The view from the room and the incredible swimming pool. The water pressure was also incredible and everyone who worked there were all so hospitable.

1. middle of night around 1-2am suddenly the alarm ringing. not sure is fire alarm or lift alarm. twice rang and made us think there is emergency but looking out of door nothing happened. so i call the operator number to clarify the sound but nobody pick the call. maybe its midnite nobody is on standby at the receiption. 2. check in - too slow. very long Q and have to stand wait. 3. inside lift no aircond . very hot.

The hotel offers excellent facilities, including good food, common area, game room, laundry service, a gym, swimming pool, and an observation deck. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with convenient water stations on every floor. The breakfast was good, and the location was ideal—just a 10-minute walk to the train station, which connects to many attractions. The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall with plenty of dining options, and just a pleasant 5-10 minute walk to KL Gateway Mall. The complimentary shuttle service was an added bonus!

A couple of minor drawbacks: The pillows were a little too firm, and the room could be noisy due to its proximity to the road.

There is not even a shampoo and conditioners are are not there. Lounge areas also no sofa and chairs are not comfortable.

The location nearest to the institution and easier to get a grab service. The accommodation provided also very comfort and clean. They provide with room service if staying more than 2 days.

Great location between malls, food spots, and grocery stores. Affordable, and generally clean and well maintained.

Room quality is inconsistent between stays. This time there was a random flushing sound in the room that went off in the middle of the night. Wifi is also unreliable — poor signal and random disconnections. I stay here regularly enough to know these are recurring issues, not one-offs.

It was an average stay. The most enjoyable thing was the water temperature and pressure for the shower, other than that everything was average.

There's a slight issue with privacy. There was an incident during my stay where I did not request for room clean up, however, I come back from outside to a staff in my room & he was using my bathroom! As a guest I find that extremely unprofessional as my private belongings were all over the room, and on top of that he was also using my bathroom for his personal business. Even though cutlery was not provided in the room, I went down to the front desk to borrow cutlery & I was immediately denied by the front desk. I was told that there was no cutlery in the hotel, but they did have a hotel breakfast area downstairs. No help was even attempted to be given to me. Thirdly, on every floor and throughout the space, there are no trashcans anywhere. I don't understand as to where guest are supposed to throw their thrash. Overall, if you want a budget friendly stay & you are okay with these types of inconveniences, you can stay here! But otherwise just avoid and book another place instead. Breakfast was also below par.

The stay itself was very good. The hotel was peaceful, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness was excellent. In fact, I liked the hotel enough that this was my second stay at Komune Living. However, I was disappointed with the communication regarding my booking. Our flight was delayed, and I emailed Komune Living several times to inform them and request a change in our dates, but unfortunately, the communication was not very effective and I was unable to reschedule. Because of this, I also lost the complimentary taxi/transfer I had claimed and ended up paying for two extra nights that I did not actually stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, no compensation or adjustment was offered. Overall, I really enjoyed the property itself, especially the peaceful environment, cleanliness, and staff. I chose to stay here for the second time because of these positive aspects. I just wish the communication and flexibility regarding unexpected flight delays had been better, as that would have made the overall experience much more satisfying.

What I didn’t like was the poor communication regarding my booking change. Our flight was delayed, and despite emailing several times, I was unable to reschedule my stay. As a result, I lost my complimentary taxi transfer and also had to pay for two nights that I could not use. I was disappointed that no adjustment or compensation was offered, especially since the flight delay was beyond our control.

Great top view, with the TM building visible very close by. The swimming pool is nice, although it is not very kid-friendly. The hotel also provides a mini arcade. We really enjoyed the surroundings, especially the easy access to a nearby convenience store.

The easily accessible location - close to two LRTs, Malaya University, malls, coffee shops, pharmacies. Thr spectacular views.

깔끔하고 쾌적한 건물이 아주 좋았습니다. 층마다 정수기가 마련되어 있어서 편하게 이용할 수 있었고, 커뮤니티 층에 다양하고 쾌적한 시설이 있습니다. 바로 맞은 편에 푸드 코트가 있어서 맛있는 음식을 다양하게 먹을 수 있어 편했습니다. 다만 편의점이 가깝지는 않았습니다. 가장 코너 룸에 묵었는데, 채광과 뷰가 좋았습니다. 탁 트인 풍경에 하루 종일 변화하는 쿠알라룸푸르의 시내를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 두개의 지하철 역 사이에 있는데 도보로 이동할 때도 많이 멀지 않아서 좋았고, 주변이 다 큰 콘도로 이루어져 있어서 치안이 좋았던것 같습니다.

지하철이 건물 바로 옆에서 지나기 때문에 소음이 조금 있습니다. 다만 그 가까운 거리에 비해서는 소음이 심하지 않아서 신기했습니다. 인터넷이 원활하게 빠르지는 않습니다. 업무를 하기에 충분한 속도는 아니었습니다. 에어컨이 각 방마다 마련되어 있었지만, 주방과 거실이 있다보니 전체 공간을 시원하게 하기에 부족함이 있었습니다. 다만 화장실은 환기와 건조가 잘되고 깔끔하여 쾌적했습니다. 문이 2개로 나있어 침실과 거실에서 모두 통할 수 있는 점은 좋았습니다.

Dieses Mal lag das Hotel Zimmer nur auf Level 7 und zur Autobahn/ Schnellstraße, somit war es nachts Mega laut. Die Innenausstattung war dieses Mal im Gegensatz zum letzten Jahr teils stark abgenutzt.

I frequently stay at this hotel and overall it’s a very nice place — comfortable and welcoming. However, during my recent stay in room 2105, the bathroom drain was clogged. When I showered, the water didn’t drain properly and pooled on the floor. This was the only issue I encountered, and aside from that, my experience was pleasant as usual.

Mini studio propre et confortable, accès cuisine collective très pratique pour les plats à l'emporter, situation à 15min du central market en Grab, food court climatisé juste en face de l'hôtel, espace infinity pool agréable, game space avec billard pingpong arcade, personnel au petit soin (changement poubelle et serviette tous les jours).

We arrived the 30 of july at 6am very tired after traveling 24h.They told us we could check in early, when we got to reception, a man told us the room wasn’t ready and that we couldnt do anything. I then insisted and he told us that if we wanted the room we needed to pay for early check in, but only cash which we didn’t have at the time and we had to find an atm. Then he told us we needed to pay for the room which was already paid and after a lot of calls he finally let us in, for this i give the hotel a total of 2/10 for the treatment at arrival.

Good food options available just opposite at South Link. The room is clean and well maintained. Panas Express is available when eateries are closed at night.

For long stay guest, 5 hangers (of which one was spoilt) is insufficient. When I requested for more, i had to pay for it. Don't understand why i have to pay for hangers that will be returned/left back in the hotel. There are insufficient washers and dryers in the evening.

The best thing I would like to point out is the breakfast menu are super duper great!!!! The facilities are also great, the room was exceptional. I'm not sure about the room amenities like toiletries, room slippers is supposed to be available but missed out or what.

Everything was great, I booked last minute because the place I was supposed to initially stay at had mold but they accommodated me and my mum so well!! They cleaned our room everyday, the staff were so nice, the area was great, and you could easily access transport to the centre.

cozy room, studio small size type for but the overall room and washroom space good enough for me. floor-to-ceiling windows was my favorite. walking distance to nexus, confinience location fit for my purpose. for rush trip, no time to enjoy the facilities. will come back again.
