Ataşehir The Place Suites

Amazing Staff. So responsive and they have Whats App support 24/7. Would highly recommend due to kind service and they seem to really care about their guests.

personalet!

Faciliteterne på værelserne!

Skvělý personál. Když něco chybělo hned to zajistili.

Chtěli by to dovybavit kuchyň.

Nette kamers, parkeergelegenheid, ruime kamers.

Location and staff

Amenities were scarce

Personeel

Staff was nice and the room has nice city view ,

Hotel location was hard to reach, Breakfast was good but no much variety on the breakfast items, It was a set menu And we face an issue regarding total breakfast meals we received only 2 with no breakfast for my 2 kids, Big Thanks to Booking Team they managed to fix this situation and finally we got breakfast for everyone

Thanks for your kind and the good service

Nothing

Everything

The reception and parking staff were friendly and helpful.

Only one elevator is operational. No room cleaning service was provided during the stay. The room lacked basic kitchen utensils. The internet connection was weak and unstable.

Exceptional stuff. Very good value for the price.

There was no AC in the bedroom.

Very quite area , clean apartment with large area and nice balcony, large parking space.

TV channels all in Turkey need to update the TV to smart one with different languages, the kitchen had only 2 plate, no pan or other tools.

Lovely place

Amazing team very supportive and welcoming best service 🫶

Camera bellissima

Spacious rooms and warm, the staff was friendly and helpful although it spoke very little english.

No wifi, no pan and pots although we repetitively asked, we were four and there were cutlery, plates and glasses for two, the staff was very slow and always responsive.

Friendly staff cozy apt

Nothing

Temiz oda güzel fiyat iş seyahatleri için önerilebilir güzel konum

Günü birlik konakladık. Oda rahat personel ilgiliydi

Television, no international channels available, for abroad people not so nice but maybe in future

The apartment was a lovely size, as described with good living/kitchen area. Bed was comfortable. The staff were brilliant, really helpful in booking taxis at any time, nothing was ever any trouble. Every single staff member at reception greeted you with a smile and said hello when you entered and left the building. The cleaning staff were exceptional and you can tell they take pride in their work even with working such long hours. We asked for our room to be cleaned when we left one morning and it was spotless on our return, the staff went above and beyond compared to other places I have stayed.

The shower had very low water pressure and the temperature varied throughout use. Not a complaint as I understand this is common in the area, just something to be aware of.

Don’t like anything

Staff was very rude. WiFi service didn’t work. No help from service desk. I have booked twine room for my family but allocated two separate rooms

Good size room

No one ever came to clean the room, change towels, make bed etc

Nice spacious apartments. Perfect for me and my sons visit. Very affordable as well. Pool is great for those hot days.

Sleeping couch not very comfortable. Only ac in family room not bedroom.

Sauberkeit

Basen głęboki, odpowiedni do pływania. Korzystaliśmy też z metra, do którego trzeba trochę dojść. Dojeżdża do Bosforu a z tamtąd promem na europejską stronę. To świetna przygoda i pewnie codzienność lokalnej ludności. W okolicy dużo restauracji i kawiarni.

Alles. Dichterbij een groot winkelcentrum. 3 min lopen, kamers zijn prima en schoon. Perfect voor doorreis. Eerste verblijf beviel goed, sindsdien blijven we elk jaar terugkomen

Kamers zijn ruim en schoon.

I liked everything except the room had cigarettes smell..

Güzel kaliteli iyi hizmet uygun

Otel tertemiz yeni ve profesyonel yönetiliyor. Resepsiyon çok ilgili. Herşeyiyle çok memnun kaldım. Tavsiye ediyorum

cleaning .. hospitality ... staff reaction

mükemmel

Clean and beautiful apartment. The staff on the front desk were super helpful

The location was further out of the main tourist areas than I had imagined although there are plenty of Ubers to get you were you need to be

The stuff were very helpful, always reacted in a very short time of my requests.

The hygiene…. There were hair, some kind a small glass on the bed which made me uncortable and wanted the stuff to rechange it on the day we arrived. Bathroom’s door handle was out of order and my husband stay locked inside… but the stuff were super helpful, i liked that a lot

The pictures looked much better than reality. The description is also not 100% accurate. One of the critical criterion for me was a fridge. The description said 'fridge' so basically I understood a full-sized on, turns out it was a slightly larger minibar. Some food went to waste because of that. I had to ask for the basic things like pots, pans, kettle and mugs, even though they were supposed to be there. Significant language barriers, only 1-2 could speak English and if they weren't there, anything requested, wasn't done. I waited for a day for the cleaning crew to come.

The room was great, only complaint being that we had to make do with a sofa combed but it wasn’t necessarily a bad thing. Staff was cooperative and friendly, we never had issues with them. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay with adequate service provided.

Otel 1+1 studyo seklinde ailenin rahat kalabilecegi büyüklükteydi. Temizlikten memnun kaldik. Fiyatı da uygundu. Konumu sehir merkezinde llmamakka birlikte aracla sıkıntı yaşamadık.

I liked everything from the room to the swimming pool. Very nice area with a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel. It's a residential area, therefore, if you want to go to tourist areas you will need a taxi or use the public transport. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Always ready to help.

Very clean and modern apartments with spacious balcony. Staff went above and beyond to make the stay more enjoyable. Definitely recommend The Place Suites for a stay outside of the main city for peace and quiet.

The staff members were very helpful. We came for a family engagement and they were very helpful in helping us with the transport. Rooms were confortable and clean.

L’appartement était comme décrit. Nous sommes satisfaits du séjour.

Good
