I absolutely loved the room at this hotel! It was spacious, comfortable, and had great air conditioning. The mini fridge was restocked with drinks and water every day, which I really appreciated and thought was a great touch. The room was also very clean and well maintained. The location was extremely convenient, with easy access to both the train station and the city centre. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

The only downside was the attitude of the male reception staff. All the female staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but the male staff at the front desk were noticeably cold and distant. On several occasions, when I greeted them while coming in or going out, they either barely responded or seemed to ignore me. I’m not sure if there was a particular reason for this, but it did make me feel a little uncomfortable. Apart from this, I had a very pleasant stay overall.

The staff were friendly and polite. The room was spacious 18th floor with a view of the city. The room had space for luggage, a coffee maker, minibar and private toilet. the shower was spacious. The wifi worked well.

Simplesmente fantástico!!! Começando pela grata surpresa de sermos atendidos por um brasileiro na recepção, o quarto muito aconchegante e bem decorado. A cama macia e grande com travesseiros macios e tudo com cheiro agradável e limpo. Frigobar cheio e incluído no preço. E como não falar da bela vista para o centro comercial de Amsterdã. Me senti em casa!!!

There was a noise coming from the plumbing; it was very loud during the night and woke me up from my sleep.

We had a lovely room overlooking the city. Every thing was very clean and tidy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast, good variety and plentiful. Loved the location - a tube ride out of the city, very regular service and station stones throw from the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was conveniently located near to the train station. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The staff were also incredibly welcoming and helpful. We really like the surrounding area and felt very safe walking around at different times of the day.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Lokalita hotelu - během 30 minut chůze se dostanete do centra. Pokud preferujete hromadnou dopravu tak do 5 minut jste od hotelu na zastávce metra či vlakového nádraží. Personál ochotný, milý a vždy připraven pomoci. Oceníte i minibar v ceně (nealko nápoje a pivo) a jeho doplnění. Možnost si na pokoji připravit čaj a kávu. Pokoj čistý.

S prvním pokojem jsme nebyli spokojeni. Měli jsme zaplacen výhled na město a poslední pokoje, tak převládá pohled na budovu. Situaci jsme však na recepci ihned vyřešili a okamžitě jsme obdrželi nový pokoj. Děkujeme

Breakfast was good. So was the tea selection. The location was perfect (for my business needs). It was close to the metro and train stations (Amsterdam Zuid), which made commuting to/from Schiphol a breeze. Two bottles of water and juice in the fridge were free. A large bed was very comfortable.

The shower pressure was weak (yet the shower itself was very spacious).

Property had the best metro location it’s 10min away from the city great location highly recommended

The air conditioning system was not the best but overall it was a great place to be there

there were clubs of dust on the floor, the rest was perfect during my stay

Only 20 min train journey from locations I was visiting (Rokin) which I loved! Deffo would stay here again as it’s away from all the bustling noise!

Doesn’t matter how many times I turned the aircon off, it kept coming back on!!! Absolutely freezing! Also no hotel slippers or robes? When did we stop doing that? Also the duvet was on the thinner side? I had to fold the duvet to keep myself warm due to aircon keep coming on

Zimmer war gut Schallisoliert, gym könnte ein wenig besser ausgestattet sein. Ansonsten alles ok

Amazing staff and great location for the train station would highly recommend.

We stayed for five nights. The ground-floor bar and restaurant were open on the first night, and it would have been nice if they had been open for the rest of our stay.

Uitgebreidere gym, al is het een hotel. Goed opletten welke kamer je boekt voor het uitzicht mocht dat belangrijk zijn.

Location was great, one stop from the airport and 4-5 stops to central and you just tap with your card / apple pay and jump on and off. The staff were so lovely and helpful, you couldn't ask for more. There's a few places to eat nearby also as it's the business district. I did check in at 10am which was excellent.

The room was pretty basic, almost like a student dorm. The bed and shower were ok but not great, I had holes in my towel, the room service is only open from 5-10pm, what's the point of that?

Tudo! O staff muito simpático e prestável. A limpeza do quarto e os cuidados fazem toda a diferença. Gostámos muito e quando voltarmos repetiremos o hotel de certeza. A relação qualidade-preço é ótima tendo em conta os valores praticados em Amesterdão. Não fica no centro, mas em 10 minutos chega-se lá através do metro direto e que fica logo ao pé do hotel.

This hotel is lovely. Friendly staff. Modern furnishings. Clean and tidy. Great breakfast selection too. Nice relaxing common area.

Shower and sink were out in the open, which felt a bit weird. But not a deal breaker.

De ruime kamer met prima bed. Ook het ontbijt was heerlijk. Fijn hotel voor een nachtje weg.

Verkehrstechnisch sehr gut gelegen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum und am Flughafen. Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Bietet alles was man braucht. Empfehlenswert.

INNSiDE by Meliá Amsterdam is a beautiful, modern hotel offering excellent value for money. What impressed me most, however, was the exceptionally friendly and attentive service provided by one particular member of the reception team. Unfortunately, I did not catch their name, but they truly went the extra mile to make our stay special. At my request, this staff member kindly upgraded my parents to a room on a higher floor at no additional cost. Later, after I showed them a discount that was available online, they unexpectedly offered my parents complimentary breakfast for both days of their stay. I did not expect this at all and genuinely appreciated these thoughtful gestures. This exceptional level of hospitality made us feel truly welcome and valued. I hope the hotel can identify the person who assisted us and pass on our sincere thanks. I would definitely stay here again and warmly recommend the hotel to others!

The room was large and comfortable with a nice view. I didn't try any of the food options but the minibar was stocked and had a good selection.

La ubicación es ideal, las camas son cómodas. El staff en general siempre es muy atento y si te acercas a consultarles cualquier duda sobre la ciudad te hacen recomendaciones. Viajé con mi pareja y mi gato, fueron super comprensivos al tenerlo en la habitación para coordinar limpieza y que no se asustara.

Solamente, podrían mejorar con actualizar la lista de servicios adquiridos. Pagué el desayuno para 3 días, siguientes al ingresado, y cada vez que entrabamos al desayuno me indicaban que no estaba en lista, lo cuál fue incómodo porque tenía que enseñar mi factura cada día e incluso (lógicamente) esperar a que quien estuviera en recepción confirmara.

Everything was just what you want and need in a hotel. The room was clean, modern and quiet. The hotel has a snackbar and restaurant. The desk staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great for the train and metro station but to get to the city center you need to take the metro (which is quick and easy). This area is so much cleaner and less crowded than the city center.

There aren't as many restaurants in this area and since it's really a business area, many are closed on weekends.

Excellent location. Close to Zuid train station and one stop from the airport. Nice rooftop restaurant on the 19th floor named Hasta Lavita Baby. They serve Spanish cuisine and have a lovely Bar. The service overall was great!! Would stay here again

The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s only a 6 to 10-minute train journey from the airport and around 10 minutes from the city centre. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always happy to help with any requests we had. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained.

The rooms were very modern and comfortable. We had a perfect stay - the view was unusual but super interesting. Staff were very friendly although the hotel was super busy.

Amazing staff (cheers to Alexander at the reception!) and great breakfast.

The room layout was a bit odd and a bit too small for its price. Other than this, the full experience and the staff service were great.

Hotel was perfectly situated for a day in Amsterdam before joining a cruise ship.

Sehr schön ausgestattetes, modernes Hotel. Super an die Metro angebunden, sodass man halbwegs günstig unterkommen kann und schnell in der Stadt ist. Sehr schöne Bar mit tollem Ausblick.

Personel kibar, otel metro durağına çok yakın. Şehir merkezine gitmek çok kolay. Kahvaltı oldukça çeşitli. Odalar avrupa standartlarına göre büyük sayılabilir. Otelin üstünde birşeyler içebileceğiniz güzel bir roof var. Otel ve odalar genel olarak ferah ve modern.

Otelin olduğu bölge yürüyerek gezmek için ilgi çekici değil. Ama gezme yerlerine de havalimanına da, hem araba ihem de metro ile yakın.
