Reviewed Sep 19, 2026The location of the hotel is excellent — it was easy to get to all the tourist attractions and even some less touristy places. We got a room on the 17th floor, and the view was absolutely stunning! The sea is only a three-minute walk away, and there are plenty of shops nearby. We could even see the musical fountain right from our window. The room was cleaned every day, and the breakfasts were delicious with a good variety of options. You can sometimes hear some noise from the street, but it didn’t disturb at all, as you can’t hear it when the windows are closed. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at!

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026J'ai demandé une vue mer et je l'ai eue ! Une vraie vue mer, la terrasse est super agréable, la chambre propre et le service de l'hôtel est impeccable, j'ai très bien dormi et l'hôtel a une position géographique à Busan vraiment intéressante. Je recommande !
La climatisation, même éteinte, faisait un bruit de ventilation et c'était un peu trop bruyant

Es war sehr schmutzig und in 7 Tagen wurde nie richtig geputzt, nur Handtücher gewechselt und Toilettenpapier und Wasser nachgefüllt. Der frühstücksrsum ist sehr ungemütlich und die Fotos stimmen nicht in der Anzeige.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Главное достоинство отеля это прекрасное расположение. Совсем рядом находятся набережная, пляж, ночной рынок и другие интересные места Пусана. Из номера открывался красивый вид , хотя из-за дождей и тумана он был не всегда. Отдельно отмечу июньскую погоду.. возможно, эта информация пригодится другим путешественникам. После жаркого Сеула, где ежедневно было около +30–32 °C, Пусан встретил нас температурой +19–20 °C, дождями и сильным ветром. Море ледяное. Конечно, это никак не связано с отелем, но тем, кто рассчитывает в июне на пляжный отдых, лучше взять с собой тёплые вещи.
При заселении нам сообщили, что во время проживания уборка номера не предусмотрена. Больше всего удивило, что персонал также не собирался выносить мусор. В любом случае у нас за день скапливались упаковки, бутылки и стаканчики, поэтому пришлось решать, так как на ресепшн не отреагировали на просьбы о вынос мусора. Просто выставили мусор вместе с мусорным ведром за дверь номера. А после обращения к отелю через службу поддержки Booking мусор начали выносить. Возможно, для этого отеля такой формат обслуживания считается нормальным, но мы столкнулись с подобным впервые. Стоимость проживания, конечно, соответствует довольно простому уровню сервиса.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026La ubicación muy buena, a 5mins de la playa y en una calle de las más comerciales. Vale la pena escoger habitación con vistas al mar, ya que es increíble estar en un edificio tan alto. La habitación y baño tamaño estándar, ambos muy cómodos.
Es diferente a hoteles occidentales, ya que tienes que solicitar cambio de toallas o limpieza de la habitación, no sé hace diariamente sin pedirlo

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Proche du métro (200m) et de la plage (250m). Dans la zone touristique (beach) avec plein de restaurants différents à proximité et divers magasins. Une petite heure de la gare en métro. A une quinzaine de minutes à pied des petites capsules et du train bleu. Bon équipement et deux petites bouteilles d’eau chaque jour mises dans le frigo. Personnel aimable et efficace.
Dans l’une des chambres la clim était un peu bruyante. L’entrée n’est pas facile à trouver car partagée avec un autre hotel bien indiqué.

There is a real issue with the elevators on checkout. It took us over 20minutes to get in one and reach the front desk to check out. Everybody was in the same situation, there are not enough elevators and they are always full, you need to try to get one which is going up and hope that it will not already be full, then you will stop at every floors until the 32nd floor because obviously everyone is in the same situation and spend at least 10min in the elevator depending on which floor your room were to go up and down to the front desk on 3rd floor. It was a bit annoying but except for that everything else was perfect.

Balcone con vista inutilizzabile . Assenza totale di assistenza non è presente neanche il telefono per chiamare la lobby Struttura nel complesso sporca. Moquette sporca.

לקחנו שני חדרים לזוג ולשלושה והם היו קטנים מאוד! בקושי אפשר לפתוח את המזוודות והמקלחת היתה ממש צפופה גם בחדר של שלושה אנשים.הכל מאוד בסיסי, אין מספיק שקעים להטענת הטלפון ומנורת לילה אחת בלבד. מנקים את החדר רק פעם ביומיים (למרות שמפניםהאת הפחים ומחליפים מגבות מדי יום). אין שום חווית שירות של בית מלון. באחד מהימים הפעילו אזעקת אש וירדנו עד לקומה התחתונה ברגל מקומה 22. לכל אורך הדרך אף אחד לא ניגש אלינו או טרח להודיע שמדובר באזעקת שווא. אח"כ קראתי ביקורות נוספות של אורחים שזה קרה גם להם.

Geen nieuw toiletpapier elke dag. Want de 2/3 dagen wordt er schoongemaakt. Handdoeken vervangen wirdt wel elke dag gedaan. Ontbijt is goedkoop, karig & gewoon in een computer pub, geen ontbijtzaal of iets in die richting.

They gave us two rooms on separate floors (22 and 27th floor) while i requested two rooms next to each other during booking. Traveling with 2 kids that is not ideal. Its a massive hotel and elevators get very busy. The smell immediately in front of the hotel is really bad (but no problem in hotel or a few meters further down the street). Apart from beach and some restaurants and sea life there is not much to do in the area so you ll need taxis or public transport to other parts of the city (far away)

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Die Lage ist sehr Zentral gelegen, viele Restaurants in der nächsten Umgebung.
Es ist heruntergekommen und sehr dreckig. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gemietet und daher kann ich darauf Schliessen dass die Zimmerreinigung sowie die Instandhaltung der Zimmer absolut keine Priorität hat. Nichts war sauber, damit meine bzw beginnt es bei der Türe, Teppich, in den Ecken, die Spiegel und am schlimmsten war es in den Badezimmer. Die Fliesen waren dreckig von diversen Vorgänger, die Duschkabine somit auch die Glasswände wurden seit wiss nicht wie vielen Vorgänger nicht mehr gereinigt. Die Ecken und Fugen hatten bereits Schimmel umd der Abfluss stank und war braun vor Dreck. Wir haben uns geekelt im Zimmer. Nach einem Mail an das Management wurden die Zimmer „speziell“ gereinigt, jedoch ohne grösseren Erfolg. Für die letzten zwei von insgesamt 6 Nächten wurdennwir in ein anderes, neues Hotel der Marysol „Gruppe“ zugeteilt. Dies war neu aber war aus unserer Sicht sauberer hatte jedoch andere Mängel wie zB keine Ablageflächen im Badezimmer für die Zahnbürste und die Dusche war so „offen“ im Raum, dass man, wenn man auf der Toilette sass, nasse Füsse hatte… Fazit, ich habe da drei Punkte die das zusammenfassen: 1) das erste Mal. 2) das einzige Mal. 3) das letzte mal.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Emplacement parfait et vue incroyable sur la mer. Nombreux restaurants et métro tout près. Des balades sympas le long de la côte de chaque côté de la plage. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié.
La chambre n’est pas faite. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits. Peut-être fallait-il le demander ? Nous n’avons pas su… mais ce n’était pas vraiment dérangeant car les serviettes étaient changées et les poubelles vidées tous les jours.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026The staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived. The view was amazing (we had beach view high up in the building). The location is super central with street food market and restaurants right outside the hotel. The downside was the smell and feeling of “old hotel”. The hallways didn’t give a good vibe, it was quit dirty and smell of “old hotel”. Similar vibes in the rooms. It was like cigarette smell from the times when that was allowed indoor was still hanging around with a nasty mix of humidity. Defiantly wouldn’t hurt to do proper cleaning of all floor carpets etc.
The smell and dirty feeling.
