這是一間渡假村，我覺得房間是符合我對度假村的想像，房間很漂亮、乾淨，且沒有任何蚊蟲 不過最讓我喜歡的是飯店的服務，有很多免費設施可以使用，讓我覺得很值得。有泳池、大廳可以休息，下午3-5點有免費的下午茶可以享用，周二周四也有免費的按摩，另外我覺得最棒的是，每天10點前可以搭免費的嘟嘟車，接駁從alona beach的車程，而且飯店的回訊息速度很快，所以只要有需要搭乘接駁車的時候，傳訊息給飯店，飯店就會立刻派車過來，我覺得這部分真的很方便。

床邊有突起的水泥磚，容易撞到腳 另外我覺得最不方便的是房間的熱水不是很熱，從外面玩水回來沒辦法舒服的享受熱水澡，如果很在意有沒有熱水的話可能就不要住這間比較好 因為我們幾乎都是搭飯店的嘟嘟車出入，所以距離對我們來說不是很大的問題，還是覺得很方便

Hatten eine Pool Villa die war sehr geräumig und sehr komfortabel mit eigenem Pool Es gibt einen eigenen Shuttle Service der einen jederzeit in die Stadt und an den Strand bringt damit ist die etwas in 2 ter Reihe gelegene Lage wieder wett gemacht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend besonders der Service an der Rezeption (leider haben wir den Namen vergessen ) aber die junge Dame hat einen sehr guten Job gemacht und immer weitergeholfen danke dafür

Excellent place, well hidden, yet the majority n street, restaurants are easy accessible. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Pool is great, territory is well cared for.

Het hotel, de kamer en de zitplaatsen bij het zwembad zijn zeer mooi. Het personeel scoort zeer goed op vlak van hospitality en hielp ons bij elk verzoek. Zowel de taxi naar de port en een huurauto werd via hen geregeld. De gratis tuktuk naar het centrum (10min wandelen) is een mooie service! Zeker een aanrader.

What really stood out for me during my stay was the service. It was impeccable, but in a very genuine way. Everyone was so polite, friendly, fast, and you could really feel that they actually enjoy what they’re doing. They really go the extra mile. One example that really impressed me: I forgot to lock my safety deposit box before leaving the resort. I called reception and asked if someone could go and lock it for me. Literally, about 10 minutes later, it was done! And they even sent me a WhatsApp video showing me that they had locked it. When I got back, everything was there exactly as I had left it. WOW! That honestly impressed me so much. And it wasn't just this one thing. Every time I asked for something, it was done quickly and with such a nice attitude. Always polite, always with a smile, and it genuinely felt like they wanted to help rather than just doing their job. Whoever hired the reception team, especially Kate and Lace, and the rest of the staff, should be really proud. They are doing an amazing job. You can tell when people actually care about what they do, and that makes such a difference. Big thank you to the whole team for making our stay even better. This is what great hospitality should feel like!

Swimming pool, very friendly and courteous staff and the breakfast buffet was great. Not to forget the free 15-minute foot massage ;) Lastly, they gave us packed breakfast meal since we have an early flight out of Bohol (left the resort at 5am). This gesture was beyond our expectations :)

We stayed at villa #3: Leaking aircon, doors on both floors cannot be locked even with keys, cable tv not working, power outlet in the toilet (left side) is not working. Lastly, replace existing table napkins. They’re too soft/thin & small/short.

Weinig minpunten: het schoonmaakpersoneel mag wat consistenter werken. Soms werden handdoeken vergeten of juist te veel neergelegd, en één keer bleef het vuilnis staan. Dit hebben we besproken met de manager, die onze zorgen serieus nam — dat was prettig. Al met al absoluut geen reden om dit prachtige resort niet te bezoeken.

Otel personeli güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi. Otelin konumu biraz içeride kalsa bile, çarşıya ulaşmak çok kolay, ayrıca tuk-tuk hizmetleri de var biz kullandık. Odamız üç kişi için oldukça yeterli idi banyo geniş yataklar rahattı Odalarda havlu, terlik, temizlik ürünleri vardı. Ayrıca Tv de farklı platformlar oluşu bizi sevindirdi. Havuz güzeldi. Havuz çevresi ferah peyzaj çok güzel Kahvaltı yeterli idi beklentiyi karşıladı. Ama saat 10:00 gelmeden yapmak lazım sona doğru ürünler kalmıyor.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. De kamer was prachtig, personeel super lief en ontbijt heerlijk en uitgebreid! Alleen vond de omgeving echt niks zó toeristisch en alona beach was verschrikkelijk overal wordt je massages en sieraden aangeprezen. Een heel ander Filipijnen dan we eerder hadden gezien. Wil je mooie dingen zien ga dan echt het binnenland in. Vanuit Lobec zit je in een prachtige omgeving en bijna geen toeristen. Voor witte stranden kan je beter ergens anders zijn.

Er mocht iets meer natuurlijke schaduw zijn bij het zwembad.

De hotelkamer was ontzettend mooi. Wij verbleven in de villapool. Het was heerlijk om een eigen zwembad te hebben. Het grote zwembad was ook lekker. Alleen had deze wat scherpe randen. Het restaurant was goed, alhoewel er wel wat meer filipijnse gerechten op de kaart mogen. De locatie was iets verder, maar omdat er een gratis tuktuk beschikbaar was, was dit heel fijn opgelost. Al met al, was het een heerlijk verblijf. Een echte aanrader.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful, and there were many thoughtful touches that made the experience special. We looooved loved our stay here. The staff were exceptionally friendly and kind, and the free tuk-tuk service to town was a great convenience. The hotel was peaceful and quiet at night, allowing us to get a really good night's sleep. We would happily stay here again!

While we had a great stay, we felt the hotel is somewhat overpriced for the Philippines. The overall experience was pleasant, and we booked it because we so much needed more comfort and some rest after exhausting travel between islands for too long, but the rates are significantly higher than what is typically charged.

No limpian las habitaciones ni los baños cada dos días y no te cambian las toallas cada día. Los bichos que hay en el exterior, como las cucarachas o mosquitos.

Super süßes Hotel im tropischen Stil mit wenig Zimmern. Etwas abseits des Trubel von Alona Beach aber fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und daher ein verstecktes Juwel.

We are travelling thru the phillipines for a month and are at the end now. This hotel hands Down was the best accommodation we had throughout the whole Month! Super staff, fab breakfast , lovely rooms, hot water, lovely pool. A short walk into town and a short tuk tuk to some nice beaches. This hotel is like an oasis within the town . The staff couldn’t do enough for you from packing up breakfasts for early Mornings and supergluing my husbands headphones and making him countless Mango smoothies ! Thank you

Overall, the stay was pleasant: the hotel is clean, well located, and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined on the last day. My high-value watch went missing from my room. I am absolutely certain it was inside the room, and the hotel’s own CCTV confirmed that I was not wearing it when I left the property. Even more concerning, when we returned, the door to our villa was wide open, despite the fact that we had not requested any housekeeping service that day. I immediately reported the incident and was told that an investigation was ongoing. I did receive a response from the hotel manager, but only to inform me that the insurance would not cover anything, which I find completely unacceptable. Several months later, I still have no clear update or resolution. The way this situation has been handled is extremely disappointing, with a serious lack of follow-up and transparency. This raises major concerns about security and the safety of guests’ belongings. I strongly advise future guests to be very cautious with their valuables.

我们这次预定了一间别墅一间大床房，别墅的一楼和大床房朋友说热水不是特别稳定，除此之外我们都很满意，如果早餐能有多一些的肉类选择，以及枕头如果能有低一点就更好了。

L’hôtel est absolument parfait. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en couple et parmi les trois hôtels visités lors de notre séjour aux Philippines: celui ci était de loin le meilleur. En effet, les chambres étaient propres, très belles et calmes, parfait pour dormir. De plus, la nourriture servie est très bonne (petit déjeuner + déjeuner) et le service du personnel était parfait. Ils offrent un goûter avec une boisson tous les jours et quelques jours dans la semaine, vous pouvez vous faire masser 15 minutes, gratuitement. Nous avons eu besoin de scooter à certains moments et ils ont été très réactifs. Nous avons également fait l’excursion privée pour aller visiter la campagne de Bohol et tout a été très bien organisé. L’hôtel est également bien situé car il est proche du centre.

L’unique point à améliorer est la route pour accéder à l’hôtel car elle comporte de nombreux trous.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here, it has a beautiful setting with lots of greenery. The room was lovely and clean, a very relaxed vibe and appreciated that it was not big resort complex with lots of people. We enjoyed the pool and it was great that it had a few toys in the pool. We liked the breakfast selection and the dinner options. We would like to thank all staff for being helpful and polite.

The shower temperature was a bit inconsistent but not a big deal given that it was really hot weather.

Very lovely friendly staff, beautifully designed, breakfast buffet was amazing, the pool and happy hour made it feel like paradise.

Although the staff were super friendly we found it was a little difficult communicating requests. They were responsive however some requests or issues were confused at times and we had to bring things up a few times. The rooms were mostly good except we had an issue with our toilet seat coming off, the curtain rail fell down and it took a couple of days for it to be fixed. The island hopping tour was great fun, however we organised our own country side tour as we weren’t able to tailor it as we requested.

The hotel is excellent! The service is great too. There’s a free TUKTUK that can take you to Alona Beach anytime, so it doesn’t matter that we’re not right by the beach. They also serve afternoon tea and a 15-minute foot massage in the afternoon, which was really good. You can also ask the front desk to book a paid massage that comes to your room. We stayed for 4 consecutive days and loved it. The hotel isn’t big, but it’s just right—too many people would make it crowded.

Our stay at the Bird of Paradise hotel was truly exceptional. Above all, this was thanks to the wonderful people: the reception staff, waitstaff, chefs, housekeeping team, and the manager. Every single person was amazing. A great advantage of the hotel is also the delicious food, the beautifully arranged garden, and the very comfortable, fully equipped, spacious villas in which we stayed. This place is special, but it is most special because of the people who create it. We will carry beautiful memories in our hearts thanks to Bird of Paradise. May God bless you all.

Rooms were a good size and hotel offered free transfers to beach and back.

Buffet breakfast was underwhelming - minimal choices and cleanliness was very low (a bug was cooked into my pancakes). Bathroom also had lizards and frogs in it. Food available from the kitchen was also very unappetising - frozen pizza that wasn’t cooked properly.

Beautiful apartment complex surrounded by tropical trees and plants. We had our own pool, which made it more private and secluded. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Servicing of rooms was a little inconsistent and we often had to ask for things to be cleared or removed from the apartment. Breakfast offering was ok but could be improved with a selection of granola / museli etc.

Consistency of customers' service - there were big differences between shifts Communication and customer service: * We chose to have a massage at the hotel for safety and cleanliness reasons, even though it cost twice as much as the beach options. The first experience was okay, but it was done on our beds rather than proper massage tables, which only had a single bedsheet they brought and no clean towels to put our heads and it looked like they’d been used by others. * We booked another massage for a different day, but they left us waiting for 15-20 min. We eventually went out of our villa to ask what happened, and only then were we told that the therapists were late and only one was available. They didn’t come to our room to inform us about the delay, offer alternatives, or communicate any options. Very disappointing.... * We asked if it was possible to adapt a trip, and they said they would confirm it, but they never got back to us to say yes or not. We had to go back ourselves to ask again, as no update was provided. Given that this isn’t a cheap accommodation (which is fair for how it looks), customer service really make a difference to your holiday, and they made the last part of our stay less enjoyable.

Hele fijne, rustige en kleinschalige locatie. Beetje jungle vibes, mooi aangelegde tuin, erg groen. Groot en fijn zwembad. We snappen nu waar de naam ‘bird of paradise’ vandaan komt, je hoort hier letterlijk de vogels. Plek is heel leuk aangelegd, concept super goed doorgevoerd, leuke zitkuil, plantjes, veel groen en bamboe. Wij werden er wel blij van :) We voelden ons gelijk heel welkom, waren wat aan de vroege kant, maar konden gewoon gebruik maken van het zwembad en de bar etc. Ontzettend vriendelijke mensen, achter de receptie, de bar, het restaurant. Ze staan echt voor je klaar (ik was aan het krabben aan mn been vanwege een mug en er werd gelijk spray aangereikt, ontzettend attent!) Hele leuke moderne kamer, met beton/groene accenten. Lekker groot bed met fijn matras. Alles is aanwezig. Grote badkamer, ontzettend leuk aangelegd met de bamboe. Eigen terrasje, snacks en drinks in de kamer. Airco én een fan, dus je hebt de keuze. Ontbijt voldoende keuze - alles wordt goed aangevuld. Probeer vooral de kip en de sinaasappel jam, die zijn echt super! Pancakes worden bereid waar je bij staat, ook erg lekker! Leuke, uitgebreide menukaart, snelle service en erg smaakvol. En dan alle extra’s, voetmassage, snacks in de middag, gratis tuktuk shuttle van/naar het strand tussen 8am - 10pm. Ik vind het ongelooflijk, zo’n service! Ook hier, massage op aanvraag (tegen bijbetaling) en vervoer naar andere plekken dan het strand ook te regelen bij receptie. Zouden wij deze plek aanraden? Jazeker!

Als we dan écht iets moeten noemen, een paar ligbedden + parasol extra?

The staff were wonderful, the room was a lovely bit of luxury, and the pool was perfect for some quiet space to relax. The property is far enough away from the main area that it’s quiet and peaceful, but a short enough walk away (around 12 mins) to the beach and all the hustle and bustle.

The best thing about Bird Of Paradise is the staff! The team were so friendly and efficient, and services like the free shuttle into Alona town and the laundry service were very quick. The room is spacious and comfortable with good facilities like a fridge, and the shower is fabulous. The restaurant and pool area are gorgeous, with additional nice touches like free sweet treats. We also arranged a massage in our room which I'd highly recommend.

Our room could have been cleaner - there was dirt in the corners next to the bed, and vegan options at breakfast were a little bit limited, but otherwise it was brilliant.
