Everything. Such a fantastic spot, the private bath in our room overlooking the ocean. Waking up in the morning and looking straight out at the ocean. Just spectacular.

Gute Lage. Alles gut erreichbar. Betten sehr gemütlich und das Sofa auch.

Viele Schäden und Verschmutzungen an den Wänden. Flecken und Klebstoffreste an den Wänden und den Fenster. Schmutzflecken auf dem Holz über dem TV. Lampenschirm der Stehlampe war lose und hing nur an den 2 Leitungen mit 230V die scharfen Kanden von dem Metall können die Isolierung beschädigen und wer die Lampe berührt kann einen Stromschlag bekommen.

駅からのアクセスもよく、繁華街やビーチに近くて夜遅くまで遊ぶことができた点。

バスルームとトイレの間に扉や壁がなかった点。 朝早い時間にチェックアウトができなかった点。

This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room is located in a very unsettling building with safety concerns.

We liked that the bath tub was big and the location was close the beach, and the main road.

The cleaning could have been better. Sometimes they didn’t have towels and they did a “deep cleaning” that didn’t seem like they cleaned at all (especially the bathroom). We had to confirm with cleaning everyday via messages before 11.30 AM if we wanted the room cleaned and with what services and what time we would not be in the room for them to “clean” it. You can imagine that having to remember to contact the cleaning staff every day while visiting different places and experiencing different things was extremely annoying. The most disappointing thing was that my wife had back pain because of the pillow and when we asked for another one they just told us they didn’t have another one. We stayed 4 nights there, and I find it very hard to believe that in a multi floor hotel they couldn’t find one extra pillow (or buy a new one). There was only one elevator for 15 floors and two hotels in the same building, so sometimes we had to wait 5-10 minutes to get on it, with the possibility of having to go to the top floor first before going to the ground floor.

Posizione ottima sulla spiaggia ad Hauendae, ma nel complesso l’hotel non rispecchia molto le foto di descrizione. Non perfettamente pulito e poca cura nelle camere. Vale la pena solo per la posizione.

Good location.

There was no soundproofing, you can hear everything. There was no way to block the night lights and daylight coming from the bathroom. The smaller bathroom/ toilet didn’t have a sink to wash hands. The view from the widows is obscured from dirty windows and “netting” grid on the windows so you don’t have a clear view.

La vue sur la mer est sympathique et la literie est bonne.

Chambre un peu petite. L’entrée de l’hôtel peu facile à trouver et un peu lugubre… un seul ascenseur pour 2 hôtel et plus d’une dizaine d’étages. Chambre très mal isolée phoniquement et de la rue et du couloir. Salle de bain qui est inondée après une douche prise, compliquée de se rhabiller ou peu agréable pour la personne qui se douche juste après.

Excellent location and the rooms were very spacious. Summer and her team on the front desk were friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with- Made my stop over in Busan enjoyable and one to return for.

The hotel is in a great location and directly opposite the beach. The staff were very attentive and I really liked the fact they messaged every day asking if I wanted any cleaning of the room etc. The hotel room itself was very comfortable and the view to the ocean was lovely. Overall really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay again next time I’m in Busan.

The one improvement I would suggest would be clearer instructions on how to find the property at first. Once you know it’s incredibly easy but it was a bit complicated to find when I arrived late at night after a long day! However when I called the hotel the staff helped me right away

Great view of Haeundae beach and convenient to access main shopping street. Love the 2 showers which made this a great apartment layout to share with friends, though would be even better if 2 separate toilets.

Balcony could be made into a nicer space with shelter and furniture

Incredible location on Hyundae Beach, only 10 min walk to the train and a few bus lines run nearby too. Free laundry is available at reception which we took advantage of and was a great service. Daily cleaning and top up of amenities and the reception was very responsive to questions. We truly enjoyed our stay here!

Nur die Lage war ok aber sehr laut da von irgendwo Ventilatoren am laufen waren.

Es fing damit an, dass Sie uns in ein anderes Hotel versetzt haben. Es hat mit der Adresse und dem Namen UH Suite the Hundae nichts zu tun, Sie schicken dich in ein anderes Gebäude ca. 200merer weiter entfernt wo nicht einmal eine Rezeption ist die besetzt war. Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig und die Möbel veraltert und defekt. Der Sifon vom WC war defekt sowie die Wände total abgenutzt. Der Kühlschrank war fettig da wo man es öffnet. Die Fenster voll mit Flecken. Diese per Foto gemeldet hnd trotzdem nach der Reinigung nicht weggemacht. Die Bilder die man beim Booking sieht haben nichts damit zu tun und sind sehr verwirrend. Im Zimmer 405 hat es einen unangenehmen Gestank. Ausserdem läuft irgendwo ein Ventilator denn ich nicht ausfindig machen konnte.

The location was excellent.

I recently stayed at this property in Busan and unfortunately had a disappointing experience overall. While the location is great and very convenient, the condition of the hotel did not meet expectations for the price we paid. One of the main inconveniences was that the hotel only has a single elevator, which made going up and down quite tedious. We were fortunate to be staying on the third floor near the stairs, so we ended up using those most of the time. Although the room initially looked similar to the photos, the actual condition told a different story. The window handle was broken, the walls showed signs of water damage, and there were areas that appeared to be taped or previously damaged with visible tears. The sofa also did not seem properly cleaned—it had visible hair and large stains on the side. The kitchen setup was puzzling. While there were pots, pans, utensils, and cups provided, there were no plates. When I asked the staff, I was told that plates are not provided, which seemed odd given everything else available for cooking and eating. We also had trouble with the air conditioning and were unable to get it working. Since our stay was only two nights, we didn’t pursue it further. The bathroom had several issues as well. When we arrived, it appeared that candles had been used to mask a strong odor. While showering, I noticed mold along the seams, and water would leak out into the rest of the bathroom. Additionally, the bathroom door handle was loose. Overall, this property needs more attention and maintenance. Given the price, I expected a much higher standard. While the location is a plus, I would not stay at this specific property again or recommend it to others.

Views are epic - level 15, room with terrace. Summer at front reception was helpful. Aesthetically appealing but unfortunately not practical to stay for 4 nights. No storage, no coffee or tea (ie no mugs), no laundry facilities (however you can drop your clothes to reception for washing at no cost), one lift only (long wait time) however the view and location is memorable.

The view of the beach from the room was amazing. The staff was very polite. I forgot my valuables in the room and I already had checked out, but they couriered it for me to my next stay. Amazingly helpful and kind staff.

Location and view are good.

The service and facilities are poor. The soffit light in one room did not work, so the room is dark although they provided a small desktop lamp. The hotel stated would repair the light next date, however, the light had not been fixed till we checked out on the 5th day. The hotel did not update the repair status with us. Also, the floor drain in shower room was easily blocked. Floor drain was blocked again on alternative day after fixing. The room was for six persons, but only provided one small rubbish bin. Only one spare toilet tissue was provided for four night. The tissue was not refilled after the spare was used up.

Ms. Summer was very sweet and wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely will come back. Everything is clean, organized and close to everything. The beach, markets. Everything was just wonderful.

Very convenient location. We booked the highest floor premier suite. It was the only room with a lanai and it had spectacular views.

The room we were in just needed a few tiny touch ups.

The view from the hotel room was excellent.

Super friendly staff especially Aria at the front desk who helped checked us in. Location is very convenient next to the beach, shops and markets. Room was very clean and spacious with an amazing view of Haeundaeu beach.

There was only one elevator so you have to wait a bit at times.

It is located very good location with a very good view. located just next to the beach and a lot of shop with reasonable price for food. I had a free upgraded room and the room is very cozy and very clean.

The one lift that we used took a while as it services the entire building including MS hotel The ocean view cannot be seen because of the windows being covered in a cross pattern ( room was on 4th floor) Curtains were very thin and didn’t block out the light from the BMW car dealership across the road There are no facilities at this hotel at all

設備稍微老舊，門鎖開關常常有問題，常常關不起來或是感應了一直打不開，房間的化妝椅也容易重心不穩，常常輕輕碰到就倒了，中間遇到了2~3次短暫停電，差不多5秒恢復電，浴室排水不良，洗完澡積水要到隔天才會完全乾。

The bathroom gets wet as it doesnt have a shower screen or curtain so water was everywhere and it was very slippery.

Location is good but difficult to grab taxi as no proper taxi stand.

The room is very small and only 1 toilet for 3 rooms. Not suitable for family. The rooms are quite rundown.
