L'hôtel est très bien situé. Au centre de tout et très calme. Petit déjeuner très copieux avec un personnel très agréable. Chambre supérieur très spacieuse mais salle de bain un peu petite.

Excelente ubicación en una calle principal, a pasos del Palacio Veccio. Una locación segura para caminar en la noche y con mucha disponibilidad de tiendas y restaurantes. La atención del personal fue muy amable y servicial La habitación muy prolija y limpia. Lo único que nos llamó la atención fue que la ducha estaba fuera del baño, en una especie de placard en la habitación. Pero pronto nos acostumbramos a esto. El desayuno excelente en una terraza con una muy bonita vista y muy bien atendido por el personal del desayunador.

The room was great! Very nice bathroom, comfortable bed and a refrigerator. Air Conditioning was excellent! The location is spectacular. Very central and 1 minute from the Ponte Vecchio. 5 min to Uffizi. We loved the covered patio. It was so comfortable and dry when it rained. The elevator was a good size too.

It was a little bit noisy from the street but not unbearable.

The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating if we needed anything. The location couldn’t have been any better honestly. It’s a boutique hotel and we wanted a place that was accessible with enough space for 2. The AC worked fantastically which was important and the elevator made things a lot easier as well. Breakfast was yummy and we have no complaints!

The location is excellent, close by to many points of interest in the city. There also are many restaurants and shops nearby. Our room had a terrace which was a nice addition. We enjoyed sitting out there in the evening. Although it's on a busy street, it wasn't overly noisy.

The room layout is a bit strange, with the shower right next to the bed, offering no privacy for the person taking a shower.

We loved almost everything. Don’t want to talk about the location because everyone is mentioning it and they are right to say you can’t find a better location in Florence!! We stayed in this hotel for five nights with our four years old son. The room had enough space for all of us. A very comfortable clean large bed and a single bed for our little boy. Toiletries, towels and sleepers all provided and in very good quality. The sheets were spotless and new. The cleaner didn’t do a good job for the first couple of days and didn’t even change the dirty cups but once we mentioned this to the front desk, a different level of care and cleaning was provided. Thank you.

Center Florence… we had anything possible around

So we had three rooms booked for three couples on the day before we had to leave. We went back to our rooms and noticed only one roll of toilet paper, no Kleenex the flours especially the bathrooms were never done in all three rooms hair all over the place so the way we see it is it’s very disrespectful just because we’re leaving the next day. Doesn’t mean the day before you just don’t care. The towels were not even placed. They were just placed on top of the one of the racks .

The maid service was a bit negligent in that on the last day we had to request toilet paper as it was not replaced in the room . Only provided 2 bottles of water for 1 st day , all subsequent days water provided at a cost of $2,50 euros each . While across street water was sold at $.50 euros each .

The location is just perfect where you can just stop by your room to charge your phone, cool down a bit and the breaks while museum hopping. Desk staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast terrace is nice and the people working there amazing.

Hotel tren istasyonuna 1.5 km yürüyerek gittik . Hotel beş yıldızlı otel konforunda yatakları çok rahat oda çok temizdi kliması çok iyi çalışıyordu. Biz gelmeden klimayı çalıştırıp odayı serinletmeleri çok düşünceli bir tavırdı. Çok memnun kaldık

Housekeeping turned the AC off (or higher) when they were in the room.

European hotel rooms tend to be smaller than in America but we were two people in a room with a double bed and attached bathroom with shower and it was fine for us. There was room around the bed and space for our luggage though I have to say that we only travel with medium sized luggage, never large. The hotel was about 2 minutes walking from the Ponte Vecchio Bridge and the Uffize Museum. Everything else was about 5 to 10 minutes walking like the main Duomo Cathedral. It also had perfect working air conditioning in the room.

During the week we were there, there was a building across the street undergoing renovation but with the window closed and the air conditioning on, there was no noise but when going in or out of the hotel, at times there was construction dust, not the hotel's fault.

Frokosten på takterrassen var helt fantastisk og veldig god service av de som jobbet der! Beliggenheten i forhold til severdigheter og bylivet i Firenze kan ikke bli bedre, du føler du er nært alt. Samtidig var det stille og rolig på hotellet, med en veldig god atmosfære. Må også nevne han som styrer "roofbaren" på kveldstid, for en mann og for en service - topp klasse!

Top Hotel für den Aufenthalt in Florenz. Angenehm großes Zimmer mit wahnsinns Terrasse!!! Frühstück sehr gut. Für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auf Anfrage gab es auch Prosecco. Seeehr zentrale Lage. Wenige Minuten zur Ponte Vecchio etc.

Schönes geräumiges Zimmer, trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Da die 5. Etage renoviert wurde, war das Frühstück in einem nahe gelegenen Restaurant einzunehmen. Das Frühstück war exzellent. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen und bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhälntnis.

Le petit déjeuner se fait sur le rooftop, et on nous demande directement si l´on veut, du thé, café, cappucino etc. ainsi que des œufs (brouillés, omelettes, sur le plat, ..) tout est fait sur le moment. Le petit déjeuner est varié aussi bien en sucré qu´en salé. Le personnel est très poli et serviable, nous devions partir 1 jour très tôt, ils nous ont fait un petit sac av plus que le nécessaire pour déjeuner. L´hôtel est idéalement situé, à une rue du Palazzo Vecchio, la galerie des offices et au bout de la rue, il y a le Ponte vecchio. Notre chambre avait une terrasse qui donnait sur la rue principale et nous n´entendions absolument rien dans la chambre. Super !

Alles was geweldig. Locatie is top, overal dichtbij. Aircon dus lekker koel, schoon, koelkastje, fijn bed. Lift. Ontbijt was perfect, heel goed verzorgd en super fijne medewerkers daar.

La stanza era molta bella e spaziosa, la terrazza per la colazione fantastica, e lo staff sia al reception, al bar e alla colazione era molto gentile.

In an historic building and city, we never expected rooms to be huge. Therefore how this hotel used the space to meet guests' needs was wonderful. Loved our room--creative use of the space, plenty of room, and very convenient. Breakfast was on the top floor of the hotel with a terrific view of Firenze. Unbelievable! Staff provided customized breakfast choices (omelettes, fried eggs, etc.) in a lovely environment. In the evening, the same space converted to an area for cocktails with a wonderful and creative bartender! The roof was retracted and we enjoyed birds' eye view of the city. But wait! I have forgotten to mention the accommodating front desk staff. Dinner recommendations, directions to sites--whatever we needed, they were most helpful. The location was extremely convenient to Firenze's historic sites. Would stay there again in a moment.

Amazing location, about a 15 minute walk from the train station, wasn’t hard to find. Great facilities and value for money! Literally right in the centre of everything, it was amazing!!! I was a solo traveller and loved it! Felt safe at all times in the hotel and surroundings.

La ubicación magnífica al lado del puente vechio. El personal dell desayuno muy atentos todos, coincidimos con personas diferentes y a cuál más amable y atento. Intentaban hablar en castellano. La terraza del desayuno al anoche un bar con roof top encantador. El bar tender de la terraza Vittorio un encanto. Además de todo un profesional muy amable y nos oriento sobre cosas para ver y le descubrió el pisco sour a mi marido :-).

La recepcionista rubia creo que de un país del este. Poco profesional y más pendiente de una conversación privada que de atender a los clientes. El resto de personal en recepción muy muy atentos.

I really enjoyed the hotel; its proximity to various tourist attractions was fantastic and made it very easy to explore the area. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

I would have preferred if the hotel provided complimentary drinking water. The water bottles in the minibar came with an additional charge, and I did not see any water available for guests at the reception.

The AC and temperature was perfect for this hot weather.

Great location, easy to get to major sights. Nice rooms. The breakfast was amazing and the ladies there were so nice and they did whatever to make the breakfast enjoyable.

We arrived prior to check in and it was hot outside! They had a nice air conditioned waiting room so we waited and rested there for about an hour until our room was ready. Lucky for us, we were able to get our room about an hour before check in! That was great as we were tired and hot from traveling that morning. The staff were kind and helpful, the room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect! So close to everything. I would definitely stay again.
