Reviewed Apr 13, 2026I loved the Onsen after a day of skiing!! The room was spacious enough for our family of 5 and had everything we needed. The family mart at the base of the hotel was an added bonus.
Would have liked access to the table tennis but we were too late to get a set of bats. The kids would have enjoyed that.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026It's a hotel but the room functions like an apartment with a kitchen. We used it for cooking breakfast and snacks. There were equipment and tools that can be borrowed in the lobby. I appreciate that the toilet and bath are separate. There were also lots of storage space. I enjoyed the onsen and sauna every night of our stay. Family mart was just downstairs.
The a/c system is a bit old, but still working. Futon were a bit thin.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026Self check-in was good for me. Room size is comfortable. Laundry room is convenient. Facilities for snowboard storage is available nicely, with table and screwdrivers to work on your bindings. Main parking area within reach infront of the apartment.
Elevator is slow and had to long wait during peak period. Bathroom sink has 2 different faucet, I just don't understand how a person would use this especially during winter where 1 gives inly cold waer and the other only gives hot water that could burn your hand. Usually it should be the mixer faucet for us to mix cold+hot water dispensed from 1 faucet. I love tatami mats, and in the unit looks like its a new mat, but after 1 day it starts giving us straw hay debris and always attached itself to your socks and pyjamas. Like u just got up from sitting down on grass field.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026One of the best hotel I've stayed. The hotel room so big got japanese style bed on floor and additional room with 2 single size bed. Toilet and living room all clean no smell, got toiletries and towels, and the best is the view, my living room facing iwappara ski resort and all the snow is just magical, winter wonderland. Got familymart below, and free shuttle from and to echigo yuzawa station.
After midnight or at certain time the inner door at the entrance to enter the lobby is locked. Only guest have a password or pin number, i think 4 digit. But if u havent check in yet, then u arrive with no pin and u stuck outside until any random guest opens for u lol
