Très proche de la mer et l’établissement était vraiment super bien situé, très propre. Le personnel bien accueillant et très professionnel 😍

Nous avons eu deux lits séparés au lieu d’un lit double mais bon vraiment pas dérangeant. Le support du sèche cheveux n’arrêtait pas de tomber à chaque utilisation

The location and view is the major pros. Was great to have a sizeable room too

To access the pool you have to use tickets so you can only go once per day. You need a swimming cap or cap to go into the pool and it’s only open until 7pm. The room had some small flies. We told reception about this, they checked the room and seemed to have only sprayed the room a bit and then moved on. There’s so many hotels in this area, stay at one of those. This one had a weird vibe

Fabulous views over the beach from 27th floor. Room - albeit a bit outdated - was clean and very large for Korean standards.

It was so noisy from the “strip” below with karaoke blasting out from nearby buildings until late in the evening, making it impossible to sleep. We checked out after the first night as it was unbearable. The staff were apologetic but couldn’t move us to another room or could not/would not refund us for the extra 3 nights we had paid for. Also, the lift system and the three hotels in the building made it very confusing.

Die Aussicht war traumhaft, wir waren im 30. Stockwerk und hatten eunen Traumhaften Blick aufs Meers. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte eine Küche, auch wenn wir diese nicht gebraucht haben 😅 Das Bad war okay, fand aber super, dass es Shampoo, conditioner und Duschgel gab.

Ein Nachteil wenn man ein Zimmer im 30. Stock hat, muss mab ständig auf den Aufzug warten bzw macht eine Reise durchs Hotel 😅 das wars alle mal Wert. Leider war bei Ankunft der Kleiderschrank nicht sauber, es lagen Haare auf den Ablagefächern.

씨클라우드 매년 갈때마다 호텔 2번 이용했고, 이번에 처음으로 레지던스를 선택하였는데 이용할수록 위치는 정말 기가막힌것같아요. 시설 자체도 이만하면 충분하다고 생각됩니다.

청결이 너무 대충인 느낌이에요. 침구류가 약간 눅눅한 느낌이었고 에어컨이 아무래도 원인일 수 있을것같은데, 잘때 에어컨 바람 느낌이 뭔가 목에 안좋을것같다는 느낌이 들어서, 끄고 잤는데 아니나 다를까 퇴실하며 에어컨을 보니 공기 나오는 쪽에 곰팡이가 올라와 있더라구요.. 에어컨 청소를 주기적으로 하는건지 잘 모르겠어요. 이건 호텔이용하면서도 느꼈던거같아요. 빛 더 차단되는 암막 커튼으로 교체는 꼭 하시면 좋을것같아요.

질문에의한 서비스부족 주차장이용시 높이관련문의 카니발 입차문의했으나 검색해보시라는 답변 너무 황당함.. 직원이라면 그정도 안내는 기본아닌가요? 검색할줄몰라서 물어본게아니자나요.. 호텔관계자가 기본정보는 알고있어야한다고생각합니다. 말투또한 성의없이 검색해보라는게 너무나 황당

Вид удивительный, местоположение очень хорошее и с хорошей ценой, отзывчивый персонал.

Сам номер был слегка пошарпан, на стенах были царапины, стол видно что подбит, в первый день прибытия не работала розетка в туалете, но по одному разговору на стойке регистрации, ее сразу починили.

I like as it was very close to the beach. Very big room.

Personal don't speak English. Some speak a little. Some even can't help with taxi. So be ready to fix everything by yourself.

Không xứng đáng với giá tiền Nội thất quá cũ Ga giường và khăn tắm rất cũ và màu xỉn, họ còn dùng cả một ga trải giường đã rách cho khách. Sau khi tôi ý kiến thì họ đã đổi cho ga giường và khăn tắm mới hơn nhưng nó vẫn có màu xỉn. Có vẻ như khăn và ga giường của họ dùng quá lâu rồi đáng nhẽ phải thay mới Thực sự nó đã làm cho trải nghiệm ký nghỉ của chúng tôi không thoải mái, Nơi này giống như homestay cũ chứ không phải khách sạn. Tôi đã chọn vì thấy điểm đánh giá cao trên booking nhưng có vẻ nó không giống thực tế

Good location for touristic area

There are two hotels in one tower and it is very confusing. The room across of ours was a staff room, it has the door open all times and it was full of old furniture and trash. There was piles of furniture in the hallways.

Mooi hotel, maar de foto’s zijn waarschijnlijk 10-15 jaar geleden gemaakt. Het is een beetje stoffig, en kan misschien een renovatie gebruiken. Maar de prijs en locatie maken alles goed! Want een betere locatie in Busan is er simpel gezegd niet! Ze hebben een gym, maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd, alles piept en kraakt

De badkamer was meerdere malen verstopt. Verder is het heel omslachtig hoe je het hotel moet bereiken. Eerst met 1 lift naar de 4de, daarna naar de 6de en hierna naar de verdieping van je hotelkamer

Fantastic location, perfect for tourists! It is right on Gunam-ro, just across the street from the beach, 1 minute from the street food market, and 5 minutes from the subway. Our side ocean view from the 26th floor was breathtaking, showing the whole Haeundae beach and Gwangan Bridge. The room was big, very quiet despite being central, and had a kitchenette. The pool also offered great beach views. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!

The entrance has only 3 lifts to the 4th floor (another hotel's reception), and you must change lifts to reach this hotel's reception on the 6th floor and your room. This causes long wait times during busy hours. Also, the kitchen has no equipment (no plates/cutlery). The pool requires a ticket, access is strictly monitored, and the water was a bit cloudy. Lastly, not related to the hotel but right outside, avoid the henna tattoo stall on Gunam-ro. They confirm a cheap price but later demand 10 times more, leading to heavy arguments.

Nous avons constaté, à notre retour en fin de journée, que la porte de la chambre était restée ouverte. Elle n’avait manifestement pas été refermée par le personnel chargé du nettoyage de la chambre. Heureusement sans conséquence.

Bella camera spaziosa e luminosa, con due leti matrimoniali e la vista dal 29esimo piano sull'oceano e sulla spiaggia di Haeundae; con le luci della sera è ancora più bella! La zona è molto vivace con una bella via di street food, ma anche ristoranti e fast food, Olive Young e sale giochi.

Der var ikke nok elevatorer. Man stod konstant i kø og ventede på at der kom en elevator til ens etage, og så stoppede den mange gange på vej ned. Derudover var hotelværelset var lidt slidt.

I like the location and since we book a two bedrooms, it was a good size.

The kitchen had no utensils or plates and bowls. We only had 3 coffee cups and a coffee maker. We booked this hotel because we thought it had a kitchen and washer dryer. The kitchen was not equipped for use and while there was a washer, there was no dryer. We had to hang our clothes to dry on the chairs and dining table to dry. We also questioned the cleanliness of the bedding sheets, pillow cases and blankets.

飯店人員親切，冷氣尚可，半海景還ok，位置方便，對面就是海雲台海灘，樓下有CU & GS25, 旁邊也有Starbucks & Mega Coffee, 再往前走就是海雲台熱鬧的街道

1. 環境髒亂：浴室和廚房超級多小蟲，床上有食物污漬，枕頭發黃 2. 隔音不好：對面就是노래 타운練歌房，窗戶都關緊的狀況下，15樓的房間還是聽得到對面在高歌或者街上汽車的引擎、汽笛聲 3. 設施擁擠：游泳池都是人，而且3個人入住4天3夜只給6張卷，如果每天想游就只能去2天？ 另外電梯要等非常久，要先從1樓搭到4樓後轉乘兩側的電梯到6樓checkin/check out及房間樓層，電梯非常慢，總是客滿，尖峰時刻幾乎都要等10-15分鐘，非常不值得 4. 冰箱不冷，冰冰棒進去要吃的時候是半融化狀態……

Location was fabulous with fantastic sea view, room was very spacious and clean, staff very pleasant.

Out of the hotel’s control but the access to the hotel from the street was really annoying. The building leased first 4 floors to odd shops, so one has to get to the 4th floor, then take another elevator to the 6th floor to reach the front desk (there are several hotels in the same building). There were long lines of waiting to get on the elevator from the 4th floor to the street level. If one expects welcoming convenient front door to the hotel there isn’t one. But if you go past this, the hotel is an excellent choice.

해운대 해수욕장과 가까워요. 바다 전망은 나름 괜찮습니다. 수영장도 좋아요. 체크인할 때 4층이 아니라 6층에서 해야 합니다.

旅館lobby在6樓 但沒有直達的電梯 要先上4樓再轉乘到6樓 有點不方便

The location is fantastic for a Haeundae/Busan short stay. Everything is only minutes walk away. Easy walk to subway station easy for luggage. The beds were comfortable and clean. The few staff encountered were friendly. limited English It served its purpose for a 3 night stay. For international visitors.

The hotel and rooms are both due for a refresh, update its a bit shabby. Photos are shiny, and the reality is muted. Could easily have 4 beds comfortably. We were forced to purchase 2 rooms, which is ok, and requested them to be located together at booking and check-in but was only given the option of separate floors. No help from staff. The bathroom situation was a different experience, old plumbing no tissue flushing, shower flooded the bathroom easily, and basic line provided. The kitchen has no utensils or crockery, so crockery is available for hire, by the looks of it. The 5 elevators are extremely slow, especially in peak times. The pool was lovely, although it was a different experience in itself. Pool towels are provided, but they are small hand towel or tea towel size and like rags and are not allowed to take into the pool deck area. Only allowed to towel dry in pool lo by area observed by staff not allowed to take to room the hotel public areas/lifts were all wet and slippery from pool visits. Not a relaxing pool/poolside experience more of a mission! The hotel is a weird combination of at least 3 hotels and permanent/ long-term renters.

백사장 바로 앞이라 산책과 물놀이 후 귀가할때 편하고, 해운대 메인거리에 위치해 모든 상업시설 접근이 용이함.

호텔 내부시설이 너무 오래됨. 특히 욕실. 부분바다전망과 바다전망으로 나누고 바다전망의 사진소개에는 방의 통창으로 바다가 보이는 것으로 광고하고 있으나 사실상 부분적으로 바다가 보이고 반은 빌딩뷰임, 부분바다전망과 가갹차이가 있는데 괜히 선택했다 싶게 실망스러움.
