Sea Breeze Santorini is without a doubt one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Greece. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and exceptionally well maintained. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, and having our own private heated pool made the experience even more memorable. The location was exactly what we were looking for. It is right on the beach and away from the crowds of Fira and Oia, so you can actually relax and enjoy Santorini in a completely different way. Waking up in such a peaceful setting and having breakfast by the sea was one of our favourite parts of the stay. The food was excellent throughout our stay, from breakfast to dinner, and everything we tried was fresh and beautifully presented. What really makes Sea Breeze stand out, however, is the staff. Every single person we met was warm, professional and genuinely interested in making sure we were enjoying our stay. The level of service was outstanding without ever feeling forced or overly formal. You really feel that the team cares about the guests and pays attention to the small details. We have stayed at many five-star hotels, but Sea Breeze has something that is difficult to find: it combines luxury with a very relaxed and personal atmosphere. By the end of our stay, we genuinely did not want to leave. A huge thank you to the entire Sea Breeze team for making our time in Santorini so special. We would return without hesitation and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful and truly luxurious stay in Santorini.

Extremely disappointing stay – Far below 5-star Hilton standards We had a deeply disappointing experience at Sea Breeze Santorini Beach Resort. For a 5-star property under the Curio Collection brand, the room quality, service, and front desk handling fell completely short of basic standards: 1. Room Assignment: We arrived as a group of four, and two of us were placed in a basement-level room with absolutely no view. 2. Construction Noise & View: Our room faced an active construction site, waking us up every morning to the sound of a concrete mixer. Unacceptable for a luxury resort. 3. Food Quality: The scrambled eggs at breakfast were severely overcooked and charred, far below 5-star culinary standards. 4. Payment Chaos at Check-in & Check-out: Upon arrival, the hotel refused to accept legal tender (older-series €200 and €500 notes) to pay for our stay, forcing us to leave a €2000 cash deposit. At checkout, after deducting our charges, they returned €1600. However, the front desk could not settle the remaining balance properly because they lacked change/cash reserves, shifting the burden onto us for their own operational failure. 5. Outrageous Problem Resolution: When we raised our concerns about the room, management offered two absurd choices: either move to a room we would have to vacate two days earlier, or pay double the rate for an upgrade. Overall, this stay offered terrible value for money, poor problem management, and disorganized front desk service. I strongly advise against staying here if you expect a true luxury experience.

It was clean in general. Everything is new and modern.

Difficult to find towels, it takes too long to find one. Ordering something at breakfast is difficult, no one is looking. No toilet papers for 2 days in the toilets at the pool area

A peaceful luxury escape in Santorini! Sea Breeze Santorini Beach Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, was a wonderful stay. The resort is beautifully located away from the hustle and bustle of Fira and Oia — a peaceful retreat, though you'll want a car to visit those main spots. The rooms were big and spacious, and having both a private pool and access to the full-size resort pool was fantastic. Breakfast was good, with an amazing Greek yogurt plate that was a daily highlight. The staff were excellent — attentive, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. A lovely, relaxing base for exploring Santorini. Highly recommended!

A couple of downsides: the pull-out couch had broken springs, which made it difficult for our child to get comfortable at night. And while breakfast was good — the Greek yogurt plate was a daily highlight — I wouldn't recommend lunch or dinner unless you have to. On both occasions we tried them, the food was bland.

The hotel was lovely, staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous with private pool and 2nd floor balcony, with a cave style room (3 floors!). The hotel was so relaxing and breakfast was amazing. Only downsides were: Drinks were very expensive, and probably worth it to go to the beach club / marina most nights They could do with another shuttle service, as the taxis were limited and the shuttle booked quickly up if hotel was busy. The breakfast service was a little slow at times, with coffee refills and drink refills, but the view and atmosphere made you forget about it instantly.

Heated pool at the apartment was really appreciated! The room was huge, two floors.

Beautiful well kept property with excellent staff. Our room was fabulous and the private pool was even bigger than expected Maria at Reception was very helpful. There were only two downsides. 1. The property is quite remote and there aren’t pedestrian pathways on most roads so travelling pretty much anywhere requires car/taxi etc.,. 2. Whilst the food at the hotels restaurants tastes good and presentation/service is great, there are very limited options for vegetarians and they don’t have as many traditional Greek dishes as we would’ve liked. Overall a lovely hotel and we’d stay again but only for a few nights due to the food limitations.

Lovely beach area with complimentary water shoes. Most people just stay at the pool so the beach feels very private. Super tasty breakfast. Very nice female waitstaff, think her name was Feoni, super professional and attentive. Room is very modern and nice, albeit we had a problem with ants which were everywhere

Overall not great value, unless you have small children and a car to get around. There is nothing walkable around the hotel. It would be great to have a free shuttle to Perissa or any other village. Hotel car services are expensive, they cost about twice as much as booking.com taxi. Restaurant is good but also expensive and the menu doesn't change. Only few room service options that are cheaper than 30 euros (instead they have caviar and other dishes for 100 euro+ per portion) Hospitality and customer service not 5* grade. Weird things like cold towels at reception but not offered to guests unless you ask for them. Cleaning staff insisted we leave our room one day (we were busy and asked them to come 30 mins later and they told us that we have to leave in 10 minutes). Pool cleaning enters the villa unannounced, basically no privacy. Had better hospitality at our previous hotel, a 4* in Imerovigli which cost much less Pool in villa is wide but very shallow, not comfortable for adults swimming but probably great for kids. Main pool area crowded and loud, no adults only section by the beach

The hotel it’s self was amazing. The only downsides where the room was very cold especially in the evening. The staff where incredible in terms of house keeping and reception team but some areas of the hotel seemed little bit ridiculous like a very limited vegetarian menu option with zero flexibility to serve pizza from lunch time menu for dinner when the restaurant was completely empty and chefs where idly. Overall a very nice relaxing stay away from hustle and bustle from main town.

The rooms and patio (with private heated pool) were very nice. The restaurant was lovely with good food - wonderful breakfast. The staff tended to be nice but very inexperienced. While at the front desk, on more than one occasion they interrupted my conversation to take a phone call - even when there were other free staff 10 feet away. It is very frustrating to stand there being ignored while they take phone calls. If they were asked a question they didnt know the answer to, rather than saying I dont know or asking a colleague who was 10 feet away, they would go online and hemming and hawing try to find an answer. The restaurant staff tried hard but often mixed up orders. The staff could benefit from more instruction.

Loved the property - the lobby is beautiful and the overall feel is very relaxing. We came a little after the major tourist season and loved it. The beach is nice, with plenty of sunbeds and cabanas, beautiful view and there are several pools to choose from. You really can’t miss with this property!

What a great place to stay in Santorini! It’s a little further out then most places but it has black sands on the private beach and is a perfect place for couples or those with kids as each room has a private pool/hot tub combo. The property is new and nice and the management is on top of everything. 5-Star stay!

The hotel itself is just perfect: brand new, offering almost private beach, private pools in some rooms, high end restaurant with sea view where à la carte breakfast is proposed. The staff is very professional and friendly, particularly Sandra at the reception and Babis in the restaurant. Towels and robes are provided and changed twice per day. There is a small spa in the hotel. But the area around is not well maintained (as the whole island), there is a lot of trash alongside the roads and on the beach outside of hotel, no sidewalks and a lot of unfinished buildings around.

Fabulous luxury holiday. Staff were exceptional and resort never feels crowded. Loved it.

I really enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean feom my suite. The property was gorgeous and easy to get around. I felt like I was in my own private paradise and enjoyed the private beach. The food was great, spa services amazing, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and eager to ensure I was having a wonderful experience.

This was a great place to get away and relax.

This spot is a treasure! Tucked away in a quiet beachside locale only a 25 minute drive from lovely but touristy Oia, we quickly unplugged and relaxed. Each staff member made us feel at home, the food was so delicious, we returned each day for breakfast & most dinners. Lots of dining variety along the coast a 5 minute drive away, but we opted for the ease of a stroll on the Picture ask Seabreeze grounds. The spa was also divine. This was a tough place for us to leave. You’ll love it!

It was an amazing time. The resort was beautiful. Staff was amazing everything I’m going to book again for next year Don don’t miss out a place to see.

First time in santorini and we chose to stay at this resort. I was taken aback by how attentive and engaging the staff was every time we passed by them in the lobby. They greet you every time and open the doors for you. They have a pretty great a la carte beach front breakfast included with the room. Almost nightly or every other night the hotel staff brings in little desserts from the kitchen. When visiting the beach they have cabanas and lounge chairs to lay out in and provide water and a snack or beverage menu. The bar is very close to where the beach is and the pool. They offer different dinner options, when we first landed and checked they were having a grill night which was very good. The room we had was very comfortable and we enjoyed the private jacuzzi. The resort provides you with water shoes to go into the water at the beach that you can keep after your stay. There’s a black sand beach market and restaurant if you walk along the shore for 15 minutes which is nice to visit and eat at or hangout. If you’re looking to be in the business of the city this location may not be for you, it’s on the south side of the island and a lot of the things to see like Oia and Fira are north but if you’re looking to relax like we were this place is perfect and you can always get a ride from a taxi service or rent a vehicle to get around. Don’t hesitate to stay here you definitely won’t regret it because it’ll be an amazing experience.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Sea Breeze Santorini a luxurious 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the attentive and professional hotel staff, who made me feel instantly welcomed

We went to Santorini for a family wedding and chose to stay at the Sea Breeze and were quite impressed. It is a beautiful modern resort with great welcoming staff. We stayed in a 2 bedroom pool villa and our family also stayed in the rooms with hot tubs, all of which were immaculate with every need catered for. At the beginning of our stay the al a carte breakfast experience was fabulous with an array of choices to suit the whole family and dinner in the evenings was most pleasant too.

My granddaughter fell over in the sea and was stung all down one side by sea urchins, this obviously caused her extreme pain and great concern for us. We were aware it was rocky and have been to many rocky beaches before, but feel the hotel should make guests aware of the risks to enable them to make an informed decision. The last few days breakfast was quite chaotic, a large group seemed to take over the largest shaded table despite not being enough people for the seats and sit there for hours causing the staff to become quite overwhelmed. Consequently this resulted in extremely long waits for everyone else and not all dishes arriving for our table, a pity as it had started off so well.

Service, food and total relaxation. Going back next year.

Highly recommended both for partners and families. If you look for privacy and top service- this is the place! Great swimming pools, nice rooms, comfy beds and great service. Aura Bar with its top cocktails and drinks where they also have hookah/Sheesha. The restaurant must be the best part. Great food and amazing breakfast. The spa at the hotel is not to miss. Wonderful messages and body treatments. Thanks to David for great message and Maria and Anastasia for great chocolate treatment experience for our kids. Would like to especially thank one and each of you for making our stay such great and unforgettable one! Thanks to Claire (director), Rose-Marie and all at the reception. This is a place for you to relax and be away from the crowds in Thira and Oia. In my opinion, Thira and Oia are not the places for you to relax in Santorini.

It was amazing. The staff went out of their way to make everything perfect. The location for us was perfect. Not over run with tourist. Privacy and elegance. The food was so good, it just make a perfect trip.

This is a 5-star property! The accommodations are well done, the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and ensure your holiday is the best they can provide. The free breakfast is so good, their wide menu from gastronomy to simple foods is exactly what we liked. Each room has a beautiful private heated pool, the main pools are a great way to cool down. I would highly encourage people to stay at the property and feel the luxury that surrounds you.

A gem in the south of the island, right on the shore. Booked a suite with sea view: stunning. Bonus with the heated private pool which is perfect when the sea is still cold in April. Great staff with a lot of little attentions.

This place is brand new and stunning. The staff is overly attentive and aims to please. We had a slight flooding issue and they moved us seamlessly. The food options did feel a bit limited and “non Greek” which was a bummer. Additionally, the location is remote so about a 40 minute drive to oia. The hotel arranged transfers and all was ok to get around the island but it is expensive 60-70 per ride. Super beautiful Super safe

staff, room, food, Staff !! the facility is awesome. the room had a relaxing jacuzzi and was unbelievably well maintained and cleaned. bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. the staff were second to none.

A wonderful place to stay...Great staff so friendly and helpful. The facilities were great. And who doesn't like lounging on beach or by a pool...and being asked if we can get you a drink/food etc..would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was delicious...have to try Greek Yoghurt...

I did not like not being informed that Shuttle bus cost a fortune to use....76 euros for 6.5km trip to restaurant and back...and then 70 euros to the airport when a taxi from the airport to thre resort was 45 euros...
