The property was located at a very convenient location very close universiti Malaya. Rooms were a bit small but they were comfortable and clean. They also have some nice co-working spaces so you don’t have to be stuck inside your room all the time😄. Ironing board, and a hot and cold water dispenser was also there. Plus there is a very nice convenience store downstairs.

I loved everything, basically. There’s a constant pool of young scholars from local and international communities in the hotel, giving it an academic or summer demeanour. The environment was cleansed everyday and the staff always started every conversation with a smile. It was Great staying with them. They quickly grow on you and become family. Additionally, it is really ideal for professionals and students, if you need a quiet comfy place to help you get work done.

Parking very expensive per night. No direct Lift from lobby. No boiling kettle in the room only one water dispenser for the whole block. This hotel is not suitable for senior citizens must walk very far from lobby

Overall, the stay was satisfying and the room was clean.

The food was completely not worth it. I would advise other guests to avoid choosing packages that include meals, as the food options are extremely limited. There were 3 choices available to order, but only 1 was actually available, and it was definitely not worth the price paid.

There was wet tissue sticking on the wardrobe beside the bed which at first I thought is used condom. facilities poorly maintained

1.No boiler in the room.. we have a baby < 2 years..needs to walk to another floor for warm water.. the Dispenser also not working properly. 2.Incomplete toiletries 3. At first they Said it's baby cot provided but end of the day they said it's chargeable 4. Parking fee is charged once in and out no flat rate for check in customer 5.Overall it's not recommended for family with kids and Not satisfying at all, really worst hotel...

The cleaner when to your room without permission 😔

1. Very noisy (Beside my room got an area for rest and relax with lazy chairs. One girl was sitting on the sofa and talking over the phone for hours, it made me unable to sleep till 11.30pm. I came out and requested to reduce her volume. A lot of noise by the students chit chatting and celebrating birthdays till 12.30 midnight. I was exhausted with exams and lack of sleep for a few days. Seriously, I booked the stay here to sleep after the exam. But, really irritating. I have to call the receptionist to inform them to stop making noise 2. The sink in the toilet is always clogged. The toilet flush is having problems. 3. People are not always at the counter. You have to wait. I couldn't find any bell to alert them. 4. The parking is outside the building whereby we have to pay. Anyway, there is no pathway to pass by with luggage. You have to carry your luggage on the staircase.

On the question about safety, I have to add that security is top notch as this is within a university suburb and there are many university students staying at this venue as well.

No electric kettle or hair dryer, but these are small matters one has to adjust to. It's just to inform others that these are not available in the rooms.

The air-conditioner needs to be serviced. The filter is fully blocked with dust. Please look into this matter.

No toothbrush and toothpaste provided for standard room yea. So better prepare it yourself. 😊 The air cond a bit warm. But other than that overall is good.

It was super convenient for attending a conference at University Malaya. Excellent staff who were always helpful. We arrived late on a Sunday night when the grocery store was closed. Two kind staff went over and above and gave us tea bags from their own personal supply

I chose the larger room and was grateful for the extra space. Air conditioning worked well. Sleep quality was good.

The breakfast was good overall but the location changed day-to-day. I wasted time on my first morning following instructions in the key folder looking for the non-existent location on the second floor. On the days it was in the cafe on the ground floor it was very slow (but delicious). Some days I didn't get a bath mat. Lacking in English TV channels.

It was a peaceful location. Tucked away from the crowded KL. It's still reasonably affordable to take Grab around the city. The staff were very friendly, especially Angel. The room was spacious. The toilet and bathroom were massive as well. The bed was good. It was just quiet and relaxing which we liked. It's walking distance to UM. Its affordable and we loved it.
