Great property, clean, amazing staff! Incredible buffet breakfast!

Nothing, was perfect

I had always chose Bigland Bogor Hotel as its location are superb.

As mentioned, I am a regular to this Bigland Bogor Hotel. However, this time the service is a bit fell off from what was expected. Housekeeping service cleaning the room should be properly train and be attentive. My bins were not totally cleared. Ashtray was left uncleaed. The bath towels are as bad as a towels to clean the flooring.

Pas nginep weekend barengan sama 3 group yg meeting nginep..jadi hotel nya ramai sekali, liftnya jadi lama dan penuh. Begitu juga pas sarapan...super rame..kyk pasar.. Pesen kamar deluxe balkon..ternyata balkonnya kecil dan kliatan kurang safe..jadi dikunci, kalo mau buka harus hubungin pihak hotel...jadinya balkon pajangan aja pdhl harga nya lebih mahal dari yg ga ada balkon. Rooftop kafe nya cuman buka sampe jam 23:00 last order jam 22:00 pdhl malam Minggu, satu2nya tempat paling enak buat nongkrong ngumpul2 kalo liburan menurut saya tp jadi terbatas. Kalo buat meeting sepertinya oke banget. Tp utk liburan lumayanlah.

Location is superb.

Took quite awhile before the water gets hot for shower. Room attendant need to be trained. Often left some rubbish, unclean cups and used ice bucket in the room

The room was super with floor to ceiling window with a great view of the city and the distant mountains. The rooftop buffet with live music had lovely food at a fair price and we had a great night.

BigLand Hotel Bogor gave me excellent service with a free upgrade. When I got sick, the staff truly cared for me. Clean rooms, multiple restaurants, and a beautiful rooftop with live music. Only issue: nearby mosques start at 4 a.m., but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, very happy stay!

急坂を乗り降りしないとホテルに着かない。ロビーの場所が分かりにくい。 プールにはチェアがない。 近くのショッピングモールまでのシャトルがあるように書いてあるが、運行していない。

Too close to a LOT of mosques

Er was een mooi dakterras, goede bedden, lekkere douche. Personeel in lobby heel behulpzaam. Personeel in restaurant aardig meedenkend .

Lobby was moeilijk te vinden. Beetje in parkeergarage . Was minder uitnodigend.

L’unica cosa decente era la posizione poco distante dal parco e dal mall.

Struttura molto grande e caotica, staff poco propenso ad aiutarti. Mancanza di una courtesy room anche solo per cambiarsi. Pulizia molto scarsa. Sulla carta è un 4 stelle, in realtà è al massimo un 2 stelle.

Die Größe der Zimmer. Der Ausblick von der Rooftop Bar. Man konnte fußläufig den botanischen Garten erreichen.

Das Essen a la carte hat uns leider nicht überzeugt. Buffet haben wir nicht ausprobiert.

Het restaurant serveerde een heerlijk ontbijt en je kon er goed dineren. De ligging is perfect, op 10 minuten lopen van de botanische tuin.

De sfeer van het hotel is onpersoonlijk. Zowel door de indeling van het gebouw als de kamer zelf. De badkamer is voor zo’n hotel echt onvoldoende. De douche boven de wc en een wastafel ter grootte van een wc fonteintje.

the facilities at this hotel were superb: the restaurant, the rooftop bar. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good and the swimming pool very decent. The location is excellent, quite near the Bogor gardens.

we booked the apartments, which were cheap, spartan and somewhat smelly. The bathroom door was broken, which was fixed twice, quite promptly. Before arriving, we received a number of ominous messages that our reservation would be released if we would not arrive before 16h, which is quite unusual.

Ruime kamer, goede airco,al het personeel behalve die op de rooftop bar fijn zwembad maar met 24 graden wel verfrissend

Schimmel in de badkamer en het personeel in de rooftop bar, het duurde enorm lang voordat je je drankje kreeg en je moest zelf je bestelling scanner lobby in de parkeergarage

Top lokatie, lekker ontbijt, mooie rooftop bar en schone kamers.

Personeel is vriendelijk, maar minder behulpzaam. Bijv. bij boeken treinticket of taxi.

Erg vriendelijk personeel en een leuke rooftop bar. Zwembad was prima. Gym zag er goed verzorgd uit.

Kamer is kleiner dan verwacht. Er was geen wand tussen douche en toilet waardoor na iedere douchebeurt het toilet helemaal nat was. Het warme water bij de douche was snel op.

Le personnel est très sympathique. Les chambres confortables. Le buffet du petit déjeuner offre un large et choix

Hôtel : couloirs très bruyant le weekend, un long temps d’attente pour avoir accès à un ascenseur, Restaurant/buffet : trop de monde le weekend Piscine : inaccessible le weekend, trop petite par rapport au nombre de clients/chambres Le personnel : n’est pas chaleureux et pas souriant avec très peu de « bonjour » Lobby: accueil impersonnel/process, devoir remplir un formulaire/signer et laisser son passeport pour emprunter un parapluie

Grand choix au buffet breakfast

Appartement : pas de réfrigérateur, le bruit dans les couloirs, un balcon de 2m2 pour 3 personnes sans chaises ni table, le salon de jardin pour le salon intérieur => inconfortable (sans coussins) Hotel : le temps d’attente des ascenseurs de plusieurs minutes (pouvant aller jusqu’à 10 minutes), Piscine : inaccessible => trop petite par rapport aux nombres de chambres/personnes, Le staff : triste, pas de sourire et très peu de « bonjour » ou des questions si tout va bien

De kamer en het bed

De weekenden waren erg druk met gasten, geen iedeaal hotel als je daar voor je rust komt. Ik en mijn gezin zijn nu al 3 keer bij Bigland geweest wanneer we op vakantie zijn uit Nederland. Ze hadden ons niet in het systeem staan dat we daar reguler customers zijn.

The gym and swimming pool where really nice and the food was really good.

Ruim en goede liften. Tevens mooi fitnesscentrum, zwembad en sauna.

Receptie mag wel naar andere lokatie in het hotel.

I was there just one night. Nice hotel, friendly staff but....

No safetybox in my room. Very noisy due to the neighborhood. Maybe because there was a sort of holy day? No reading lamp.

エレベーター待ちが長すぎる。朝食のレストランのテーブルが足りない。ルーフトップバーでは注文した食事が１時間半待っても提供されなかった。ルームサービスもインターフォンに出ない。周辺にレストランがないためスイートルームに宿泊したのにPOPMIEを食べた。

Centraal gelegen in Bogor, vlakbij de botanische tuinen. Schone kamer met goede bedden.

We verbleven er in het weekend en het was vreselijk druk. Lang wachten op de lift, mensenmassa bij het ontbijt waardoor we bij anderen aan tafel moesten zitten. Op maandag was het opeens veel fijner.

I absolutely loved the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed — especially the extra pillows, which were a great touch. The bathroom was excellent, exactly to my liking with a shower tap instead of a bathtub (I'm definitely not a bathtub person). The facilities provided were impressive as well. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations and was truly enjoyable! I would definitely choose this hotel again!

Location near by to culinary spot, room ok, staff good, breakfast good. Like the rooftop restaurant and view.

Reception counter is placed awkwardly (in the basement, never seen like this). Rooms are not sound proof at all (tv sound from next room and prayer call from where-ever mosque audible very loudly. Balcony railing makes the room ugly, causing inconvenience sitting on the balcony to enjoy the mountain view.

Location near to culinary spots, not too far from Jagorawi high way. Breakfast was good with many choices. AC was privately controlled, hot water ran all day.

Reception counter was awkwardly placed (in basement, not facing street. Balcony railing was like jail bars. Not sound proof room, noise from next room’s tv and prayer call were loud and anoying.

Le parking pour motos très compliqué car il faut passer par de petites ruelles et ça personnes ne le dit alors que j'avais demandé 2 places pour motos. Petit point négatif à améliorer

The hotel is located behind Botani Square Mall, so it was very convenient to go shopping. The staff were very friendly and explained everything in thorough detail. The view was pretty good and the bed was very comfy

Just like with any Indonesian hotel, there was ants in the room.

The ramp to the parking lot is very narrow. Drivers must be very careful if they don't want their vehicles to get scratched

Just one minor thing, if motorcycle can also use the bridge to enter the lobby it would really help and avoid confusion. Now, if we use motorcycle we have to go through a maze of roads just to reach the entrance. For most its really confusing

Good enough hotel. The food was not very interesting and I got food poisoning on 2 occasions. Roast chicken at the Rooftop Café was good and safe. Not much to do nearby. Lovely people.

Room was horrible. Ants everywhere. Description and photos of Room did NOT match what they checked us into. Plastic furniture. No refrigerator. Small, Thin towels. Very uncomfortable stay.

the staff was supportive and friendly and the location was near to many facilities. The view was wonderful.

The staff, the buffet food and the cleanliness of room

The lack of elevator and the service at the rooftop lounge is very slow

The hotel room we stayed in and then the apartment we moved to were both very clean, with comfortable beds and good showers. Ample varieties for the breakfast buffet, although the a la carte menu for dinner is a bit limited as is the room service menu. Good swimming pool about 20-25 meters suitable for laps.

A bit difficult to get to but traversing local backstreets is always an interesting exercise.

Good loaction. Pleasant staffs. Availability of the convenient store (Ezymart) is good although.it could be better.

When I tried to order something by dialing the Operator, it can be better if able to take note of my request/enquiries and get back to me, instead of diverting my call to the respective department extention line and have to repeat my conversation all over again.

Breakfast good the staff is friendly and helpful

Breakfast was good and the hotel was good too but i had a bad experience staying there because I preferable booked family rooms, in order to get more peaceful as it is for family and the price is more expensive as well compare to normal single room. U unfortunately my family couldn’t sleep well due to noises of the chairs from upstairs and the group which is staying in the same hotel nearby our room, we were staying in room 2126. Omg it was so loud as hell at night. I did called reception at midnight, well they just apologized and nothing they can do because the noises still keep coming. Can you imagine to a a good short holiday for family but turn out it’s worse than to sleep at home. We stay in the hotel because we need some peace and relax. The group of empower or whatever group inspire something it’s way worse than normal people. I think the hotel should inform if they have group staying in the hotel so the other guests can re consider to stay. To be honest I am really not happy with this. I have traveling a lot and just came to bogor for this.

Die Aussicht von unserem Zimmer, wir hatten ein Zimmer im 20.Stock, daher eine fantastische Aussicht auf die Stadt

Die hellhörigkeit, es war sehr laut, man hat jedes Geräusch gehört
