Fantastic location on the lake with immediate access to the route with all the parks waterfalls. Great setting even though it's close to town.

It's a rundown motel; we expected a cabin from the pictures. In desperate need of repairs. Two of the beds screeched when occupants moved.

Die Lage am See war tatsächlich sehr schön. Auch waren die Highlights der Umgebung sehr gut zu erreichen. Positiv ist auch anzumerken, dass uns der Besitzer auf Nachfrage ein Zimmer mit Balkon überließ, ohne dafür einen Aufpreis zu erheben. Der Balkon machte den Aufenthalt erträglicher.

Die gesamte Anlage ist arg in die Jahre gekommen und wird offenbar nicht gut geführt. Die Möbel zusammengewürfelt, alt und verschlissen, das Zimmer muffig. Irgendwie alles einbischen schmuddelig. Insbesondere was die Küche angeht, durfte man nicht empfindlich sein.

La Camera direttamente sul lago regala un'atmosfera molto pittoresca. La presenza di tavoli sedie e barbecue all'esterno rendono molto fruibile lo spazio all'aperto sul lago.

La camera anche se fornita di tutto (anche tostapane) è vecchia e piena di rattoppi.

Carino motel sul lago, zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. La camera era spaziosa e il letto comodo. C'erano anche gli elettrodomestici per la colazione. Bello il piccoli patio privato con parziale vista sul lago.

Die Lage ist wunderschön. Wir haben abends gegrillt und morgens am See gefrühstückt. Vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer aus hatten wir einen traumhaften Blick auf den See.

Es ist recht einfach, man kann es auf den Bildern sehen. Da wir uns aber nur draußen aufgehalten haben hat es uns nicht gestört.

La location sul lago merita davvero! Letto comodo. Il proprietatio ci ha anche gentilmente concesso la stanza con il cucinino e abbiamo apprezzato molto!

Potrebbe dare molto di più, ha un potenziale altissimo e basterebbe un pochino piu di cura nel come si presenta. Mi piacerebbe comunque tornarci !

Livello di pulizia pari a zero. Bagno sporco e coperta del letto con macchie, lenzuola piene di capelli. Al nostro arrivo fuori dalla porta c erano anche delle bottiglie e lattine finite di chi era stato prima di noi.

Kaputte Balkonstühle. Kaputter Föhn fuktionierte überhaubt nicht. Elektrosteckdose im Bad ging nicht und beim Schlafzimmer Wackelkontakt.

De huisjes waren dikke prima! Met zo'n uitzicht en een lake voor je deur .... wij baalde ontzettend dat we hier maar 1 nacht geboekt hadden! En dat was ivm de cometaren hier! Wat naar ons idee echt niet klopt. Is het wat oud ja maar het is schoon en met alle gemakken voorzien. Kraaken de bedden en harde kussens is het commetaar ja de matrassen kraken wat ....zie daar totaal geen probleem in het is niet 5 sterren wat je boekt! Kussens waren prima er waren er 5 en je kon kiezen!? De meeste commetaren snappen wij echt niet! Dit is prima INN voor prima geld. Wil je super luxe lekker doorrijden wil je wat goedkoper op een fantastische locatie ? BOEKEN! We zijn reizigers en wij kennen echt het verschil wel en hier krijg je geen spijt van! Vooral niet van een heerlijk ochtend duik in het meer ❤️ ps wij zaten boven in kamer 5!

Moet ik dan toch iets zeggen oke goede gordijnen....maar ja we wilde wakker worden met zonsopkomst liggende in een bed dus warem de gordijnen niet nodig.

We have stayed a few times now, and are heading back again in a week and a bit, we love the quietness of the lake, the clarity of the water, it’s just a nice relaxing place to be. On a previous visit, we rented a paddle board and that was excellent fun! We are looking forward to being there again soon!

Die Ausstattung und der Zustand der Unterkunft sind katastrophal. In der Küche stank das Geschirr, aus der Toilette lief das Wasser. Die Zimmerdecke ist so dünn, dass man sogar ein Kleinkind gehen hört.

La possibilità di farsi un tuffo nel lago! Dotato di due piattaforme, molto bello! Camera piccola ma particolare e dotata di frigo. Kit benvenuto. Bagno con doccia grande. Veranda privata con due sedie e parcheggio personale. Facile da raggiungere. A 100mt c'è un piccolo locale che, per questioni di tempo (chiude alle 7Pm), non abbiamo provato. Poco distante in auto si raggiunge cmq un grande supermercato.

La mancanza dell'asciugacapelli e l'ironia del proprietario (ma credo ci sia stata dell"incomprensione linguistica: "mea culpa"). Sono consapevole di aver scelto l'economy ma consiglio di prendere quelle fronte lago. Eravamo in un angolo dietro vicino al bosco e alla strada (abbiamo dormito solo una notte). La spiaggetta del lago andrebbe pulita, ma credo sia compito dello stabilimento accanto.

Camere per niente insonorizzate (i vicini erano particolarmente rumorosi). Struttura un po' datata, simile a un campeggio.

Die Lage am See war perfekt. Und es war ruhig. Das war auch das einzig Positive.

Die Ausstattung entsprach nicht der Beschreibung. Badezimmer extrem klein und keine Abstellmöglichkeit für unsere Badutensilien. Auch die Größe des Zimmers entsprach nicht den beschriebenen 29m². Klimaanlage nur laut und keine Kühlung. Deckenlicht und Ventilator sowie die Schalter defekt. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption, die lapidare Antwort: Da können wir nichts machen solange sie da sind. WLAN war sehr langsam und funktionierte nur zeitweise. Kein Besteck vorhanden. Wasserkocher fehlte. Keine Reinigung des Zimmers. Insgesamt ziemlich heruntergekomme Unterkunft und mit428 CAD viel zu teuer.

Heruntergekommen, schlechter Zustand, Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Eine dunkle abgewohnte Stinkebude. Diese Unterkunft kann man nicht weiterempfehlen!!!

Traumhafte Lage direkt am See mit Badestrand. Eher basic, aber Familienzimmer mit 3 Queenbetten und Küche waren praktisch, mit Blick auf den See. Grillmöglichkeit vorhanden, und man konnte SUPs oder Kanus ausleihen. Die Kinder waren begeistert - wir wären gern noch etwas länger geblieben.

Keine AC, hat uns aber auch nicht gestört.

Es un pequeño motel con mucho encanto, a orillas del lago Dutch. Habitaciones con gran ventanal que da al lago, una pequeña mesa, cafetera, nevera, microondas y tostadora.

Alles gut, leicht in die Jahre gekommen aber alles da, was man braucht. Leider hat der Besitzer uns nicht auf den Kanu Verleih hingewiesen. Schade, haben wir zu spät entdeckt. Der See vor der Tür war das beste. Super zum schwimmen.

It was by the water. The room was well-maintained. The bathroom bright and practical.

Why did they paint the walls dark grey and have dark grey curtains? I opened the door and my heart sank at the darkness of the room.

This is my second time here! The beds are so comfy, the cabins are Clean and the staff incredibly welcoming! These cabins are located on a beautiful lake surrounded by lush greens and peaceful water.

There is absolutely NOTHING that has been a disappointment!

Very run down and dirty, we walked into the room and right back out. The chemical smell in the room was unbelievable. The staff tried giving us another room that was just as dirty and smelled so bad. We couldn’t stay and they refused to refund us. beware pictures look way better than the actual place.

Super clean rooms, fully equipped with all required appliances. Washroom was beautiful and clean. Great value for money.

It was very old. It was not clean - there was lots of dust. There were lots of mosquitos. There was visible mould on the ceiling. The room was very tight.

A beautiful, peaceful lakeside location. The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for our two-day stay. The breathtaking view was a real highlight.

Die Aussenanlage rund um das Haus (oben, nicht am Strand) ist leider etwas unaufgeräumt und ungepflegt.

Der herzliche Empfang, die ruhige Gegend und die Nähe zum überwältigenden Wells Gray Provinciall Park mit den gigantischen Wasserfällen und Bärensichtung. Problemloses Parken direkt vor der Haustür mit eigenem See.

Das Zimmer macht einen eher heruntergekommenen Eindruck, sehr einfache Ausstattung

We have stayed here before, and will again. The lake view is spectacular and the rooms are small, but clean and have a real cabin-on-the lake feeling. The bed was comfortable.

Our only complaint was the occupants of some of the nearby cabins stayed outside our windows to party quite late into the night, I was not really the fault of the motel management.

Gorgeous views over the lake with beautiful walks around. Turtle spotting was a special treat! Easy walk to local restaurant. Bed was comfortable and parking was easy. Lovely seating areas around the motel.

Comfortable cabin that was handy for a night sleep on a road trip. There are other rooms on the lake that I did not see till later. Some people have had min holidays with their rooms lakeside. Also a play ground next door and a pier.

The parking lot where my room was looked industrial and a bit junkie. That could discourage some.

The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to get in a bit earlier than our check in time.

We were attached to another room and there wasn't any sound proofing. We could hear their conversation clearly and in the middle of the night when they got up.

The standard of the room was budget. Old sheet and duvet, threadbare towels. Minimal power points. Bed was hard and small. Bathroom difficult to move in. Difficult to get tv to work. Wifi didn’t work.

Der Kühlschrank nachts war sehr laut, die Wände zum Nachbarzimmer sehr dünn, wir haben nicht so gut schlafen können.

Overlooking a beautiful lake, majestic and wonderful 🙏❤️🙏We didn't see/ talk to staff in person, because of our late check in they ensured our room was unlocked and comfortably cool after a long drive🙏 Staff exceeded our expectations by ensuring our stay was perfect ❤️ The room was clean and smelled wonderful! Price was excellent 👌 Highly recommend and will definitely be back again!

Nice location. Appreciated being able to have a little cabin. Nice walking trail for the dog. Quiet end cabin. Host was very accommodating about my late arrival after 9pm. I loved that the cabin was not locked when we arrived.

The room was very dark - the lights were not working so I could not see very well anywhere and it made it challenging to know if things were clean. There was no outside porch light either even though the host mentioned there was (I really tried to find it but could not). In the morning, the power went out and no one could be reached so I had to prepare and pack and try to leave in the dark and couldn't make any coffee. I did reach out to the front desk but there was no one available until 9am and I had to leave earlier.

We really liked the quiet, off the main road location. We felt like we were in a cabin in the woods. The room was clean and attractive.

What could have been better was not the properties fault. We arrived in the snow and dark on short notice. It was a bit difficult to see where to park.

The bathroom was the only nice room. It was clean and probably the most remodelled room.

The room needs some major repairing. There was poorly fixed holes in the walls. The kitchen has mismatched dishes and hard old creamer. Terrible coffee! The snow was not shovelled to our room and it was about 2 feet deep.

Right beside lake, quiet area. Was recommended to eat at Painted Turtle restaurant nearby- great food and service. Older place, but kept up very well. Beds comfortable and room was good size.

It was very well kept! While the rooms are more rustic, I actually prefer it over a stuffy new hotel room. I love the peacefulness at the property and the surrounding area right near the water. I enjoy spending time with their black cats Waylon & Jasper! They were the highlight of my entire trip! Plus I love our front porch with a Adirondack chairs!

If I had to say anything I would say I didn’t find the room as warm as I would have wanted. But it was still manageable.

I booked this place in order to stay at a lake side room. When we arrived it turned around that they have some "economic " rooms and they are NOT lakeside view located. I was very disappointed, because the reason I booked this place was to have the lakeside view. Booking.com definitely need to specify this option and also the pictures provided only promote lakeside view. Not sure if I would stay again.

In der Holzhütte direkt am See hat man das Gefühl den wilden Westen etwas zu erleben.

Having a duvet would help so that we wouldn’t have had to turn the heat up which made the room too warm. There didn’t seem to be a « sweet «  spot with the electric baseboard heater.

Although this property is somewhat run down I would stay there again. The location is good with a nice view of the lake. The bed was comfortable.

Die Lage direkt am See und zur Stadt Okay für eine Nacht, könnte aber besser sein

Unterkunft war sauber, aber Handtücher und Bettlaken voller Flecken. Die waren in einem Zustand, in dem man sie eigentlich entsorgen sollte. Das wurde schon in vielen Bewertungen erwähnt, aber die Gastgeber möchten offensichtlich an den alten Handtüchern festhalten. Unterkunft eher alt, Bad aber neu Klimaanlage war sehr laut und schwach, über 30 Grad bei Ankunft. In den meisten Unterkünften wurde die Klimaanlage bereits vor der Ankunft angeschaltet, hier konnten wir uns eine ganze Weile nicht im Zimmer aufhalten, weil es zu heiß war Leider super hellhörig, der Hund nebenan hat die ganze Nacht gebellt, niemand konnte schlafen Und leider war es kein netter Empfang. Personal nicht besonders freundlich

Auf der Webseite sind nur die besseren und teureren Appartements mit Seeblick zu sehen. Das irritiert. Die Appartements oberhalb auf dem Campground sind gar nicht erwähnt.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unangemessen.

The access to the lake and area are amazing

It is located in a beautiful spot with great surroundings and scenery. However, the resort is quite old and shows signs of aging in its design and facilities.
