I stay here in March. Really clean and comfy rooms with excellent service from staff. You get an amazing view and pool is so nice. The gym is equipped full option for full training and the morning breakfast was good too. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. Great location and close to tourist area. This hotel so many many guest come here kind of bit busy. Good to meet new friends lol.

No buffet very limited breakfast. Around day time they seem to switch AC off. In morning or nighttime it works perfect but at day time can not get cold in the room.

It was off-season, so it felt like I was the only guest in a very large hotel.

Excellent staff, super nice people, very friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice with a pool table and table tennis. Cute, quiet little chirps from the baby pigeons living in the air conditioner was actually quite nice to wake up too. Nice view of the city from the balcony.

No sheet and very heavy quilt so it was hard to sleep at a comfortable temperature. Air con at the gym was turned off and locked and no one around to assist. No sofa in the apartment but that ones on me for not checking the ad properly I suppose.

Sehr sauber. Kleines aber ordentliches Fitnessstudio, sehr netter Empfang, gemütliches Bett, coole Dusche.Tolle Lage für alles, was man in Phnom Penh so sehen sollte.

Mir persönlich war es etwas zu schick...aber das ist wohl so, in einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Dass es beim Frühstück keine richtigen vegetarischen Optionen - bspw. Tofu statt Fleisch gab, fand ich schade. Außerdem war trotz Hauptreisezeit einfach wirklich niemand da...dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, würde es trotz des etwas hohen Preises empfehlen.

No welcome drink or welcoming reception Breakfast was limited and poor, with the same things offered every day. Shower was cold and had to be run for 10 minutes before any hot water came!

Location is excellent, near the riverside and most happening area. Many restaurants and clubs are at a walking distance.

Breakfast spread was with very limited vegan options. There was no hot water in the washroom. When I brought this to the hotel reception, they intervened and tried to fix the problem. In spite of waiting for more than 30 minutes, it remained unresolved. Though the reception staff apologised for lack of service and inconvenience caused to me but it wasn't helpful.

Size of the room was great and the beds large. Air con was good although fan was loud. Swimming pool area was nice and facilities looked good. Including gym. Although I did not use them. Staff very friendly and attentive. Always polite with good English.

The hotel consists of two buildings, so I had to decend to the lobby, walk to a second elevator and then ascend to the dining room. Which was a little weird. Not too bad though. At one point the lift to our building was being used by staff and deemed not in use. We couldn't ascend or descent; nor could we use the stairs as they were locked. Probably a fire hazard. Had to get a staff member to help us out. Hotel was empty. Which meant that the turnover for food at breakfast was low. Meaning some bits weird warm rather than fresh. Manager stopped doing buffet style at one point for two days and had us order from a menu, which provided better food quality but less mixed choice. Then switched back to warm buffet and stale pastries. Bathroom water took a while to heat up, and the sink didn't really hold water well - which was annoying for shaving.

There was every thing provided except for iron and board,they should take that in interest to provide and there was problem on first day no television I spoke with a supervisor and let him know about it that everything should be supplied on day of arrival and he was not happy with me saying it is respond wasn’t professional

It was a bit quiet

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Poulo Wai Hotel, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The TV in the room you could only watch you tube and Netflix and you had to keep logging in.

Received a drink on arrival with a cold towel which was a very welcoming gesture. Nice big clean room with good facilities. Loved the table tennis, pool table and swimming pool. Staff were really helpful with everything.

Great stay and was on par with the other 3 places we stayed. All the staff were accommodating to the members of my family that didn’t speak Khmer. They had many amenities on different floors, the skybar’s view was beyond beautiful. Everything was wonderful!!

They have a cockroach issue here. I was on the 17th floor and they were in my bathroom and a palmetto bug near the slide door. The staff are wonderful and addressed this issue as well as a couple others i had. Otherwise the hotel is clean and nice and breakfast buffet was well stocked. Once they address the roach issue it will be a nice hotel. I have pictures but it won't let me load them.

We were greeted royally every time we arrived at the front door. Breakfast was excellent, Sky bar gave a magificent view. The only negative (and i comment hesitantly because they are minor) was that the shower was not very hot in the mornings and i failed to receive a booked early morning call on the day of departure. Fortunately my cellphone did the job. Otherwise this is an exceptional property.

Was a beautiful hotel, the sky bar had a great happy hour and a stunning view. Pool area was kind of interesting with alot of birds and no sun. High pitch noise to keep away the birds was not working. Staff was super kind and friendly. Bed was nice and comfy.

A great breakfast, big room and very comfortable. Decent location - most places are walkable.

My only issue was that I had a room below the lounge on the top floor and was regularly woken up during the night by the staff moving tables and chairs to clean it. One night I went to reception at 2am to ask if they could be quiet but they didn't seem to understand my concerns. So I would recommend this hotel but be aware if you are on the 21st floor.

Honestly, I only slept and had breakfast in the place. Was nearest quality Hotel to a Wedding I attended 2 hours away. The Breakfast was great, and the clean comfort was EXACTLY what I needed after every 2 hour drive from my Event Location.

This is a large hotel with a beautiful lobby and spacious, comfortable rooms. We had a nice view of the city from the 20th floor and from the sky bar. The staff are friendly. I appreciated the generous size of shower and hot water.

Very nice hotel! Clean. Beautiful rooftop restaurant. A 20 minute walk from the river and Royal Palace. The pool was nice and clean - but shaded. I didn’t look at that closely when I booked and was disappointed because I wanted to be in the sun. On the plus side, it was breezy up there, so very refreshing on a hot day. The staff was very friendly and friendly I had a really nice stay.

Poulo Wai became out favorite hotel in Cambodia. We used it as our base of operations for excursions from the capital to various points throughout the country. This hotel is clean, comfortable with a complete set of amenities at a very nice rate. The rooms are spacious and we had a great view of the City from the 17th floor. Beds are excellent. Everything in the rooms were in good working order with plenty of space for luggage and personal items. The breakfast buffet included many hot and cold food options and was well staffed. The facilities includes a decent fitness room and spa, along with an indoor/outdoor patio and infinity edge pool. The hotel also has a roof-top restaurant and lounge area with great city views. We liked the abundance of common areas in the hotel, which incudes a large lobby with multiple lounge areas, the pool patio and the roof-top. The location. worked well for us: Walking dstance to the Royal Palace, National Museum, Central Market and the riverfront. It is also very close to the Independance Monument/Park and Bassac Street. The staff were the most helpful and gracious team anywhere. This includes the warm welcome from the lobby people, to the incredible hospitality by the restaurant team to the maid staff. Everyone there made us feel welcome and were all so helpful. There were no significan negative aspects to this hotel, but a few minor areas for improvement: 1. The fitness room can get quite warm as there seemed to be insufficient climate control. 2. It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator with a freezer in the room. The room includes a drink cooler but no freezer. In sum, I would highly recommend this hotel if your travels take you to Phnom Penh.

Nice pool and spa area although bar there wasn't staffed very often. The roof bar and restaurant is amazing and again service was great. Would definitely return.

We stayed 3 nights here in a Landmark King Bed room with a balcony. It was on the 16th floor so views from the balcony were great. It was a really good sized room and well equipped. The hotel is a modern skyscraper style one in a good location. Breakfast was nice - although we would have liked fresh orange juice and fresh bread rolls. Staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. We visited the White Lounge- the rooftop bar for beers and cocktails and it was an ideal place to enjoy the spectacular night time views of Phnom Penh. It's a great city and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Recommended.

Property was very nicely appointed. Room was comfortable and clean. The bed was a little hard but that’s just a personal preference. Breakfast choices were good. Loved the views from the rooftop bar. Also enjoyed dinners there. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our welcome was absolutely wonderful and the staff helped us with a very fair upgrade and with great support from Borey. We would definitely recommend for all families visiting the city. The food and amenities were all first class Well done!!

Caught No 3 bus from airport as hotel was only a short walk from Stop 30. Really nice hotel with lovely pool, spa and well equipped fitness area. Was able to check in early after overnight flight and was upgraded to larger room with balcony. Room was very big and so was the bathroom, with separate large shower and bath. Room was serviced each day and it was good to see that they didn't change towels everyday (only on request). Breakfast was really good, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, breads/pastries, salad vegetables, nuts, hot food (could have been kept a little hotter), omelette bar and noodle bar, coffee machines but only Lipton's tea 🙁. Hotel is in a good location, not noisy at night and walking distance to museum, palace, river, central and night markets and a number of temples. Didn't need a tuktuk to get anywhere. Lots of good eating places nearby especially heading towards the river. Beds was large and comfortable with plenty of good pillows and the wifi worked well. They even provided a USB charging bank, so didn't need adaptors. Glad I booked there rather than hotel I am now at on a group tour which is way out near the Olympic Stadium, with lots of motor bike shops and few decent eating places nearby.

Due to work obligations I’ve stayed here three times over the past year, each time over ten days. It was nice to see the hotel much busier this visit, with many tour groups from France, Netherlands, China, etc. But even with the larger groups, the hotel staff still paid attention to individual travelers such as myself, and even the hotel breakfast room still seemed very relaxed and laidback. As always, the staff here are always friendly and helpful, from the front desk team to the breakfast staff, restaurant/sky bar waiters, and the housekeeping crew. Breakfast was as always comprehensive, with cooked-to-order omelette bar and Khmer-style Kuy Teav noodle soup especially appreciated. My one-bedroom was spacious, comfortable and full of natural light, with a balcony that provided excellent sky views. Very comfortable bed (not always a given in Phnom Penh), and I appreciated the big refrigerator and kitchen. Note: Kitchen may not be fully stocked with plates/cutlery/glasses, but just let the staff know what you need and they will bring it up immediately. I also appreciated the laundry machine in the one-bedroom unit! PS: there’s an excellent street food stand around the corner, just south on Str. 63, next to the Tak Coffee stand (which is also great). Looking forward to my next stay.

We have stayed at several Hotels on our trip and this has been the worst by far. The only good thing is the room except the odd cockroach Staff are lovely when you can find them Roof top bar looks nothing like photos lovely view but apart from that in total disarray tables old and not set up also the food was not good. Asked for rare and a med rare steak both well done. Also terrible breakfast
