Le calme, tout est fonctionnel dans l’hôtel et l’emplacement est bien. Petit déjeuner ok

Le rapport qualité prix (en saison) n’y est pas et l’hôtel n’a pas beaucoup de charme. Dommage que nous nous laissions profiter du parking (18€ la nuit) que jusqu’à 12h le jour du départ sous prétexte que la nuit suivante est complète… Nous ne demandions pas à rester toute la journée mais le Check in étant à 15h ça aurait été pratique de rester jusqu’à 14.

Outstanding location: short walk from bus/train, on the edge of the Old Town but not in the middle of all the crowds, short walk to the lake. The room was spacious, light and comfortable, spotlessly clean with a great shower. Breakfast was very good. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

We were disappointed that the bar was closed and there was no central gathering place; it would have been nice to have a glass of wine there in the evening.

Das Personal ist extrem zuvorkommend- von der Rezeption bis zum Frühstück !!! Die Lage ist perfekt!

Die Ausstattung verdient keine 4 Sterne, Ausblick auf Garagen, Parkpätze , Ventilatoren und dreckige Hibterhöfe für 300 Euro die Nacht, Tiefgarage mit größerem Auto ist eine Katastrophe. Die Stellplätze sind zu eng, ausladen fast unmöglich !

Wie immer in den Innenstädten (gerade in Frankreich) ist das interne Parkhaus sehr sehr eng für Autos. Ist so- kann man nicht ändern.

Un personnel particulièrement accueillant et à l’écoute, exceptionnel 😊 La climatisation, bien venue en cette période « La suite » est un véritable appartement très agréable et qui nous a permis de nous préparer des repas simples. Un petit déjeuner simple et raisonnable avec des produits de grande qualité. En résumé , nous conseillons cet hôtel et nous y retournerons sans hésitation

Lovely light airy room with air con and a modern stylish bathroom. Enough room to hang clothes for a short stay. Didnt eat in the hotel as we explored the great selection of eateries around there, especially loved the breakfast place next door

Parking in underground carpark was difficult, narrow entrance had to fold mirrors in and very very tight in parking space - but secure. Expensive compared to similar facilities.

On ne peut pas trouver un hôtel mieux situé que celui-ci. En effet, il est à 10 minutes à pied du centre vile et autant du Lac. Comme se garer au centre d'Annecy tient de l'exploit, l'hôtel propose des places de parking souterrain surveillé. Le top ! La chambre spacieuse est fonctionnelle, très propre , confortable et très calme. Le petit déjeuner, quoique basique, est bon. Et pour finir, le personnel est des plus agréables , souriants et serviables. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour passer un beau moment dans cette très belle ville qu'est Annecy.

The location is superb, really close to the lake and right in the centre of town. The Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. We didn't use the restaurant as there were so many options in the Town.

Ein wirklich sehr herzlicher Empfang und ein wunderschönes Zimmer, Wasser stand bereit, tolle Pflegeprodukte und Bademäntel im modernen Bad, kleiner Balkon, bequemes Bett, alles tipptopp. Die Nähe zur Altstadt, die Tiefgarage (hatten wir vorher reserviert, Achtung auf die Abmessungen des Fahrzeugs) Im Vorfeld konnte auch die Anfahrt geklärt werden, da google Maps hier ins Nirwana führen wollte,

The hotel was lovely -- extremely well-situated within walking distance of the lake and old town. We appreciated the friendly staff who were very helpful in giving us directions and making recommendations.

Friendly staff. Clean. Breakfast disappointing as a vegan compared to many other hotels we have stayed in. We cancelled breakfast for the rest of our stay and had a wonderful breakfast right next door in a lovely coffee shop.

Hotel Location was almost impossible to get to with the one way system. It was mid afternoon on a July Saturday and the whole area was chaos with bikes and people. We had just driven from a wonderful 12 nights in Lake Garda so the chaos was a shock to us and finding parking was difficult but eventually after about 90 minutes of driving round in circles we found a space. Did not like a toilet with no sink at one end of the bedroom then bathroom at the other end, it seemed very odd. The view from our room was enclosed and of run down flats looking onto us.

호텔에 주차장이 있지만, 버스전용 도로라.. 자가용으로 호텔에 찾아갈 때 네비게이션이 호텔 위치를 정확히 안내를 못 해 줍니다. 호텔 주변을 몇번이나 뱅뱅 돌았는지 모르겠네요. 호텔 근처 bonlieau 주차장에서 주차하고 걸어가는게 훨 나았어요..

A localização do hotel é excelente. Próximo ao centro histórico, ao lago, ao comércio. É possível alugar bicicleta em loja próxima. Passear de barco, pedalinho. Tudo a pé. O café da manhã é ótimo, com várias opções. O quarto é grande, mas a vista é para um estacionamento aberto.

Há uma questão para quem chega de carro, e utiliza o google: você não consegue chegar ao Hotel, porque passa por uma rua que o trânsito apenas é permitido para ônibus. Tive que estacionar o carro em um estacionamento público e ir a pé para o Hotel para saber como chegar lá. Fui orientado para utilizar o waze. Dei uma volta de mais de 2 km para chegar. Outro ponto é a entrada do estacionamento: é bem estreita para um SUV, dá a impressão que não passa. Mas consegui com muito cuidado (era um Sportage-Kia). Mas quando você passa, o estacionamento é satisfatório e seguro.

Séjour exceptionnel ! Tout s'est parfaitement bien passé. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable, accueillant et disponible. La chambre était confortable, très propre et bien équipée. Nous avons passé une excellente nuit et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Außergewöhnlich nette Mitarbeiter, alles sehr sauber und natürlich die Lage unweit des Lac d'Annecy und der Altstadt.

Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber etwas überteuert und in den umliegenden Cafès im Preisvergleich besser zu haben.

La suite 60 è molto spaziosa e ben organizzata. L'hotel si trova in un posizione ideale per visitare la città, vicinissimo alla città vecchia; è raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione.

Whilst the position in the centre of Annecy, there is a significant trade-off with the constant noise from traffic and deliveries throughout the day/night and particularly from early in the morning. It is also worth noting that despite feedback in the review comments of the challenge with locating the hotel via road (using any of the travel apps inc Waze), no mention of the difficulty is made to guests in advance of checking-in and how to avoid it.

Hotel room was clean, comfortable, and very very spacious! Perfect location - 5 minute walk to the Annecy train station, and under 10 minute walk to Jardins de l’Europe and the old town. Reception was friendly and spoke English perfectly. 10/10 I’d absolutely stay again!

La chambre était assez grande et très propre surtout ! Elle était calme, malgré le fait qu'elle donnait sur la rue. Le personnel est discret mais à l'écoute. Nous étions venus pour un mariage et nous n'hésiterons pas à loger à nouveau dans cet hôtel quand nous reviendrons à Annecy.

Le petit-déjeuner est bon mais un peu cher peut-être pour ce que c'est, notamment dans la variété des denrées proposées.

Tuve que reclamar en dos ocasiones que hicieran la habitación: a las tres de la tarde aún no la habían hecho. Las puertas tienen llave en vez de tarjeta. Antiguo y desfasado. Personal poco empatico salvo el chico que nos recibió a nuestra llegada.

We had a suite which was very spacious and super clean and which included a full-sized fridge, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, sink and electric hob. The bathroom was spotless, had a big bath and shower, and included good quality soap, shampoo and bodywash. The bathrobe and slippers were a welcome touch. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The hotel was perfectly located close to the train station, supermarkets, shops and restaurants and only 10 mins walk from the lake. The staff were very friendly, helpful and very sympathetic towards us as a result of our flight delay. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were cleaned every day, so you always ame back to a spotless space. The hotel was very quiet and I would definitely stay here again. Annecy itself is beautiful, and this hotel was a perfect base to explore the area.

The hotel was very difficult to reach by car due to a complicated one-way system that Google maps could not fathom. (Not the hotel's fault) We had to get a map from the tourist office, walk to the hotel, and ask them to plot the route so we could access the carpark. The carpark is underground and quite tight to manoeuvre.
