It was close to the city center (4 minutes walking) & far enough from the noise of the party of the city center.

UBICACIÓN

El lugar es muy hermoso, bien ubicado y con personal muy amable, pero las instalaciones no son para personas con discapacidad física, las habitaciones que me dieron está en un 2o nivel y no tenían nada para menos de 5 personas en la planta baja, no cuenta con elevador/montacargas; yo uso baston, en silla de ruedas hubiera sido imposible. Y recomiendo que proporcionen mas espacio para guardar/colgar la ropa.

Piden un depósito de $1000.00 que un día despues del check out no devuelven a mi tarjeta

La habitación es bonita y original, me gustó su diseño, su decoración y la escalera de madera El comedor e instalaciones exteriores muy agradables. La comida muy rica.

La ubicacion de la habitación es muy ruidosa. Su interior presenta confusion de los apagadores , no tiene cortinas, no cuenta con ganchos para colgar en el baño, la mezcladora del lavabo estaba suelta. La puerta de acceso no tiene chapa y es insegura.

Las habitaciones están limpias, los baños con agua caliente y limpios. Tiene buena ubicación, a cuadras esta en centro. La único que me decepcionó fue la comida, ya que vi buenas reseñas pero no cumplió las expectativas.

La ubicación es perfecta para llegar caminando, las instalaciones muy linda, amplias y limpias. Vistas hermosas desde los cuartos

Falto agua para bañar e en la noche del 28 de marzo y las paredes que separan los cuartos son tabla roca por lo que se escucha todo lo que dicen lo vecinos

Das ein paar Tage zuvor Am Golf von Mexiko einen Unfall auf einer Bohrinsel gab. Leider konnten wir deshalb nicht ins Wasser 😢 aber ansonsten ist es super schön hier ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Es que un lugar hermoso, confortable, limpio y cerca del centro, pero en la noche sin ruido y por la mañana despiertas por el canto de las aves y el replicar de las campanas.

No me gustó que viajaremos con poco tiempo. Regresaremos

L’hôtel est très bien situé ; tout près du Zocalo et l’on peut parcourir le centre de la ville à pied. L’hôtel est une belle surprise: c’est une oeuvre d’art. Tout est bien dessiné avec beaucoup de détails bien pensés : douche, lavabo, ilumination….’ C’est coloré, inventif et chaque chambre est différente. Le petit-déjeuner est bon avec une grande possibilité de choix. L’hôtel a un avenir lumineux puisqu’il a une terrasse sur le toit qui peut facilement être aménagée ainsi qu’une maisonnette dans le joli jardin. Le personnel est très cordial et très serviable.

Peut-être le matelas pourrait être meilleur mais n’avons essayé que celui de notre chambre (la7) Aussi pensé à des pains du petit -déjeuner différents

La decoración es hermosa, la cama super cómoda y la ubicación es excelente. Sin duda volveré.

Ubicación

The bed in my room was exceptionally comfortable. They let me leave my luggage at the front desk early so I could go out and explore the area before the official check-in time; I really appreciated that. The room had everything that I needed.

This hotel was freely, striking, and unique. I enjoyed it very much.

The room was small, but nothing really to complain about. The restaurant was closed mid week, so there was no way to get coffee or food downstairs.

El lugar está muy lindo y muy limpio.

Que una noche alguien me fue a tocar la puerta quejándose de que le bajara el volumen al tv. La verdad no estaba muy alto, lo tenia en 60, pero al parecer las paredes están muy delgadas o los cuartos solo están divididos. Si esta cerca del centro, pero a pie no demasiado. Nos recibió pienso que la dueña, nomas donde nos vio, uno siente cuando no fuiste de su agrado, necesita mejorar su cortesía con los huéspedes independientemente de cual sea su aspecto. Habrá gente bien, qué llegue bien vestida y con auto, Habrá otros que vengan viajando y cansados 😫 . El shower no tenía puerta, no se si era porque es lo tradicional pero el agua se salía un poco del shower. Un tip adicional que aprendí de este viaje, y que aplica para todos los hoteles, es que el reservar un hotel no suele ser la mejor opción porque en línea te aparecen fotos muy lindas del lugar y cuando ya estas ahí a veces no es así. Por último, cuando un hotel ofrece en oferta una habitación, por debajo de su costo regular, terminan dándote la habitación qué nadie quiere, como la que está más arriba de todas, la que recibe todo el ruido de la calle, la más descuidada, etc. Es mejor elegirla en persona, es mi opinion.

The room was clean and comfortable, the shower heavenly, and the staff on the whole very helpful. The building and garden are absolutely beautiful.

There was a little bit of confusion upon check-out and the refunding of the deposit, but it all worked out fine in the end. It wouldn't stop me coming back.

El personal es muy atento y paciente, siempre orientado a que tu estancia sea placentera y fluya sin percances.

Beautiful building, and very well located. It is very clean and well looked after. Super calm and relaxing place, hearing the birds in the morning was a beautiful experience. A lot of space to chill and relax. Small room but comfortable!

The deposit situation and the strict rules are quite off-putting, as they take as much as 1000 pesos (not sure why). There is no kitchen available for cooking, and as the restaurant is not always open (4 days only), we were forced to eat outside when we did not nexessarily want to, and when options were very limited (a lot of places close at 6pm). Maybe open the kitchen to the guests? Some of us want to cook our own meals from time to time.

Great property with a very attentive owner. Very quiet, great little restaurant inside the property. I took off one star only because the small table fan provided was not sufficient enough for the heat of the room. Other than that, amazing place to stay!

It's a beautiful space. Some of the staff were exceptionally nice.

When we arrived there was a BIG party in the restaurant area (think a live performer, music, food). While this was fun to see, it got tiring real fast since the the commotion of the party was outside of our bedroom. We weren't told of this, otherwise we wouldnt have booked a room there. The staff did end up moving us to another room after we complained. The party lasted well into the night. Other all, the place was beautiful to look at, but there it's loud, right on a busy street, no AC, no bug screens, and felt deserted. Not worth what we paid.

We had a comfortable kingside bed and a a good shower-excellent breakfast-chef an excellent cook-close to local shops and sites-all walkable-cars give pedestrians the right of way!!! Highly recommend

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Spotlessly clean, quirky and very comfortable. The bed was super comfy with lovely linen. The room was beautiful with a fantastic shower. A great location, very close to town centre. The best accomodation we have had in Mexico so far.

Muy amables, lugar tranquilo y en buena ubicación, el cuarto impecable al igual que el baño. Agua caliente y hasta un pequeño calentador por si te da frío en la habitación.

Me encantó la habitación está cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario, lo que más me gustó fue la cama y las almohadas aparte de las cobijas para el frío, para dormir excelente, mi único detalle es el ruido de las puertas de otras habitaciones por momentos suele asustar un poco pero todo bien, me encantó y lo recomiendo me volvería a hospedar

La habitación era exageradamente pequeña el colchón incómodo y almohadas delgadas, se escuchaban todo de la habitación de alado, el baño olía feo, me cobraron un depósito de 1000 el cual llegó 4 días y todavía no me lo regresan además que piden mucha información, la atención fue buena y amable si me ofrecieron cambiar la habitacion pero daba a la calle, el lugar es bonito, muy pintoresco y las mucamas con muy buena actitud.

I was unhappy with the rooms assigned, and even though the hotel was empty, I was requested to pay for an upgrade of a room, which was not suitable for uno person, even I agreed to a downgrade of a room that I paid. You can hear the conversations of three rooms away and even that they don't serve food or drinks, they didn't allow you to bring them at the end of the day. I would definitely not go back again

I love to staff the management and everything they were very patient and accommodating a very, very wonderful and easy to communicate with, even though I did not speak much spanish

They do not offer a parking space, the rooms are very small and poorly isolated, you can hear everything from the next room. The staff, except for the restaurant area, is terrible and I did not like that the requirements and regulations omit things such as charging a deposit for damage or loss of hotel objects.

The owner and her daughter both were so nice and spoke English well. Everyone was so kind. Very colorful, fun place! Rooms were clean, beds were good, showers worked well. Delicious breakfast. We thought it was a good value. The location was great - an easy 4 block walk to the main square. We really enjoyed Coatepec.

Bright colors, nice public spaces, nice hot shower.

Small cold rooms (it was winter), traffic noise in the rooms on the road side, dogs barking at night. Musty extra blanket. I was the only guest that I know of for four of the five nights, which probably made it quieter as you can hear everything when other people are in the hall. Was a strange experience. I told the maids I didn't need anything the first two days, then never talked to anyone after that, like staying in an abandoned hotel. Wet towels that never dried. The gardens could use some maintenance.

The street is very noisy, some acoustic treatment would be needed. Some construction materials are at sight . Breakfast available only from Thursday to Sunday but lots of cafes in the surrounding area

No tiene estacionamiento, ni en la calle se encuentra lugar cerca, Al llegar para registrarse piden demasiada información, numero de la tarjeta de identificación y lo peor de todo, me pidieron un deposito por maltratos que se pudieran ocasionar en la habitación, que es demasiado pequeña y en tercer piso.

We had one of the family rooms - a maisonette apartment for 5 people. We were four, which was perfect. The style of the hotel and the furnishing of the rooms is very creative and arty. The bathroom and shower were nice, everything was very clean. The hotel is located conveniently at the edge of the town but in walking distance of the center. If you are noise-sensitive or want to leave your windows open while you sleep, you might want to ask for a room facing the patio.

The windows were facing the busy street on ground level, so it can be a bit noisy and is not optimal to let some air in at all times. The hotel is lacking a private parking. During check-in we were asked for a rather high deposit, obviously because one of the previous guests had stolen a fan...

Es un hotel muy bonito, de acabados originales y que tiene un ambiente tranquilo. La limpieza impecable. Los único detalle que no nos convenció fue la cama que rechinaba un poco y no era del todo cómoda para nosotros. Pero en general, un hotel recomendable, muy cerca del centro.

Es un hotel hermoso. Una obra de arte en cada detalle. La atención es amable y está a un par de calles del centro de Coatepec. Solo necesita un estacionamiento aunque se encargan de cuidar tu auto en la calle.

El hotel está muy lindo, el servicio es muy bueno y el lugar esta muy limpio. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
