The staff was friendly, but the property is certainly not appropriate for the price. It should be max €100/room for the level of comfort and amenities available. I felt sad that I paid €350+ for a bunker-like room.

Wybrałam pokój z dużym łóżkiem, było naprawdę wygodne. Po mojej prośbie o zamianę dużej kołdry na dwie mniejsze Pani z recepcji zjawiła się po kilku minutach, niosąc obie mniejsze. Byłam naprawdę pod wrażeniem. Darmowe owoce,ciasteczka, woda, kawa i herbata oraz ciepła zupa to świetnie udogodnienie, którego nie spotkałam dotąd w żadnym miejscu, a podróżuję sporo. Śniadanie było w porządku, nieduże porcje cały czas uzupełniane. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie,warzywa,owoce,jajka,na słodko, jogurty,granola. Wypiekane na miejscu pieczywo. Cały obiekt sprawia fajne wrażenie,duzo jest zieleni prawdziwej i sztucznej tez. Mieliśmy pokoj na 4 piętrze z widokiem na atrium z drzewami,ławeczkami.

Niestety łazienka w pokoju jest w stylu kapsułowym,wszystko słychać,pod prysznicem troche grzybka,generalnie czystość oceniam 7/10.

Location was excellent near the Amsterdam Sud station.

There was no option of electric kettle inside the room as they have free fruits/snacks and tea/coffee facilities whole day at the ground floor reception.

Comfy bed, near public transport, staff so friendly.

Bathroom especially the shower section is super slippery I fell a few times. They should add a texture to the floor or anti slip matt.

The property is great. Very cozy and staff are amazing. You are offered complementary fruit at breakfast and soup in the evenings which can make it a very cost effective stay. Room is spacious. Location is excellent. Especially for families who don’t want to be in the thick of it. Transport links are great.

The bathroom sits in a pod that isn’t necessarily sound proof. That said there are toilets on each floor if you need a bit more privacy.

Close to the station. Room has everything I needed after a day of sight-seeing. Hot water, and pretty quiet. Exceeded my expectations.

A lovely hotel with nice clean room in South Amsterdam at a very reasonable price. Literally steps away from the train station. Rooms quite spacious compared to those in the city center. Light snacks & coffee available in the lobby throughout the day

We booked and paid for a family room, but the room was extremely small and, in our opinion, was simply not of an appropriate size for a family of three staying for seven nights. There was very limited space for us to move around comfortably, and insufficient space for our luggage and personal belongings. This became particularly problematic during a seven-night stay. We were effectively trying to accommodate three people and all our belongings in a room which felt more suitable for a much shorter stay and fewer occupants. The air conditioning was not working properly, making the room uncomfortable, particularly at night. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet/bathroom area. We experienced noise from people talking outside during the night, which disturbed our sleep as our room was right above the Hotel main entrance! On two occasions, reception staff told us that we had not paid for breakfast. We had paid for breakfast as part of our Booking.com reservation. We understand that the issue was apparently caused by our Booking.com reservation not appearing correctly in your system, but this was not our fault and it was very uncomfortable to have to explain the situation repeatedly. The shower floor was extremely slippery, which we consider a safety concern, particularly when staying with a child. On one day, our room was left without toilet paper and towels, which we consider unacceptable for a hotel stay of this price.

Lamp kapot, smerige cuphouders naast het bed, vieze badkamer - plakkerig roze goedje op de vloer. Onaangekondigde werkzaamheden. Rare groene verlichting, we snapten het "groene" idee maar het was niet sfeervol.

Big room, very comfortable bed, I appreciate the little snacks and coffee/tea available to guests. Location is right next to Amsterdam Zuid.

The shower only had the tropical rain head, so not convenient to shower when you don't want to wet your hair.

S pobytem v tomto hotelu jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Hotel je čistý a nabízí vše potřebné pro bezstarostný pobyt. Pokoj byl prostorný a hezky uklizený. Velmi jsme ocenili také pohodlnou postel. Velkým bonusem bylo občerstvení zdarma. Hosté mají k dispozici kávu, čaj, vodu i džus, ale také ovoce, sladkosti, oříšky, pečivo a dokonce i polévku, což jsme velmi ocenili. Hotel se nachází na výhodném místě s velmi dobrým spojením do centra. Přímými spoji se lze snadno dostat do centra. Celkově hotel hodnotíme velmi kladně a můžeme jej doporučit!

Jedinou drobnou komplikací během pobytu byla klimatizace, kvůli které nám bylo v pokoji občas chladněji, než bychom si přáli.

L'aria condizionata non funzionava, siamo tornati la prima sera in camera alle 21 con 30 gradi segnati in stanza. ho contattato lo staff che ha riconosciuto di essere a conoscenza del problema, apparentemente molto comune per le stanza con vista strada. Ci hanno diviso in due stanze (non ideale), ma senza aumento del costo per noi. Colazione decente, niente di speciale. Le stanze sono abbastanza ampie e i letti molto comodi.

La atención del personal de 10! En concreto Gabriela es excelente. La ubicación esta genial, tienes el metro al lado que te conecta súper rápido con todo: centro, aeropuerto, estación de tren para ir a otras ciudades, etc. Tienen fruta, dulces, café, chocolate, etc de cortesía todo el día, lo cual esta fenomenal. La habitación es muy cómoda, limpieza diaria y súper tranquila, sin ningún tipo de molestia. Puedes dejar las maletas tanto al llegar como al irte.

The bathroom stenched like piss and rooms were not clean. There's no proper air ventilation in the bathroom which led to a lot of molding in the shower. I also found used contact lenses on the floor.

O hotel está muito bem localizado. O serviço de atendimento da recepção e a limpeza são ótimos. Gostamos muito das frutas disponíveis e do café. Queremos voltar a nos hospedar neste mesmo hotel.

Há um degrau do banheiro para o quarto que pode ser arriscado para crianças e idosos.

Ubicación perfecta al lado de la estación de Zuid...(sur). Es la zona de "negocios" de la ciudad. A 5 minutos en tren desde el aeropuerto. Tienes tren a todas las ciudades, buses y metro. El hotel está a unos 2- 3 km. del centro pero súper fácil llegar..recorres la Avda Bethowen. Un buen paseo y desenbocas en la explanada de los Museos. .a partir de ahí callejea y disfruta Desayuno estupendo tipo buffet y puedes tomar un café , un chocolate, zumo o una fruta a la hora que quieras totalmente gratuito. Personal de recepción estupendo todos/as. Super amables y serviciales.

Hotel letteralmente a due passi dalla stazione della metro, posizione strategica, a circa 20 minuti dal centro di Amsterdam. Le camere sono essenziali, comode, ben strutturate e nel nostro caso con un guizzo artistico. Il bagno è molto spazioso e confortevole. Biancheria sempre pulita. C'è molta attenzione per il rispetto dell'ambiente. Il personale è molto cortese e parla diverse lingue. La colazione è abbondante e c'è la possibilità di acquistare snack e bevande presso la hall a qualsiasi ora. I clienti hanno libero accesso alla macchina per il caffè gratuitamente durante il soggiorno. E' un'ottima soluzione per chi cerca una base a cui fare riferimento per visitare la città. Il quartiere di giorno è tranquillo, è una zona di passaggio per molti pendolari che lasciano le biciclette per prendere la metro, spesso molto affollata.

Kamers zijn bijzonder, badkamergedeelte is er los ingezet en voelt als een soort keet. Ontbijt was een zesje (groente niet vers, alles rook naar spek, zompige pannenkoekjes). Goede koffie, fijn dat je de hele dag door koffie en fruit kunt pakken.

Lavabo modular/prefabricado con gran escalón para acceder. La ducha solo disponía de alcachofa fija en el techo y salpica mucho hacía fuera.

Beetje aparte indeling, het bed stond met het hoofdeinde van het raam af. Badkamerunit is los in de kamer geplaatst en ik denk mede daardoor is er een hoogteverschil van zeker 15-20 centimeter, om naar binnen en buiten te stappen. Verlichting in de kamer had wel iets beter gemogen.

Prix prohibitif des emplacements de stationnement aux alentours. 40€ une journée de parking, c'est de l'abus. Et encore c'est le prix spécial hôtel, sinon c'est 80€ la journée. Exorbitant ! Le gros cube qui comprend le.lit et la salle de bain, dans la chambre, c'est beaucoup de place pour pas grand chose. C'est tellement volumineux et lourd que ce n' est jamais soulevé pour nettoyer en dessous. Salle de bain petite.

Η πόρτα του μπάνιου σχεδόν δεν έκλεινε.Εμείς σαν οικογένεια δεν μας πειραξε αλλά σε παρέα θα είναι θέμα. Δεν υπάρχει έστω ένα μικρό ψυγειάκι.Ενώ άλλαξαν πετσέτες το πάτωμα δεν καθαρίστηκε.

Las ventanas no se podían abrir, hacia 35 grados y no habia aire . El baño es como un modulo puesto en la habitación no nos gustó nada.Consideramos que no vale lo que he os pagado!!!

Excellent location near the train station, very good connections to everything, very clean. The staff is very friendly, nice and helpful (Thank you for everything 🤍.) Free very good selection of coffee everyday was a BIG plus. We had a late flight and we left our luggage at the hotel-also a BIG plus. We loooooved it! Thank you for everything. We will come back and we will recommmend the hotel. So...until next year, Qbic! 🤍.

Slippers and a mop in the bathroom would've been useful, but nevertheless Qbic is the best place we've ever stayed in Amsterdam.

Great location near train station and restaurants and shops etc. The complimentary refreshment area made the place. Tea, coffee, water, small snacks, soup etc. What a great idea and makes up for the high price.

The cleaners started jabbering extremely loudly very early in the morning on a phone call and we had to actually open our door and ask them to stop. The whole floor woke up. The cleaners did not do a good job and lots of rubbish and dirt was left in one of the rooms we had booked. One of our group had to get management up to witness how bad the mess was.

Camere minimal, no armadio ma appendino, no Frigo, no kit cortesia anzi mi hanno buttato la mia cuffia il primo giorno, era importante perché nella doccia il soffione era sul tetto. No tappeto nel bagno Letto duro, cuscini piccoli Bagno prefabbricato, non sapevo esistessero, no bidè no doccino, no serratura Niente privacy tra camera e bagno Ma soprattutto in una camera non c'era la finestra, nell'altra si ma fissa, no tenda ma solo tenda oscurante, quindi luce con uffici davanti o buio. Sensazione claustrofobica Freddo, è Agosto, temperatura non regolabile Pulizia... Non ci siamo

El cuarto era mínimo se escuchaba todo lo de los costados y para mi tenía pulgas la cama.

locatie is top, naast station Amsterdam-Zuid. dus je bent er zo en je kan makkelijk naar het centrum.

Ik had een kamer op de tweede verdieping met uitzicht op de garage. Hierdoor kwam er nauwelijks daglicht binnen en keek je eigenlijk uit op een parkeergarage. Daarnaast konden mensen die hun auto parkeerden rechtstreeks bij mijn kamer naar binnen kijken. Niet bepaald een prettig of rustig uitzicht. Ook de communicatie rondom de schoonmaak was erg irritant. In de ochtend verliet ik mijn kamer en kwam ik de schoonmaakster tegen. Zij vroeg of mijn kamer schoongemaakt moest worden en of ik nieuwe handdoeken wilde. Ik gaf duidelijk aan dat dit niet nodig was en dat alles prima was. Bovendien hing het ‘Do Not Disturb / Do Not Clean’-bordje op mijn deur. Toen ik later terugkwam, bleek mijn kamer tóch schoongemaakt te zijn. Aan het einde van de middag wilde ik even een dutje doen. Het bordje hing nog steeds aan de deur, maar vervolgens klopte dezelfde schoonmaakster op mijn deur om te vragen of de kamer schoongemaakt moest worden. Dan vraag ik me toch af: wat is het nut van de ‘Do Not Clean’- en ‘Yes, Clean My Room’-bordjes als hier vervolgens niet op wordt gelet?

La struttura è accogliente, è possibile usufruire della macchina per il caffè liberamente, una receptionist parla italiano.

La posizione della struttura è lontana dal centro (ma vicina alla stazione). La stanza è chiusa, senza finestre apribili. Il parcheggio è costoso e abbiamo avuto problemi nel recuperare l'auto (chiusura con saracinesca nel weekend).

Slept well that is all I can say

Staff is passive, you have to do complicated check in there at the reception while staff chatting (in all normal hotels staff do it for you). The hotel is tacky, entrance to rooms is dirty, elevator does not show level 2. Room dirty, general lack of cleaning, mouldy roof in shower, dust everywhere, corners of bathroom never cleaned before. A/C does not work, 28.5C is not normal, Windows can't be opened. Parking in the gongress center - there is no indication whatsoever, price is 49€!!!!! Please avoid, pay a bit extra and go elsewhere!

It's very easy to get to, with the metro and train nearby. The room is clean, comfortable, and very quiet.

Resepsiyonda Mark vardı, gece giriş yapmıştık. Çok yardımcı oldu, çok teşekkür ediyorum. Kahve ikramı vardı, o da iyi bir düşünce olmuş.

Klima çalışmıyordu, taze hava da gelmiyor, pencere de açılmıyordu. Oda sıcaklığı gece 27,5C idi. Son derece sinir bozucu bir durum. Gerçekten uyumak zordu.

De kamer waarin ik sliep was een hok zonder ramen. Het had letterlijk een kast kunnen zijn. Daar kan ik nog overheen stappen, maar ik werd wakker van werkzaamheden (boren, gehamer). Ik heb in veel hotelkamers geslapen, maar ik zou me er voor schamen als we klanten daar zouden laten slapen.

Het ontbijt was goed en het inchecksysteem is soepel. Ook is de locatie top.

De badkamer was niet schoon. In de douche lagen zwarte haren wat leken op schaamharen van vorige gasten. Ook was er schimmel in de douchecabine. Bij aankomst lag er ook een lange zwarte haar in de wasbak. De wc rollen waren gebruikt voor ons door iemand anders. Daarbij zat er een bruine vlek op een handdoek. Het gevolg hiervan was dat een van ons de douche helemaal niet heeft gebruikt voor de overnachting, i.v.m. de slechte hygiene. De lampen deden het niet allemaal. Wat wel belangrijk is als je een kamer hebt zonder raam. Het was erg gehorig. 'S nachts was het druk op de gang met dronken mensen die heel hard riepen. Ik hoorde ze nog toen ze in hun kamer uitendelijk waren. Ook hoorde je de mensen boven ons hard lopen. De lift hoorde je ook goed vanuit de kamer. Er was een tv maar geen afstandsbediening. En dit punt is niet perse erg, maar wel iets wat ik me afvraag: waarom waren er reclame posters in de kamer? Ik kom er om uit te rusten van de lange reis. Als de prijs lager was, had je mij niet zo horen klagen. Maar voor meer dan 100 euro voor een nacht verwacht ik betere kwaliteit.

Modern hotel conveniently located directly next to Amsterdam-Zuid station, only 10 minutes walk from Vrije Universiteit. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The part where our rooms were, was next to a big construction site. Starting at 6:10am, there was unbearable permanent noise from drilling.

De ontvangst en het uitchecken tot we aan de garagepoort stonden en een 2e keer moesten betalen voor de parking. Na 39€ te moeten betalen nog een 79,95 € moeten betalen om buiten te geraken. Geen reactie via parlofoon of telefoon. Nadien weigeren ze een terugbetaling!

De kamers geraakte niet afgekoeld ondanks het buiten 17 graden was bleef het in de kamer 26 graden. Ook na één half uur wachten zoals beschreven in de kamer.
