Check-in is at exactly 3. When we arrived our bags were sent to the room but we werent allowed access 90 minutes early. On the day of checkout the hotel was having work done, everyone had to be out by 11 and no baggage storage service was available. We were not informed of this in advance, no alternative arrangements were offered.

Tutte le stanze affacciano su una tangenziale a 6 corsie con un tunnel, sentirete tutta la notte moto e auto che sfrecciano e fanno tantissimo rumore, amplificato dal tunnel, non riuscendo a chiudere occhio (a prescindere dal piano, noi eravamo al 9 di 15, abbiamo visto anche una camera al 15 piano con lo stesso problema). Il personale è sgradevolissimo, non è assolutamente interessato ai clienti, né ti aiuta in momenti di difficoltà. La seconda notte mi sono riempita di puntini rossi e abbiamo chiesto 1 medico e loro non ci hanno aiutato, con aria del tutto indifferente. Una cosa del genere non mi era mai successa e viaggiamo davvero tanto. Il 22 agosto notte, a Tokyo, c'è stato il terremoto, eravamo tutti spaventati in reception e nessuno di loro è uscito dalla guardiola. Alle nostre domande rispondevano seccati. Se hai un problema lì, ti sentirai completamente abbandonato. Anche al check out, quando siamo andati via, non ci hanno chiesto com'era andato il soggiorno e a malapena ci hanno salutato Esperienza pessima.

Grand Bach Tokyo Ginza was an excellent stay for me. The location is perfect, right in Ginza and only about a 5-minute walk from the Seiko store, which makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are very comfortable, and one of the things I appreciated most was how quiet it was — I honestly didn’t hear a single noise during my stay. The room had a great shower, a lovely view, a small sofa, hot tea with a proper teapot, and an extremely comfortable bed. Everything felt well thought out, calm and easy. For me, this hotel is always a yes, and I would happily stay here again.

This hotel in Ginza is awesome stayed in the lovely corner hotel room with great views, with free mini bar stocked daily. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Have stayed here twice will definitely be back

Die normalen Doppelzimmer waren recht eng und ein relativ kleines Fenster blickt auf ein in ein paar Metern entferntes Gebäude. Man muss ständig die Fenster verdunkeln, damit die Nachbarn nicht laufend in das Zimmer blicken können. Das hatte ein wenig Gefängnischarakter… In den öffentlichen Räumen wie Eingang, Lobby und Restaurant ist es viel zu kalt (Klima) und wir wurden dadurch krank.

Great location!

Poor amenities in the room and the hotel. Staff speak bad english which makes it hard to communicate. Concierge does nothing to help you.

Værelset var dejligt rummeligt med plads til 3 senge og en meget flot udsigt. Personalet var alle meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Alt var meget pænt og rent. Morgenmaden var også god. Man sov godt i sengene. Efter en dag ude i Tokyo med støj var det utroligt dejligt at komme tilbage til et hotel, der spillede rolig klassisk musik. Opholdet var alle pengene værd, og vil gerne komme der igen. Hotellet ligger også dejligt centralt til butikker og offentlig transport samt til den internationale Cruiseport.

I liked the location and the friendly staff

I didn’t like that we came at 10:03 in the morning to have breakfast. We were declined although the breakfast was till 10:30. They have the policy: final entry at 10:00. We explained that we want order anything and that we only will eat fruit. They still wouldn’t let us in. We then anyway sat down and took some fruit.

The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the heart of Ginza, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the area. The hotel is also very clean, and everything was well maintained. We had a small issue on the day of check-out, but the supervisor, Yoshitaka Umeda, handled it promptly and professionally. We truly appreciate his kindness, helpful attitude, and excellent customer service. Thank you very much for making our stay end on a positive note. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.

Location to train stations. On level 14, there was a great view of the city.

Being on the executive level meant that I had free access to the bar in my room and drink on level 2 from 5pm to 11pm. But I don’t really drink much alcohol. So it didn’t really benefit me.

Ausblick auf ein anderes Hochhaus und das trotz Junior-Suite. Das Zimmer war einfach klein. Keinen Platz für Koffer und es gab keinen aufmerksamen Service für 5 Sterne. Da bin ich einfach anderes gewohnt. Das Zimmer an sich ist super schön und neu. Die Qualität des Bettes war auch super. Badezimmer neu und sauber. Alles bestens. Aber bedingt durch die Aussicht auf ein 2 m entferntes Gebäude bei einer Junior-Suite war das Zimmer nur als Schlafzelle zu betrachten. Es lud nicht ein, im Zimmer zu verweilen. Und das geht deutlich günstiger.

This is a very convenient hotel in every aspect. Great location, clean rooms, friendly service — a very honest stay, after all. Not very fancy but just neat enough for our stay. I recommend it

Breakfast was of a high quality of produce and presentation set on street level with a nice outlook of the city. The food selection is based on healthy and welbeing choices which made every breakfast satisfying and enjoyable. Staff were very friendly and attentive in ensuring we were looked after. Housekeeping was at a high level and care. Evening drinks at the bar were very relaxed and enjoyable . Hard to beat its location for everything in the beautiful and peaceful area of Ginza in Tokyo. Pretty well a faultless and enjoyable stay, thank you team Hotel Grand Bach.

The room is unexpected and perfect for a couple like us because we like shower, sink and toilet are all separate. The location was just perfect for walking to stores I needed to go. It's a great location, all delicious restaurants, shops.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The location in Ginza is fantastic, making it very easy to explore Tokyo. The rooms were incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our visit. Highly recommend!

The road in front the hotel is used in the night as racing course for loud vehicles. This reduces the comfort.

The location is excellent in the heart of Ginza, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are comfortable and quiet.

The hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 5-star property. The gym is located outside the hotel rather than being part of the hotel facilities. The breakfast is very limited and lacks variety. There is no porter service to assist guests with luggage between the ground-floor entrance and the reception on the second floor, and there is no staff available at the entrance to welcome or assist guests upon arrival. Overall, the hotel lacks the facilities and services normally associated with a 5-star hotel.

Très bien ! Excellent emplacement dans le quartier de Ginza et proche du métro. Chambre spacieuse, propre, très bonne insonorisation. Personnel aux petits soins (se sont occupés de faire suivre nos bagages à notre hôtel à Kyoto). Parfait pour notre séjour à Tokyo

We went for a continental breakfast one morning and there was hardly any food. One piece of fruit and a couple of pastries. Woman in charge looked very bored and reluctant to fetch any more. We went to the other restaurant for breakfast. Food was ok but not great and some of the hot wishes were barely hot.

Breakfasts need a rethink.

Extremely noisy from traffic noise. Hotel faces a busy road and is located at the partially open underpass. Traffic noise all through the night which reverberates off buildings in the area amplifying the sound. Avoid avoid avoid.
