The furniture in the hotel felt quite dated and could benefit from some updating. The cleanliness of the rooms also requires more attention to ensure a more comfortable and pleasant stay. Additionally, the elevator system was quite inconvenient. I was staying on the 5th floor while my family was on the 6th floor, and the elevator did not allow us to move directly between the two floors. As a result, whenever we wanted to visit each other’s rooms, we had to go back down to the lobby and then take the elevator again to the other floor. This was particularly inconvenient and made moving between the rooms unnecessarily difficult.

My bestie and I had a wonderful stay at Santika Hotel Bogor. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The pool was nice and relaxing, and the view from the hotel was beautiful. We also really enjoyed the breakfast because there were many delicious food choices. A special thank you to Ms. Shafira for her kindness and excellent hospitality. She was very friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Thank you as well to Ms. Aini and Ms. Fitria for your warm hospitality and excellent service. You all made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back!

We got near with the lift hotel, and inside our room we always hear noise sound every time and it is very disturbing our comfortable. And the AC in my room is shout down automatically around every 15 minute and We alreday complain 2x time and the result is same ( from my opinion, the AC is broken actually).

​I recently had a wonderful staycation at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were all very polite and professional. I was also highly impressed by the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious Indonesian food. Everything tasted amazing.

This was a strictly Halal hotel which did not fit in with my requirements. The Mosque was a few metres from my bedroom and so sleep was not possible

My wife and I had no plan. It was a long weekend, we decided on Bogor last minute, and somehow ended up wandering through Botanic Mall when we noticed the hotel right next door. On a whim, we walked in to check it out. Fully booked, the front desk said. Only one room remaining — the Presidential Suite, offered at a discount. We exchanged a glance, smiled, and said yes. Best spontaneous decision we’ve made in a while. The suite itself was everything you’d hope for — fresh, modern furnishings, a spacious and well-appointed bathroom, and a bed that actually lets you sleep. The 10th floor location was a quiet retreat from the city buzz below, with a view that made waking up feel worthwhile. What truly elevates this hotel, though, is where it sits. The Bogor Botanical Garden is right at your doorstep — and if you haven’t been, stop what you’re doing and go. One of Indonesia’s great treasures. Botanic Mall is next door for dining and convenience. And when the weekend ends, the toll road back to Jakarta is literally just around the corner. You couldn’t ask for a better-positioned base in Bogor. A heartfelt thank you to Hengki at the front desk. Warm, professional, and the kind of hospitality that makes a stay memorable. Highly recommended — sometimes the best experiences are the ones you never planned for.

Our golfer group of eight chose this hotel as it is conveienient for our three golf games in Bogor before leaving for Jakarta for our next two golf games in a 4N/5D itinery. The basement level connects to a good shopping mall. The breakfast offering is comprehensive but not international. Breakfast begin at 6am but the outlet is ready before 6am. Bogor is an attractive destination for both local and international travellers. This hotel is our golf group choice for our golf tour in Bogor.

Nice meeting room, nice room for staying in Bogor, its close to public facilities especially the Kebun Raya Bogor. The food is super good, many choices.

good place near a mall... room is nice. good food. nothing really special. but it is nice hotel for bussiness trip. easily 4 star.

We have stayed several times at Santika Bogor. Rooms are good, nice hard bed, A/C working well, rainshower perfect. The breakfast is good and goid Asian & European selection. Horel is connected to nice shoppingcenter with foodcourt at top floor with wide selection of foodstalls/restaurants. Also the busstation including busses from/to Jakarta airport is next door. (First time we took a bus from Jakarta airport, recommended for future also) All in all very good value for money

The 6-slice toaster in de restaurant is 80% broken, only works for 2 slides…, and need repacement. Limited elevator capacity, only 2 small elevators, so longer waiting time

Хороший отель в центре. Рядом большой торговый центр, в котором и товары, и еда., и обмен валюты. В торговый центр можно попасть прямо из отеля не выходя на улицу (это важно, так как дожди там бывают нешуточные). Напротив ботанический сад. До станции при желании можно дойти пешком (надо обойти ботанический сад, так как у него один вход). Персонал во всем готов помочь, рассказать, показать, порекомендовать, помочь с экскурсиями. Приезжали специально чтобы сходить в ботанический сад и съездить на весь день на сафари.
