L’extérieur est apaisant.

Crottes de chiens partout, une bouteille d’eau 3 fois plus chère que tous les autres restaurants, piscine fermée avant l’heure, personnel féminin pas très agréable voire hautain.

Tout était parfait, l’accueil, le très joli jardin tropical, la piscine, la propreté. Les propriétaires font le maximum pour que le séjour se passe le mieux possible. Petite structure familiale bien située, à proximité du centre, des restaurants et bars (à pieds.) mais il est facile de louer un scooter pour sortir un peu du centre. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une terrasse équipée, les lits et oreillers sont très confortables. Le piscine (avec son jaccuzi) est très agréable après une journée de balades et de plage!

L'emplacement c'était très calme loin. Du bruit. La chambre etait parfait. Le personnel très bien. Le petit déjeuner les pancakes délicieux.

Jammer dat er geen lunch geserveerd kon worden. Scooter kan niet bij het resort gehuurd worden…wel bij een bedrijf vlakbij alleen op zondag gesloten toen wij een scooter wilden huren

Accueil magnifique

Kamer was lekker ruim, goede douche, fijne wc, heerlijk ontbijt met ruime keuze, bed sliep goed en airco was fijn. Kamers werden goed en op aanvraag schoongemaakt. Locatie was op loop afstand naar Alona beach maar ligt erg stil zodat je geen last hebt van lawaai. Zwembad is heerlijk en de tuin is mooi en wordt ook goed onderhouden. Personeel is erg aardig en attent.

Het verblijf is naar mijn mening net iets te duur. Restaurant heeft ook wat duurdere prijzen. De familie verblijft/woont zelf ook op de accomodatie wat soms wat rumoer veroorzaakt. De muziek staat soms wat hard en dat is dan te horen in de kamer.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was spacious and was well decorated. The bathroom was stunning and the shower was hot and had good pressure. We liked the location - close to restaurants etc and 15 min walk to Alona beach. The pool and outdoor area are really nice to chill in. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They helped us to organise a countryside tour which we would recommend. There are also 3 really cute dogs who live there!! The breakfast is good, lots of choice. The bar is well stocked and we particularly enjoyed the beer on tap! We would visit again and would recommend to our friends / family if they were visiting Bohol.

The whole facility was friendly, the staff made you welcome, breakfast meals that we had were yummy. Not trouble at all for the staff if you needed anything. It was approx.5 minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants.

Beautiful small oasis. Ten rooms that have been designed to a very high standard. Large spacious rooms with attention paid to small detail. This "resort" is owned by a lovely German and Philippino couple. He is a trained chef and that shone through in the food.

Clean, smart, quiet aircon that really worked, friendly owners, helpful. Beautifully appointed hotel. I love dogs so that was great. Helpful owners with tours and getting a trike when you need.

How you get in the gate. If you don’t like dogs, there’s 3 on site that roam around freely. The path to the rooms is nice looking but massive trip hazard.

The entire setting of the premises , the room, the amenities, cleanliness and staff, also the location was great and a taxi can drive up to the gate no problem.

I wish their pool jacuzzi was heated as it should be .

Really friendly and helpful staff. The room / general area was very clean and beds were super comfy. I liked the location as it was slightly away from the business of Alona Beach but everything was walking distance. Quiet at night with AC. Breakfast was also great and they accommodated our earlier starts. Would definitely recommend ☺️

The whole experience was excellent from arriving to departing. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and the cleaniness of the rooms were first class. It is tucked away off the main road but the beach is within a 10 min walk and you dont hear any of the noise from the main road.

mosquitos which cant be helped - so maybe providing a spiral coil to reduce bites outside the rooms could help.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit tollem Garten und Pool zum entspannen. Das Essen im eigenen Restaurant war sehr lecker. Der Inhaber ist hilfsbereit und das Personal ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Der beliebte Strand mit Promenade ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Now, I've been waiting to write a review for this hotel, because I consider myself pretty well travelled.....have stayed in so many hotels around Asia, but THIS ONE is the best I think I've ever stayed in. It's like a little self contained oasis away from the main road, but still close enough to alona beach. The grounds are very well kept and just so tranquil and relaxing. I have seen negative reviews about this hotel because of: A) the road leading up to it. Dirt road? ABSOLUTELY NOT 😂. It's paved for a start, so don't see any issues with walking up a short paved road to get to the hotel B) The dogs inside the complex (Wendy 🫵). Me and my partner booked this hotel BECAUSE of the dogs......and we are so glad we did. It was like living in a little dog cafe 😂. The dogs are normally.aleepong behind the bar, but if you want to go.see them you know where to find them. It's not like they are running rampant or anything ha.Tequila, Whisky and Sunny are just ace. The rooms are very well put together. You can just tell looking around that the owners haven't skimped on anything. The quality of everything is very good and just had the feel of a premium hotel. Bed was very comfortable with a choice of pillows. Internet very fast. Shower hot with good water pressure. Complimentary water is provided and you can ask the bar to fill the bottles up if you need. Nice tea selection. (English breakfast tea not the Lipton abominations ha) NOW.....the breakfast was the best breakfast I've had at a hotel bar none. The owner is German and this influence is seen in the menu choices. We loved the choice of cooked meats, and the waffles were just delicious. I would literally have this every day if I stayed there for longer. The staff members were very polite and helpful to any requests. Everything was just amazing to be honest.

Possible improvement: in the lobby area, maybe some card/board games to play (could see a dart board but no darts but I didn't ask for them but sure they would have had some)

Although it is close to Alona Beach center, the accommodation was very quiet, making it perfect for relaxing. The location was also excellent, so it was very convenient to go to supermarkets, massage shops, and restaurants. The room condition was good, and the air conditioner was not positioned directly above the bed, so there was no risk of catching a cold. In addition, breakfast could be chosen from five different styles, which gave a good variety of options. The swimming pool is small but a nice size to relax and enjoy some time in the water. If I have the chance, I would definitely stay here again.

When entering the property, make sure to ask the taxi or tuk-tuk driver to take you all the way to the accommodation entrance. It can be a bit difficult if you have to pull your suitcase from the main road. Also, if it rains heavily, your feet might get wet when walking out to the main street, so please keep that in mind.

A little piece of paradise away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Staff were so friendly, attentive, was lovely speaking to them every day. Had a really nice vibe, chilled and pool was perfect to relax by. Ate at the restaurant one evening and steak was cooked to perfection! Cannot fault this place

Very good location it is down a side street but so quiet and peaceful. Great for tours, beaches and waterfalls. Super clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Amazing Breakfast and dinners well worth having chief is very good.

From check in to departure everything exceeded our expectations in this boutique resort a short walk from Alona Beach. A warm welcome awaited us and despite our late arrival the kitchen managed to rustle up an excellent meal. The facilities are excellent, the rooms, the pool and gardens are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The onsite restaurant has an extensive menu of local and western food of the highest quality from the excellent breakfast to the delicious evening meals. Stefan & Mary Ann run a top class facility, an oasis of calm in bustling Panglao Island Bohol. A special mention goes to Tequila, Whiskey and Sunny the family dogs who made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Nice ambiance

Breakfast was nothing to look forward to. It was minimal with a serving of a sliced banana, 3 small pcs of watermelon and pineapple each to be shared with two people. I asked to substitute my juice for a fruit plate. At first, the waiter said no but eventually, agreed. The German roll was awful. The cook came in late (at least 10 min) the first morning of our stay. My order was ready after a little more than 20 minutes. It was too late to eat due to a tour at 8 am. They were not giving any fruit until the cook showed up. The pillows were awful, smelly and no support. Suggest to put a layer of sheer curtains. Best to look for different accommodations.

Var lite å utsette på stedet, men området rundt var ikke så fint som hotellet.

Vi kunne godt lide at der var dejlig roligt og kun 10 minutter gang til Alona Beach hvis man trængte til larm og høj musik. Og personalet var flinke og hjælpsomme. Og helt klart det bedste mad vi fik i panglao selv om flere ting var udsolgt desværre trækker det lidt ned

At nogle ting var udsolgt for eksempel hvidvin pastaret Coca-Cola cero noget rødvin

Beautiful property, clean spacious rooms. The staff was very kind and helpful. Close walk to the shops and the beach.

Great location, Room was huge with plenty of storage and a safe, fridge in the room with cheap drinks, bathroom was nice, good water pressure, outdoor areas were great, nice pool with a jacuzzi, bar and breakfast area were good.

Owners dogs barking in the mornings, dogs poo and wee around the complex wasn’t ideal for a high ranking establishment, flies at breakfast.

Spacious and clean room. Beautiful garden. Helpful and friendly staff. I had early tours and the staff prepared breakfast the night before. Great location, shops and restaurants nearby. 10 min walk to Alona beach.

The insects that accompanied me during my breakfast. I was busy keeping them away. The many rules. It felt more like a vacation home+ rather than a resort.

La gentillesse du personnel, du patron, d’établissement et de son épouse. La propreté des chambres et l’excellent petit déjeuner servi. L’établissement se trouve un peu à l’écart de la route principale, ce qui évite les nuisances sonores de cette rue extrêmement passante.

Really nice small hotel with brilliant staff. Nice garden and pool area, great breakfast and large well equipped bedroom. The on site restaurant was excellent with a good selection of well cooked dishes at a decent price.

De rustige ligging midden in de stad en het voelde erg veilig omdat het een afgesloten park is met zeer vriendelijk personeel en eigenaar, toen de stroom overal uitviel was het een kwestie van aggregaat aanzetten en er was overal op het park stroom, de eigenaar heeft alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd en voor mekaar een top locatie om met de scooter verder het eiland te verkennen

Dat we weer moesten vertrekken na 3 nachtjes, volgende keer langer boeken!!

De ligging is perfect, lekker rustig maar dichtbij alles. Eten is er super, de eigenaar is een top chefkok. Echt een aanrader

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Alona Royal Palm Resort, a conveniently located but quiet oasis in bustling Panglao, set off the busy street in a beautiful and peaceful garden with a delightful pool. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean and well maintained, with tasteful and comfortable furnishing and efficient air conditioning. The host and staff were very welcoming and friendly and the service attentive and efficient.

All was excellent!

Quiet gardens, perfect to relax and get a good nights rest (Alona Beach is hectic!) 3 minute stroll to main drag with loads of bars, restaurants & massage spots and easy 13 minute walk to beachfront. Perfect if you want to enjoy Alona but escape the noise. Breakfast was fantastic - à la carte with a large menu.

חדרי האירוח מאוד מאוד ישנים. המגבות ראו ימים טובים יותר ועשו דרך ארוכה וניגבו המון לקוחות במהלך 10 השנים האחרונות. המיטה לא נוחה. הסדינים מאוד מאוד ישנים עשויים מבד פוליאסטר לא נושם וגרם לי גירוד בעור. לחדר יש ויטרינה זכוכית שמשמת גם כדלת כניסה ( לנו לא הרגיש בנוח). כל הלילה לא נרדמנו. בבוקר לאחר שעברנו לילה מהגהינום הלכתי למנהל האתר ( הוא לא פיליפיני). ביקשתי ממנו להחליף את הסדינים לסדינים חדשים עשויים מבד כותנה איכותי. הוא חייך ואמר ממש לא. לצערי נאלצתי לעזוב את המקום לאחר לילה אחד ללא החזר כספי לאחר שילמתי מראש עבור 6 לילות 2500₪. (עברנו למלון 5 כוכבים ואפילו שילמנו פחות.) הם אפילו לא הציעו לנו לאכול ארוחת בוקר. אני מאמין שהחיים הם קארמה כנראה שהייתי צריך להפסיד את הכסף הזה. לסיכום אני ממליץ בחום לא להתקרב למקום הזה. לברוח כמו מאש. מה שכתבתי כאן זה מעט ממה שעברנו במקום הזה. אני גם בטוח שבעל הנכס יכתוב עליי כמה דברים ( לא להאמין לו ).

알로나비치에서 가까운편이고 큰 리조트는 아니지만 조경이나 시설 서비스가 훌륭함. 조식 맛있고 4박 동안 편히 지냄. 저녁에 정원에서 반딧불 관찰됨.

Hôtel idéalement situé dans le centre mais au bout d une impasse ce qui lui confère le calme. Tenu par une famille charmante qui aime les animaux : bel aquarium, 3 chiens super sympas et discrets, lapins. Hôtel construit dans des matériaux de qualité. Les chambres sont articulées autour de la piscine. Nôtre chambre était grande et spacieuse avec une bonne literie et surtout très propre même sous les lits. Bonne insonorisation également. Personnel attentif et attentionné qui s adapte à toutes les demandes ( pouvoir disposer du petit dej avant l heure habituelle, légumes pour le petit déjeuner…) Grand choix de petits déjeuners et notamment possibilité de pouvoir déguster un petit déjeuner allemand avec de la charcuterie et du fromage excellents. Restaurant sur place. Laverie sur place.

Nous avons voulu prolonger notre séjour mais l hôtel était complet. Nous avons dû le quitter à regret.

L’hôtel est un peu en retrait de la zone très touristique, très calme. Belle piscine, chambres très agréables, personnel au petit soin et gérants forts sympathiques, nous avons passé 4 nuits très confortables. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon, petit déjeuner au choix avec des produits de qualité. Un établissement que nous recommandons.

Hotel très bien, pour son nombre de chambres, pour son excellent restaurant et le très bon cuisinier (pas de soucis, tout est fait sur place) les propriétaires ainsi que le personnel sont très gentill et attentionné.

Dogs barking and noisy chickens all night disturb sleep. Smoke coming from somewhere bad causing chest infection. Lots of mosquitos inside room bite all night! Misleading info staff did not tell me what is included and what not included in the menu and over charged me at check out

Nice hotel, with friendly staff, good food and the owner who cares. Location a bit distanced from the main street ensures that it is not noisy.

Это один из лучших отелей в котором мы были последнее время. Чистота, порядок, замечательное отношение персонала и владельца гостиницы, чудесный завтрак. До плажа надо немного пройти, но все плюсы этого отеля перекрывают 10 минутный поход до пляжа. Если вы любите кураж и безудержное веселье в любое время суток, то вам НЕ СЮДА. Я понимаю, что главное правило: отдыхай и дай отдохнуть другим. Большое спасибо за дни отдыха. Удобный и большой номер.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Great food, quiet and comfortable room, and the owners and staff couldn’t do enough for you. Don’t stay on the beach strip where it’s noisy, this is just ten minutes walk and like a mini oasis. We were very sad to leave.

The hotel was a bit hidden away from the madness of the city centre; which we appreciated it. I loved that the owners’ dogs were around the hotel 🙂 Herbert (the bartender) was probably the hardest worker we have met in the Philippines so far.

Breakfast didn’t start until 7am, and most dive centres in Bohol require you to be on site before 8am, so it was a bit of a rush, as the hotel was 15-20min from the beach. And even though breakfast officially opened at 7am, there was still no one working at that time one of the mornings.

Morgenmaden skulle vælges ud fra menu hvilket er ok men der fulgte ikke så meget med. Man kunne dog bare tilkøbe hvilket var meget billig.

Понравилось всё. Чистота номеров, много места, большой душ. Хорошая приятная территория. Большой выбор завтраков, которые довольно вкусные.

Все было отлично, кроме одного момента. Один из работников не очень приятно общался, я бы даже сказала грубовато. Во время завтрака, пока мы выбирали что хотели бы заказать, было видно что он раздражался и принимал заказ отвернувшись от нас. Возможно был у человека плохой день, и он выпал прямо на мой день рождения, поэтому такое отношение было не очень приятное.

In 5‘ ist man im Zentrum, es gibt nur 10 Zimmer, was das ganze sehr familiär macht. Bei Fragen ist immer jemand da und kann einem sehr gute Tipps geben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
