Otroligt läge, nära till allt i hela staden. Otroligt mycket mysiga restauranger och kaféer i närheten och max 10 minuter promenad över bron till citykärnan till alla sevärdheter. Smidig in och utcheckning. Rena rum. Prisvärt.

Det hördes något väl mycket från trafiken på natten men vi överlevde det. Något svag ac.. vi besökte Florens i värmeböljan så hade varit bra med ac som hade lite mer tryck. Annars inget som var dåligt!

The only thing in favour of this property is it's location.

It had a bed bug infestation. When I told the staff they tried to convince me it is mosquito bites and I should have told them on day one. When we had to move to other accomodation they only refunded one night. Please please tell them if you even have one bite! No one else should go through the pain of bed bug bites. We may have to get rid of our clothes and belongings so we won't bring bugs home with us.

Muy cerca del centro de la ciudad dando un paseo, en una zona agradable. Una casa preciosa de techos altos, habitaciones amplias y teníamos terraza. Muy amables. Te guardan las maletas gratuitamente el dia que te vas. El mejor sitio en que nos hemos alojado 3n Italia.

EXCELENTE! Recomiendo al 100%. Ubicación perfecta (a 15min andando del centro de Florencia). Instalaciones limpias, cómodas y silenciosas (ideales para descansar por las noche). Llegamos temprano al check in y nos permitieron ingresar de todos modos (por lo cual pudimos disfrutar de la ciudad por mas horas). Sin dudas, hemos encontrado alojamiento de confianza para nuestra próxima visita a Firenze! Arrivederci!!!

La tranquilidad del lugar, si es cierto que no deja de ser como una pensión ero por el precio esta más que súper superado muy limpio todo atención buenísima hablan español. Por mi manera de viajar"economica" pero con ciertos mínimos está perfecta.

le seule chose que l'on peut ne pas apprécier a Florence c'est le prix des parkings 40 euros pour le nuit alors qu'a Rome on paie 75 euros pour 3 nuits alors attention a vous choisissez bien votre emplacement d'établissement car le parking est vraiment excessif

The hotel is very charming, with a lovely courtyard and terrace, an excellent central location surrounded by bars and restaurants, and incredibly kind staff.

Unfortunately, the AC was a major issue. With Florence reaching around 40°C, functioning AC was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Despite following the staff’s instructions, it barely cooled the room and we didn’t sleep at all the first night. We were moved to a smaller room the next day, which was slightly more manageable, but still very hot. It’s a shame because we really liked the place otherwise, but AC shouldn’t be advertised as an amenity if it cannot properly cool the rooms, especially in summer. For us, this was a non-negotiable.

La ubicación es excelente, ya que estás cerca de todos los sitios importantes para ver. Las camas son muy cómodas y el aire acondicionado es un acierto. Como en otras ocasiones que nos hemos hospedado, todo fenomenal. Las chicas de la recepción son un encanto.

Very large room, great aircon and a lovely view of the back garden. About a 15 minute walk from the city center which we did a couple of times, when we were too hot and tired we got a taxi which didn't cost much.

The hotel is in a central location, just a short walk from the Pitti Palace. We stayed in the room for four people, but we didn't like it very much. The double and triple rooms were noticeably more spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful.

The air conditioning was not sufficient for the room, so we had to use the ceiling fan as well.

El personal fue muy atento durante toda la estancia. La habitación contaba con aire acondicionado y ventilador, algo que agradecimos mucho por las temperaturas tan altas de la ciudad. La ubicación también es muy cómoda, ya que permite llegar andando a la mayoría de los lugares de interés. Además, disponen de taquillas para dejar el equipaje, lo que resulta práctico si tu tren o vuelo sale después de la hora de salida del alojamiento. Tanto la habitación como las zonas comunes estaban muy limpias y las camas eran cómodas, por lo que descansamos muy bien. En general, una experiencia muy positiva.

Si te asignan una habitación orientada a la calle, es posible que se escuche algo de ruido del tráfico. Sin embargo, el hotel tiene tantas cualidades positivas que este detalle no supuso ningún problema para nosotros. De hecho, volvimos a alojarnos allí cuando necesitábamos pasar dos días en Florencia en fechas no consecutivas. Sin duda, seguirá siendo nuestra elección en futuras visitas a la ciudad.

El ruido del ventilador a pesar de ser algo bueno del apartamento hacia demasiado ruido. El baño un poco justo pero todo limpio y bien.

The room was clean and the building is in a great location near the centre of the city. The staff were lovely. We had a beautiful view from our room.

The WiFi and service connection was very patchy. The power cut out a few times. Very thin walls so it can get noisy.

It felt a little bit like an escape room with all the locks and codes, but that means it's secured good.

Bien situé par rapport aux lieux à visiter mais dans un quartier calme et éloigné de l'agitation.

Difficile de stationner à proximité de l'hôtel pour décharger les bagages et surtout aucun arrêt minute dans les environs.

The location was fabulous, close to everything and well connected. The building itself is so charming and well, so authentically Renaissance. I had a short but great stay at this property and will book again if I’m ever in Florence.

The walls are thin, it can get a tad noisy sometimes. The Wi-Fi was choppy.

Lovely place - clean and comfortable room. Everything you need for a good night's sleep. Very friendly staff and excellent leave luggage facilities for guests. The location is perfect enough to be close to the centre - around a 20 minute flat walk to Ponte Vecchio but far enough for a peaceful and quiet area of Florence full of artisan shops and a 'local' feel. This was our 2nd stay here and definitely won't be the last.

The wifi was terrible. I understand the problems, but this falls far below the otherwise excellent standard.

The location of this accommodation is top-notch, just 10 minutes on foot from Ponte Vecchio. It's in a very peaceful, residential area with everything you might need in the vicinity. There are several laundry rooms nearby, bars, cafes and a large Conad 5 minutes away. Our room overlooked the back garden, which is unfortunately inaccessible for guests as it's a residential area. But the view is beautiful, giving you Florence in a cup. The staff was very helpful and kind from the very first moment. Be it information about the area or help with any additional questions one might have. The building is very secure and the rooms are cleaned daily. The bed is nice and firm and provided a nice night's sleep after long days of exploring the city. Our room, and I presume all rooms, has a small fridge, which is essential if you travel in the warm summer days. We also had an AC which helped a lot, but due to the position of the room overlooking the garden full of trees, it was quite pleasant even without it despite the high temperatures. They are also involved in the preservation of the environment and offer presents like water bottles and tote bags for small donations, which was also lovely to see.

-Het is vrij gehorig, je hoort de deursloten flink en mensen op de gang praten (al wordt vanuit hotel gevraagd na 23uur stil te zijn) - badkamer heerst wat rioollucht

El lloc és preciós, està molt ben situat per anar a tot arreu a peu. Està molt net i tot està renovat. A l'habitació hi ha ventilador i aire condicionat, tovalloles, sabó i fins i tot una mini nevereta.

Hi ha algunes habitacions on no arriba l'ascensor, ja ho posa a la descripció, tingueu-ho en compte a l'hora de reservar.

A hospedagem é uma graça, a recepção super atenciosa e fica próximo de tudo!

Tivemos uma estadia muito agradável. Equipe muito cordial ao nos receber, quarto com bom espaço, ar condicionado, frigobar e tv. Foi possível fazer tudo a pé pela cidade, já que o hotel está a uma caminhada de cerca de 15 minutos dos pontos turísticos. Tem um mercado no final da rua que facilita a alimentação. Recomendamos o local.

Städning och byte av handdukar var fjärde dag. Man fick köpa extra toapapper själv om det tog slut. Var mer hostel än hotel vilket inte framgick när vi bokade.

The location was good! The staff were also very kind and helpful.

Unfortunately there was no sound proofing at all so you could hear other guests all the time, especially when they came in the evening and left in the morning. Perhaps it would be good if there could be a sign to ensure everyone is very quiet when they come and go in the late evening and early morning.

The room was very clean, shower was lovely and refreshing and the Aircon was a life saver in 38°C heat! Beds were comfortable and staff were lovely :)

Quarto muito confortável, limpo e suficiente para nossa necessidade de acomodar 5 pessoas. Bem localizado, a 20 minutos da Estação S. M. Novella, e a poucos minutos a pé dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade, além de próximo à restaurantes e mercados. O staff foi cordial e pudemos deixar nossa bagagem sem custo em um locker dentro do próprio local.

Su ubicación, cerca de todo, te permite ir andando a los sitios turísticos. A pesar de ello, el barrio es tranquilo. La habitación es amplia y con todo lo necesario. Además, dispone de aire acondicionado y ventilador. No hay ruidos:

The hotel's location was excellent, with the main attractions and places of interest within easy reach. It was easy to find and conveniently located. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel also had an elevator, which was convenient, and provided a luggage storage room where guests could leave their bags before check-in or after check-out.

Overall, the hotel was very noisy. Throughout the night, we could hear doors opening and closing loudly, often with slamming noises. Around 1:00 a.m., we could hear the guests in the room above us dragging their bed across the floor. In addition, we could hear the sound of running water through the wall behind the headboard whenever the guests in the room above used the shower. This significantly affected the quality of our sleep and our overall stay. Furthermore, our room was not cleaned during our stay, and the towels were not replaced on any day.

The women at check-in were amazing!!! We were located in the middle of the action yet our room was private, quiet and comfortably cool. Loved the large wooden doors and felt very safe.
