Check in personnel were courteous, helpful and accommodating. Not sure of names but male individual was extremely helpful during my check-in on August 28, 2026 around 6pm. The young lady who had an unusual name was very nice and helped me with luggage and directions on August 30th in the morning.

The colonial and old style is amazing, this hotel is 100 years old !!!

The parking get full soon, so you should arrive early

I love this area of Bradenton. While traveling alone, I felt safe because the police station was very close. The hotel was lovely and the staff was helpful and friendly. (I've visited hotels recently where the front desk personnel made me feel like I was bothering them...not here.) The breakfast was hot and had a good selection of healthy options to get the day started. My room was clean and comfortable.

Our stay was fantastic! Can’t say enough about how clean, well organized and helpful staff was! We felt right at home and very safe. Great rates for what is included with your stay. Complimentary breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed having fresh coffee available 24/7. We will be back and highly recommend this hotel. Huge shout out to the breakfast staff namely Maria and Cindy! They kept everything well stocked and so very clean in the breakfast area, and our encounters with the front desk namely Bolar and Rebecca was amazing. These gals kept us well informed and their service and warm smiles were a real joy to be around! Thank you for everything!

Modern and elegant . Specious size of the room but bathroom not for older person. Toilet seat very low and no grab bars

No grab bar in bathroom. Toilet very low. I am senior with bad knees and had a hard time without grab bar. There was no complementary water in the room. No mini bar to purchase water. When I called front desk they said they only have water in room for Hilton rewards members but they have it downstairs if I want to come down and get it. It was 11pm and I wasn’t going to dress again to go dawn stairs. I asked if I can drink tap water in the room and she said that she never drinks water straight from the faucet. I took a chance. I’m really surprised that Hilton couldn’t provide complementary bottle of water that would cost them maybe $1

This is one of the nicest Hamptons we have stayed in. I love that they kept the original Hotels historic qualities, and the staff was fantastic. Rooms were very clean and front desk staff accommodating, or every need. Great location and we will stay here again.

Great location. A beautiful area to walk around and just a quick drive to the beaches. Beautiful hotel. Nice size room but the mattresses were a bit too firm for my taste. The hotel was active but quiet. It was a good value for a two night stay that included complimentary bottled water and a very nice breakfast. The rooms and common areas were clean. The service was excellent. Bolar welcomed us when we arrived. We arrived a little earlier than expected so we had to wait a short while the staff finished getting our room ready. Bolar was also there our second evening and helped us get some snacks. In the morning at checkout, Rebecca was very friendly, helpfully recommending a place to get delicious specialty coffees. We have family in the area and we will likely stay at this hotel again!

I really enjoyed my stay. I was was relaxing and clean. I do alot of traveling between work, and my son's soccer matches and I must say the breakfast alone was worth the stay. Hands down the beat I have had. E erything was fresh and warm. There was also plenty of options. I will be down here again early next year and will be staying here.

The location was perfect, the building is beautiful, smoothest elevators, staff was friendly and helpful.

The shower was awful, good sized shower, clean, but you are only getting one body part in the water at a time; and the water pressure would vary.

Room needs updating, no fridge or microwave, complained and this woman brought up a very old fridge and microwave but there was really no where to put them safely in the room so we didn’t use it and had to throw out our food we wanted to refrigerate for our journey the next day…

The night shift hispanic girl was so mean and had a bad attitude. For an instant I thought I am here maid . I wish they will fire her she doesn't have anything with customer service 😒

We had a wonderful experience! Bolor and Skyler were so helpful and kind when we arrived, allowing us to check in a few minutes early and offering a room with more space than the one we'd reserved. Rebecca greeted everyone in the morning and asked us about our stay as we checked out. My husband and I noticed many hospitality details that makes this hotel stand apart: A bottle of water and chocolate chip cookie when we arrived, handwritten notes around the lobby, grab and go bagels for guests on the run, and even positive phrases written on the bananas. You can tell this team takes pride in their work! I've stayed in many Hampton Inns over the years and this one is the best!

The neighborhood was not safe, lots of police sirens through the whole night. The hotel was extremely hot! The room took forever to cool down. The room smelt old and musty, the hotel is definitely in need of an updating

Happy with everything nothing

I could gush on and on about our experience. We had a two night stay with a two day rental of the Anna Marie boardroom for business meetings. From the time of check-in through departure, it was a first class stay. I would like to send a shout out to Hannah and the hotel's staff, literally the nicest collection of hotel employees I have every encountered and we perform work all over the country and have a lot of overnight stays. I will absolutely return in the future.

Great blend of 100 year old charm and modern updates. Great HVAC, water pressure, breakfast and location. Now on my favorite list and will be staying again.

This is a wonderfully restored 1920’s era hotel. Everything about our visit has met or exceeded our expectations. Having worked at the Walt Disney World Resort for a decade I know there is no perfect property or perfect visit. Having said that, this is a great property and was a wonderful visit. Every staff interaction has been great. Troy, Rebecca and Summer were wonderful ambassadors for the hotel and the Hampton/Hilton brands! While we love to take the drive to the island, lying on the beach is not our thing. We enjoy the Riverwalk along the Manatee River which is steps away from the Hampton. We always come back to this historic treasure.

This was our first time visiting the Gulf side of Florida and the location and atmosphere of this historical hotel surpassed our expectations. Very clean and “homey”. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the full, fresh breakfast. Conveniently located within walking distance to the Riverwalk and restaurants.. The staff was exceptionally courteous, helpful, and friendly. The room was comfortable and very nice, but the bathroom needs updating.

Lost power in my room, although they were super fast to change my room, and will there was power the lights as you walk into the room did not work and the lights next to the bed did not work.

Convenient location, decent parking, beautiful inside and outside.

My room didn’t get cleaned until later in the day, around dinner time. We left in the morning for hours, came back, and they weren’t even at our door. By that time, we wanted to shower and get ready for dinner, but felt like we had to leave the room fast in order for it to get cleaned.

Definitely needs updates Ceilings are peeling, furniture is worn....our shower had mold I understand its a "historic" hotel, but it needs attention Staff didnt acknowledge us as rewards members and didnt even ask about our stay at check out 😕

Refrain from expending your time and finances on this hotel. Once payment is made, refunds are not provided. I am experiencing a sense of being deceived. The unsanitary room, with mold visibly growing in the bathroom, is unacceptable. The walls require immediate attention and repair. While this may be acceptable to some, I had higher expectations.

A beautiful building. Gorgeous inside for 100 years old. They maintained some of the original signage.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. It is a historical landmark. It is a walking distance to the Riverwalk and a lot of government offices

Location was good, but a little further than we had thought to the beach. 20+ minutes to Bradenton Beach/Anna Marie Island. Pool is very small. We did not use. Breakfast was good, beds comfortable, room was clean. Water pressure was very bad when we were there. I would recommend a good carpet and upholstery cleaning in the main lobby and dining area. Plenty of places to eat in walking distance, easy parking and the staff was incredibly nice! Keep in mind when booking that this place is a historical hotel and has been renovated. It has a historical vibe, not brand new hotel.

Our room was roomy, clean, and comfortable. The staff was super friendly. Parking was awesome.

This hotel is a pleasure to spend time in. We stayed 11 nights in late March 2026. This is a very busy time in Bradenton area with spring break and spring training baseball as well as numerous local events. The hotel is beautiful and located in a spectacular location with the Riverwalk right outside your door. The real thing that makes this hotel so very special is the staff. Everyone is always looking out for you so that they can provide whatever will make your stay special. I want to especially recognize Edna who was our housekeeper during our stay. She is quite wonderful and I can’t thank her enough for such great care while we were here. Needless to stay we’ll be back next March. Thanks to the entire management and staff.

This is a great place to stay. Friendly, friendly, friendly. Breakfast server greeted you and made it feel like home. Manager walked around and you could see why it was such a great place.

Enjoyed another wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn in Bradenton. Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, (and amazing fruit water night and day!) The General Manger is always present checking on the guests to be sure they are happy and enjoying their visit. The only place we choose to stay when visiting family in Bradenton!

The hotel is located in a great location in the city center, which is very convenient if you want to walk, to do shopping, visit restaurants, or get to the beach in 20 minutes. The staff is very friendly and professional. You can find help 24/7... They know how to take care of your needs (for example, they will prepare breakfast to go if you are leaving early in the morning, offer refreshing drinks on a hot day, etc.).

Everything is wonderful at this hotel. This isn't the first time we've spent our "get-away-for-several-days" here. Choose an earlier time for breakfast to avoid crowds.

The lobby bathroom was nice.

The hotel is not worth the price. The room smelled like covered up smoke the first night (we think they didnt have the air circulating early enough). It was smaller than most rooms. The carpet was frayed. The bathroom was small and the shower head lacked water pressure. Breakfast wasn't as good as expected for the price.

The outside and lobby was pretty and clean

Once inside room, it was not what I expected. Wall paper coming off the wall in the bathroom, vent fan did not work. When we walked into the room the Air conditioner said it was 69. It couldn’t have been because it was hot in there so we sweated all night. It never cooled off. The furniture was well worn and it just needs replaced. If the room reflected the lobby it would be great. Pool was dirty. Bugs floating and the bottom had sand all in it. Needed a good cleaning. We wouldn’t swim in it. Very disappointed. It was however in a great location.
