The location is quite good

We reserved the apartment a week in advance, but when we got there, it was unclean, the bed was missing a sheet, and we smelled like there was a bad odor. I called the host, but she didn't answer, so I had to reserve another apartment for the same day. I can say that the host is extremely careless.

לצערנו לא אהבנו כלום במקום ‏החדר לא נקי יש המון רטיבות על הקירות ‏המקלחת קטנה מאוד והמים בכל מקום ואין אפילו מגב החדר בכלל לא נקי, הסדינים לא נקיים. ובקיצור ממש התאכזבנו

Tout le service. Code d'accès à la chambre non reçu. Impossibilité de pénétrer dans la chambre. Service téléphonique non disponible. Il était prevu jusqu'à minuit. Nous sommes arrivés à 22h30. Nous avons passé la nuit dehors. Pas recommandable.

Кровать пахла мочой и потом, на телефон не отвечали, в комнате не убрано, везде пыль, грязь и даже мусор, душ сломан, воды горячей нет, район опасный! Как только я вышла на улицу притормозила машина и спросили не проститутка ли я?! Боже это самое ужасное место в котором я когда либо была

There is no TV at room 10.. hot water and light in toilet didn't work properly.. Hope they will invest so money to make it nicer

The hotel is very old and the place is not clean at all. The pillows and towels had hair on them, clearly from previous guests. In the bathroom, the drain cover was broken, and there was a cockroach freely roaming around.

I will never go this place again.. We didn't have hot water,Microwave, AC remote,paper,table,even plates or what they had promised in the discription. In the bathroom smell is terrible. We requested another room there didn’t have refrigerator or TV after we said about it then he told If you can’t stay go now.. This is a terrible place..

everything is very dirty. the room is not cleaned. the washbasin in the room is dirty, and the faucet is broken. the door to the bathroom in the room does not close tightly. the door is right opposite the bed and you can hear everything and see what you are doing at this time in the toilet. the stinking smell from the toilet, constantly stood in the room. even though we deliberately flushed the toilet several times. the building is very noisy, neighboring doors slam in the hallway very loudly. and also the repair workers started repairs at 8:00 in the morning, knocked and drilled something and did not let us rest. the bed is very wobbly and the mattress is very soft. if my husband or I rolled over, we both rolled onto the middle of the bed. practically because of such discomfort we did not sleep all night. there is no microwave oven, refrigerator, although the website says that they are. I will never recommend this hotel until they fix everything.This is the worst hotel we have stayed in. a very high price for such a room with such conditions. I would like to receive compensation. .

I came to Haifa for business, and this boutique hotel served as a great base for my stay. It’s very conveniently located (once you figure out where you are on the map 😁😁😁), and the facilities were just what I needed.

I would appreciate having a fridge in my room and a bit more dishes / cutlery.

The staff was very good. It's a nice, clean, and quiet place—one of the best in Haifa.

Pretty and clean apartment. We had a nice view to the harbor. But the real treat was the rooftop terrace with a wonderful view of the entire bay. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond.

Some facilities were missing like soap and a refrigerator.

Good value for money in general

The room is worth the price. When go up to the roof, can see Haifa port beautifully. The room was also clean.Thank you soo much godson

THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR OUR NEEDS. WE LOVED THE ROOF TOP AND THE VIEW.

THERE WAS A SMELL OF SIGARETE SMOKE. THE STAFF TRIED TO HELP, BUT THE SMELL WAS STRONG. ALSO IN THE STAIRWAY WE COULD SMELL SMOKE. THE T.V. DIDNT HAVE A VARIETY OF CHANELS.
