L'accueil était exceptionnel car la personne parlait un parfait français et était très sympathique. La salle de bain, le grand lit et la superficie de la chambre.

L'assiette bien fissurée et l'étroite table collante au restaurant. Le dysfonctionnement de la cafeiere. Autant enlever le téléphone si il ne fonctionne pas ..

Clean and comfortable room. The pool is very nice. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were great.

We asked for a room away from the noisy extractor fans when we made our booking but there was a mix up and we were initially given a room to the rear. The staff relocated us to the front without any issue. The hotel needs to invest in making their extractor fans quieter.

The staff were absolutely abbismal and should not be in the hospitality industry because they definitely do not represent Ireland or the Irish people.

The room was fantastic, we were 3 friends doing a swim trip and shared the family room which was really well set out and spacious. Facilities great and beds very comfy. The breakfast was delicious and served with a smile. overall a very enjoyable stay.

We travelled around west cork staying in a different place each night and without a doubt this place was the best. The room was lovely and the food was the best we had on our trip. I will definitely come back here.

Good food, especially seafood in evening meal and excellent breakfast.Lovely size hotel pool, with good sauna and steam room. Decent size bedroom. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Shane no guest lounge area.

Appalling bar staff, rude and served drinks in dirty glass and told 'too late' for an Irish coffee at 9pm!..This was addressed and refunded by reception but only after complaining. Bedrooms are dated, poor lighting in bathroom, no usb sockets and lack of soundproofing for road noise and TVs from other rooms. Spa changing floor dangerous broken tiles and in desperate need of a refurb. This hotel could be amazing with some investment and training

The bathroom was on the small side compared to the room size.

Room had view of a roof and the rear of houses. Dinner in restaurant was good but our table was too near the kitchen. Staff were constantly passing by opening doors. There needs to be one local person in charge to create some atmosphere. Staff were efficient and pleasant however.

Room a bit dated with some items in room quite grubby chair and carpet had plenty of stains. Bathroom tiles had splashes of toothpaste from previous guests so not much attention to detail for cleaning. Staff very slow for dinner and breakfast. Had to ask to order.

The food in the hotel is excellent. The staff are so friendly. The pool was brilliant for the kids. Our room was very spacious and clean. Perfect for our west cork holiday!

In base al giro che abbiamo programmato era una delle poche strutture disponibili e quindi la posizione si è rivelata strategica. Erano presenti tutti i servizi previsti. La vista sulla baia poi nn ha prezzo.

Ottima posizione. Camera pulita e spaziosa. Colazione continentale buona. Qualora si desiderasse la tipica colazione irlandese, uova o pancake si possono ordinare. Il leisure centre rappresenta sicuramente un plus. Abbiamo cenato al bistrot dell’hotel trovandoci entrambe le sere molto bene. Parcheggio comodo di fronte all’hotel. Wifi purtroppo con segnale molto scarso.

Loved the location and harbour views, staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Place and settings were clean, comfy. Loved schull and surrounding areas. Will definitely be back for another visit

There wasn't anything not to like except our stay in schull was too short.

Breakfast was only okay.

Not a big selection, tables were sticky, plates & serviettes stuck to table with varnish. Only smoked rashers.

The location. The charm. Place was great!

L’accueil était très sympathique. Nôtre chambre avec la vue sur le port était grande et le lit de 180 un vrai bonheur. Tout pour le confort dans la chambre grande et confortable.

Seul petit bémol il y a une baignoire grande et chouette mais la douchette est fixe , pas très pratique pour une toilette rapide.

Un accueil très agréable, professionnel et naturel. L’établissement est très bien situé, avec un grand parking gratuit en face de l hôtel. La chambre était grande et très propre, charmante.

The location is great, with fabulous views

The walls/doors are paper thin in the 2 bed apartments. We could hear every slight noise and conversation. There is a beer garden outside the rear facing windows which was so loud we found it difficult to sleep. The front facing room was also very loud at night, with street noise of revellers until 2am. There is street seating outside the front rooms. It was a busy bank holiday weekend and the town was very active but even with windows closed and ear plugs it was loud.

The bar was a little disorganised at times maybe needed managing better seemed short staffed at times. Our room wasn’t cleaned one day but as soon as we reported it it was dealt with. I would definitely stay here again

The staff are amazing very friendly and welcoming The hotel itself is set in a gorgeous location facing the harbour with fabulous window boxes that were lovingly looked after and watered daily. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Lunch was lovely sitting outside watching the world go by I can't wait to come back

The location of our room wasn't good, we were looking into people's gardens and their washing on the line, no air conditioning and it was 27 degrees outside, we had a fan which we were grateful for.

Unfortunately stayed during heatwave and struggled to keep room cool. Windows could only be partially opened (health and safety I presume), no AC.

A fabulous place to stay, you'll never be bored here, lovely and very helpful staff, delicious food in the hotel and around the village...

The apartments need a bit of TLC
