Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The property was like a little oasis in the desert. It was extremely safe and we never felt uncomfortable or anything. It was beautifully decorated and the landscaping and view were gorgeous. The rooms were clean and we liked that each one was its own little cabin with a patio, it felt very luxurious. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The dogs that wander around are very friendly and seem well cared for. We loved that one if the tasting rooms was within walking distance of the hotel. The pool was lovely also.
The water pressure in the shower was not great, and when we asked for new towels we didn’t always get them.
Muy buena ubicación, vistas increíbles y súper acogedor entre viñedos, además el personal es muy atento y te hace sentir como en casa.
El baño estaba en mal estado, con el lavabo suelto y agua caliente intermitente. El sueño no fue del todo placentero, el colchón era incómodo. También fallaba mucho la luz en la habitación si había mas de una luz prendida.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026It was a very large, comfortable, beautiful room. We had a huge picture window facing the sunset and a private porch facing the lovely grounds. The breakfast was delicious.
It was a little tricky to find. It was located down a series of dirt roads.

Aclaro, no tuve la oportunidad de utilizar el jacuzzi, pero es una razón para regresar.
El tamaño de la cama, era matrimonial. Mi viaje fue con mi esposa y mi hijo de 6 meses. El tamaño de la habitación, baño, vista todo excelente. Pero el tamaño de la cama quedo debiendo, con respecto al tamaño de la habitación. Fácilmente entra una cama King, o por lo menos una Queen. Hubiese hecho mi estancia al dormir mas cómoda. Detalle que fácilmente creo pueden mejorar.

Location was hard to get to. It rained a lot when I was there which made it worse. You need a car or to arrange ride if you want to do anything and location makes it hard to get uber

Hotel staff were cordial.
Bed was comfortable
Bathroom toilet - seat was plastic and slipped when sitting on it
Did not flush regularly - had to lift the tank lid and push the flush mechanism multiple times.
Shower head was terrible- very little water pressure when we tried to use warm water. Water fixtures were rusted and very poor condition.
Room furnishings were not well maintained.

Everything was perfect except for that we had to wait 10mins or so at the check in at about 8PM, which is no problem at all because I’m sure the staff don’t want to be in there all night. But a small sign to say to call a number or anything like that would be good as there was no indication of anything so we were a little confused and had to call a couple of times. Otherwise the staff were very polite and so helpful!

Reviewed Sep 25, 2025We stayed at this resort during out entire stay in VdG. It was pretty hands off in the sense that other than when we checked in (arrived late night due to flight so gate was locked) that was the only time we saw/talked to someone at the hotel. We went to the restaurant for breakfast the first morning and were pretty underwhelmed and with all the amazing food options in the area we knew we would just eat elsewhere. I am not sure if it was due to time of the year, or the fact they were over-irrigating the vineyards at the hotel but the main negative to this place was the mosquitos. They were EVERYWHERE. I couldnt step outside without getting bit, even with spray on and it took a lot of spray (which they did provide when we asked) to get the ones in our room cleared out. I will say overall the rooms were great, the area is super cute and as long as you are good with the local roads (make sure you build in time if you havent drive in VdG before) you will be happy staying here. I would for sure give it another chance on the off chance it was just a bad time of year.

El hotel, además de estar muy bonito y tener su propio viñedo, está excelentemente bien ubicado, a muy buena distancia de los principales restaurantes y viñedos. Nuestra habitación daba directo al viñedo, entonces teníamos unas vistas hermosas. Esperamos volver pronto.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2025The place is really nice and the rooms were very affordable. However, I had to wait there for 20 minutes at the front desk and nobody was there to check me in. I was not sure on what to do. Therefore it ended up calling the property number on Expedia and then finally someone answer and came down. They gave us a room as a VIP. It says you are supposed to get one free complementary drink, however when we got to the bar and we asked for the drink. They said only the mimosas were included and we do not feel like having a mimosa at 7 PM. Therefore we just had to pay for our own drink then we saw the hot tub and I asked if that was included in our price. They said that it was but we had to make a reservation. I asked how I could do that and they told me I had to send a message through WhatsApp and that I will be getting all the information through there. I never got any information about the hotel and when I sent a message trying to reserve the Jacuzzi, they took about 30 minutes to get back to me so by the time they got back to me I only have about 35 minutes left to use the hot tub, but the worst part was when we got into the shower. The showerhead did not work properly. Hardly any water came out and I a woman with long hair it took forever for me to rinse it and then of course we ran out of hot water so I had to take a cold shower that was not pleasant. I would have recorded that however when I checked out they do not bother to ask me how my stay had been.

I've stayed here before and this hotel is on my list of places I'd stay again, especially when I see Genius deals like the one that inspired me to book. The room is nice and I love the terrace, and ability to park next to your room.
The air conditioning takes a while to cool the room so after a long day of wine tasting and dining in Valle de Guadalupe. The toilet is a very low flush and you might consider labeling it.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2025It was very pretty, the food from the restaurant very good as well, also the locations to gather with others were very nice.
Our room was weirdly distributed, it was room 7 and the mirror wasn’t next to a plug so when getting ready it was a bit of a struggle, as well as the shower did not like that it was at the top and water didn’t have much pressure.
The staff went above and beyond to meet our every need, even when it meant bending the rules a bit.
The room we stayed in wasn't as cozy as I had hoped, and we had some issues with the amenities (like a clogged sink). Still, the staff was always quick to try and fix things.
