La limpieza. En mi habitación no entraron todos mi estancia porque no quisimos pero estaba lleno de pelos que no eran míos. Yo soy rubia y cada vez que iba al baño mis zapatillas llevaban pelos negros que estaban en la alfombra de antes de mi estancia El tamaño de la habitación para ser Japón ridículo. Íbamos con 2 trolleys de cabina y casi no podían abrirse

Los baños huelen muy mal, solicitamos cambio de habitación por que el baño olía a orina, nos cambiaron de habitación y el baño de la nueva habitación olía también a orina.

A localização é bem conveniente, próximo a estação e 15 min andando de Dotonbori. Tem uma loja de conveniência bem em frente ao hotel. As camas são confortáveis, apesar do tamanho do quarto.

O café da manhã definitivamente não vale o preço. Custa em torno de 2,000¥ por pessoa e não tem muitas opções.

Otelin merkezi yerlere olan mesafesi muazzam. Alışveriş yaptığınızda eliniz kolunuz doluyken taksiye binmek çok avantajlı. Namba veya Dotombori’den otele taksiyle 2-2,5 km arası bir mesafe var ve taksiye binmek çok makul. Ayrıca yeni otel olduğu için eşyalar yeni ve temizdi. Banyo oldukça temizdi.

Otel 1 yıllık olmasına rağmen çok tozluydu. Alerjisi olan biri olarak bunu hemen anlayabiliyorum. Yerdeki halıfleks daha iyi süpürülmeli. Ayrıca yatak başkarı da kumaştan, oralar da toz tutuyor. Gece öksürük ve hapşırık nöbetlerim oldu. Her Japonya otelinde olduğu gibi odalar yine çok küçüktü ancak valiz açmak vs için daha verimli alanlar oluşturulabilirdi. Yuvarlak sehpa gibi bir masa ve iki tane tabure konmuş. Bunun yerine o alana sığabilir bir masa konsaydı çok daha rahat olurdu, düz bir zemin oluşturmak adına.

Hotel funcional y cómodo, muy bien ubicado al lado de una de las calles comerciales mas conocidas de Osaka. Puedes recorrer fácilmente todo el centro a pie desde el hotel. Estaba limpio y contaba con todo lo necesario. El personal fue muy amable y nos ayudo en todo momento.

Es liegt zentral, direkt auch an der längsten Untergrund, Fußgängerzone Japans, was im Sommer sehr praktisch ist.

Der ständige Kampf an der Rezeption das Personal zu überzeugen, dass man als in Japan lebender Ausländer kein Reisepass vorzulegen hat und auch keine Kopie der Ausländerbescheinigung abzugeben hat

The hotel is close to shopping and metro stations. They also had umbrellas available, however, due to the constant rain I was able to walk across the street and buy my own.

The lighting in the room was dim. There was also a substantial step up into the bathroom.

It was a good location, and the aesthetics of the hotel were nice. The staff were very nice and helpful. It was close to a few train stations which was useful. This place would be good for a one or two night stay maximum, but any longer and you'll get frustrated!

The room was tiny. There wasn't enough space for me and my brother to both fit our suitcases in our room. We had to stack furniture to even be able to half open our luggage. It was the smallest room of our Japan trip, and also the most expensive. The pillows also sucked, and even after stacking two on top of each other, neither of us could sleep because they were so flat

Easy to get to, very convenient location close to Dotonbori with lots of stuff close by, while being quiet and away from the crowds/noise! The neighborhood around has many cute cafes and restaurants. Felt safe and secure with keycard access to your floor. Our room was comfortable, super clean bathroom. Staff is kind and helpful.

Room is tiny, but okay if you are only there to sleep. If you have more than two roller bags, it will be insanely tight in the standard double room. This was fine for us, small rooms are standard in Japan, and we were out during the day. However we had larger rooms at hotels in other cities for cheaper. Maybe there are other rooms that are larger though!!

Close to train stations and short walk to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. Staff were very friendly and amenities were clean and well maintained.

It’s a bit of a walk from the public transports.

來兩次大阪都這在這裡，櫃檯服務人員態度很好！房間雖然有點小，但大致上都很Ok！如果半夜肚子餓，飯店對面就是全家，鄰近的7-11有兩家都很近！最近的地鐵上長崛橋，離難波、心齋橋都約隔一站而已，走路的話走到道頓掘大約20分鐘！

O quarto era compacto, mas confortável e ideal para uma curta estadia. O hotel é novo, bem localizado e oferece ótimos amenities. Uma excelente opção para quem busca praticidade e conforto.

Não tive uma boa experiência no café da manhã. Havia poucas opções disponíveis, especialmente de pães e frios, além de uma variedade limitada de bebidas. Optei por pagar o café da manhã à parte por apenas um dia e, após a experiência, não recomendaria incluí-lo na reserva.

Ich würde sagen das das Zimmer ist klein aber fein, man hatte keine Platz um einen großen Koffer auf den Boden liegen zu lassen. Aber ansonsten war alles sehr gut, wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen, das Café unten neben dem Empfang ist auch sehr zu empfehlen.

朝食がシンプルながら的を得ていて良かった。 バスタブが家のお風呂サイズで浸かりやすかった。 エレベーター前にウォーターサーバーがあって、部屋にあるウォーターポットに入れて持ち運べ、冷蔵庫にもそのまま入る。 朝食付き宿泊として安価でよい！

部屋にある飲み物はコーヒーのパックのみで、お茶が無かった。 朝食のドリンクを置いてある台が高く、背が低い母には高すぎて、入れられなかった。

It’s was a a nice stay in Osaka, the place is very convenient to travel. There’s few walkable stations nearby. Family mart is just right opposite the hotel. Staffs are friendly too!!

The hotel is modern, clean and is located within walking distance to major landmarks.
