Location and staff were nice and polite.

Last night we spot and mouse in the room. They don’t do house keeping like others hotel even we asked at front seat after two days no one bother. Property size Is for one person.

The rooms are very strange. Open bathroom, toilet and sleeping place in one same unit without any place to leave luggage and hang clothes . Shower was not clean , there was hair from a previous guest in the shower .

Late restaurant, very friendly staff, good location for the airport, comfortable hotel. The hotel was booked last minute after a cancelled flight. The hotel was comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful.

L'accueil avec un grand sourire, comme tout le personnel. L'ambiance. L'originalité du concept de l'hôtel. La décoration, les petites phrases philosophiques partout, les couleurs, les meubles design... Le bar toujours ouvert. Le petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. La possibilité de remplir nos bouteilles d'eau au bar et de grignoter à toute heure. La chambre avec toutes ses fonctionnalités originales et pratiques et son confort. La possibilité de repasser les vêtements dans une "buanderie". C'est simple, nous avons adoré notre séjour... jusqu'au départ ! Juste à côté de la gare sud. Le tramway et le bus ne sont pas loin et permettent d'accéder facilement au centre ville.

Tout était parfait ! Merci à tout le personnel et pour ce concept ! Une petite location de vélos serait un +.

The hotel is close to the south station and easy to be located. Both 2 staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The high floor room I stayed was bright, clean and quiet.

2 things made my stay less than ideal: Firstly, the room gets colder and colder with the AC running constantly, the maximum temperature was set to 24°C which is below the comfortable temperature range (at least for me), there was no option to turn if off. The cool air was blowing at the bed directly, I developed headache and stuffed nose at night. Secondly, the both pillows were way too thick and elevated that I couldn't fall asleep at all! I ended up sleeping without any pillow but then woke up at night with neck pain of course... It was a disastrous night.

La limpieza y toda la domótica de la habitación. Está un poco alejado del centro pero el metro está a 5 min y también el tren. No se oyen ruidos, eso es de valorar también.

Me hubiera gustado un poco más de amplitud en la habitación creo que por lo menos debería haber dos sillas en vez de una. El restaurante del hotel para estar a las afueras es bastante caro, más que otros restaurantes que no están en el centro.

The hotel had a great atmosphere with a very nice staff and a restaurant open 24/7, quite close (10/12 min) to Amsterdam south station. The room was super clean and quiet.

The bed / mattress is about 1.1m above floor level. It was difficult for us 79 year olds to get into and out of bed. That info should be made clearer on your site.

I like the citizenM concept, practical and tech.

Brilliant staff: very friendly and welcoming, who went out of their way to make my mum and me solve problems and feel at home. Fantastic breakfast options: well laid-out buffet; good range of food and drink for a fast start. Excellent location for the RAI convention centre: accessible via a pleasant, short walk across Beatrixpark. Great vibe in the lobby area: we felt comfortable bringing our own food and eating meals there. Excellent selection of coffee-table books.

It’s glose to the train station and metro. The hotel has proper airconditioning. It’s quiet at night as well.

This is still the old style citizen m hotel, with the toilet and shower as cylinders in the middle of your room. The newer ones in the U.K. have a normal bathroom and a little fridge-drawer. The rooms are getting a bit tired. The flush bottom on the toilet fell off, and the sheets had holes in it. The area itself is not very attractive either.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Bett war sehr groß. Nahe an der Metrostation. Ruhiges Viertel.

Nach dem Öffnen der Zimmertür steht man im Nassbereich des Zimmers, der zwar durch Glaskuben um Toilette und Dusche geschlossen werden kann, man kann sich dann aber fast nicht mehr bewegen. Kein Schrank. Kein Platz zum Ablegen der Koffer. Eigentlich ein Badezimmer mit integriertem Bett.

The room is small, and whilst the very modern alternative decor and function is good, it’s also a bit odd. Strange ‘pods’ for the shower and toilet etc. trying to turn the light on requires you to log on the an Apple iPad, all very funky but strange and annoying. You can also change the colour scheme of your room via this iPad to any colour in the rainbow, to be honest I’m glad this feature exists as I now know what I’d been missing in my whole life until now! For what get, I thought it was expensive.

The staff are prejudiced; they tell me not to smoke here while saying nothing to others. They even charge me a service fee, whereas other guests get complimentary drinks—and this is while I’ve been staying there for a week and a half.

The staff was absolutely perfect! Very polite, always helpful. The hotel and the room were spotless clean. Simply everyone in the hotel is making the best effort to provide the best experience. The location of this hotel is perfect, literally two minutes walk from a train stop from where a tram goes into the city center. The room itself is a bit special - special :-) we knew this already from pictures but probably is not a place where you want to stay with your mom :-D both shower and toilet are really part of the room, there's a curtain between the "living part" (a tiny table and a bed) and the "bathroom"

Although it wasn't a surprise, I can imagine at least the toilet to have some higher level of separation. What I see as a drawback was the lack of appropriate storage or shelves. We were there two people for more than a week, meaning some clothes, some toiletries, two laptops, two phones and proper chargers... for example in the whole room there are two outlets! And one is used for a charger for an in-room tablet (that you use to control everything, including lights, curtains, TV) leaving you with only one wall socket for your use. Definitely not enough nowadays.

The room was very small. The high bed made it difficult to get into and as it was butted up to the wall it was hard to get out of during the night having to climb over your partner.

The location is good, a quiet neighbourhood next to a lovely park. Schiphol Airport is less than 10 minutes away by train.

I picked this hotel because their information and pictures indicated that they offer bikes for guests to rent/borrow. When checking in, I found out that this information was outdated. This was a real bummer since it changed my plans, and the nearby bike shop they recommended didn't rent out bikes due to the King's Day holiday. Please keep your information up to date. The interior of the room wasn't to my taste. It was fine since I was travelling solo, but I wouldn't want that type of toilet/bathroom setup if sharing a room.

Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung und sehr nettes Personal

I stayed to attend an event at the RAI, the walk across the park was incredibly easy do each morning / evening. I stayed with a friend on the double bed, which was ok as we were given multiple duvets, the climate control in the room was great, allowing us to sleep in full duvets even in summer. We enjoyed the lounge area, food and bar. And the shower / toilet in the room was quirky yet usable. (although the see through glass was a little odd to be sharing with a friend.

Zimmer ist extrem klein, 500€ für ein jahr im Vorraus gebucht und dann ca 10qm zimmer ohne seperate dusche / klo

Na pokoji mi chyběla možnost větrat oknem, díky tomu jsem se tam cítila stísněné a nepřirozeně. Také technické řešení celého pokoje vyžaduje zbytečnou pozornost a rolety jsou zvukově velmi rušivé.

Very unique and modern hotel and some of the concepts like ipad to control climate, mood etc of the room was a fabulous touch. I particularly liked how the room space was utilized with smart furniture and utilities. The concept of self check-in and check out was smooth and efficient. The location is very close to Amsterdam Zuid station and its just a walking distance from the station. Overall, i had a wonderful time and enjoyed the property.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I asked for restaurant recommendations and they were happy to find a few. The bar staff were also fantastic with recommendations for drinks and made some tasty cocktails! The bed was huge and all the room amenities and coloured lights were fun.

No kettle in the room but they had refillable bottles downstairs for cold sparkling or still water.

Location for public transport was great, great facilities in The hotel. Room was really clean and the shower in The middle of the room was quirky but a really good shower. Toilet arrangements were a bit odd but it all worked ok for us. Left luggage availability was fantastic.

I liked the room. The design was super interesting. The breakfast was really good, including the coffee. The location was very convenient. The train station is just a quick stop to Schiphol, and the trams and the metro take one to the downtown quickly.

The duvet was too warm – unless one cools the room to 18C. It would have been great to have a lighter one or a blanket too.

Dass ich wieder fahren musste

Aufgrund des kleinen Zimmers mit der Dusche direkt integriert war die Luft immer etwas zu feucht. Seiten in Büchern wellen sich und gewand hat, wenn es nicht im Koffer ist, feucht gerochen.

Limpio, cómodo y con lo necesario para tener una buena estancia. El desayuno tiene poca variedad pero está bastante bien. La habitación era pequeña pero suficiente. No recomiendo compartir habitación con alguien que no sea de confianza.
