Reviewed Oct 3, 2025Great place to stay if you need to be close to the airport, or if you want a nice quiet low key hotel away from Rome accommodations. We had 1 day before flying out of Rome and decided to not stay in Rome itself. We took a short ride on the train from the airport into Rome, spent the day had a great dinner and returned to Castrichella late evening before flying out early the next morning. Staff was great. They arranged the taxi ride to the airport when we took the train into Rome and then again when we needed a taxi at 4am the next morning to make our flights.

No elevator access the bathroom had mold and hair on the floors. House keeping could have been better. Also you could hear everything going on outside the room anytime someone was in the lobby.

The name is a little misleading as the property is a 10-15minute drive from the airport and a taxis cost me 37e. Buses are unreliable and drivers don't speak English. I recommend asking the property to book a taxi to collect you and it will cost 25e as at Sept 2025

1. Terrible location down a hard to find alley that even taxi driver could not find. 2. Sketchy neighborhood 3. Several flights of stairs to lug bags up 4. Had to wake up from desk person in morning 5. Room nice but so small you could not even open your bag without blocking the door. 6. After paying taxi to and from airport Hilton at airport would have been less expensive 7. Room really built for one

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025Unheimlich gemütlich, sauber und ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ausgezeichnet geschlafen. Unglaublich nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Kleines aber feines Frühstück mit Rührei, Speck, Salami, Käse etc. Das Hotel ist sehr klein und ein bisschen schwierig zu finden, da nur ein kleines Schild am Eingangstor angebracht ist.
Uns hat alles gefallen!

However, the building is quite old with the entrance in a dark side yard and the neighborhood has seen better days. Some people would not be comfortable with the location, especially arriving at night.

Non ha nulla di un hotel Boutique, è sprovvisto di ascensore. I rumori sono importanti visto che la stanza non è insonorizzata adeguatamente, soprattutto quelli della stanza accanto. Prezzo elevato per la struttura.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2025המיקום העיירה ליד שדה התעופה נסיעה במונית בלבד מהשדה. יש אוטובוס אך את זה מגלים רק כשנמצאים במקום. הנסיעה בערך 10 דקות וההגדרה ליד שדה התעופה הנה בעייתית. החדרים חדשים וממוזגים וארוחת בוקר טובה ומספקת. מאחר וזהו בנין מגורים שהפך למלון אין מעלית אך ישנו מעלון. הצוות מעלה ומוריד המזוודות, וסך הכל החויה הנה מיוחדת וטובה. העיירה שווה טיול רגלי וביקור באחת מאין ספור מסעדות דגים מצוינות שם
לא אהבנו שכתוב ליד שדה התעופה - מטעה שחושבים שליד זה מרחק הליכה. זה בעיירה ליד שדה התעופה

Reviewed Jul 30, 2025Everyone was so incredibly nice and accommodating. It felt like it was owned and run by a family (maybe it is?). The front desk helped us with our bags and asked if we needed a taxi when we checked in for check out. They had the taxi booked and waiting for us in the morning. We grabbed a few pastries and a coffee for breakfast but they had a nice, cozy little breakfast area upstairs. The aircon worked great and everything was nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2025- Schönes, neues, gut eingerichtetes Hotel - Sehr freundliches Personal - Gutes Frühstück (für Italien), sogar mit Rührei! - Sehr gute Lage. In 5 min ist man am Strand, 3-4 min zu Laufen zum Hafen, wo es viele gute Restaurants gibt. Zum Flughafen 10-12 min Fahrt.
- Das Hotel hat nur 7 Zimmer. Man sollte daher nicht zu viel erwarten. Die Zimmer sind recht klein und nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt gedacht. - Fiumicino ist nicht der schönste Ort - aber hat eine tolle Gastro-Szene. Der Strand ist nix für einen längeren Badeurlaub, aber ich war mal kurz schwimmen. Das geht auf jeden Fall. Wasser war sauber u. warm.

All the receptionist from check-in to check-out were outstanding. I did not have breakfast because I had to check-out early. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2025The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is no lift but there is a disability chair to help people up the stairs. The staff helped us get our bags up the stairs.
The rooms were overly perfumed when we arrived and set off my allergies. The WIFI does not work. We could connect but then nothing would happen. It was extremely frustrating. There was even a WIFI booster in my room but it didn’t help. The staff couldn’t really help us with it. The breakfast was nothing special.

The driveway entrance was covered in rubbish which was obviously from a bin which was noticed by us and the bank workers next door. But one employee walked completely over it when leaving and the other would have seen it from The balcony when she was looking over but made no attempt to come and clean up.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2025Decently close to the airport without being a the “airport area”. Nice vibe and restaurants not too far, along with the marina. The rooms are clean and recently renovated, it’s a small hotel with only a few rooms. Breakfast included and the friendly, helpful staff were very appreciated.
Location is quite hidden, it’s not easy to find. Parking in front to drop off luggage was a little stressful as it’s on a busy street. No elevator, no carrying heavy luggage was not easy.

אין מעלית וזה חבל אבל הצוות עזר להרים את המזוודות לקומה נראשונה.
