The rooms are not very clean,towels not sparkling clean , room so stuffy,there was a smell i think sewage smell at night and there was noise of like a generator running throughout ...so disturbing....the room.was so dark and congested.

Çalışanların ilgisi ve yaklaşımı mükemmeldi. Otelin temizliği gerçekten harikaydı. Konumu çok güvenli ve sakin bir bölgede. Otelin kendisi de çok şık, temiz ve huzurlu bir ortama sahipti Konaklamamdan çok memnun kaldım. Bir sonraki İstanbul seyahatimde kesinlikle yine burayı tercih edeceğim. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim

The bed was moving alot. Most of the outlets were detached from the wall even in the Bathroom.

Sehr gut erreichbar und zentral gelesen. Schneller Checkin und freundlcihes Personal. Gefrühstückt habe ich nicht, daher kann ich es nicht bewerten. Für den Aufenthalt in der Nähe würde ich es gerne wieder buchen.

Das Hotel ist versteckt in einer Seitengasse. Nach der Metro-Station muss man noch gute 25Min. laufen, wobei die Bürgersteige nicht besonders gut ausgebaut sind.

Am ajuns seara pe la ora 11.Desi platisem pe booking camera pentru 2 adulti si un copil 14 ani cu pat mattimonial si canapea pentru copil(mi su scris pe whatsapp cei de la hotel cu o zi inainte ca au pregatit camera)am gadit o cameta mica cu un pat matrimonial mic ceva horror.A doua zi mi ai schimbat cu ce trebuia noi avand rezervarea pentru 2 nopti dar raul era facut deoarece noi veneam din Antalya iar a doua zi era de vizitat Istanbulul dar cum nu am putut sa ma odihnesc in acel pat mic 3 persoane(eu fiind si soferul) ....Noi am stat si acum 3 ani la acest hotel si pot spune ca s a schimbat totul in rau fata de atunci.

I’m staying there for the second time and it was again comfortable. I really like its location as it’s easy to park on the street and it’s easy to access to highways. Rooms are well equipped and clean.

There were minor things broken in the room like one of the windows were not closing tight enough so it could open with a strong wind.

War relativ sauber

Wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen, das wir gebucht hatten... Gebucht hatten wir: Family Suite mit 1 Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten total für 4 Personen Bekommen: "Family Suite" mit 1 Doppelbett, 1 Ersatzbett und 1 Couchsofa nach Abklärung auf der eigenen Homepage wurde festgestellt, dass das Hotel gar nicht so ein Zimmer vermietet, wir wir es gebucht hatten, sondern effektiv wie wir es bekommen haben Trotzdem hat das Hotel kulanterweise uns gratis ein zusätzliches Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten zur Verfügung gestellt. Chronologie, was nicht OK war: 1. Tag: nicht das Zimmer bekommen, was gebucht wurde 2. Tag: keine Zimmerreinigung, obwohl gegen 13.00 Uhr das Zimmer verlassen und die grüne Karte an die Tür aufgehängt 3. Tag: das Ersatzbett sowie Bettsofa waren immer noch nicht abgeräumt, obwohl wir ein zusätzliches Zimmer bekommen haben. 4. Check-Out: Keine Probleme Zusammenfassend kann gesagt werden, dass das Hotelpersonal relativ freundlich war, aber leider untereinander zu wenig kommuniziert wird. Die Frühschicht weiss nicht was die Spätschicht abgemacht hat und umgekehrt.

Tout était très bien! En particulier la personne de la réception qui a été parfaite pour nous aider pour la réservation de notre restaurant et du taxi. Hôtel récent et confortable. Bien situé.

Il y a eu une fuite de la douche de ma chambre mais qui a été réparée le jour même après en avoir informé la réception.

The location was decent, clean enough. Breakfast was mediocre. The room was not noisy

The staff was not really friendly or even emphatic in some situations. I had a surgery and no one asked even once if I need anything. I didn't feel welcomed at all in these 7 days. On the first day I was charged for a small breakfast because I had 2 olives (I was not sure what I have included). Since then, I just ordered from the menu but multiple times ayran, coffee, soup of the day were not available. It was no Carrefour in the City Mall (directed from the reception). I left one night earlier. I was not asked what happened. Not even goodbye or thank you for staying .... nothing!!!!!! I just paid my bill and left. So, all in all I am disappointed. Thank you!

A very premium experience, and affordable as well! I arrived for a night on 29/06 and the lady at the reception was more than welcoming, had informed us for everything about the hotel and our stay with a smile, very nice hotel staff overall! The stay at the hotel felt quite premium to be honest, a balcony with such a nice night view of the city was very great for us! I recommend this hotel with no hesitation, i loved it🤝 .

This hotel is well located and fitted for the basic needs when traveling and looking to be around in city for work as well as if you have time to spend for exploring. Breakfast was very good as well as room in general.

Dame bij de receptie deed er alles aan om ons te helpen

Heel veel dingen niet. We hadden geboekt voor 6, kregen 2 kamers met 4 bedden. Toen werd er beweerd dat we de slaapbank konden gebruiken. Dit was tijdens het boeken niet vermeld. Er stond duidelijk 5 bedden + dat er 1 bed toegevoegd kon worden. Daarnaast waren de slaapbanken niet gerealiseerd met lakens etc. Vervolgens kregen we een andere kamer, wel een suite met 2 x 2 persoonsbed + 1, 2 persoonskamer. Alleen de suite die was niet echt schoongemaakt, was op de 5e verdieping, geen lift. Koffers mochten we zelf sjouwen. Daarnaast werkten de lichten niet van ene kamer, 1 lichtpunt was los, er zaten electra kabels los aan het plafond. Ontbijt was dramatisch!

Eigentlich alles ok.

Geçirdiğim ameliyat sonrası hastaneme yakın bir konaklamaya ihtiyacım vardı. Benim için temizlik, yemeklerin kalitesi ve oda konforu çok önemliydi ve Livinton beni bu konularda oldukça memnun etti. Kaldığım süreç boyunca bana yardımcı olan, moral veren tüm personele teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum ne desem az. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

В последней поездке был ужасный интернет. Wifi в телефоне постоянно отключался и приходилось идти на ресепшен. В телевизоре вообще беда. YouTube не подключался или долго зависал.

Genel olarak güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım. Otel temiz ve düzenliydi, oda oldukça konforluydu. Konumu da çok iyiydi, birçok yere kolayca ulaşabildim. Kahvaltı çeşitli ve lezzetliydi ancak bazen yoğunluk olabiliyordu. Personel genel olarak güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Konaklama için ideal bir yerdir.

The air-conditioning was too loud during the night (the fan mode switched on and switched off from times to times). The door of the shower cabin was detached when I checked-in.

The reception staff and the manager of the hotel were quite approachable and cordial. When I told them about the problems we had with our rooms they immediately offered to change our rooms, we got an upgrade for one of the rooms. They acknowledged the existence of problems and apologized for them. Otherwise, the rooms were big enough, bathrooms satisfactory, location good, walking distance to one subway station, and many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity.

They had problems with the cleaning staff and it was reflected in the cleaning of the rooms. The management problems should not effect the customers. The pillows were horrible, they need to be completely changed.
