Location was great!

The air conditioner hummed loudly all night. The hot tub did not have hot water in it - very cold.

L'accueil chaleureux la gentillesse de notre hebergeur qui malgré notre arrivée tardive nous a surclassé. Notre chambre était vaste et nous bénéficions d'une terrasse avec vue sur le Couvent du Christ. L'établissement est équipé d'une jolie piscine et d'un solarium en plein centre de Tomar.

Everything was wonderful, just as expected: the location, the excellent room, the pool, and the in-room tea corner. A pleasant surprise was the rooftop terrace with a view of the castle. There is a large free parking lot 50 meters away, and all the restaurants are 50 meters away in the opposite direction. The hospitality was truly delightful.

Très beau logement avec de grandes chambres spacieuses et confortables. Nous avons adoré le roof top avec la vue sur le monastère où nous avons pu passer nos soirées. La piscine est également un plus les jours de chaleur et nous en avons profité, surtout que des serviettes sont gentiment mises à notre disposition.

The room and facility exceeded our expectations. View was breathtaking and our host Telmo was very helpful and lovely. Will not hesitate to return and refer others to O Paco.

Uma experiência absolutamente fantástica! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A localização é excelente, praticamente no centro, com muita animação e tudo o que é necessário a poucos passos. Os quartos são lindíssimos, muito confortáveis e com vistas maravilhosas, mas o verdadeiro destaque é o terraço, com uma vista simplesmente deslumbrante sobre a cidade e o castelo. Um agradecimento muito especial aos proprietários e a todo o staff pela enorme simpatia, disponibilidade e acolhimento, que fizeram toda a diferença. Adorei a estadia e, sem dúvida, vou voltar! Recomendo vivamente!

L’hôtel est tres bien situé, en plein centre ville. Top pour oublier la victoire lors de votre visite. La piscine est un vrai plus.

Attention l’hôtel ne propose pas de petit déjeuné. C’est bon à savoir car il est vrai que de nos jours ce n’est pas courant.

Beautiful hotel

O quarto era enorme, bem decorado, tudo muito limpo e muito confortável. O conforto da cama era incrível! Até o sofá cama era confortável para os miúdos. A casa de banho também. Dispõe de toalhas de piscina, o que é sempre bom. A piscina tranquila e com uma área envolvente com mesas muito agradáveis para comer (se levarmos comida), conviver, ou jogar um jogo. O staff é muito simpático e acessível. Os proprietários foram muito gentis e permitiram que usufruíssemos mais um pouco da piscina no dia do check-out. :) muito obrigada! A localização, mesmo no centro da cidade, com tudo perto. Pastelarias maravilhosas e restaurantes.

David è stato molto disponibile nell'accoglienza e nel rispondere a tutte le nostre richieste. Camera con vista sulla piscina, posizione tranquilla, servizi ottimi. Parcheggio gratuito in zona.

Alojamiento inmejorable. Habitaciones amplias y preciosas, una de ellas increíble (para cuatro personas, pero con espacio más que de sobra). Nos recibió Telmo y fue muy amable, nos explicó todo y se ofreció a resolver cualquier duda. La piscina, preciosa, todo muy cuidado. De los mejores alojamientos en los que nos hemos quedado. Y en Portugal, el mejor, sin duda.

O quarto é espaçoso, perfeito para acomodar uma família de 4. Decoração moderna,oferta de cápsulas de café e chá no quarto, bons atoalhados e roupa de cama. Espaço exterior cuidado, e toalhas para piscina disponíveis.

Eles são pet friendly e a minha cadela amou estar lá. A parte da piscina tem guarda sóis (o chuveiro estava avariado) mas tem uma parte coberta que podemos comer lá. O quarto é lindo e tem frigorífico mini, cafezinho e água. Tem uma copa onde tem mais água e talheres. O rooftop é lindo a noite ! Fica mesmo perto de tudo e podemos ir a pé para todo lado.

Great location and beautiful building. Our rooms overlooked the castle which looked stunning at dawn and dusk.

Wat een geweldige accommodatie met een mooi zwembad en een mooi dakterras. Extra’s erbij zoals gratis water uit zo’n tap, een keukentje waarin we alles mochten pakken en alles zonder af te wassen mochten terugbrengen. Badhanddoeken voor het zwembad erbij en ook nog voor de heerlijke regendouche in het appartement zelf, aparte handdoeken. Alles lijkt echt nog nieuw, we hebben gevraagd dat was ook bijna zo. Voor deze plaats zouden wij deze absoluut aanbevelen, alles voelde luxe aan voor een eerlijke prijs. En hoe het personeel met ons omging, echt super. En uitzicht op het klooster/kasteel waar iedereen voor komt is vanuit het dakterras ook heel mooi. Het naastgelegen restaurant kijkt uit op het zwembad, ook een aanrader.

Het klinkt gek, maar alles was goed.

Style, propreté, accueil, emplacement, coucher de soleil sur le rooftop… Nous avons été reçus avec un accueil chaleureux et dynamique. Les propriétaires font tout pour rendre service et sont arrangeants. Notre chambre était très spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût.

The staff were lovely, especially the cleaning manager who greeted us. The apartment was excellent and very well equipped with everything you will need, and the balcony and roof terrace overlooking the castle were great.

Super mooie kamers. Goed ontvangst door de gastheer. Faciliteiten waaronder een gezamenlijke keuken en een fijn zwembad met ligbedden waren prima. Ook is er een mooi dakterras met loungesets waar je lekker gebruik van kunt maken. Wij hebben hier heerlijk pizza gegeten en wijn gedronken kijkend naar de zonsondergang met de Convento de Cristo op de achtergrond. Goede bedden en fijne kussens en een top douche

Ottimo punto d'appoggio per la visita al Convento di Cristo e una passeggiata nel centro di Tomar. Splendida piscina, estremamente godibile, così come il terrazzo comune sul rooftop. Camera dotata di ogni comfort.

La verdad que nos gustó el hotel en general, el personal es divino: súper amables, risueños, serviciales, magníficos con los niños. Seguro repitiremos. Mis hijos quedaron encantados con todo, a mi hija le gustaron muchísimo las camas y la verdad que dormimos todos muy bien.

No tengo absolutamente ninguna queja, de hecho, estuvimos a punto de quedarnos otra noche, pero por compromisos previos no pudimos. Pero no tengo ninguna queja

O Paço é o melhor alojamento em Tomar. Já é a 2 vez que ficamos no Paço pela excelência em serviço ao cliente, conforto e beleza do quarto com vista para o castelo de Tomar . Tudo está extremamente limpo , impecável. 5 estrelas

Beautifully decorated with a fabulous view of the castle. A lovely pool area which was very quiet and I was able to relax in the morning by myself

Foi a nossa primeira experiência de estadia em Tomar e não podíamos estar mais contentes. O espaço bastante amplo com uma fusão entre moderno e o antigo, com o máximo de limpeza e organização, além da decoração requintada. Fomos atendidos com bastante simpatia e acolhimento além da flexibilidade. O espaço era bastante completo e confortável. A repetir com toda a certeza.

Wonderful apartment near the historic center of Tomar. The whole building has been recently renovated and stylishly decorated. We got a very warm welcome from Claudia who showed us around. The apartment is clean and beautiful, with one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. The apartment and common areas such as a small shared kitchen and the pool area are very well equipped. Also the rooftop balcony has an incredible view of Convento de Cristo. We couldn't have wished for more.

Lovely pool, beautiful rooms. Very close to everything. Fantastic rooftop terrace.

For me personally this should be an adults only accommodation to enjoy the quiet and keep having fantastic experiences here.

Pessoas simpáticas e disponíveis, excelente ambiente e limpeza. Muito confortável. Local calmo e central, dá para fazer quase tudo a pé. A piscina também é muito boa e o espaço é agradável. Gostámos imenso.

Very nice and spatious apartment, much nicer and modern than the pictures present it 😁. 5 min walk to city center. Roof top terrace - a delight in the evening. Nice outside pool. A lot of restaurants near and Auchan just outside.

O que mais nos surpreendeu pela negativa foi a falta de consideração pelo descanso dos hóspedes. O nosso quarto situava-se junto a uma área de serviço, onde vários funcionários estiveram a conversar, a falar ao telemóvel em tom elevado e a fazer barulho durante algumas horas, apesar de terem conhecimento de que o quarto estava ocupado. Quando um alojamento dispõe quartos junto a uma zona de serviço, deve assegurar o máximo de discrição. Caso contrário, essa localização não é adequada para receber hóspedes. É lamentável que sejam os próprios colaboradores a comprometer a tranquilidade dos clientes. Num alojamento, espera-se profissionalismo, bom senso e respeito pelo silêncio, algo que claramente não se verificou. Esperamos que a gerência reveja esta questão.

I loved the size of the room with balcony view of the castle. Huge bed that was perfectly comfortable. Excellent location walking distance to everything. Very warm welcome from management and great communication. . Everywhere was spotless and clean. Clean pool/jacuzzi area.

Foi uma das melhores experiências da minha vida e estadia em familia. Iamos para um encontro de familia grande em Tomar, que conhecemos bem, mas não tinhamos sitio para ficar. O Paço excedeu as expectativas, relação qualidade preço, estilo do quarto suite. E algo extraordinário é pet friendly, fomos eu e a minha mulher, meu filho e cadela de 6 kilos. Foi a todos os niveis excelente. Incomparável. Localização soberba. A repetir. Os sócios do Hotel Telmo e David construiram uma joia. Vista do castelo a noite, piscina para o calor tranquila com jacuzzi. ____ It was one of the best experiences of my life and a wonderful family stay. We were heading to a large family gathering in Tomar—a place we know well—but didn't have a place to stay. The Paço exceeded all expectations regarding value for money and the style of the suite. And remarkably, it is pet-friendly; my wife, my son, our 6-kilo dog, and I all stayed there. It was excellent on every level. Unparalleled. A superb location. We will definitely be back. The hotel partners, Telmo and David, have created a real gem. A view of the castle at night, and a peaceful pool with a jacuzzi—perfect for the hot weather.

Good location and good stuff

The accommodation is located about 5 minutes walk to the centre where most shops and restaurants are. I booked a deluxe room and a suite with pool view. The rooms were so tastefully decorated, beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathrooms are huge and very clean. There is a common kitchen for the guests and an attic which has the best view of the Knight Templar, especially in the night. It was a pity that I only stayed for a night... I shall be back!

We only stayed for one night but It was a beautiful building with so many extra details. The ceilings of our room was gorgeous! We also enjoyed the rooftop view at night to view the Tomar Castle. So much history in that town and hotel. You can tell it was well maintained.

I wish their were blinds in the window but they did have wooden shutters.

L'établissement est très bien placé, on peut tout faire à pied en 5 minutes. C'est très bien tenu et très propre. Les gérants sont très sympathiques, accueillants et réactifs. La piscine et le rooftop sont en libre accès et très agréables, on a envie d'y rester toute la journée (ce que nous avons fait...). Nous recommanderons cet établissement avec plaisir

The owner was very friendly and attentive. The location was perfect. The room with the castle view was excellent. We just sat on the terrace and watched the sunset with the castle lighting up. The pool looked very nice, and I was sad I didn’t bring my bathing suit. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

O espaço espetacular com muitos sítios para relaxar, a vista para o castelo, o quarto muito bonito e confortável com todas as comodidades necessárias, a localização excelente perto de tudo. As pessoas muito simpáticas e tem gosto por apresentar o espaço.

Adorava um bom pequeno almoço, mas tem muitos sítios nas redondezas onde podemos tomar.

Fomos só passar uma noite para descançar e aproveitar um pouco já que a acomodação tem piscina , superou todas as nossas expectativas , funcionários super amáveis ! Em relação ao alojamento em si , perfeito , piscina perfeita , quartos limpos , confortáveis e bem decorados , o ponto forte fica o roof top , com uma vista incrível para o convento! Super recomendamos

가족 셋이 사용하기에 적당한 크기의 깔끔한 숙소였습니다. 호스트는 매우 친절하게 우리를 안내해 주었고 짐 옮기는 것을 도와주었습니다. 넓은 발코니에서 야경을 즐겼습니다.

에어컨이 바람나오는 모드만 작동하고 냉방이 되지 않아 무척 더웠습니다. 계단이 꽤 많고 엘리베이터가 없어 짐이 많거나 무거우면 매우 힘이 듭니다.

Amazing stay with amazing staff! We felt very welcomed, staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Plenty of free parking on the surroundings. Great view to the castle (castle view room) and great pool. The rooms are gorgeous. Loved the fact that we had an elevator for carrying our bags. Super center location. One of the best stays!

Everything is so nicely done, beautiful, comfortable, and the staff all wonderful and very friendly! Parking was easy for us. Never had any difficulty locating a spot and it was always one of the handful right outside the hotel. The loading spots were also nice for quick use to unload/load all our luggage and other items (we have a lot for our 2-month trip and small dog). Elevator was also a plus.

It was a really lovely place, very central to all shops and restaurants. Lovely view and the staff when checking in were really friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect and the room with the view of the castle was magical. The rooms and accommodation are spacious, beautifully clean and appointed. There was an abundance of hot water for showering in the luxury bathroom. We received a lovely welcome by David and we loved our stay.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Vorteil: kleiner Laden gegenüber für Lebensmittel usw. Sehr netter Empfang. Richtig gut: Geschirr kann unbegrenzt genutzt werden - und es wird von einer Fee gereinigt. Schade: Pool ist leider unbeheizt, das herrlich grüne "Gras" auf den Fotos ist Kunstrasen. Liebevoll renoviertes und ausgestattetes Zimmer. Leider viel zu wenig Platz/ Ablage für Klamotten/ Handtücher.

Very large room with an excellent, modern bathroom with shower. Fantastic view of the Tomar castle and city from the 4 floor-to-ceiling French windows. Very comfortable bed with all amenities including refrigerator, air-conditioning, coffee maker and a shared kitchen with crockery and cutlery.

L hotel et les chambres sont aménagées et décorés avec raffinement. De belles moulures penses les plafonds des chambres. La vue du roof top est époustouflante ! De plus David , l hôte est tres agréable et vous explique tout le fonctionnement de l hotel.

Juste dans la chambre mettre une poubelle en plus que dans la salle de bain et si possible un petit kit sanitaire.

Tomar is an adorable little town and this location is perfectly situated to explore. The castle view room felt magical...waking up to see the castle in the morning and also seeing the beautiful wooden millwork ceiling was a delight. We appreciated being greeted by David when we arrived. It was nice to put a personal touch to our visit. The room was very clean.

There was nothing we didn't like. Do not hesitate to book here. We didn't get a chance to use the pool due to weather, but it appears to be a nice spot to cool off on a hot day.

Удобное местоположение, 5 минут от центра города по приятным улочкам старого города. Небольшой бассейн был очень хорош после долгого дня за рулем, напротив находится супермаркет со всем необходимым. Рядом очень симпатичный ресторан! На этаже есть все необходимое для сервировки стола- тарелки, столовые приборы и бокалы. В номере кофе машина с капсулами.

Хорошее расположение, рядом со старыми городом. Современные комнаты, свежий ремонт. Удобные кровати. Есть кофемашина и капсулы к ней. В отеле есть небольшой бассейн и терраса на крыше с великолепными видами. Очень радужный хозяин.

В целом, всё отлично. Единственное не хватало крючков для полотенец в душе. Но это мелочи.

Great location. Very clean and modern. Our unit had a beautiful balcony with a great view of the castle. Met the owner who was extremely professional, responsive and personable. Our visit exceeded expectations and would highly recommend.
