Toyosu area is a bit of distance away from most tokyo sights and adventures unless your planning on attending tokyo disney or other theme parks in the area expect to take at least 30 minutes to get back into the central area

We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel

The staff at reception were all very friendly but seemed to be out of their depth when it came to simple tasks like booking a bus tour to Mt. Fuji for example.

Die Lage ist super und die Bahn ist sehr schnell erreichbar. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Mall, so das man auch bummeln und das gastronomische Angebot nutzen kann. Im Hotel selbst ist der Ausblick sensationell (Wir konnten sogar den Fuji sehen!), das Personal Mega freundlich und das Frühstück sucht seines gleichen. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Tokyo ist das Hotel unser Favorit!

The area was perfect for me and my husband because it wasn’t in a busy area like Shibuya or other crowded parts of the city. We are smokers, so it was really convenient that there were smoking areas on every floor where the hotel rooms were located. The staff was very polite and never rushed us or tried to push us into choosing a “better room.” The subway station was in the basement of the hotel, so it was very easy to get anywhere. It was perfect!

номер рассчитан по площади на 1 человека. а разместили нас двоих. было очень тесно. воду ставили по 2 бут в день по 0,5 л. этого недостаточно. Либо нужен фильтр для воды в коридорах, чтобы мы могли набрать самостоятельно в чайники.

Vista spettacolare, la nostra camera era al piano 34 con una parete interamente vetrata che permetteva di ammirare la città dall’alto. Ottima la pulizia e il riassetto giornaliero della stanza.

Quando vedi il bagno ci rimani male.. sicuramente non da 5 stelle! Non parlo solo di estetica ma anche di funzionalità: fare la doccia dentro la vasca è scomodo. La vista non basta a giustificare il prezzo. La cosa che ci ha lasciati davvero perplessi è stata la prima colazione, per fortuna non l’abbiamo inclusa in fase di prenotazione ma solo provata una mattina. Se siete abituati alla colazione continentale lasciate perdere, troverete davvero poco di vostro gradimento. Mettendo da parte abitudini e gusti personali, il servizio non è da 5 stelle: mise en place non pervenuta, il caffè non viene servito al tavolo ma occorre recarsi al bar dove ti consegneranno la tazza in mano, cartoni di confezioni di latte buttati sopra al bar, cucina a vista sporca.. e potrei andare avanti per molto. Con queste premesse non ci siamo azzardati a provare il ristorante la sera. Per concludere: consiglio questo hotel per una, massimo due notti, quello che basta per godere della bellissima vista. Non aspettatevi nulla di più.

景色、朝食ともに最高でした！ 大浴場もホテル自体も雰囲気よく満足でした。

部屋の臭い残り‥　体臭みたいなニオイがあってきになりました。 後、部屋のお風呂の扉がしっかりとしまらなかった。

部屋に備えつけのルームウェアがもう少しかっこいい物だったら良かったと思いました。

部屋の広さ。ベットの広さ。窓から見えるロケーションと夜景。大浴場があった事。駅近の立地条件。周辺の緑の多い環境。

①大浴場に設置してあるシャンプー、トリートメント、ボディソープの匂いがクサイ！オーガニックなのか薬草のような漢方のような匂いが入浴後も全身から臭ってクサイ！香りは大事‼️他のホテルでも同じ匂いのする、それらを使っているホテルがあったが同じ臭いがした。残念だった。万人に違和感を感じられない香りにして欲しい。希望としては万人に香りが良いと思われる物を置いて欲しい。多分三井の同グループ系のホテルは全て同じ臭いのする物を取り入れているんでしょうね（泣） ②朝食のブッフェが期待外れで残念過ぎた。例えばカレー。普通のカレーではなく野菜カレー？マズかった。品数は少ないし、創作料理がメインなのか三井グループとなれば、もっと朝食に力を入れていると思っていたが、ビジネスホテル並みだった。一度神戸メリケンパークオリエンタルホテルの朝食ビュッフェを経験しに行ってみて下さい。その差が歴然となるでしょう！

I liked the fact that the hotel was clean, offering beautiful views of the city and the proximity to the metro station and the shopping gallery which was quite convenient to have.

Locatie is zo mooi en goed dat je het bijna niet wilt delen, prachtige lobby, prachtige onsen en super personeel.

Eigenlijk niks, maar ik ben hier al door de tijd van 3 jaar ongeveer 6 keer verbleven en misschien is het te veel gevraagd maar een erkenning van vaste klanten zou leuk zijn. Nu is het zo dat ze iedere keer opnieuw de regels uitleggen en vragen of je al eerder in tokyo bent geweest. Een simpele wat leuk dat u weer bij ons komt verblijven etc. Zou leuk zijn. Al met al 99 van de 100!

Die Lage ist ein Traum. Gut angebunden. Nette Bar und gutes Restaurant im Haus oder in der Mall unten. Der Blick auf die Stadt ist sensationell!

Ok, now for the bad. It’s far from central Tokyo, requiring 2-3 train rides. The hotel room is tiny, and one side of the bed is right up next to the wall, so for two people, one person doesn’t get a nightstand. The bathroom is definitely NOT on par with any 5 star hotel, and honestly probably not on par with 4 star hotels, as it is extremely cramped, with flimsy feeling flooring and a shower/tub combo rather than a walk in shower. The bathroom just feels very cheap/motel like even.

Great views especially from the lobby and restaurant... but the room was basic.

駅直が有難い。 ホテルの下にコンビニや食べ物のお店が揃っていて、とても便利だった。 とにかくロビーやお部屋からの景色が素晴らしい。 めちゃくちゃ堪能しました！ ロビーやエレベーターホールやエレベーター内のオブジェがおしゃれ。 お部屋の壁や照明がオシャレ。

お掃除がどうなのか？とちょっと不安でした。タオルでバスルーム全部を拭いてませんか？ ソファーや絨毯のお掃除もちょっとだけ不安。 ルームスリッパの除菌はどうされてますか？お風呂上がりはどうしたらいいですか？スリッパ履けないです。でも裸足で絨毯の上も歩けないです。１００均で買いました。鏡と椅子のセットがないのでお化粧しにくいです。

The hotel is relatively new, offers excellent views, enjoys a convenient location, and has a reasonably good selection of restaurants and amenities nearby.

However, the service was disappointing. (1) On the evening of 11 August, during check-in, I asked the staff member handling my check-in to explain the mechanism and rates of Tokyo's accommodation tax. The staff member was unfamiliar with the relevant information and was almost unable to communicate in English. After approximately 10 minutes of unsuccessful communication, my questions were finally answered only after another staff member stepped in. (2) After checking into a room on the 33rd floor, I realized that only one duvet had been provided. As my wife, our 4-year-old son, and I were sleeping in the same king-size bed, one duvet was clearly insufficient. At around 11:00 PM, I called the front desk and requested an additional duvet. My request was declined on the grounds that each room was allocated only one duvet. I was told that, if needed, a blanket could be provided instead. I accepted this arrangement and requested that the blanket be delivered to my room. However, this request was also refused without any explanation, and I was told that guests must come to the front desk and collect blankets themselves. During the phone conversation, I could clearly hear repeated laughter coming from the staff office, giving the impression that the staff on duty were socializing rather than focusing on their work. At that time, my son was already asleep. Having to leave the room and go to the front desk to collect the blanket myself caused considerable inconvenience and created a potential safety risk for a young child. In the end, I reluctantly went to the front desk to collect the blanket in person. Throughout the interaction, the staff member appeared unfriendly and displayed an arrogant attitude. (3) At the same time, a friend of mine staying with his family on the 35th floor called the front desk and requested children's slippers. The request was readily accepted, and the staff personally delivered the slippers to their room.

Incredible experience from the moment you enter the lobby, gorgeous finishes throughout the hotel and spectacular views.

スタッフの対応が悪かった。 チェックイン時の態度が機嫌が悪いように感じた。 朝食時メインを忘れられて、こっちから指摘すると笑いながら謝りに来た上に、閉店まで残り15分のところで持ってこられて、食べれなかった。 これに関してなんのお詫びもなく、閉店時間なので退店してくださいとのこと。 また、部屋もお風呂シティービューの部屋にしていたが、換気が全然効かずに、湯気で外は見えず。 また雨が降ると、雨粒で見えない。撥水加工など施して欲しい。

Un buon Hotel se fosse 4 stelle... Camera molto piccola, pochi e di scarsa qualita gli aeciugamani. In camera abbiamo trovato un calzino non nostro. Ok se non ci si aspetta un 5 stelle

La vue était à couper le souffle. Chambre très moderne et très propre. L’espace Onsen est très bien aménagée avec tout le nécessaire pour prendre soin de soi en sortant.

Très bel hôtel très moderne, dont le point fort est la vue sur tout Tokyo depuis la réception et les chambres. La fenêtre qui fait la taille de chambre donne une vue incroyable et hypnotisante sur la ville. Le lit est confortable. La ligne de métro en bas de l’hôtel est très pratique, nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour notre dernière nuit à Tokyo avant de prendre l’avion.

La salle de bain est petite et nous n’avons pas eu de pyjama/ chausson alors que c’était indiqué..

Расположение отеля мне подошло и очень понравилось. Рядом много магазинов, метро, автобус, набережная. В округе действительно мало людей, и даже торговый центр выглядит безлюдно по меркам центральных районов Токио. Лобби на 36 этаже, сам отель - на 33-34-35 этажах. Вид на Радужный мост и окрестности прекрасен, рано утром даже удалось увидеть Фудзи. Автобус в аэропорт в 50-70 шагах от входа.

Сочетание цена-качество для меня не было оптимальным - износ интерьера заметен во многих местах и я скорее всего, не смогу позволить себе остановиться здесь на 7-10 дней, хотя очень бы хотел провести в этом районе больше времени. 2 стиральные машины на этаж - точно мало, они постоянно заняты, даже в ночное время, очень сложно поймать свободную - очень много времени уходит впустую.

Loved the location, it was the first hotel we stayed at after landing at Narita airport. We got lemousine bus, which stopped almost at the door stop of the hotel, we saved so much time.Metro is right underneath the hotel, with some stores and Starbucks.In July's heat, it was very refreshing.View from the room is to die for as well as lobby's.

Bathroom felt a bit outdated gor a 5 star hotel, but not a deal breaker. And in my opinion breakfast is average and not worth the price, only points for the view

Great location, very nice rooms and staff at the reception is very friendly. Clean hotel and welcome and departure went very smooth. Breakfast is very good.

Restaurant for dinner was a disaster. We had to wait very long for our drinks, main dish plates came all at different times and when they served dessert, the main dishes with remainders were still at the table. There was plenty of staff, limited number of guests but clearly not trained to serve guests.

Wonderfull staff, good location for exploring the bayfront, amazing view from hotel lobby. Close to Toyosu subway station (Yurakucho line) and Toyosu station (Yurikamome line). Connected to LaLaport in basement and to Toyosu subway station. Close to convenience store, market, and shops/restaurants including bakery and Starbucks. There is an airport Limousine bus stop (that requires reservation ahead of time, would recommend at least 1 day in advance) that is outside of the hotel that we took to get to Haneda airport after we checked out.

Compact room. Had to take multiple elevators to get to room.

View was awesome, outdoor areas around the hotel & malls were good.

Our room was one level below the restaurant, we could hear people moving furniture (scraping across tiles). This was from early morning until late in the night (around 11pm)

There is a slight lack in facilities. While it has a beautiful bath, it does lack swimming and gym facilities.

Localização excelente, acesso ao metrô sem sair do prédio e ao lado da estação Shin-Toyosu do Yurikamome. Região tranquila, com acesso a muitos restaurantes e lojas sem precisar sair do prédio do hotel, ficam nos andares inferiores e subsolo. À vista é indescritível, tanto dos quartos quanto das áreas comum. Consegue-se ver toda a cidade durante o dia é lindo e a noite um show de luzes. Quartos super confortáveis espaçosos, funcionários extremamente educados e prestativos. Também nos hospedamos em outra cidade pela mesma rede e foi excelente também estadia. Se voltarmos a Tóquio ficaremos hospedados no mesmo hotel.

大浴場がとても清潔で時差ぼけでの疲れを癒せた。キッザニアに近いのがとてもいい。

外国人のお客が廊下でも部屋でもとにかく大声でしゃべるのですごくストレスだった。ホテル側には全く非はないがフロアをできるだけわけるか注意書きをするかなどしてはどうかと感じた。

This hotel is expensive, but what you get is phenomenal view of Tokyo from your room and a really wonderful and tasty breakfast (also while enjoying the view), and the hotel is also beautiful. The room is spacious for Tokyo, and bed really comfortable. Staff is kind and helpful. The welcome cake was a really nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for relaxation in Tokyo and to spend some time in the area around the hotel. However, if you want to travel more around Tokyo, be prepared to take some extra trains, as the hotel is not so conveniently placed.

L'hôtel est magnifique. Vue incroyable depuis la réception, le restaurant et certaines chambres, cela vaut la peine de prendre une chambre avec vue. Les chambres sont confortables. Le Onsen est agréable et ces horaires sont parfaits. Malgré qu'il ne soit pas au centre, il est très facile de se rendre partout car le métro est accessible juste en dessous de l'hôtel avec des boutiques, etc.

設備が新しく綺麗だった。部屋も快適で、窓から屋上ガーデンを眺められるが、カーテンなどしなくても他の客室と絶対に視線がクロスしないように作りが工夫されていて、配慮を感じた。

入口が36階にあると知らなかったので、衝撃だった。高所恐怖症や乗り物酔いをする人には、特に旅行で疲れてる際に高速エレベーターで毎回移動するのは少しつらいところがあるので、その点を予約段階で分かりやすく知らせた方がいいのでは、と思った。 部屋の空気清浄機は普段あまり使われていないようだった。水を補給して稼働させてみたが、中に物が入っているような変な音がし始めたので、使用を中止した。
