Good location, staff was friendly and good selection of breakfast.

Hele fijne en mooie kamer. Mooie badkamer met wastafel appart. Heel fijn bed, heerlijk! Alles was mega schoon. Hele fijne locatie met op 10 minuten loopafstand van ingang van jiuzhaigou nationaal park. Handig een mc donalds onder je hotel en leuke lokale tenten waar je hotpot kunt eten.

Man bij receptie sprak geen Engels en probeerde niet echt moeite te doen om ons weg wijs te maken met informatie over het nationale park. Ontbijt heel erg chinees. Gelukkig wat fruit en witte/ bruine boterhammen. Beleg was schaars voor als je graag westers ontbijt.

Nos ayudaron mucho antes de nuestra estancia y estamos muy agradecidos. Nos facilitaron transporte y recomendaciones de viaje. Cama cómoda y a 10min andando de la entrada del parque. Un gran detalle que valoro es que en el desayuno buffet había los ingredientes para las alergias, ha sido el único hotel de nuestro viaje que lo ha hecho y me ha dado mucha confianza con mis intolerancias. Desayuno variado entre chino y occidental

Ventana de la habitación daba a un muro. Mucha gente en el desayuno (domingo) y poco espacio. Algunos servicios contratados con ellos no se ajustaron a lo solicitado.

1. 酒店离藏王汽车站非常近，距离景区门口也只有五分钟的步行距离。 2. 酒店的早餐非常的丰富，咖啡机也非常的美味。 3. 酒店设施非常干净。

1. 双床房的中间有一个挡板，那么带小孩想拼床的时候就非常非常不方便。 2. 被子比较厚，不开空调热，开了空调又冷，因为空调的调节比较奇怪只有低于某个温度的时候才会开启。

La ubicacióm es excelente, la zona es muy tranquila y tiene muy cerca varias opciones para comer y comprar. Se tarsa 10 minutos caminando a la entrada del paque. Además la habitación era comodísima y el baño súper espacioso y con ducha enorme!!

The location of the hotel is excellent just a few minutes walk from the entrance of the national park. While everyone else is scrabbling for cabs and coaches in the melee surrounding the park entrance you can just walk back to the hotel. The hotel is quite basic but is clean and comfortable and has everything a hiker needs including free, available washing machines.

The only negative was poor wifi.

Ottima struttura situata proprio all'entrata del parco in una zona con ampia scelta di ristoranti e negozi. Colazione eccellente. Personale gentilissimo ed efficiente parlante inglese. Klein in particolare ci ha organizzato i transfer da/per la stazione e ci ha aiutato e consigliato su tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno.Tutto era pulitissimo e impeccabile.Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ritornerei sicuramente.

Overall, the hotel is in a great location. It is conveniently accessible to nearby grocery stores, McDonald's, and the town area. The hotel is also very close to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou National Park, which was a huge plus and made sightseeing much more convenient.

However, there are a few areas that could be improved. As the hotel appears to have a high turnover of international guests, it would be beneficial if the staff received basic English communication training. The language barrier made it quite difficult to communicate, and we were often left confused without clear assistance. Additionally, the internet connection was very poor throughout our stay, which made it even harder to use translation apps or look up information. Combined with the language barrier, this significantly affected our overall experience. I hope the hotel can improve both its Wi-Fi service and staff communication to provide a better experience for future guests.

The hotel offers nice, clean rooms with no smoking smell. The triple bedroom was very good, with plenty of space for each of us around our own bed. The location is excellent and convenient for travelers, with easy access to local restaurants, coffee shops, and a supermarket. Breakfast is included, and it was great.

Very near the jiuzhaigou national. Park and within walking distance. klein is very helpful and help me with the booking of return bus to the railway station. The trip.Com bus only stop at the moon bay parking lot which is about 1km away.

- we have 3 of us but they only allocated 2 sets of glasses and cups even we asked for 3 - every day we have to go down to the reception a few times to get extra cup or extra tissue roll or tea bags etc - breakfast is not great and coffee machine is super slow, it uses milk powder for the coffee. - there is no air conditioning and it was very humid and hot on the third night of our stay. - it is generally OK and clean but with over aud 150 a night, I feel it could be better comparing to other hotels.

此次入住体验令人非常失望。 原本我们打算使用酒店自己的接驳车服务，但酒店员工推荐改用九旅悦行 APP，并主动建议我们使用酒店电话号码进行注册和购票。结果第二天，我们从九寨沟到黄龙，以及黄龙到高铁站的共四张车票，竟然全部无故消失。 后来酒店解释，是另一位同样使用酒店号码的客人误操作取消/退款了我们的订单。也就是说，只要共用同一个电话号码，不同客人的订单竟然可能互相影响。这明显是非常严重的流程与管理漏洞。 事情发生当天，我们在车上几乎被要求下车。我不得不现场与平台工作人员争论许久，导致整车乘客延迟发车。到站后还被要求重新买票。 除此之外，酒店整体住宿体验也并不理想： - 早餐品质低于预期，非常普通 - 枕头标注为“硬枕”，实际上依然非常软，睡眠体验很差 我们选择智选假日酒店，是基于对品牌与服务的信任，但这次经历显然辜负了这种信任。不会再选择入住，也不会推荐给其他旅客。

Comfortable basic room. Location was fantastic and close to restaurants and 10 min walking distance to Juizhaigou entrance.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Very limited variety and food was cold. The noodle and egg section is very slow taking 15 minutes to cook 5 wontons per bowl. They only start to cook when ordered making the queue very long. Recommend them to pre-cook some noodles and wontons so it doesn't take so long to cook each bowl.

The hotel is clean and spacious for us to open our two luggage. Besides, the location is very convenient (walking distance) for us to visit jiuzhaigou national park the next early morning with MacD and a convenient store downstairs.

Front desk staffs are very helpful in assisting us on the purchase of tickets to 千古情prior to our arrival. And guided us on the purchase of Huanglong scenic entrance tickets. Our hotel stays come with breakfast and there are washer and dryer for guests to use. MacDonald is just next to the hotel. Hotel is a 10 mins walk to the entrance of 九寨沟allowing us to get to the park early to avoid long queue.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and had a good variety of food. Hotel was close to the entrance, though we still had to walk for about 10 minutes.

Though the hotel was close to the park entrance, it was rather far from the transportation hub or buses drop off and pick up points. It's okay if you travel light and have no big luggage, but it's definitely no fun for senior citizens dragging big luggages to the transportation hub.

The hotel’s location is excellent- 8 mins walk to JZG main entrance. The bedding is comfortable and the breakfast selection is good. I was greeted by Klein , who was professional helpful throughout my stay and provided excellent service .

Great location to reach the valley entrance and the village center for restaurants and supermarkets. It's right next to a McDonald's :)

The canteen space is clearly insufficient when there is a large crowd of tourists. Better be there early enough to avoid fighting for a table.

The best part of this hotel is the location, you can walk directly to the jiuzhaigou park entrance (around 8-10 mins, maybe 5 mins if you walk fast) without getting stuck in traffic. There is also a McDonald's and convenience store right below, and Starbucks/Luckin/Chagee a 5 min walk away. The hotel reception staff are super helpful and helped us to arrange our transfer from the hotel -> huanglong park -> high speed train station on the last day of our trip, and were also very responsive with updates via wechat.

Despite multiple "No Smoking" signs plastered around the hotel, the corridors have a very strong stench of cigarette smoke, though thankfully it does not carry over into the rooms.

Hervorragende Lage, der Parkeingang zum fantastischen Nationalpark Jiuzhaigou ist fußläufig in etwa 15Minuten erreichbar. Das Hotel erfüllt alle Standards, die man von einem Holiday Inn Express erwartet. Saubere Zimmer, komfortable Betten, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Bei Bedarf unterstützt das Personal bei der Organisation von Transport und Tickets vor Ort.

Wie in allen Mittelklasse-Hotels unserer gesamten China-Reise war die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet für westliche Geschmäcker überschaubar. Dennoch wurden auch wir fündig.

The location being only 300 meters from the entrance to the National Park and the HSR transit shuttle bus drop off/pick up, is the hotel’s selling point for me With breakfast included, it does represent value for money. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful and are ever willing to assist guests with enquiries Fast internet.

Just beware that some rooms though have windows, face a solid concrete wall less than 1 meter away. The rooms can be dark and probably claustrophobic for some. A criticism I had was that, when I requested for a change because of this reason, I was offered a larger room (507) with window and natural light. However I was not made aware that the drainage in the shower isn’t working. The dirty water filled up the shower base rather quickly, which meant that I had to step out with dirty feet after each and every shower.

The location was superb! About 10 mins walk to the Park's entrance, easy to find. Another 5 mins walk to the eateries, lots of them. The room was better than I expected in terms of cleanliness. But I was disappointed there was no mountain view in the room that I chose. Lots of construction going on. The staff, Klein, was superbly helpful and coordinated the transport very smoothly for me. This really saved me lots of time and other headaches I could have had if not for the arrangements Klein made.

Das Hotel hat mir gut gefallen, das Zimmer war geräumig, das Frühstück sehr gut, das Personal freundlich. Lediglich der Frühstücksraum könnte etwas größer sein, aber ich hatte noch einen letzten freien Tisch bekommen, daher war alles gut. Restaurants für den Abend gibt es in der Nähe.

Zimmer 101 hatte keinen schönen Ausblick - das Fenster ging zu einem abgedeckten, dunklen Kellereingang.
