War alles bestens

Der Mitarbeiter der an dem Tag bevor check out nachtschicht gearbeitet hat hat uns mega angeschrien und beleidigt , wir haben für 2 gebucht und wollten uns verabschieden von den Gästen wren dann kurz zu 4t kamen leise aber der verhalten von dem Herr war 0 die Dame da war sagte sogar er soll so nicht reden . Schauen sie ihre Camera an .

Sehr hübsches, kleines Hotel an guter Lage, Nähe Flughafen. Nettes Personal, kleine aber feine Zimmer mit allem was es braucht.

In der Kaffeemaschine war noch Wasser und im Abfalleimer gebrauchte Kaffeekapseln, sonst aber alles tipp topp sauber.

카펫 바닥이 고급스러워 보이고 방도 넓어서 편안했어요. 주택가에 있어서 조용하기도 했구요.

티비 리모컨 작동이 안 되었는데.. 밧데르 교체가 안되서.. 저녁에 좀 심심했네요... 호텔 컨디션에 비해 아침도 굉장히 간소했구요 ^^

- Room size, facilities and overall quality. - The property is in great condition. - the receptionist lady is so nice, polite and helpful.

Shortage of Breakfast items! We were there for 2 days and both days they ran out of bread, cheese, ham, bacon, etc. before 9:30 and recharged very slowly (some items not at all!) And this didn't happen in a rush. Maybe just 4-5 tables occupied... Management need to reconsider thdir method of supply and replenishment of food for breakfast.

Good public transport, large room, super breakfast, kind hospitality

La chambre était propre et spacieuse malgré la moquette qui recouvrait le sol. Le lit était confortable cependant nous trouvons dommage que celui ci soit séparé malgré la réservation d’un lit double une pièce. La salle de bain était sans grande particularité, munie de linges propre. Il manquait cependant quelque aménagement tel que des verres ainsi qu’un tapis de douche.

L’homme manquait, selon nous, de professionnalisme cependant que la jeune femme semblait se préoccuper de notre bien-être. Il y a des frais supplémentaires à payer lors du check-in. En plus du prix de la chambre, nous avons dû payer 25 CHF pour le parking. Ces informations ne sont pas suffisamment accessible avant la réservation. Le manque de ventilation dans la chambre s’est fait ressentir : au réveil, elle était encore humide et chaude de la veille. Sans ouvrir les fenêtres la respiration devenait difficile. L’odeur était elle aussi désagréable Le petit-déjeuner était simple, sans plus. Les aliments n’étaient pas frais. Que ce soit le pain ou les croissants, ils avaient été décongelés puis cuits ; le pain était même resté congelé au centre. La charcuterie n’était pas du jour. Bref… La nuit dans cet hôtel ne valait pas le prix. Nous aurions pu choisir un établissement mieux situé, étoilée etc.

The place is quiet, clean, and close to the airport. The hotel staff are very helpful, and the hotel itself is very clean and elegant. The breakfast is excellent.

Super nettes und hilfreiches Personal, sehr gepflegt, grosses Zimmer und gute Lage zum Flughafen. Kleine gemütliche Bar im Haus. Kommen gerne wieder.

Lage zum Flughafen. Sehe freundliche Gastgeber. Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet, großer Balkon. Der Frühstücksbereich ist sehr gemütlich.

25sfr für Parkplatz vorm Hotel fand ich übertrieben. Das Bad und die Küchenzeile waren nicht richtig sauber.

The room was big, the bathroom very big. All seemed to be clean. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was fine.

The bed was broken. First we thought that just the mattress is a disaster, but when looking under it, we saw that two slats had fallen of. As it was already late, we fixed it ourselves as well as possible, but the mattress still had a huge sagging spot in the middle. In the bathroom closet there were some dirty ladies' underwear and I couldn't avoid thinking that perhaps someone works in the room regularly. In principal a nice little hotel, but we definitely won't be back.

Pas propre pour la Suisse, refuse de nous donner un duvet avec un draps supplémentaire, ne sont pas souriant et difficile d’accès

Just 5-10 minutes bus to the Zurich airport with good connectivity to public transport. Good sized room. Situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood.

Frühstück ab 7.30 Uhr in der Woche ist relativ spät. Kleines Zimmer, TV an der Decke, kann man praktisch nur im Bett liegend richtig sehen. Wenig Equipment im Bad, zB nur ein Handtuch, keine „Vorlage“ für den Boden.

Alles! Was bei Booking falsch gelaufen ist, weiß ich nicht, aber es wurden zwei Deluxe-Doppelzimmer gebucht und jeweils zwei und ein Gast eingegeben. Deshalb hatten beide Zimmer einen unterschiedlichen Preis. Wieso das so ist, konnten weder das Hotel noch Booking erklären. Als wir ankamen, hieß es, dass jeweils nur ein Gast im Zimmer bleiben darf. Für ein Update wurden 50 Fr. verlangt, was einfach nur Abzocke ist. Es handelt sich nicht einmal um ein Hotel. Für 180 Euro (pro Nacht) könnte man ein gutes 4- bis 5-Sterne-Hotel in der Umgebung buchen. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat mich aber gewundert. Eine derart unfreundliche Problemlösung habe ich noch nie erlebt. Als ich sagte, dass ich gleich Booking kontaktieren werde um das Problem zu lösen, kam die Antwort: „Ich bin hier der Chef, ich entscheide. Sie werden hier nicht schlafen.“ Danach war überhaupt keine Lust mehr, dieses „Hotel” zu genießen. Es war ja alles schon im Voraus bezahlt, konnte nicht das Hotel wechseln. Also 50 Fr. dazu bezahlt. Frühstück? Ich frage mich, wofür man so viel Geld verlangt, wenn nichts geboten wird! Einfach nur schlimm. Natürlich nie wieder! P.S.: Ich bin - !war! Genius Level 3 Mitglied. Also, habe bis jetzt Booking fleißig genutzt, aber das war letze Buchung! Solche Abzocke und solches Verhalten - danke, nicht mit mir und nie mehr wieder!

An amazing place really close to the airport! It’s very convenient if you have an early flight — it only takes around 5–10 minutes by taxi to get there. They serve a great breakfast starting early (from 7:30). The staff were friendly.

You can hear the planes quite close, but that’s to be expected given the location. Just note that only a glass wall separates the bathroom from the room.

The hotel was close to public transportation and accessible to the airport. The breakfast was really tasty The room was really clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

The mattress was a bit soft &; there wasn't a lot of space to open my luggage. The breakfast doesn't start until 730am, so people who have early flights, will miss out on eating .

Die Lage zur Stadt ist großartig! Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich!

Die Vorhänge waren kaputt. Das Licht im Außenbereich auf dem Balkon konnte nicht abgeschaltet werden. Ich hätte mir noch ein paar Grünpflanzen gewünscht.

Impossible de dormir autrement qu'avec toutes les fenêtres ouvertes. L'odeur du détergent sur le tapis était tellement forte que j'avais le nez qui coulait en permanence. J'ai demandé une autre chambre, mais l'odeur était identique.

Rummet skulle ha varit helt okej men eftersom fönstret inte kunde stängas helt blev det kallt i rummet. Jag checkade in på kvällen och receptionisten gick hem direkt efter det. När jag ringde dem, fick jag svaret att de beklagar men jag ska försöka lösa det själv på något sätt eftersom de har inga lediga rum. Otrevligt bemötande, när man har problem. Jag fick leta efter ett annat hotell sent på kvällen. Ingen kompensation erbjuden.

Man muss wissen, dass man sich genau in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen befindet, mich hat es nicht gestört.

The location is convenient, near the tram and bus stops to go to the airport. Also the hotel is very close to shops and restaurants. The staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom was very cool.

Breakfast was very minimal, quite disappointing. We had to slice the bread ourselves. It was probably the smallest breakfast with very little choice that I have ever had in an hotel. The room was nice, but you can hear the planes flying in and out of the airport. So it was noisy to sleep in, unfortunately.

Es war zweckmässig gut. Der Empfang war sehr nett. Betten waren bequem und mit dem Uber für CHF 8 zum Flughafen - top.

Kühlschrank sah demoliert aus und Kaffeesahne war abgelaufen... Somit gab es für einen von beiden keinen Kaffee früh morgens.

Zimmer war sehr geräumig Gute Nähe zum Flughafen.

Frühstück war leider erst an 7:30 möglich, was für uns etwas spät war, da wir jeden Tag Ausflüge geplant hatten; am Abreisetag mussten wir es komplett ausfallen lassen. Es gab zwar eine Bar/Cafe, die war allerdings an zwei von drei Abenden geschlossen. Parkplatz war extra zu bezahlen. (€25/Tag)

Es war sehr sauber, ruhig, zuvorkommendes personal und gute park möglichkeit.

Das Bett war bisschen ungemütlich.

This hotel was very close to the airport and the staff was very attentive. During our stay, it started raining and the staff kindly let us borrow a big umbrella so we could go out. After coming back from dinner, we enjoyed having coffee/cake at the lounge, which was quite relaxing.

Sänky oli hajalla. Huomasin asian klo 22, jolloin ilmoitin asiasta kun olin menossa nukkumaan. Hotelli vastasi klo 23.30. Eivät pahoitelleet asiaa vaan kysyivät, että olinko itse rikkonut sängyn. Kieltäytyivät myös hyvittämästä mitään huoneen hinnasta, kun aamulla asiaa tiedustelin. Kieltäytyivät myös Bookingin yhteydenoton jälkeen hyvityksestä. Hotellin tärkein tehtävä on tarjota hyvät yöunet. Tässä epäonnistuivat isosti. Lisäksi huoneen wc:n ovi oli monesta kohtaa kolhuilla.

It was modern, fresh and tastefully decorated. Our room was delightful with two balconies, both with pleasant views. The dining room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. On a nice day, we could have enjoyed breakfast outside on a spacious terrace.

We were happy with all aspects of our stay!

Rooms are convenient and the hotel offers a nice alternative to the big hotel chains.

Expect it to be a little bit noisy because it is so close to the airport. But you can’t have both proximity and total silence. 🤷‍♂️

Everything about my stay was pretty amazing. The room was very spacious, clean and even had a lange balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. Conveniently located next to the airport and several train/tram station to get to the city centre.

I believe the breakfast buffet is a little small, but the food offered was very good.

There was a strong smell of a cleaning product in our entire room that was so pungent it gave me a headache. What was really upsetting though was that I asked the hotel to order me a cab to the airport which is 3-5 min away. They did and it was on time but when I got into the cab and greeted the driver he shushed me because he was on the phone and didn’t want the other person to hear us. Upon arrival at the airport (3 min, basically no traffic) he charged me 39 Euro and I realized he never turned on the meter. I know Zürich is expensive and I paid 29 Euro the night before to the hotel (which includes some airport fees or whatever) but when I asked about why it was so expensive, he shrugged and got defensive. Long story short: Sketchy taxi service, reflects badly onto the hotel.
