It was right next to the beach and the rooms were very clean and beautiful! The owners and staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Glykeria Mini Suites in Agios Georgios, Perivolos, Santorini. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Lefteris and Kyriaki are truly exceptional hosts. Their warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. They truly put their heart and soul into what they do. The breakfast was fantastic, our room was spotless, and the cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable. Everything was beautifully maintained, peaceful and relaxing. The location right by the sea is simply amazing, with the beautiful beach, comfortable sun loungers and the Aegean Sea right in front of you. The food, cocktails and drinks were also excellent. But what makes Glykeria truly special is the people. Lefteris and Kyriaki represent the very best of Greek hospitality. They treat every guest — Greek or international — with genuine warmth, respect and kindness. We are so grateful for the wonderful experience and the beautiful memories we made here. They truly deserve all the best! Thank you, Lefteris and Kyriaki, for everything. ❤️
The beach was right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a different dish every day. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. The cleaning lady was very kind and did a great job. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially dog Rosie :)
I stayed at this hotel and really liked it. The owners made me feel like family from the very first minute. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean and with everything you need. Breakfast is tasty and filling, the beach is really close, which is great. I felt very welcome and would definitely stay here again❤️
Very hospitable. Quiet area and close to cafes and beach bars. 15 min walk to bus then 30 min to Fira for less than 3 euros. Great option for those returning to Santorini. Nice homely stay overall
This is a lovely little villa with nice quiet beach
It’s in front of the beach, super clean, super well kept and super respectful staff!
It was not close to anywhere more “touristy”, meaning, you should come here only if you aim for total relaxation. The staff were extremely nice, but the language barrier was there. Super nice family and made us feel like we never left home :)
Location was perfect. Verry clean inside, the breakfast was delicious (it is diffrent every day)
We had an amazing stay at Glykeria Mini Suites and couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy Santorini. The location is perfect, right in front of the beach, and having breakfast every morning with such beautiful sea views was the perfect way to start the day. The homemade breakfast was freshly prepared every day, delicious, and made with great care. Our room was spotless and full of thoughtful little touches that made it feel warm, comfortable, and welcoming. What truly made our stay unforgettable were the owners. They were incredibly kind, always attentive to their guests, and made us feel at home from the very first moment. Their genuine hospitality, warm welcome, and constant care created such a cozy atmosphere that we felt like part of the family. We wholeheartedly recommend Glykeria Mini Suites to anyone visiting Santorini. Thank you for making our stay so memorable—we hope to return one day!
Everything was perfect
Accoglienza,posizione,pulizia
Jó helyen található, majdnem közvetlen vízparti, hangulatos lobby, jó ágyak a vízparton. A terasz is tetszett
This hotel certainly has the WOW factor! We arrived on 14th May as hotel guest and left 2 weeks later as friends. The hotel was fantastic with breathtaking views and absolutely perfect. Staff fantastic and extremely clean throughout. Highlight of holiday was the 14 different breakfasts!! So much thought and care went into each one and exceptionally presented. The day we went on a boat trip we had a smaller breakfast as we would be having lunch on the boat. On a colder day we had a hot breakfast! Each morning was at least a 4 course breakfast with a wonderful view added in. We booked for next year whilst still there, something we have never done before. If you like a quiet relaxing vibe with the best customer service then thus is the place for you. I cannot recommend it enough
Alles prima.
The room was very clean, beautifull and well organized. The owner was kind, friendly, and attentive. He showed us around the island some beautiful places, such as Red Beach, The Lighthouse. It was one of the most special experiences of our trip and we got to learn more about the island’s history. Highly recommended!
Nothing
Direkte ruhige Beachlage.
I proprietari splendide persone
We only used the beach bar, so I can't vouch for the accommodation. But we returned to this beach bar several times for many reasons. It's quiet - at the far end of Perissa beach, away from the crowds. There are luxurious cabanas with floaty curtains, which are nice for a romantic afternoon. The service is friendly. The facilities - toilets, showers - are clean and functional. We visited other beach bars - the big name ones - but found them overpriced and underwhelming. This place is a gem. A great way to enjoy this place is to combine it with lunch at the nearby Lava restaurant - just a short walk down the beach.
The owners were very kind people. They took the time to share stories with us over drinks
Świetna lokalizacja w spokojnym miejscu, idealna do wypoczynku, jeśli ktoś tego oczekuje. Przesympatyczni właściciele, Kyriaki i Lefteris, pozdrawiamy serdecznie!!!
We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! 🌟 The location is simply perfect – right in the best area of Santorini, just by the beach and next to all the beach clubs. You truly get the best of both worlds here: peace and relaxation, while still being right in the center of everything. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very fresh. The service was outstanding from the very beginning – the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome and comfortable. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the perfect Santorini experience. We will definitely be coming back!

The location was the best possible. The staff were the most attentive, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very well served and delicious. Everything was incredibly clean and organized.
Nothing to complain about.
Amazing family-run hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Best beach on the island right outside. Rooms were spotless with stunning sea views. Great food all day, and drinks served while relaxing on comfy sunbeds. Perfect stay!
I can't think of anything.
It it family owned business, the owners were beyond kind and nice. Always trying to be helpful, they arranged airport pick up for us, helped us with renting car and never too busy to answer our questions or ask how was our day was. Room was cleaned every day. We loved our patio with sunbeds, where we spent every evening. Breakfast was nice and sufficient. We had perfect time.
The breakfast window was only for one hour, from 9 to 10. When we wanted to go out sooner, we would be without breakfast.
Lovely room and decorations, very nice hosts, and beach front. It felt like home.
Nothing :)
Rude employee or owner. When we asked for prices then after we said thank you and walk away he asked us where we from when we answered he said what to expensive then go back to your country. Disrespectful and should go back to school to be taught manners. Avoid this place!
Love the peaceful black sand beach and the family owned boutique hotel. Super friendly hosts, the house keeping lady does an amazing job keeping the rooms and property clean. The hotel itself is very comfortable and elegantly designed. All worked really nicely.
Nothing. We love it all!
The hosts were very welcoming and attentive, giving us tips on what to see and where to go as well as arranging anything we needed. The hotel was in a great location, on the beachfront and in a quiet area yet close to many restaurants. The room had a beautiful terrace with sea view and had everything that’s needed. If we are going to visit Santorini again, we will definitely be staying at Glykeria Mini Suites.
Nothing to dislike.
The room was beautiful, clean, with stunning views onto the sea. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and I had a short but really relaxing stay. Lovely breakfast.
Not only the most beautiful suites, wonderful location and amazing views, but the most amazing Greek family (owners) you will have the pleasure of knowing. The entire experience, for our honeymoon, exceeded our expectations. And we are an older couple, 2nd marriage, after, long, first ones. So we know finer things and wonderful people. The breakfasts (included) were authentic & phenomenal! They were more than accommodating & friendly. We have met our Greek family💕 Stay here, visit the busy side, come back, and be very nice to our new Greek friends! If you have a problem here, I am sorry to say, it is YOU! ❤️❤️❤️to Glykeria Mini Suites😘 Kelly & Dean
Excellent peaceful location, daily breakfast at 9am included, back sunbeds included. Plenty of restaurants nearby and wonderfully accommodating hosts.
Sometimes the hot water took while to come back, this only happened one night.
It was such a wonderful stay in Glykeria Mini Suites. The views and the beach were amazing, and the staff was incredibly kind. Thank you for making our trip so special.
Everything was perfect.
Sea view room with the beach across the road. Not a lot of passing traffic as the hotel is situated at the end of a no through road. Family run hotel and nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. (arranging taxi's giving local advice). Varied breakfast each morning. Plenty of restaurants nearby although some were very expensive. Will definitely return at some point in the future.
Nothing.
The staff were really helpful and informative. They helped us rent a car and explained to us how to explore the island and what are the most beautiful spots to visit. The hotel is in a quiet place and next to the beach but you need a car to explore the island and there is no other option. Breakfast was also acceptable.
We were on the beach for two days and nobody asked us if we needed something or took our orders, which was annoying. staff come to the beach regularly but they did not ask for orders.
I like my room, especially terrace as it was just perfect. Breakfast was great and different every day (I stayed there for 5 days). Private beach was perfect!
Pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on. The rest was great!
The location is great, the sea is right in front of the building. The apartment was very well equipped and you could tell they thought of the little details. I also appreciated the beach area, the sunbeds were very comfortable. The owners are very extremely helpful and nice.
Everything was great.
The family who own it were great.
The breakfasts are not worth it. Personally I need value for money and it wasn’t. They change it daily so you don’t get bored but I need eggs, meat yogurts, substance…. It didn’t have that. Also the area doesn’t have anything but restaurants and beaches reallly.
Breakfast was great, different everyday. The beach is perfect, crystal clear waters and very calm ocean. The hot tub was really nice as well, the shower spacious, the bed confortable. Everything was perfect
Never been to Santorini before, and to be honest, there's only one reason that will make us return: this delightful hotel run by wonderful people. The island is beautiful, but the towns of OIA and FIRA are bombarded by cruise ships constantly dropping off tourists. They are worth seeing, but once you've seen them, thanks to the advice of Glykeria, Kyriaki, and Lefteris (I hope I didn't get the father's name wrong, and I apologize if I did), there are many places where the sunset is equally beautiful without people walking all over you. The hotel is a gem, and for the first time in our lives, we slept with the windows open, with only the sound of the sea as our lullaby. The atmosphere is familial, but the attention to detail is top-notch, from breakfast to room cleanliness to the beach right in front of the hotel. Perivolos offers a 3km long beachfront full of bars and restaurants, but this hotel is fortunate to be at the end of it, making it very, very quiet. The atmosphere is friendly and familiar, and you often get to spend pleasant moments with other guests who, if they've chosen a place like this, surely appreciate peace and tranquility. It was a wonderful vacation
Very friendly helpful staff they served a lovely breakfast Room was spotlessly clean modern and well furnished
We enjoyed very much our six days in this peaceful and cutely stylish Mini Suites accomodation at the end of the St Georges part of the beach. We were looking for a peaceful place to stay away from the crowds and noise, a place with a nice local touch to the design and the great local hospitality. The place met all our expectations and the upgrade of our room added to the nice stay even more. Once you have a car and free to move around in the island, it is a perfect place to anchor your stay. You have the sea at your feet, amazing local restaurants just minutes away and one with a gourmet cuisine just next to the hotel. The hotel owners are great and helpful in every way to make your stay pleasant. The breakfast is nice and differes from one morning to the other. All in all, an amazing heavenly place to those respecting peace and adoring cleanness and nice local touch of design without paying a fortune.
Excellent hosts. Great accommodation in great location.
Gorgeous location by the beach, family-owned, welcoming staff, beautifully decorated room
Everything was amazing, the food was great, the staff were so friendly, helpful and very attentive to all of our needs. Like if you need help they will be there literally within a second. The hotel is just a stone’s throw away from the beach which makes it even nicer. There’s also nice bars and restaurants just a walking distance away.
There’s nothing I don’t like, I absolutely loved every. I just wish they’d offer all inclusive services like breakfast, lunch and dinner as their food is perfect.
Staff at the facility were friendly and helpful. An incredible facility, everything was perfect and clean. Their breakfast was great, I especially liked their special little cakes :) The location was 10 minutes away from everywhere and since it was by the sea, I had the opportunity to walk to all the places. Thank you Glykeria family
The Room was clean and decorated , bed was comfortable, hotel really close to the beach, nice breakfast and good shower
Extra charge of the front chairs at the beach (30€) which seems very strange because these are in the hotel’s area, there was no one at the beach at that time but still the owner wanted more money just for sitting closer to the shore, location far away from center and bus stop, there are not always hot water in the shower.
The location in front of the sea and the owners
Beautiful and well kept place with lovely lovely owners and great and varied breakfast.
Nothing
The management and location. They were so friendly and helpful. Room was beautifully decorated, it is lacking in natural light but I knew that before booking. There really is no need to be spending too much time in your room there a common area and the bar/ breakfast room which is very light, bright and comfortable with a beautiful beach view.
Nothing it was as described.
The cleanliness of the room was excellent, there were some lovely finishing touches, however there was some work needed within the room, towel rail falling off, hole behind shower needed filling. The beach area was lovely with big comfy sunbeds and the hosts would bring drinks to the beds. breakfast was well presented and sufficient
I don’t drink coffee and only a coffee machine no kettle or tea bags, hot tub nice touch but covered and no view, a bit dark and dingy, would have rather not had hot tub and had a sea view. Nine o’clock breakfast a little to late if you want to get out and about exploring the island
Updated room was tastefully done.
Our door banged in the wind. Breakfast availability needs to be longer.
I booked this property for my brother and his wife. They had a late check-in and I have instructed the property that they are going to be late for check-in. I have sent the arrival time and flight number. The properly owner/personal replied that its fine and they are willing to keep waiting. When my brother and his wife arrived at the property, no one was waiting for them and the property and its surroundings were switched off. After calling to the property and even booking.com customer care, 20mins later a property personal came to open.
Magical place for a honeymoon. The owners of the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Perfect location right next to the beach
I absolutely loved everything about my stay! I was able to schedule a pickup from the airport and bring me to Glykeria. I was greeted by a dog and given my keys to my beautiful suite. I opted in for the breakfast which was different each day and the beach, which was just footsteps away, was PERFECT. Thank you so much for my stay, I cannot wait to visit again!
So close to the beach, room design cool and comfortable, breakfast was lovely
The nespresso machine in our room didn’t work unfortunately
Exceptional 2-night family stay (parents and young adults) at this lovely beachfront establishment (with its own private beach and all comforts). The rooms are new, clean and spacious. Facilities are plentiful and impeccable, as is the Wi-Fi connection. This is more of a 4-star than a 3-star establishment. But above all, it's the quality of the welcome and the support provided throughout your stay by the super owners, Kiriaki and Valvis. Always available and smiling, even in high season, they recommend the best places to stay, make reservations for you and make your stay as easy as possible. 5-star service and exceptional value for money. With a top location. A 100% recommendation. Thanks for all. Sam & Sophie
We love everything about this place. We stayed here last summer in 2022 and loved it so much we came back in 2023. You walk out your rooms and are basically on the beach. It's almost at the end of the line on the beach so there is very little traffic. The rooms are great and the a/c gets ice cold. They serve an amazing breakfast. Honestly the best thing about this place is the owners. They are truly great people. They are there every day and extremely helpful. We will always stay at Glykeria every time we visit Santorini.
The Glykeria Mini Suites has everything you need for an exceptional stay on Santorini. Right on the beach (complete with beach beds), breakfast was hearty and complete with authentic Greek food, our room was exceptional: very spacious; fabulous view; and everything you would need and more! The owners are very accommodating and ensure you know what tours, etc., you may want to explore the island. It was hard to leave...
Loved it all!
Right on the beach, amazing family who run this place . Delicious varied breakfast every morning . And good recommendations for restaurants and activities .
Salty shower water but I guess this is an island thing
We were met on arrival by the welcome dog, Rosie. We appreciated the welcome drink on arrival and had a nice lunch in the restaurant while we waited for our room to be ready. It was a lovely spot to wait with views of the beach and water. Our suite was big enough, although the bathroom facilities were a bit tight. We did have a wonderful deck with a sunbed, table and chairs that provided a view of the beach and sea. This provided an ideal area for pre-dinner drinks with friends. Just a warning if you have problems with stairs as the suites on the top level require a bit of climbing. The availability of cabanas and sunbeds on the beach was an added bonus. It was lovely sitting in the shade by the water and being able to order drinks and lunch to be served on the beach. Our only disappointment was that there was no choice for breakfast. If you didn't eat what they were serving it was bad luck. We would stay again.
Outstanding Hotel, I spent 4 wonderful nights there. Thisis a family-runned Hotel, recently renovated. It's a great place to stay. Everything is near : beach, restaurants..
nothing
My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we loved the property. very comfortable and safe with awesome access to the beach compared to other properties on the island. Awesome family owned property! Also offered reliable/ fair priced transfer service to and from the port to property. We definitely recommend and we will for sure be staying here again!
Everything was excellent.
We loved our beautiful room, the amazing location, the facilities provided but most of all we loved our friendly, warm and helpful hosts. A lovely family who it was our pleasure to stay a few days with. They treated us like friends or family.
The only thing we didn't like was saying goodbye.
End of the season vacation, things were already packed for the winter. Not for everybody, but we loved it. Peaceful and relaxing. This place is beautiful, it did not even bother us that it was windy and no sun in sight. If I return to Santorini, I will definitely stay at Glykeria. Stare at the sea, order a Santorini salad and a glass of white wine.
Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Being in Greece, surprised how well the internet worked. Could not even complain about that!
My husband and I stayed here during our time in Santorini. This hotel was one of our favorites from our whole tip. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was on the beach and our room was beautiful and had a beautiful view of the water. The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide variety of food served. We rented a car through the hotel and had no trouble getting around the island using that. Definitely recommend!!
very well maintained
lots of help from the owners when needed
The suite itself is awesome! value for money, and the host were wonderful. We will definitely come back!
Nothing.
very welcoming, we were greeted with complimentary drinks on arrival, also it’s a family owned place! the location was perfect if you like a quiet and relaxing time and then decide to walk 10mins into a tourist spot of souvenir shops and even more restaurants! the family were a huge help with helping us get around/booking activities and just over all really really lovely. you can tell they care about this place. Rooms were beautiful, even if you do not have a sea view, we spotted one room had a hot tub! and of course these are always cleaned for you (amazing). we paid for breakfast included, which definitely did save us a lot of money as it’s not too cheap around, and got served a variation of eggs/bread/fruit/sandwiches and yogurt with juice and coffee EVERYDAY. definitely worth getting breakfast included. you have an amazing view of the beach and on the outside beach beds we had a complimentary bed for the length of our stay. Absolutely loved staying here! For a couple who are young and working, it was the perfect spot to feel like we can relax and have choices!
the walls of the rooms were so thin, we were situated in front of the kitchen, so trying to get a sleeping in after 8am was impossible due the the cooking and cleaning process being loud. As well as people having conversations outside our door in the mornings, we were woken up a handful of times. the restaurant two doors down played extremely loud music on a Friday night and woke us up multiple times, not a fault on the restaurant exactly but it was not comfortable or easy to sleep until around 3:30am after they had finished!
Beautiful setting right by the beach
nothing, but you probably need a car to explore
The friendly and informative welcome, the beautifully appointed unique rooms and the varied daily breakfasts
Breakfast was great - nice ideas and perfect greek taste. Black beach is amazing and the beach area which is run by Glykeria has an awesome sea view! Rooms are very clean and cozy. We got a lot of extra information about the island from the owner- family.
Glykeria Mini Suites ticked all of the boxes for what we look for in a vacation property. It is located on a quiet, unpopulated beach, literally 20 steps from the black sand. The hotel fronts a stretch of pedestrian-friendly road (scant vehicle traffic) dotted with over a dozen quality restaurants, all within a 10-minute walk. Our room was plenty large, recently decorated in shades of white and soft gray, outfitted with a modern glass and tile bathroom, equipped with in-room Wi-Fi, TV and refrigerator, and graced with a roomy balcony overlooking the shore. (Note: The "double" bed is actually what would be called a queen-size bed in the US.) What makes the stay unique is the hospitality of the family who own and operate the hotel. Husband, wife and daughter take an interest in each guest and are warm, attentive, helpful and endearingly gracious and accommodating. After a couple of days, we developed a sentimental attachment to establishment -- not something that normally happens.
