Reviewed Aug 19, 2026日の出時間の枝折峠の滝雲を観るために、早く外出しても、チェックインが遅くても、気にせず自由にできたことが良かった。合宿中の団体の入浴時間を知らせてくれたことも良かった。ちょうど窓から虹が見えてステキだった。

壁が薄いのか大声なのか、運悪く隣の部屋が夜中まで数人で会話しているのが聞こえ、就寝が遅くなった。 真夏であったが厚い布団しか無かったので、睡眠が取りにくかった。

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026宿の女性がとても優しかった。 お部屋も清潔です。 お湯は各階の通路の給湯器からポットに入れます。 素泊まりでしたが、歩いていけるところにステキな御食事処兼居酒屋さんがあり、食べ物には困りません。 歩いてすぐそばのコンビニには、カブトムシが集まってました。 楽しい☺

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026スタッフがとても親切。大浴場が広くて、全部で4回入ったのに、毎回一人でゆっくりできた。ローソンが歩いて数分でとても便利。近くの河原も景色がよくて、周辺のお散歩はおすすめ。
越後湯沢駅からJRで一駅ではあるけれど、その電車が数時間に一本しかない。越後湯沢駅からホテルのシャトルバスがあるとは気が付かず、タクシーで向かった。タクシーでも2000円弱なので問題ないけれど、JR在来線の時刻には注意が必要。岩原スキー場前駅からすぐなのに、電車を逃すとその良さがいかせない。 帰りはホテルから越後湯沢駅までシャトルバスで送っていただいてとても助かった。

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026室内はとても綺麗でゆったり過ごせた。 レンタルもお得だった。 ゲレンデへの無料送迎もあり、チェックアウト後もお風呂に入る事が出来て最終日まで楽しめた。
壁が薄いので、足音や騒ぎ声はどうしても響いてきた。

The bus timing shuttle to the Echigo-Yuzawa Train Station is limited so might need to take note, and so we did take taxi twice

We had a brilliant stay here and loved the shuttle buses to and from Iwaparra, the steamy onsens and the lovely, light-filled room. The daily breakfast was so delicious and the perfect way to start the day. We are so grateful for such a wonderful time!

The Yuzawa Yuzawa Hotel is the part of landscape of Echigo-Yuzawa, the gentle and warmly place, hope everything goes well and luck.

走廊跟廁所沒暖氣 真的冷 隔音沒有很好 多多少少會聽到隔壁跟走廊的聲音

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026早餐有吃一次~還蠻豐富的 前一天要先預訂1400+10% 澡堂還不錯 一切都很乾淨整潔 每天都會給你換毛巾，若房間內沒有浴室就都得到澡堂去洗澡/外面有公共廁所 洗手台房間內都有 走路三分鐘就有LAWSON超商可以買早餐 距離車站很近 走路五分鐘 老闆娘英語很不錯~ 溝通沒問題 各大雪場有接駁車可以搭 (要先預約 租雪具也都在這邊完成 價目表很清楚(要另外含稅喔)

乾燥室有限制出入時間，想早點拿雪具或晚點放雪具都沒辦法，與員工在平台上確認加人的事宜，但是晚上到達飯店後，前台已經沒有人，而且房間的用品竟然少給一人份，而且每天會更換的備品，竟然有一天只給了一人份。

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026The property offers good value for money. It provides a free shuttle bus to and from the station, which is very convenient given the hotel’s location. It’s also great that they have on-site rental, so you can come empty-handed and rent everything right at the hotel. The staff are very kind and welcoming, and provide a high level of hospitality and support.
I have stayed in many hotels and ryokans in Japan over the past few years, but I have never come across pillows this hard. I have slept on traditional Japanese pillows before, but they were never this uncomfortable or hard as a rock.

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026這次在岩原滑雪三天，住宿三個晚上體驗非常好，飯店到車站、岩原滑雪場都有接駁車，第一天搭的時候末班接駁車客滿沒搭到，電話聯繫後，飯店又再加派一台來接送，非常貼心！ 飯店可預約晚餐，需提前預訂，這次有訂一次晚餐牛丼，非常豐盛好吃，對滑雪回來不想外出覓食非常方便。 飯店溫泉有室內及露天兩池，可以放鬆滑雪後疲累的身體，整體來說CP值很高且服務很好，下次去湯澤會再入住！
附近沒有甚麼店家，只有一間Lawson，沒有開車的話建議訂餐或是走遠一點有一間家庭式居酒屋 乾燥室只開到六點半，如果超過的話要自行帶回房間，裡面空間也比較小，這次裝備選擇全部都帶回房間放，幾乎都能乾

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026The room for the two of us was spaciousness that can sleep 4-6 persons. It was apparent that some renovation has been taken to our room may be a few years ago.
The parking lot was at the back of the hotel that when you walked back, you have to step across an area wetted by hot spring water runout. The shoe-off policy inside the hotel was old school Japanese. One has to take off the shoes, change to sandals and store in lockers in lobby before moving around in the hotel. It was inconvenient and even impractical for a hotel of this size.

Limited longer skis for hire. No lift to the top floor... lift only goes to 4th floor in a 5 storey building.
