior design choices. These takes from all the beauty.. Overall it gives a "canteen/cheep hostel/hospital" feel, while trying hard to give "royal". We only needed to stay 1 night, so it didn't ruin our trip. -To be fair, the fact that we didn't like the city, added up to the overall mood - which is not the hotel's fault. But the room window view was utterly depressing. There are very few spots in Thessaloniki which are beautiful...

Beliggenhet, veldig gode senger. Variert frokost. Hyggelig personalet. Stillig innredning basert på gammel stil. Badet noe slitt,men alt fungerte som det skulle. Lite kjøleskap på rommet. Ekstra puter og pledd.

Vi bestilte rom med balkong. Dessverre så var det ingen bord eller stoler der så vi fikk ikke brukt den. Dumt når man betaler ekstra for balkongen.

Good hotel with very friendly helpful staff at a good price.

Neuslovno kupatilo, male sobe posebno jednokrevetne, nema parkinga, doručak ispod svakog minimuma kvaliteta, hotel je najviše 3 zvezdice, ili manje.

The location is very good.

The bathroom was too small and the mattresses were too soft. The rooms don’t look as nice as they are in pictures. Also the property listed they offered parking as a facility, but the hotel does not provide free parking and you have to go to a private parking location near the hotel were you have to pay extra for it.

Good location, comfortable room, but some improvements are needed. The hotel has a very good location, close to the city center, shops, restaurants, and the main attractions. It was easy to get around and explore the area. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I also liked having a balcony with a city view. However, the sound insulation could be better, as there was quite a lot of noise coming from outside, especially from the street. The bathroom definitely needs some improvements. It did not look as nice as in the photos and felt a bit outdated compared to the rest of the room. Regarding the staff, some members were very friendly and helpful, while others were less so and sometimes did not even say hello or goodbye.

Tthe bathroom and soundproofing could be improved.

Ceilings decorations are amazing... aside from that, this is definitely not a 4 stars hotel.

The cleaners shouting outside my door since 8am in the morning and dragging what sounded like furniture in the next room. The balcony and the room design is way far from a 4 stars hotel. There was only a small puff chair in the room, no desk nor balcony chairs despite it being fairly big. The shower was old and with curtains...

- Toilet/Bathroom could not be locked. - Breakfast was terrible, and way too far below 4 stars. Options were too little, and nothing seemed fresh, and the scrambled eggs were too watery and the sweets were sugar bombs and there was no normal fresh juice. - The hotel smelled humid and dusty, especially in the elevator and hallways.

Κοντά στο κέντρο, είχε τρία ασανσέρ για τη πρόσβαση στους ορόφους, εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό

Στο πρόγευμα θα μπορούσε να είχε τοστιέραα για να γίνεται τοστ το ψωμί.

Staff molto cordiale. Letto abbastanza comodo. Posizione abbastanza vicina al centro. Esiste un parcheggio su strada ma solo per il tempo del check-in/out. Colazione non molto varia ma nel complesso buona.

Camera un po' più datata di come appare nelle foto, soprattutto il bagno che è il punto debole di molti alberghi in Grecia a quanto pare. Parcheggio solo a pagamento in struttura vicina.

Отсутствие собственной парковки, на фото номера и ремонт посвежее чем в живую.

I recommend. The hotel is good, located in the center, the staff is polite, cleaning is done every day, everything went great.

Classic, 2+2 családi szobában voltunk. Mindkét szoba homályos, gyenge világítás (hogy ne lássuk a sérült padlót?), a fürdőszobában a csempe és a csapok vízkövesek (vagy rozsdásak), a falról leszakadt szappanadagoló, a ventillátor borzalmas hangos. Az egész levegőtlen, zárt szagú.

Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο! Επίσης και το πρωινό ήταν υπέροχο.

Ha un arredamento troppo classico e pesante. La stanza era delle giuste dimensioni ma il bagno era vecchio e la doccia scomoda perché l'acqua allagava il pavimento quando veniva utilizzata.

The staff. They were always nice and understanding.

The bathrooms especially were underwhelming. They were a bit small, the shower holder wobbly and my parents had some sort of issue with the installation (can't remember exactly what). Luckily, the staff were quick to respond, but I'd rather they checked everything beforehand.

Staff non professionale. Notte completamente in bianco perché l'aria condizionata non funzionava. Abbiamo ripetutamente chiamato la reception di notte e ci hanno detto che i tecnici avrebbero risolto a breve (non è successo per tutta la notte, ci hanno palesemente preso in giro). La mattina in reception neanche una parola di scuse. Incommentabile.
