Personel is very polite but some time internal communication is difficult.

De locatie is fantastisch, het ligt inprinciepe tegenover de botanische tuin, wel moet je omlopen om naar de ingang te gaan, maar de grote stoepen maken dat heel comfortabel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, attentive, and always happy to help. The check-in process was smooth, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and cleaned thoroughly every day. The facilities were also fantastic, and everything was organised to a very high standard. The food was delicious, fresh, and varied, with plenty of choices for every taste. We especially appreciated the effort and attention given by the restaurant and service teams. What made our stay particularly special was the warm atmosphere and the kindness of the staff. You could really see that they cared about their guests and wanted everyone to have a memorable experience. We enjoyed every moment of our holiday and were genuinely sad to leave. Thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so special. We would definitely return and can recommend this hotel without hesitation. A well-deserved 5-star experience! Freundliches Personal, Zimmer absolut i.O., Restaurant mit tollem Buffet auch am Abend. Botanischer Garten genau gegenüber. Supermarkt und einige Street Food Stände gleich hinter dem Hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The breakfast is mostly based on local food, but it also has its own western options, like yoghurt, toasts, and different egg-based dishes which were enough for me. The gym is modest but sufficient for full body workouts. I really liked the design of the room and the bathroom. The shower was fantastic and the hairdryer was surprisingly powerful unlike the ones in other hotels that barely blow any air. The staff was polite , helpful and could speak decent english. The lounge is warm and inviting, especially at night when there are no children playing. The lighting was great. Unlike in other hotels I have stayed at, the desk was properly illuminated.

The hotel uses a split elevator system, which can be inconvenient when moving between different floors and you cannot use the stairs for that purpose either. The street is quite noisy for the western standard, especially at night, even with loop earplugs. I had trouble sleeping the first night, but no issues the rest of the nights. Regarding the noise, I don't think the hotel is at fault, since it is more of a problem of the area, and every other hotel around the location will experience the same thing.

It was an amazing experience for me. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and always had a great attitude and communication. Thanks for everything and maybe see you next time.

Clean room and well manage, the bed was comfortable, breakfast have so much variety that full your tummy. Our room has good view of mount salak. We had family size room, like having small version of suite room, with 3 beds, convinence for 4 adults.

I always stay at Ibis Hotel Pajajaran when am in Bogor. The hotel is conveniently located to places i want to go. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

the b'fast buffet is mostly indonesian food - less of western choices. also, they could do with better gym room and equipment.

Had a short one night stay here and had a good experience. Because of arriving late, we did not really do anything in Bogor, but the location is good, near the botanical gardens and easy accessible from other areas. Quick and friendly check in and received a room away from the road (there is some noise if near the road) as requested, so was happy with that. Actually quite big rooms for an Ibis hotel, with a decent bed, and good shower. Also liked there are free water dispensers in the hallway. Breakfast was pretty good as well, with a few different options, including Indonesian and Western food. All in all, a good stay and we will come back next time in Bogor.

The most recommended hotel in Bogor, with a very strategic location, right across from the botanical gardens. There's a playground for kids, an aesthetically pleasing and Instagrammable lobby, a spacious restaurant, and delicious food. The rooms are top-notch: spacious, clean, and fragrant. You can enjoy beautiful mountain views, smart TVs, and a cool bar. Perfect for a fun family vacation!

I always stay at the Ibis Styles when visiting Bogor for work. It's a great location, good value for money, clean, and the staff are always very friendly.

Hotel ws situated opposite Bogor botanica garden. Family room was small with only 1 toilet. Actually, the family room is only 1.5 time of normal room. Really small and congested. ALL nor Accor member really appreciated in this hotel. Staff mentioned they are Ibis style, so not much recognition for ALL platinum member too. Booking confirmation in apps indicate mini bar with free drinks, check twice with staff and they mentioned that Ibis do not provide that. Abit surprising and strange to hear that actually. Why indicate in confirmation and why even join the group if they feels they are not there with the group in terms of group direction. Welcome drinks non alcoholic only. Gym and breakfast are both pathetic Hotel walking distance to nearby mall, which is consider quite huge in that area. Only plus against many minus.

Good location, very welcome receptionist, room was good with simply layout. Breakfast was also nice, they have gluten free cake. Our room has good views of Salak Mountain.

The amnesty like tooth brush only available one piece. The receptionist have told us since beginning on check in to asked if we need more amnesty. I think it will be nice if it served 2 pieces without have to ask. Since I booked the room for 2 people. Overall it was nice stay

The decor is very retro and simple but the service is very good. This hotel offers one pillow and one bolster which is rare and i really love it. The staff really did their best to get anything that we requested. The breakfast buffet is good

The room is a bit small but just enough for two people. Might be restrictive if you got more than 2 luggages. I wish that breakfast buffet offer more continental food as well.
