We loved the location, and the staff was very kind (especially Nya, we loved her). The room with a balcony was perfect, and the breakfast is much more than enough.

The only issue was the AC unit in the room; it was a bit noisy for sleeping but necessary because of the heat.

The best staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel, so friendly and helpful. The pool area is amazing and we can’t wait to return. Breakfast was also superb.

Cleanliness and location and free breakfast. Nice touches to the decor.

No barrier on the balcony to your neighbors balcony. When they are noisy on the balcony we hear it all next door. Plus not much of a separation but a few bars separating the balconies. No personal space or privacy on the balconies.

The hotel was great and I would definitely stay there again. Very clean and great staff.

The hotel was under a boil water notice so they provided lots of bottled water. However, it was very inconvenient. Dinner in the restaurant was very good but the breakfast was terrible with cold food.

The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Pool was amazing. Location was perfect

It was very pretty. The pool and interior were beautiful but the more you looked around the hotel room the more issues you’d find.

I found dead ants in my bed, there was paint peeling from the ceiling above the shower. The shower was an open design so it got cold quick if you were standing in the hot water, but looking at the bottom of the shower i’d find mold.

The location , rooms and pool area were nice

The fact that at breakfast there is no hot water for a hot drink at breakfast. There was tea bags however the staff were having to heat up water in the microwave which is a terrible way to make tea . I have travelled extensively and never anywhere at breakfast have they not had a boiling water dispenser, hot drinks machine. To be told if you want a coffee you need to go back to your bedroom to make a coffee using the room coffee machine. This was very strange. I expect more of a margarita resort one advertised as a 4*. This is something that can easily be rectified by having a fresh brew of coffee on and a boiling water dispenser. Breakfast was just okay there was an okay choice but the hot breakfast could have been better. Also the air conditioning machine was extremely loud in the room which was frustrating when trying to sleep.

The rooms needed a deep clean—dirty doors and dirty bathrooms. The restaurant wouldn't let me order at 9:30 because they were closing at 10, so I went without a meal. My children waited over an hour at the on-site restaurant. And the price was quite high to have to deal with all that.

We booked a suite however the storage in the bedroom is a waste of space ... large display unit with no drawers only large cupboards underneath so you couldn't store clothes anywhere ...the drawers are in the lounge ! Then coffee making area has no power supply so you have to move coffee maker over to the desk which defeats thd point ....lastly no hooks , you need to put hooks by entry door and bathroom .... Breakfast .... why allow all 5 coffee dispensers to run dry before filling ? And orange juice dispenser is messy and unnecessary when it just leaks all over counter top , breakfast was not a pleasant experience as eating with our fingers because no clean silverware......

The location is amazing and absolutely beautiful. You can enjoy both the pool and the beach, and the hotel itself is glamorous and beautiful. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and wonderful, which made the experience even more comfortable and welcoming.

The front desk at the time I was checking in it goes interrupter because guesses come for towels and the wait took longer. Also, the day of my check out the front desk help me because I forgot my travel special charger at the room and then she said oh I never see nobody come back for a charger…. 🤨

Great location, easy to get to all the beaches and the views were amazing. Even saw some manatees in the marina!

It was a great property in an even better location!

The only issue was the scent in the hallway (it wasn’t too pleasant) but i’m sure that most likely isn’t the hotels fault.

The Hotel gives a nice holiday feeling from the beginning of the entrance, the pool area is amazing and thw cocktails in the Poolbar are super delicious. Rooms size was super, we had a suite, which was really nice with 2 seperate ACs.

While the hotel itself is wonderful and delivers a great holiday atmosphere, the breakfast experience was a major disappointment. The dining area felt unhygienic particularly the butter and cream cheese spread area, where open jars were used instead of hygienic, individually wrapped portions. Not enough cups for coffee and juice and then the strict policy of closing the breakfast room door precisely at 9:30 AM felt unwelcoming and unusually rigid for a hotel of this caliber.

The property is excellent.

The breakfast buffet was not staffed properly. Seemed the food and beverage staff needs to be increased for high volume weekends.

Loved the breakfast!

Amenities very outdated to be considered a resort. More for family traveling then a solo or adults only experience. Toilet ran with weak flush. The location is a little further than what I expected when looking for accommodations of Ana Marie Island.

We love the breakfast they provided us. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

What we didn’t like were the balconies were connected with the other rooms. There was no privacy whatsoever. If you like, sitting on the balcony with other guest hearing and seeing you, that was what you have. Big mistake. Another issue was the front desk. Checking in checking out were great. However, the front desk made no effort for eye contact when you came or went never greeted us and when checking out, the clerk was watching on her phone and investment video never bothered to turn it off while checking us out very unprofessional.

The balconies were together with the other room.divided but together and a little awkward since some people smoke.it should be a wall or divider between the balconies.Also it will be nice to have the other half of the shower door.

Que el estacionamieto era ocupado por personas que no se hospedaban en el Compass y solo iban al restaurante, la cual no lo hace justo al que paga la estadia y tenga que esperar por un estacionamiento.

Location was great. Close to the beach and the view was amazing from the pool deck. Pool was clean.

AC wasn’t cooling. Regardless AC temperature was at 65 degrees, room didn’t feel cold at all. It was warm.

Donde nos fue muy incómodo es en el desayuno, falta de persona se nota, muchas platos y vasos sucios ( al sacar platos para servir me no solo encontré un sino varios con comida pegada las tazas de café muchas sucias. La reposición de la comida muy lento.

IN the overall, although it was no high season, hotel was somewhat busy (being a long weekend) We like the location very much. I love that has a nice Marina and it was son nice and great, relaxing view . Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Nice night rest.

As it was a long weekend, room was not ready at the time expected. However, the crew managed to facilitate our stay the best possible and speedy way. I didn't like that late check had to be requested a day previous to our departure, however, we managed it very well and my boyfriend managed to finish his work season on time.
