Dorint Airport-Hotel Zürich

No breakfast

Was given an occupied room then took long time to get a room, after a very long day it was too much of a hassle waiting for a room

Very close to the airport & clean.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was very kind and polite

Clean and good service and great proximity to airport with scheduled shuttle service!

No stairways for use between floors - had to use elevator which is difficult for a claustrophobic person.

Loved the fact that when I mentioned that the air conditioning wasn't working properly that I was listened to

Nothing

Great and convenient hotel at Zurich Airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It feels like a hotel that makes you want to stay there because of the experience and not just the convenient location. There is a tram very close by that can take you into town or the airport. Also have a great carpark.

Excellent staff Very convenient for overnight stay prior to flights

Nothing except charge for return shuttle.

Room size, layout, comfortable bed, good bathroom andcdecent breakfast.

Airport-hotel shuttles are usually free both ways, after all, it has to go to airport to do the free run to the hotel.

Clean, well laid out hotel close to the Airport..very helpful reception staff, good breakfast and again helpful people there too

I find the pillows really soft but that is personal and I didn't request an alternative, as it was only 1 night and we were late arrivals

Oh the waitress at the restaurant I Hsin is superb

The restaurant food needs to be better .. the schnitzel was bas and menu needs to be better The bed was way too soft that there is no support

Dinner was very nice, sitting outside. And when the storm approached the waitress was very helpful relocating us inside.

Duvet was too heavy to be comfortable, and the room was poorly lit. In fact, the tall floor lamp was not plugged in and there was no outlet to be found.

Very friendly staff, always available.

Shuttle service could be included in the price.

Direkter und pünktlicher Flughafen Shuttl. Sehr ruhige Zimmer trotz Flughafennähe.

Asketische Gratis.-Minibar X unnötige Emails

Nice hotel, comfortable beds and Good location for the airport although the free transfer to the hotel didnt and then next one was 15mins late. Wouldn't usually complain about that but at 10pm with 2 tired kids it was a bit hard work. Getting to the airport though was the tram was a piece of cake and a lot cheaper than their transfers. Disappointing price didnt include breakfast though but late check out was good so we could sleep in

Communication was very poor. Worst of all the hotels we stayed during our visit. Took at least a full day to reply to messages and even then didnt once answer my question and just kept saying the same generic response which was frustrating. Like said disappointing not having breakfast included given the price. Not sure 70F for a family of 4 with 2 small children is a justifiable price.

Special thanks to Amira at the reception. She was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Excellent service and a wonderful attitude!

Free shuttle to the hotel from the airport…about 7 minutes from terminal ….reasonable charge to return. Nice standard room which was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Dinner menu selection was limited but entrees were quite large for the price. Breakfast buffet was very well done and plentiful.

Note that when getting booking.com rate the breakfast buffet is not included and cost was substantial… approximately $32. USD.

Konum fena değil

Odalarda buzdolabı yok Park ücretli Ekstra vergi Fiyat ta oldukça yüksek

War das 4. Mal dort und nicht das letzte Mal. Top Lage zum Flughafen

...

Easy to reach by airport shuttle

Nothing

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect—just a short drive from the airport.

Great location.

The staff was very helpful, the Pizza was delicious, and the morning shuttle to airport was good.

I liked the room hotel and staff just someone tried to break into our room early hours of the morning,

All- Staff id extremely polite

Great hotel, great breakfast, very convenient from airport. Nice staff.

A/C in room just didn’t get cool enough for me to sleep. And they had big thick blankets. Otherwise, awesome hotel.

Great location, spacious and comfortable Junior Double Room with a kitchen. Although the hotel looks a little dated, the location is perfect and the nearby tram makes it easy to explore Zurich. The airport shuttle on arrival is free, and the shuttle to the airport is only CHF 6. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful, both on arrival and departure. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay!

Kousek od letiště super

Lovely hotel very close to Zurich airport and runs a shuttle which is so convenient, Had a lovely meal reasonably priced, the room was so comfortable and clean, will definitely stay there again,

Nothing

Great staff, location was close enough to the airport. Comfy and spacious room!

I know it's a Swiss thing, but no proper AC (it was a heat wave). There is no laundromat.
