came to Manila to see the area for a brief stay. I had some bad experiences in other hotels throughout Asia. This establishment is a breath of fresh air. The price is amazing for the level of quality, and it’s amazing. From the second I got there, ( I had money stolen from me and hadn’t slept in days) and Patricia and her associate Angelica made me feel at home. She was genuinely concerned and helped me greatly. She went above and beyond. There was a stray kitten outside and management even fed it!!! Wonderful people. This is THE place to stay in makati !!! This is the only place I will stay going forward

Location very good, room and bathroom modern and clean but no windows.

No windows in room, breakfast could be better, no facilities that I know of. Staff friendly.

Go-to affordable stay in Pobla area. Enjoyed our stay. Very near convenience shops and restaurants (just beside Kanto Freestyle). They have free shuttle around Poblacion also. Friendly staff and excellent service. Will definitely be back! 😀

Coffee is always good. French toast, great if the cook Richard is in kitchen. Rest of the guys are farmers not cook . Why can’t Richard teach his secrets to other cooks ? How hard is it to make some French toast that is not all soggy inside and burned outside ?

We tried breakfast and coffee at Masa Madre Bakehouse and had a decent experience overall. The café has a cozy atmosphere and the place feels relaxing, especially for a casual morning visit. The coffee was good and the breakfast options a bit satisfying. Service was okay and the staff were accommodating. Overall, it’s a nice spot to visit if you want to enjoy coffee and pastries in a calm environment.

L’hotel è pulito e le stanze sono abbastanza grandi. Lo Staff gentile è molto gentile, durante il mio soggiorno ne ho anche approfittato per fare un massaggio, servizio top!

Le stanze non sono bene isolate quindi si sentono tutti i rumori del corridoio. La doccia non aveva acqua calda e non c’era il phon a disposizione

Everything was great! Great Staff throughout. Housekeeping was thorough and Ken always did a great job cleaning my room. The bed was really comfortable with clean white linens and towels. Good food in the restaurant and great friendly staff. Good location!

It’s a great Hotel. The Staff throughout are very helpful and friendly. Security always there to open the door for you. Check-in was easy and with smiles. The place is very clean. The breakfast or really good. The skillet omelette is good and the food in general is quality along with the coffees. The kitchen staff are great. I stayed in a triple room because the price was right even though I’m just one. The bed is really comfortable,with white sheets and pillow cases. I mean really white and clean and soft. The towels were also white. Some hotels have old grey towels. The location is at the bottom of Burgos st. So you can avoid all the clubs (when you want to) ! 7/11 2 doors down. Restaurants close by. Of course it has a cold fridge tv coffee pot ect. There isn’t a gym but I went to the mall 5 minutes walk to Gym for daily workout. I extended my stay a few times so for me it is a great place to stay. I’ll always come back.The standard rooms are small but you know that when booking right? It’s a great value though.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the level of service was exceptional. The receptionists, Angelica and Rsea, were incredibly friendly, warm, and accommodating. They made check‑in smooth and effortless, and they were always ready to help with anything I needed throughout my stay.

Close to P. Burgos but quiet, great value for money, accessible location. Food, service, and standards are all good. Coffee is great as always.

The hot water wasn’t hot enough, there’s some mould on the showers but nothing too off putting.

Personal sehr nett. Frühstück war gebucht aber nicht so gut . Es gab nur eine Tasse Kaffee die nächste musste bezahlt werden. Hier gab es a la Card Frühstück. Die Auswahl war soweit ok aber das mit dem Kaffee nicht.

Die Umgebung vom Hotel war sehr schmutzig .

This hotel has a very comfortable bed, hot shower, but not real strong, good location, and many places to eat or drink in the area. The staff are all very good and especially my housekeeping girl.Bret

The area, we just arrived in Manila and this was just a short stop for us, the hotel is located in the biggest red light district of Manila so it was not the vibe we were looking for The AC is incredibly noisy, good thing is that it covers the street noise

Prior to arrival, I had called in for an early check-in. The front desk agent had confirmed that the earliest I could be there or check in was 12 PM. When I got to the hotel, there was massive activity happening due to busy check-in’s and checkouts. When I walked up to the desk referencing, I was the caller on the phone, Cath I told me to go ahead and take a seat. I obliged. That suggestion led to a 45 minute to 1 hour unattended wait. Despite sitting in front of them and checking the front from time to time there was no acknowledgment to help me out. I went back up to the front a third time and Gia took care of me realizing that I was waiting for them the whole time under the instruction of Cath. Once they got all my detail details good to go, and I was able to check in Cath apologized and the rest of my stay was exactly how the other reviews were. At first, I didn’t think much of the wait because my friend had told me about “Filipino time“ and to give staff members some leeway. I figured there was something wrong with waiting past almost an hour unattended. Just message to management: everything else about your hotel is awesome. Just make sure customer attentiveness is consistent. Outside of the hotel rooms are awesome, efficient and top-notch. We’ll definitely be back again. Thank you!

I am a returning guest! As usual, my checking in experience was especially pleasant due to the delightful consideration given to me by receptionist Kia, who I look forward to seeing each time I stay, and other staff members. On this occasion, I had a Signature Massage in my room. It was very relaxing and the attendant seemed knowledgeable and well skilled in her craft. My room was clean and in good order as well. Housekeeping staff were extremely helpful when called upon. Breakfast was very well made to order as advertised. Checking out was just as pleasant and professional with Cath and RC!

One of the cheaper hotels in Makati but the facilities are definitely GOOD! The rooms are clean and big! Very near to good restaurants and bars (if you are looking for a good time). We will definitely come back!

⭐️⭐️My booking voucher says King size bed, but staff insisted on two different occasions that I am only entitled to a Queen size bed. atmosphere: ⭐️ The room given to us had no windows at all. Zero sunlight. You wouldn’t know night from day. I kept waking up throughout the night because it was too noisy outside/ at the hallway. Doors kept banging all night. cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Relatively clean but the lavatory had molds around the faucet base. service: In the morning, I asked to borrow a flat iron for our 8:30AM event, but they couldn’t provide because the housekeeping unit opens at 10AM pa daw and the flat iron is locked inside. hotel location: accessible, but very few free parking slots. breakfast: ⭐️⭐️⭐️Food was okay for the price. However, the staff kept chatting loudly beside us while we were eating. I didn’t need to know about how wild their nightout was.

Had a really great stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived - Ms. Kia, Amy, Kath (hope we got their names right), and the rest of the staff, including those at the resto, were very welcoming and accommodating; Sir Lyarr (“ley-ar”) was so kind to wait for us as we buy pasalubongs and gave us a quick morning tour of pobla ( “pobla ikot”). The hotel is great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, and for the price, we got more than what we paid for. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was superb, way better than expected, with plenty of choices and great quality. Coffee was great. Recommending this place for a comfy stay with awesome service without spending too much. Would be happy to stay here again.

The teamwork displayed by ghiana and kath day shift. Alongside the manager and the graveyard staff, is truly amazing. They are a highly accomodating team that genuinley values and prioritizes customer needs.

Prețul si.locația, amabilitatea fetelor de la recepție, destul de curat.

Nu ma deranjează un geam cu vedere spre o curte interioară sau de lumină, dar un geam lipit care nu se poate deschide si nu poți aerisi măcar camera nu este în regulă. Hârtie igienică insuficientă, camera de dimensiuni foarte mici, miros de mucegai in cameră si o umezeală excesivă pentru care clima split nu te ajută dacă nu poți deschide geamul sa aerisesti. Micul dejun bun dar servirea slabă.

Convenient location and very friendly staff. Great breakfast included at the cafe in the hotel.

The room was fairly clean, the room had no air ventilation unless you left the main door open, the aircon was leaking which wet the floor, aircon was not cold enough, had to remind reception to return our laundry after almost 24 hours from time we gave our laundry. Staff were friendly.

Few parking slots. The hotel rooms are not consistent. Some don't have hot water. The water goes warm but goes back to normal cold temperature. And some rooms, their aircon does not go cold.
