Lag halt am Weg, war für mich gut zu erreichen.

Beim ersten Zimmer ging die elektronische Karte nicht. Beim zweiten Zimmer war das Waschbecken verstopft (wie will man das unter diesen Bedingungen eigentlich sauber machen? Beim dritten Zimmer war es dann ok. Im Flur standen Wäschebehälter rum. Wirkte alles etwas unprofessionell.

Rooms are very spacious

Cattel and coffee setup was not there.

We left in the morning early at 6am hence no one was available at the desk. I had two rooms, room 425 was okay but Room 426- the sink tap only gives out cold chilled water. We had difficulty the previous night and in the morning. You can ask staff to check this room. I sent this message to the property and they got back saying everything is okay with the rooms. No one apologised for this and made me look like a liar.

Less than a 10 minute walk from the Glattbrugg tram station, i.e. very close to the airport and conveniently reachable. Restaurants and shopping close by.

The elevators were not working on the day I checked in, i.e. you had to lug your bags up the stairs. On the upside, I had a room on the first floor, so only one flight of stairs. Battery in the TV remote was probably dead, i.e. you couldn't watch TV. Reading light by the bed did not work. The bathroom looked like a construction site. There were empty hangers on the wall without the corresponding appliances, i.e. no soap dispenser by the sink, no Kleenex dispenser, no no hygiene product trash bags. I am pretty tall (6'3''/190cm) and the shower glass door on top of the old style bath tub didn't even reach to my chest. As a result most of the bathroom was flooded after my shower. I have never seen such a lack of attention to details in a Swiss hotel. Very disappointing. I had another stay booked here for the beginning of October, but I canceled that. There are better hotels in the area.

Frühstücksbuffet wurde nur spärlich aufgefüllt

The room was super clean and comfortable if compared to the status of the facilities . The corridors of the building were quite filthy (the floor was quite ataine) and skips with laundry were in the middle of the way. So I was worried that the room wouldn’t have been clean,but it was indeed. Great value for money and really close to the airport. Easy to reach with the bus

Da un lato camere sulla strada principale. Con finestra aperta, che se fa caldo è d'obbligo visto che non c'è l'aria condizionata, impossibile dormire

Ho ricevuto free upgrade, free early check-in e free breakfast al arrivo. Insomma, tutto è andato molto bene. Minibar aveva bevande grauite.

Minibar non raffreddava bene ma hanno fatto refill di bevande gratuito :)

空港からのバス停から近い　バスの本数が多いので便利　部屋のデスクが広くて使いやすかった　チェックイン、チェックアウトがスムーズ

部屋にコップやカップがない　 フリードリンクがあったが栓抜きがなかった 扇風機が埃だらけ　エアコンなし バスタブがあったが栓がなかった！

La ubicación esta muy bien. Queda a 2 min de la parada de autobús que lleva al aeropuerto. La estación de tren está a unos 6 min caminando también.

Cuando llegamos nos atendió el recepcionista muy amable pero con unas pintas muy raras …. Que ni siquiera nos pidió nuestra tarjeta de identidad, asi que ya te imaginarás a que viene la gente a este ‘’HOTEL’’. En la zona de la recepción con dirección al restaurante donde se realiza el desayuno hay unas jaulas con conejos, no es un lugar apropiado para los animales, da muy mala presentación de cara al público. El ascensor y las zonas comunes huelen mal. En la habitación faltaba jabón para la ducha, más limpieza y aire acondicionado, hacía muchísimo calor en la habitación. Hay un descuido muy significativo en las instalaciones del hotel. Sinceramente no me parece un lugar limpio y con orden. La decoración es como de antro de noche y hay muchos carteles que incitan a una noche de diversión. NO ES UN HOTEL PARA FAMILIAS. Al día siguiente abandonamos el hotel a las 5am y al salir de la habitación en el pasillo había como una cacerola con comida y un plato. En la zona de las escaleras de emergencia habían muchas sábanas en el suelo y no me imagino que estuvieran limpias 🫣. La cama era cómoda y pude descansar bien, menos mal no se escucharon ruidos en las otras habitaciones…. Sinceramente no puedo recomendar este hotel pq le falta MUCHO DE TODO y porque para empezar sería un HOSTAL.

Großzügige Zimmer, moderne Zimmer und gute Ausstattung. Highlights waren der einfache Check-In, die großzügigen Betten, der große Fernseher und die LED-Beleuchtung im Bett. WICHTIG zum PARKEN: Gegenüber des Hotels gibt es eine Tiefgarage für 1,50 bzw. 1,00 CHF/Nacht (günstiger als das Hotel) oder man parkt in der blauen Zone also den blauen Parkplätzen an der Straße (nachts gratis). Zum Parkhaus: entweder installiert man sich entsprechende App und meldet sich an mindestens 15 Minuten BEVOR man das Parkhaus befährt, sonst ist es nutzlos, da die Kamera das Kennzeichen sonst nicht erkennt, oder man bezahlt am Automaten im Parkhaus unten (hier zahlt man wie bei einer Parkuhr sobald man eingeparkt hat die Zeit, die man vsl. da seien wird). Aus- und Einfahrt geht über Kennzeichenerkennung.

Das Licht im Bad hätte etwas heller sein können und wenn man bei offenen Fenster schläft ist die Nacht ab 06:00Uhr rum, da das Hotel in der Einflugschneiße des Flughafens liegt. Was aber auch sehr cool ist, da die Flugzeuge nur ca 400m über den Köpfen fliehen und man sie sehr nahe sehen kann. Aber es ist halt laut. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man diese aber kaum bis gar nicht.

The staff were super helpful and nice.

Maybe not having a kettle in the room but the free drinks were class.

לא אהבנו כלום

הכל מלוכלך מוזנח , לא נעים לישון על המיטה. לא היו מגבות , בקיצור הכל לא נעים.

Поселили в номер , постель не была поменяна!!!. Мы попросили другой номер. В душевой -грибок!!!! Кондиционер не работал, был вентилятор, но он сильно гудел. Спали с открытым окном под шум проезжающих машин.

Получили от отеля сообщение, чтобы мы прибыли не позже 23.00, позже предложили выслать код, по которому мы должны были попасть в отель. После самолета мы на стрессе сломя голову торопились, чтобы успеть к указанному времени!

Easy access by bus to the airport.

Things are starting to get dated with seemingly any effort to fix things up. The window was faulty, the supplied fan did not work, the shower head would not stay in a suitable position and using the shower flooded the bathroom. Access to the lobby lift was via a dark and unlit room.

It was very good for the money

위치는 비교적 만족스러웠으나, 전체적인 시스템이 미흡한 호텔로 보임. 청소상태도. 문제가 있음.

복도 엘리베이터안 등이 전혀 청소가 안되어 있었음.

Hotel war sehr abgenutzt. Couch in der Lobby schlecht mit Gaffa-Tape "repariert" Türen im Zimmer voller Macken/Kratzer. Wände im Hotelzimmer dreckig. Dusche/Badewanne mit schwarzen Flecken verschmutzt. Hotel war im gesamten sehr "abgerockt" Extrem laut durch die Nähe zum Flughafen Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht Getränke im Kühlschrank waren nicht kalt

Не работали кондиционеры, в комнатах ужасно душно, открываешь окна и такой ощущение, что самолет сейчас сядет именно в твою комнату. Снимали две комнаты на 5-м этаже с 27.08.26 по 28.08.26 .

Achtung! Meiden Sie die Unterkunft. Dreckig und die Ausstattung ist unzureichend. Das Bettlaken sowie die Matratze hatten Blutflecken. Die Klimaanlage und die Nachttischlampe funktionierte nicht. Die Klobrille hatte einen Riss. Der Boden war dreckig. Im Frühstücksbereich ist ein Hasengehege. Auf gar keinen Fall ein 4 Sterne Hotel.

Only location

I had my first experience at this hotel on Aug. 19th and I had a second reservation for Aug. 24 and 25th. My experience on the 19th was terrible, dirt room, possible bed bug, no air conditioning with room temp. 28 degrees Celsius, impossible to sleep, dirt check in area, elevator with no finished floor, mildew in the bathroom, etc. Because all of this I canceled my second stay and found another hotel. Thanks to the management that didn't charged me for the cancelation.

חדר מקלחת ושירותים נקי ונעים ארוחת בוקר טובה

אין מיזוג אוויר בחדרים, היה חנוק, חם ולא נעים. הדלתות היו שרוטות מאוד. לא היו רהיטים בחדר כמו ארונית שאמורים ליצור תחושה נעימה בחדר. הייתה מיטה במרכז החדר וכל השאר ריק, תחושה מוזרה ולא נעימה.

Bereits das Treppenhaus ist voller Schmutz sowie toter und lebender Insekten, die dort offensichtlich seit Monaten nicht weggesaugt wurden. Von den beiden Aufzügen funktioniert nur ein einziger, und auch dieser befindet sich in einem erschreckend schlechten Zustand. Auf den Zimmern setzt sich der negative Eindruck fort: Eine Klimaanlage sucht man vergeblich. Stattdessen gibt es lediglich einen Ventilator, der den vorhandenen Staub wunderbar in der Zimmerluft verteilt. Am schlimmsten und aus meiner Sicht hygienisch absolut inakzeptabel ist jedoch die Situation vor dem Frühstücksraum (welcher selbst ebenfalls in einem sehr schlechten Zustand ist). Dort steht ein Hasengehege mit zwei eingesperrten Tieren, die direkt auf den Laminatboden urinieren. Der extreme Geruch zieht durch den ganzen Bereich. Unter diesen Umständen konnte ich unmöglich ein Frühstück einnehmen. Ich kann mir beim besten Willen nicht vorstellen, dass dies aus behördlicher Hygienesicht überhaupt zulässig ist.

Funcionários muito atenciosos, falando em português, e mesmo a estadia se iniciando só as 15h, permitiram que inicia as 13h pois o nosso chegamos antes, café da manhã ótimo

Location has good access to airport. Bus and tram. Staff speak multiple languages.

No Air Conditioning. It was 29 degrees in the room. Was told that drinks from minibar were all free, but the fridge was not plugged in so everything, beer and all, was warm. Fan provided also did not work. Bathrooms were as expected for price, but not necessarily clean.

Nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Das Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen mit Flecken und Schleifspuren an den Wänden. Die Gardinen waren sehr dreckig. die Türen auch renovierungsbedürftig. Es war sehr heiß im Zimmer. Es gab keinen Flaschenöffner und keine Gläser. Man hat gesehen, dass andere Gäste dafür die Möbeln benutzt haben.
