Good location

Wasn’t expecting to be staying in a disability accessible room especially since we did not request a room with disability needs. The bathroom included a level access shower recess which then made the whole floor wet. Additionally, the fireplace did not work as per the photographs and description inclusions.

Away from the bustle of the city center. Comfortable parking. Good heating. Bathrooms were good with floor heating. Washing machine was easy to use and well maintained.

The room was dusty. The balcony tiles were not fixed. They were wobbly and unsafe. The bedroom smoke detector had tissue stuffed in them. The mugs were scratched and unclean. There nuts and bolts on the ground. The chairs were unstable.

Close to the main town, also close to general stores. Check in was easy and the hosts were quick to reply if we had any questions.

Loved the location. Great access to restaurants and onsen as well as Coronet Peak. A small suite, but it had everything we needed. Perfect for a couple.

I think i may have missed that the suite has an accessible bathroom. Totally fine, but a bit of a surprise.

Amazing views from the apartment, had parking and was very spacious. Beds probs could be better, and the washing machine had such a strong stink smell that was left on our clothes but besides that everything was great. You definitely don’t get service out where this location is but the wifi is good! Fireplace was nice and warm every night. Check in and out was easy. Defs would recommend this place.

La vue est superbe. Les instructions étaient claires et simples à suivre. L’appartement est tout équipé et vraiment très agréable. Le sol de la salle de bain est chauffé, un vrai plus en hiver. La cheminée, un vrai bonheur en rentrant du ski. Les appartements sont À proximité du bowling et de la Gantley’s Tavern qui est un endroit formidable. Les Onsen Pools sont aussi juste à côté, ainsi que la Shotover river avec des belles promenades à faire.

It was tricky only having 1 car park as other parking was relatively hard to get. This is more a comment for others guests to note rather than it be a negative comment. It’s ’be aware’.

Nice little studio apartment with a fireplace, washer/ dryer, fridge and cooking utilities. Comes with its own designated parking space, and the view right outside was beautiful! Good location with a short drive to the city and other locations where we booked activities.

Nice, modern, warm, two bathrooms made it easy for kid in one and parents in the other. Washing machine is also very handy. Great location to get to the mountain. Each unit has a dedicated car parking spot.

The worst part is some fan vent that blew cool air over the master bedroom bed. Couldn’t workout what it was for or how to turn it off! Other than that no issues

The accommodation was spacious and conveniently located, just a short drive from Coronet Peak. It was also well-equipped with all the everyday essentials we needed, making our stay very comfortable.

The bathroom sink was a little small.

Incredible stay overall! We spent our trip snowboarding at Coronet Peak, and this was the perfect location, situated right at the foot of the mountain. The apartment had everything we needed, including cookware, a coffee pod machine, and standard shower amenities. Every bedroom and bathroom had central heating, with underfloor heating and heated towel rails in the bathrooms, which made coming back after a day on the slopes especially comfortable. The star of the show? The stunning mountain views and the fireplace in the living room. The perfect way to end a day of snowboarding was sitting by the fire with a warm drink. I couldn't recommend this place enough! There are plenty of great dining options within walking distance, and if you're looking for even more, Queenstown Central is only a 15-minute drive away. Communication from the administration team was excellent throughout our stay, with regular updates and clear, informative instructions. The apartment also felt very secure and safe. We also had an allocated parking spot.

Not really a dislike, just an FYI. The shower has fantastic water pressure, but it can easily flood the bathroom if you're not careful, so it's best to keep the flow directed away from the edge and take it slow. Also, the hot water supply is a little limited, so it's worth being mindful of the length of your shower, especially if multiple people are showering one after another.

Views and location

The location was excellent—just a 10‑minute drive to Queenstown. I loved that the property included a washing machine and a well‑equipped, lovely kitchen. Overall, it was such a comfortable stay, and we truly enjoyed coming back in the evenings to relax and unwind.

There were nights where you could hear the people upstairs walking around.

This was an outstanding apartment. Every aspect was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, homely. Nothing we wanted that wasn't there. Although a 10 minute drive from Queenstown, was nice at the end of the day to escape the crowds to the hills and serenity.

Nothing we didn't like. The only very very slight inconvenience was the lack of food choices close by.

The view was amazing and the apartment was nice and clean and bedrooms pillows and mattress were comfy too.

We stayed there 4 nights, but the lift was not working for 3 days . Since we were on the 3rd floor it was difficult for us specifically with the baby.

Everything about Residence du Parc was very good. Information about access to the property and apartment was clear and precise. Car parking was very good. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. There is a short drive to the main part of Queenstown, Arrowtown, Coronet Peak, wineries, and adventure activities. Walking distance to Shotover Jet.

Great location - couple of restaurants only a short walking distance and both Frankton and Queenstown city centre just a short drive. The view from our room was lovely as well. Well stocked with laundry/shower/kitchen essentials and towels/linen.

We had the top floor and the views from the windows were amazing. Everything in the unit was modern and new.

The only complaints we have, is that the kitchen rubbish bin was tiny and the lounge not so comfortable.

Wonderful new facilities, everything are new, great room design and decorations, mostly comfortable, everything works well. Great location with fantastic views.

In a nice quiet location and that it was well cleaned.

Cold draft in bedroom near the balcony, bedroom door and balcony door rattle when there is wind making sleep impossible. Balcony tiles very dangerous, not grouted in. Slippery, loose and a dangerous slip hazard. Couch to low to the floor, bed to firm and uncomfortable. Fire place super noisey, main bedroom near kitchen shower head damaged spraying water in every direction. Instructions on how to enter property were incorrect, said turn key anti clockwise but it was actually clockwise.

Liked everything except in one bathroom the soap dispenser wasn’t working and it was stuck.

It’s modern and warm, comes with a nice gas fireplace. Kitchen is well equipped, comes with washer and dryer. Like the idea of having a key safe outside so we don’t have to take the key with us and risk losing it.

There’s hair on the pillow when we checked in and mucus on the wall in the smaller room. Sewage smell in the main bedroom. Tea cups weren’t cleaned properly.

I wish I had unit facing Queenstown Hill. Instead my room facing main road, store and coronet peak. But still beautiful

Easy to locate apartment and information given to us to get door key was great. Beautiful views of Arthur's Point, Shotover River area and the mountains. Comfortable beds and couches. Lovely fire and spacious apartment even with four of us. Really good wifi (definitely need as phone coverage isn't great in Arthur's Point overall). Close to a few very quaint restaurants, bowling, and walks. Bus stop very close - goes to Arrowtown and Queenstown.

Pavers on balcony were very wobbly, also there was a quite a few wasps whenever we went out onto the balcony. Other than that everything was perfect!

One bedroom had no lights working. We checked out after 3 nights then came back for another 3 nights. Still no lights but an extra lamp. On the 16th and 17th we had no hot water eg no hot showers. Not very good at all

Great place if you have your own vehicle. It was a short drive to Queenstown. The apartment was clean and spacious.

While we were given a parking spot, at times it was taken up by other people. Management could not do anything about it as the parking was not in a secured area.

Location is closed to Onsen, nice view of the river. Comfortable beds, bathroom, full equipment kitchen and whiteware. Good ventilation system, comfortable temperature.

If you like soft pillows, it will be perfect pillows for you. If there is firm pillows and also soft pillows to choose, it would be nice.

Very convenient for both Arrowtown and downtown Queenstown. The apartment was a good size, and ideal for two couples having the convenience of ensuites. There is an allocated parking space for one car and a good sized lift making access to the second floor apartment nice and easy.

Unfortunately our experience at this well appointed apartment was marred by noise issues. There are air vents in both bedrooms and the main room from a centralised system which are active and noisy 24hrs a day, according to BCR the management company they are unable to be adjusted. Additionally, the position of the apartment (no. 15B) overlooks the road and despite double glazing the vehicle road noise gets very intrusive, it was particularly bad on the week days when traffic was heavy from 6am and went on well into the evening. We were very happy with how well equipped the apartment was but again disappointed that some items were faulty which we feel the management company should have been aware of and either removed or rectified, a Nutribullet blender had no bottle and a Nespresso milk frother was faulty having no power. We notified BCR but got no response, neither of the items were vitally important but the apartment rental was not cheap and obviously the management company were being paid to ensure it was in full working order.

It’s was really nice, feels like you are at home! It’s got a washing machine and that helped a lot but very spacious me and my partner enjoyed our time there for the whole week would definitely book again here and was close to all our activities we had booked!!!

Clean and how close it was to a great restaurant

Check in time was a little later than usual and the fact that there was a fee for checking in earlier.

The only problem was people parking in our allocated parking

No air conditioning and room is extremely hot, even with fans going 24 hours. Table cloth dirty plus the floor under table. Mat in the lounge rolled up at corners, and someone tripped, not good.

The bus stop around the corner. We took it into Queenstown instead of paying the exorbitant parking rates

Die Apartments liegen etwas außerhalb von Queenstown, sind aber sehr gut angebunden. Ein Bus fährt wenige Fußminuten entfernt in Richtung Stadt, und im kleinen Ort gibt es auch zwei nette Lokale, in denen man abends gemütlich essen gehen kann. Das Apartment selbst ist modern und ansprechend ausgestattet.

Unglücklich war die Situation rund um den Check-in: Nach einer Phishing-Nachricht im Booking-Chat, die wir zum Glück als solche erkannt haben, mussten wir anschließend in einem Online-Formular nochmals zwingend unsere Kreditkartendaten angeben, um Zugang per Zahlencode zum Apartment zu erhalten. Das ist grundsätzlich praktisch, nach einem Datenleck fühlte es sich jedoch unangenehm an.

Das Appartement ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon mi Bergblick ist toll und vor dem Gassofen kann man gemütlich sitzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
