Le Boutique Luxury Rooms diffused in historical center

Comfortable Room

The staircase Very poor lighting. Do not come here if you want to read a book.

Great communication, great location breakfast included was good

The pillows were very hard, walls were scruffy in need of a refresh lots of marks - lights around bottom of room annoying had to put bags in front as too bright for sleeping

accogliente,pulitissima

Clean and in a very convenient location close to the airport and with many eateries just below

The stairway to the property at the entrance was terrifying to our toddler. Not stroller friendly.

Very comfortable room, clean, easy access to the airport, helpful and prompt communication with the host.

Our room was facing the canal and it was noisy till after midnight.

The propriety was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, the same as the pillows. The AC is not working!!!!!

La bellezza della stanza molto curata

Close to the promenade, the marina, a shop and a bus stop. If you want to swim in the sea, it’s just a short walk. :)

We chose this accommodation based on the reviews and I rate it positively, but apparently we were not so lucky / it was just a bad combination of circumstances. :) The first room we booked had a non-functioning air conditioning, so we were subsequently moved to another building. A beautiful, larger room where the AC worked, but there were no shower gels or shampoo prepared. So, once again, we had to go to reception. In addition, the door separating the bathroom/toilet from the bedroom could not be closed. :D So we had to put a chair against the door so that it could stay closed and we could have some privacy. So there were a few problems, but the receptionist solved them. Overall, it was nice and thank you. I recommend the accommodation, as there was an effort to solve the problems and you can rely on the staff.

Easy to get to and from the airport 20 Euro shuttle. Good restaurants nearby

Love, the fact, they love us to store our luggage to the room was ready. They were so inviting and so helpful in every aspect booked us a cab first thing in the morning to the airport. It was great in the room was extremely comfortable.

Na

Very friendly staff and close to the airport.

There is no signs to find the property. We thought we were lost. Steep stairs, no lift. Breakfast was described as very good but it was very basic. There wasn’t water or juice .

Posizione

Close to the airport and restaurants

The walls in the shower need some cleaning they got mold

Låg bra i staden.

Siamo stati benissimo, camera pulita, asciugamani profumati e letto super comodo.

Overall, the stay was okay for one night before heading to the airport. The hotel is in a great location, just off the main strip with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, while still being very quiet at night. It’s also extremely convenient for Fiumicino Airport, only about 3 km away. The biggest disappointment was the sleeping arrangements. We booked a room with one queen bed and two single beds, but the “single beds” were actually metal cots with three cushions attached together rather than proper mattresses. One cot was placed right as you walked into the room and the other was directly beside the queen bed, so there was very little privacy. We are a family, so it wasn’t a huge issue, but with our kids being 20 and 16, we would have appreciated proper beds and a little more separation. There is also no lift, so we had to carry all of our luggage up more than 20 stairs, which is something to keep in mind if you have large or heavy suitcases. For a short stay close to the airport, the location is very convenient. I would recommend it more for younger travellers, couples, or anyone travelling with light luggage. The location and quiet surroundings were great, but the sleeping arrangements and lack of a lift are definitely worth knowing before booking.

If you‘re looking for the accomodation near the airport - this one is a great choice! City center of Fiumcino, clean, very affordable, great rooms for such a price and the receptionist also organised a taxi to the airport and a breakfast for us (we had to leave the hotel at 4am).

Very central to the restaurant district and walking to the water. Good AC even during the heat warning.

location is good, room is nice

breakfast sucked, you can only get one cup of coffee.

Break fast was very little and had no choice as me and my son couldn't eat what was provided.

A lift. I had 50kg with me and we had to lift the whole weight

Tranquilo el lugar

Esperar el check in muy tarde y el check out muy temprano

Beautifully appointed, great location

I found it difficult to communicate with the property beforehand

It’s was clean

The location is super inconvenient. If you need to catch a flight, take a hotel that is align the train line. There are also steep stairs with which you have to carry your luggage

In genrral, room was really nice, however air condition needs sanitization and disinfection. Instead of that it was clean and room was comfortable and quite big

A big downside is the ‚italian breakfast’ especially the woman who is prepearing. She IS nice, but at 9:30 she strictly informs that the breakfast ends and you should get out. Additonally, there is only one coffe per person. No eggs, just 4 slices of ham, cheese and croissants.

Clean and close to the airport

It was noisy at night, not good breakfast

Patul.

Micul dejun a fost groaznic.

The location and people were great

The shower had water going everywhere

Ubicacion

Locatie

Easy and close to airport

Nothing it was great

It was in close proximity to the airport. Near loads of restaurants. The bay across the street…

The stairs, no elevator

The entrance only

The room was full of mold there wasn’t any warm water and the walls were dirty…

It was close to all the restaurants, bed was comfortable, they informed us ahead of time about the hot water, but it was so hot that we didn't mind the cold water. There is parking out front but make sure to remove your vehicle before 9am or it will be towed. Or just get parking in the back. They were very kind to give us a late checkout. Be warned that there are very steep stairs to the B&B.

Our room had a window but it looked on a balcony full of material almost like a storage place so not very pleasant to look at. Breakfast felt a bit rushed. Do not put your suitcases or backpacks under the air conditioner as it might drip the condensation and wet all your clothes.

Staff very welcoming, the hotel and rooms are calming and well designed, and it’s set in a beautiful area.

Too many stairs.

L’architettura interna

Colazione un po’ misera come scelta

The rooms were clean. The bathroom and toilet were well-maintained and hygienic. The hotel had a great location. The receptionist was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Preparing a breakfast box for the guests’ early flight was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture.

The check-in time was quite late (3:30 PM) and there was no alternative solution for early arrivals, such as a coded key box or early check-in option. Response times to messages were very slow.

Struttura perfetta in posizione perfetta, staff eccellente

Great location, easy to walk down to the shore and also next to a lot of restaurants.

Felt pushy to be done with breakfast once.

Lokalizacja, dostępność i świetny kontakt z wynajmującym.

Friendly staff. Quite area. Lots of cafes and restaurants near by.

Mould in shower.

Rewelacyjny personel.

Perfect location.

Could hear the guests in the room next to me - their whole conversations.

Wifi

The room was very nice and large

They could have a kettle so we can make tea or coffee!

Ambience, cleanliness and helpfulness of staff.

Area a bit rough.

Staff were very responsive and helpful. As we couldn't stay for breakfast due to our flight, they kindly provided us a little takeaway bag the night before and offered to help with our airport shuttle. Room was spacious and very clean, great facilities. I would stay again.

Location and interior

Everything was ok

The stairs were available killer

Very convenient to restaurants

Very loud at night with a party downstairs. The room was right next to reception do you could hear people in the lobby

The staff was very kind and accommodating. Our bus to the airport arrived late, and the staff was responsive via WhatsApp and willing to arrive when we would be there, since they are not staffed 24 hours per day.

The water in the shower took a long time to warm up; however, the staff made us aware of that ahead of time and just told us to run the water for a bit before getting in. There were no issues.

Room was okay. Building was full of stairs. Also room was not what I expected

Inexperienced staff loads of stairs then changed room to other side with elevator.

The room with private Toilette was extremly comfortable. Around many options for late gastronomie.

Must be prepare for bring your suitcase by 1st floor without elevator 😝

Staff was very helpful, kind and friendly. Bed was nice and comfortable.

Tranquil i sense sorolls.

Great location. Staff was awesome. Super clean and well maintained in a beautiful building.

Bed was not super comfortable. Just adding a topper would make a big difference. And breakfast was just ok. in a country of beautiful cheeses and meats, the cheese was cellophane wrapped. If there were some good cheese, it would have made all the difference in presentation and quality of the breakfast.

Pleasant central accommodation with friendly staff

Access up stairs to reception snf room

Gostei muito! Bem confortável e o café da manhã ótimo! Exatamente como está nas fotos. Funcionarias gentis!

The room was very nice and comfortable.

It is up a flight of stairs without elevator.
