The staff is super friendly and helpful with everything. There are a few spaces to chill and work remotely. Breakfast is generous and nice! Good location.
The rooms are a little tight to leave your bags but nothing dramatic.
I liked the common area, it was so calming and they had a shared library which was incredibly fun for me as I was able to relax for hours reading. The room was your average hostel room with a curtain, wifi, plug and AC. There were lockers for my belongings. free Breakfast is quite bare bones but gets the job done.
The location was quite busy but that’s unavoidable in Manila.
The location is definitely one of the best aspects — it’s close to restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, malls, and very easy to reach from the airport. For the Makati area, the price is also quite competitive, making it a good budget option. The hostel offers great common areas, including a rooftop, a kitchen, and a designated working station. The 8-bed dorm I stayed in was reasonably spacious and came with large lockers. The beds were comfortable, had curtains for privacy, and each had its own outlet and reading light, which I appreciated. Staff at the reception were kind, spoke fluent English, and provided genuinely helpful and constructive information during check-in and whenever I had questions. The building also has an elevator, which is a nice touch, especially when carrying bags to the upper floors.
There are a few things that really need improvement. The Wi-Fi works well in the common areas, but I had almost no signal from my bed and had to rely on mobile data most of the time. Also, while the working station is a great idea, it's often full, making it unreliable if you need a quiet place to work. My biggest issue was with the cleanliness, especially on the second floor where I stayed. The bathrooms and toilets were in poor condition — always wet and dirty, with doors that didn’t lock, bad ventilation, water clogging, small sinks, and areas showing signs of mould. The design seems to make it hard to keep clean, and I feel bad for the staff who have to deal with that. The dorm room itself was also neglected: during my stay, no one came to clean it. There was visible dust and dirt on the floor, particularly in the corners, and the AC was constantly leaking. The windows and doors were grimy, covered in a mix of dust and grease.
Amazing stuff, they were really nice and the location is perfect as well. Great value for money
It was clean and comfortable, nicely decorated, very kind staff and nice spaces to sit in
A bit far from stores I needed but there are many other restaurants around
Super friendly staff who go the extra effort. Good breakfast, too. Met a wide range of locals who were drawn to the hostel for its good prices and comfortable facilities.
AC, LOCATION AND CLEANLINESS
The bathroom in 8th floor sometimes the water does t Go up but I was able to manage to take a shower
The room is very nice, the bed is complete with lights and place to charge.
The shower has low pressure but it was ok, we cannot use the kitchen all the time.
The location is perfect stop
Centrally located, close to all amenities. All staff were friendly (except the kitchen staff serving breakfast)
It was a 12-bed dorm, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. The room was overcrowded, resulting in unpleasant smells and constant noise. There was no proper ventilation—only a single entry door, which remained closed due to the heat outside. Keep in mind that this is a very basic place to stay. While they advertise breakfast as included, dorm guests receive three slices of white bread, one fried egg (likely pre-cooked and possibly cold, as mine was), some jam and butter, orange juice of low quality, and a cup of cheap instant coffee.
The staff helped me with everything I needed. Everyone was very nice and kind. The room was comfortable and clean.
Nothing
Location and staff is very helpful
Great place
24hr check in
The ventilation of the bathroom is a bit poor due to lack of the window, but it’s very clean.
Outstanding hospitality and comfortable stay in the good part of the center. Very helpful staff.
Nothing.
Incredibly good value! Can’t complain about the facilities. Lots of places walkable and safe for a female solo traveller. Kitchen is well stocked too though small.
Everything about this Abraham hostel is great, no issues
Amazing place and lovely people
Good: Location, staff, they propose many activities, a lot of chill spot in the hostel Less good: The wifi sometimes doesn’t really work in the bedroom depending where your bed is
Staff was nice, bed was comfortable, value for money
Cozy
None
My room was spacious and clean. The aircon worked well. The shower worked well with plenty of hot water. The downstairs area was nice for hanging out as was upstairs. The staff were friendly. The surrounding area had many bars, restaurants and shops.
Noise from the street but that's obvious for such a central location and the aircon covered it (because aircons are noisy too). Breakfast was plain but I think that's also normal here.
The location was great and the employees were really helpfull arranging stuff like tours, laundry etc. And the locker was big enough for my backpack.
Nothing
The accessibility to many food places and malls around Makati
Nil
Great location, very kind and helpful staff
Bathroom was very dirty, but this is because of the others guets who didn’t pay attention and thought they were alone. Les joies des dortoirs communs.
The beds are comfy and the rooms are a good size
The area where the hostel is feels very unsafe, and very dirty, it's in the red light district..... Yuk there are nicer areas of manila to stay in
Internet service
2nd time on board! Super nice & helpful staff team. Clean & comfy bed. Good wifi. Free luggage storage!
This hostel is very clean and service wonderful from helping get grab cars to knowledge of area. Also good activities to share in
My 2nd stay. Comfortable and conveniently located.
The staff is really friedly and super helpful!
The smell of damp in the room! It’s to much!
The comfy dorm beds with privacy curtains. The staff is top notch, very helpful with friendly chill vibe. Great location for exploring.
I would prefer more choices for the breakfast offering but perhaps it’s fine for most.
Everyone was very helpful. I especially enjoyed our traditional Phillippines meal and our trivia games and karaoke on Friday nights.
Crappy music played everywhere, but it's impossible to get away from it without totally avoiding the younger generations.
Super nice & helpful staff team. Good location. Clean & comfy bed.
Photos online look shiny compared to the reality, the building is lacking some proper maintenance.
Clean and comfortable
The location is prime so the view is good
Bathroom doors were stuck, water stagnation problems in toilet , room was bit smelly, the floor I was staying in was not furnished
Enjoyed my stay
Staff, board games, location
Slightly pricey the double room compared with other competitors. Rooms would need some maintenance
Staff, location
Cleanliness, facilities

Nothing
Very nice staff, comfy beds, good facilitys
Wifi could be unstable at times
Comfortable dorm room in good location. Breakfast available.
Only stayed one night but very good value for a dorm including breakfast. And only 25 minute taxi ride to airport. Even though it was 10 bed dorm it felt quite private as the room was big and all bunk beds are with black out curtains. Also didn’t have any issues with bathroom being occupied even if there was only one for 10 people. Breakfast cafe and terrace at the top was also a nice space to hang out
Wi-Fi didn’t really work in the rooms but was fine in most of common areas as long as you don’t need to download big files etc
Single room was spacious, with great internet and no noise coming from outside. Although next door guests were very noisy and I could hear this from the door, but it was fine. Bed is very comfortable too. Recommend if you need a place for a comfortable stay in Makati with reasonable price.
I didnt find it very social, or maybe I was not informed of any social activities when I checked in.
Near tourist spots and restaurant
Dark not well maintained wifi slow aircon not functioning well
The staff is actually amazing. They greet you so well and are very kind. I didn't stay and checked out from the hotel as I didn't like the rooms and locality. But the staff was just too kind and sad to see me go. They helped with my luggage even while I checked out..which generally people don't do.
The location is absolutely BAD! There is construction going on around. People look very sketchy. No one knows English around there. :/ 7/11 laundromat all were so utterly clueless on communicating and were not polite. The room..umm not good, not clean. Beds were clean though. Also you have to get a lock for your locker. Lockers are small. The hallway sticks!!! There is no ac or ventilation in the hallway.
i loved the breakfst and the servis was the best i loved the place and i will be back! everyone so nice recommended for everyone
Location is great, red light district very close, wifi works well, small workspace for digital nomads, staff very helpful and friendly, very large lockers (bring a padlock)
Too noisy in the night, not very well isolated. Not that social as I thought it will be Not sure about other rooms but mine had so many beds in one room
Convenient hotel at good location. Nice staff, simple but good breakfast, free hot and cold drinking water, and good beds. Weak wife signal at some floors, but seems good in lobby. We have stayed there twice in room with private bathroom.
Clean, comfortable, great location.
Nothing!
Location Hospitality
Food was mediocre
Too overpriced for what you get
I have been looking only for a place where we could spent a night after long flight, but we all agreed that were nicely suprised 😊. For backpackers ideal. 😊
Venue was super comfy and staff are easy to talk to.
Wi-Fi connection is poor. No mop to clean bathroom. Insufficient mats. No disposable slippers.
The bed is comfortable, staff are really helpful, love the book library, good shower facilities, reasonably priced, free breakfast and central location.
The breakfast could be improved. Otherwise, had a good experience, would definitely stay again.
The location The staff was kind and gave you a lot of options for activities to do The terrace and Rooftop The Breakfast The ambiance
The bedroom´s bathroom was not so clean
They allow late check in which was my main reason to pick it up. The bed was very comfortable! Had a good night of sleep and I like they have privacy with the cortins. Location wise in Makati I guess is okeish, no special feeling. The rooftop is cute
It’s lovely they include breakfast but is very meh. I guess my opinion is very biased after being in a hostel on the island where I payed way less and the comfort, cleaness and staff were top! Is not a bad choice tho for a few nights
Out of all the hostels I've stayed at, this one is by far the best. It has almost everything that I need. The room has ensuite toilet and bath. The sheets are clean. I love the quilt, it’s thick and comfortable. The bed has black out curtains. The location is fantastic, it’s close to everything. The AC is split type so it’s not noisy. They serve free breakfast and water. They have co-working space which is perfect for Digital Nomads. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They provide impeccable service. Great value for money indeed.
It is strategically located in Macati close to places. The staff are efficient and helpful.
Few rooms are a bit small.
