It is handy and a reasonably priced hotel. Staff is amazing. I found though not very clean

The staff was wonderful, really really wonderful! We had a fantastic stay at the Ibis thanks to them. The pool and breakfast are also very nice and the rooms comfortable.

The wifi was not so good in our rooms, but maybe it had also something to do with us being on the topfloor.

The friendly staff, the breakfast buffet and the swimming pool. The coffee shop outside was great for watching the world cup.

It's location that near with City Centrum and at the Centre of Samarinda make it very easy if you need some food, go to Cinema or hang out with your Friends or Family. Fast check Out System.

I booked a non‑smoking room for my family, but upon entering, we noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke. This made the stay uncomfortable, especially since we are a non‑smoking family and specifically chose a non‑smoking room to avoid this issue.

The location is great, near big mall, near pusat oleh2 Citra Niaga of Samarinda. The breakfast is varied, change the menu every morning, sometime we had nasi kuning, sometime nasi jeruk, excellent.

They should check the water dispenser every time, so the guest wouldnt run out the water

I love the hotel staff, they were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing with changing menu every morning, especially the stall for rice at the corner. sometimes we get nasi kuning, sometimes nasi jeruk. The beverages also varies, with bawang dayak tea as local speciality that we can try.

The foods was good, but I think it needs more variation. Generally the hospitality was fine, but perhaps it could be faster when it comes to "check in" time. I had to wait for about 45 minutes to get my room available.

The WIFI connection was super duper bad, worst, i think. It's good to have android TV, but without WIFI connection it's useless! Limited TV channels also make me feel bored during my stay. The gym facilities that can be used was also limited. Some equipments were not working.

There is a small mall with many restaurants and a groceries store beside the hotel and a coffee place with live music on weekend.

The room we were assigned at check in had a strong damp smell so I asked for a different room. The reception staff were happy to oblige, although they took the precaution of having so much air freshener sprayed in the second room it was difficult to breathe, let alone assess whether this room was also damp! We had to prop the door open and wait outside for 10 minutes until the smell subsided! Fortunately it was fine. After a shaky start, the rest of our three-night stay was pretty uneventful. Breakfast was decent. Wi-Fi ok. Gym had just about enough equipment for a workout. Didn’t use the pool area as there were lots of kids around on the Saturday and they seemed to be doing maintenance on it on the Sunday. Overall I was happy with my stay.

There was a problem with the drainage where the water will take forever to drain in the shower and face sink. In-room service prices are not updated on the ordering TV device. The room is a bit small.

breakfast was fine and room was clean. Honestly speaking I didn't like at all Samarinda city, so I would definitely recommend, if you are travelling for tourism, to skip Samarinda and try maybe Balikpapan
