Cleanliness, I was concerned someone else had slept in the bed without the sheets being changed. The staff were good enough to come change the sheets, but the stain on the mattress protector were disgusting. There is a lot of noise transfer from people walking around upstairs.

Ontbijt was zeer matig en op een andere locatie (8km rijden). Kamers waren zeer verouderd en niet zoals de foto’s op de advertentie. De badkamer was zeer slecht schoongemaakt…

Mooie ligging , simpel motel. Hou er wel rekening mee dat ontbijt 10 minuten verder is aan het restaurant van de golfbaan . Voor de rest een Ok hotel

The listing mentioned an on-site restaurant but this has been closed. The hotel offers breakfast at the affiliated golf course, which was not far away and very lovely. The staff there were also very helpful.

The staff was super lovely, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Having a kitchenette in the room was a great plus, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. Parking right on site was very convenient as well. Overall, considering what we paid, it offered great value for money.

The room was a bit cramped, and although it's by the lake, you could barely see the lake from our balcony. The kitchenette was missing a few basic tools and cooking equipment, though we managed just fine. Additionally, the soundproofing between floors is quite thin—you could clearly hear people walking and talking in the room above us, which was a bit uncomfortable at times.

The accommodations were comfortable and the number and kinds of bed were sufficient for all 5 of my family.

There were insufficient A/C receptacles in the kitchen bedroom. Also, there were no facial tissues in the room. The breakfast at the Golf course was very slow. Apparently 2 hours to get the breakfast. I was not there, but my family reported an exceptionally long wait period for breakfast. We ended up going to A&W for breakfast after the first morning. Also, parking was insufficient. If you arrived back at the motel in the evening there may not be a parking spot for you. Also, some guests parked their vehicle in a manner that used more than the one stall, thus consuming parking space that could have accommodated more vehicles. The bathroom door was not closing easily. We had to lift up on the door know to close it completely. It needs to be re-aligned (Room 214).

Just passing through so didn’t see a lot but the view from the room was great. Felt secluded and private.

Didn’t like that the free breakfast was 8 kilometres from the property. Could have ordered the night before and had it delivered but couldn’t find a menu anywhere and your order had to be submitted by 9:00 PM for the morning delivery.

Convience of location to were we had to be in the morning

They take a deposit for the room of your credit card them you have to fight with them to get it back credit card company.said they didn't receive the reversal and they said they put it on. Won't show you proof they put it on. Called and confronted them and stopped there 3 times to show them that it wasn't put on finally after 2 days they finally put it back on. Should have to fight for your deposit back. We will never stay there again

This accomodation has potential.Just needs polish.

This accomodation requires a little extra in the kitchenette, a dining table, storage for luggage, bedside lamps. Repairs to damaged walls. Improvements to entry at the hotel (landscaping). The current breakfast arrangements are inconvenient.

Het hotel staat aan een mooi meer. Hier zijn we verder niet geweest, we kwamen hier enkele voor een overnachting en ontbijt toen we op doorreis waren.

Het hotel is wat verouderd en het ontbijt is op een locatie op 15 minuten rijden. Voor ons was het de goede kant op voor het vervolg van onze reis. Eenmaal binnen in de ontbijtzaal was het wat onduidelijk hoe het met het ontbijt werkte, kon je nog meer bestellen na de eerste ronde of niet.

The breakfast was not presented very well at the golf course. No menu for the options available. The serve yourself area everyone is reaching into a loaf of bread bag… not sanitary and when we received our omelettes, ingredients were cheap, sliced cheese in eggs.

Die Lage wäre grundsätzlich nicht schlecht, wenn nicht überall Sachen herumliegen würden und es hat Angefangene Baustellen die einfach so gelassen wurden.

Leider ist das Hotel total herunter gekommen. Es ist nicht sauber, das Badezimmer sehr klein und man konnte die Türe nicht mal richtig aufmachen, da sie am Boden entlang schlief. Wir haben darum gebet, das unser Zimmer gemacht wird ( da sie es sonst nicht putzen ) dies haben sie auch nicht gemacht. Zum Frühstück muss man mit dem Auto fahren, was sich für das Essen nicht lohnt.

The location was great and it was very clean.

The bed mattress was not very comfortable, it was too soft for us. Other than that everything was great.

The breakfast down at the golf course was good. Eggs, pancakes, toast, fruit - not sure why all of the complaints. Rooms had a full kitchen and sitting room along with a bedroom. The outside of the place is a work in progress but it’s fine.

Het moment dat we weer weg reden.

Het is een smerige bedoeling. Je komt al wat later aan met inchecken en dan moeten ze nog beginnen met de kamers schoonmaken…prima maar dan moet je het ook schoonmaken. Alles is gewoon vies, je geeft dit vervolgens aan en dan komt er iemand met een potje luchtverfrisser rondlopen. Genoeg over dit stuk, inclusief ontbijt staat er, dat is inderdaad ook. Je moet eerst 20 minuten rijden naar een andere locatie wat al vreemd is. Kom je daar aan staat er eigenlijk niks, wat er wel staat is een goedkoop stuk brood en wat jam en chocoladepasta. De chocoladepasta is harder dan beton en de jam zit onder de schimmel. Ik kan hier een boek over schrijven maar ik hou het hier bij. De foto’s lijken niet op wat het is.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel offrait une vue sur le lac avec la tranquillité des alentours en dépit de sa proximité avec la route. La literie était confortable et les équipements proposés (micro ondes, frigo...) corrects.

L'accueil expéditif lors du check in, l'absence d'informations sur l'utilisation des équipements (douche) et le fait que le petit déjeuner (de mauvaise qualité) soit proposé dans un club de golf glauque situé à 10min en voiture de l'hôtel. Certes, on vous offre la possibilité de vous faire livrer le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel mais ce serait renoncer à la seule plus value du club de golf à savoir, le choix entre un pancake ou une omelette.

Nice place and staff. Towels smelled so good! The breakfast is included and at the Golf course but lovely people there as well. Short drive to the waterfalls. Can recommend :)

Het ontbijt wordt verzorgd op de bijbehorende golf club, maar dat is 8 km verderop. We konden ook kiezen om het bij het hotel te laten afleveren, dat hadden we wellicht gedaan als we dit hadden geweten. Het was wel een mooie locatie.

Struttura con grandissimo potenziale, staff super efficiente e gentile. Impegno nel fornire ottimi servizi tangibile. Ci sono alcuni cali qualitativi ed ingenuità probabilmente dovuti ad un processo di riqualificazione in atto. In generale mi sento di premiare e consigliare questa struttura senza dubbi. Camera molto bella e quasi totalmente rinnovata, bel balcone con vista lago. Ottima posizione.

Alcune aree comuni poco curate e non pulite. Qualche particolare che fa storcere il naso rispetto a gran parte della struttura che risulta invece ben curata.

Conveniently located to Highway 5 and old Thompson Hwy. Decent little sitting area back of Queen Room off bedroom. Hotel was very quiet. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Air conditioner didn’t work. We were located under exterior stairs across from cleaning supplies room. No reasonable place to put suitcases except in kitchen. No toaster. No closet. Safe is located up high out of reach of medium height person. You had to drive 8 kilometres to the related golf course for the included breakfast which served vegan food.

It looks like the outside areas near the lake below the hotel are under construction which is fine, you can't see anything, but a outdoor seating/BBQ area and some boats would be greatnand make it a 9/10.

Die Ausstattung war gut und das Bett war bequem. Es gab eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile.

Zum Frühstück musste man 8km weit fahren, es wurde an einem Golfplatz bereitgestellt. Es war etwas speziell… ein Toaster für alles Gäste und wenig angeboten: Toasts, Marmelade, gebratene Kartoffeln plus Kaffee. Am Tisch wurde ein Sandwich angeboten, welcher durch einen einzigen Mitarbeiter - der für alle Gäste zuständig war - in der Küche zubereitet worden war. Das Lokal war ziemlich heruntergekommen.

To get a warm/fresh cooked breakfast you need to travel approx 8 kms to the golf course, otherwise you can have it delivered in the morning to the hotel and eat in your room/outside... We chose to go to the golf course and have a cooked breakfast. Our family thought it was pretty good. Fresh watermelon, fried egg sandwich (cooked when you order) yogurt, juice. They offer a veggie sandwich as well.

I traveled with my mom and kids (teens). I was hoping access to the lake would have been better for the convenience of my kids coming and going as they pleased. Getting to the lake was a trek downslope, so unfortunately my mom would not have been able to do it, and not fun hauling paddle boards up and down. The other option was to walk or drive to the public use area, maybe a bit less than a kilometer downhill.

Bella la camera al piano terra con il giardino con sedie e tavoli. Noi ci abbiamo anche mangiato. La camera grande e con vista sul giardino. Forse d’estate meglio la nostra al piano terra che quelle sopra al primo.

Colazione a qualche chilometro per poi scoprire che non era niente di che. Anzi parecchio deludente. La doccia nella vasca con la tendina molto deludente e datato.

L'hotel è potenzialmente in una bella posizione davanti al lago, ma il tutto risulta un po' trascurato.

Questa struttura non ci ha convinto. Una cucina enorme e ben fornita, ma senza un tavolo. Ballatoio da cui si accede alla stanze decisamente trascurato e poco pulito. L'accesso al lago non siamo riusciti a trovarlo, abbiamo camminato un po' ma poi il sentiero diventava poco accogliente. Dall'annuncio ci aspettavamo una struttura decisamente diversa. Anche la colazione, servita in una struttura a 10 min di macchina per fortuna compresa nel prezzo, assolutamente dimenticabile.

fire alarm went off at 1 am and no one answered the 2 calls or the knocking at the office door and windows. The fact no one was available at the facility or to answer an emergency call was disappointing. It did not feel safe. In a bigger emergency it could be dangerous. For this reason we would choose not to stay again.

La situation géographique est centrale à Clearwater, surpomblant le lac au coeur de la ville. Notre chambre faisait face au lac, donc paisible et peu bruyante.

Le petit déjeuner, servi au club de golf à 10 minutes de l'hotel, était très frugal.

Prima kamer en keukenblok. Locatie ok, je kan lekker in de tuin zitten of eten. Ook al is het niet direct aan het water wat de plaatjes wel doet vermoeden.

Voor het ontbijt moesten we 8 km verderop gaan. We moesten ook lang wachten op een standaard ontbijt. Dat had ook wel klaar kunnen staan. Veel andere gasten liepen weg. Hij deed wel zijn best. Bij het inleveren van de sleutel dacht ik beleefd te zijn en het aan de balie in te leveren ipv in de keybox maar mevrouw was te druk aan de telefoon en nam niet te moeite iets te zeggen. Het duurt ook heel lang voor we de borg terug krijgen.

Mooie propere kamer Vriendelijk onthaal Privéstrandje aan het hotel: We boekten 1 nacht maar hebben getwijfeld om er een extra nacht bij te boeken en op dat strandje een extra dag door te brengen

Meubilair aan privéstrand wat verouderd, maar we hebben er een prima tijd doorgebracht en de kinderen konden er zwemmen.

Das Frühstück war nicht ansprechend, sehr lieblos und alles im Pappbecher. Die Sandwiches wurden frisch zubereitet und einigermaßen gut. Außerdem muss man 7km fahren um zum Frühstücken zu gelangen. Könnte verbessert werden.

A côté du motel il y a un lac où on peut se baigner et rafraîchir. Sinon, je ne vois plus de points positifs.

Il n y avait pas de l'eau chaude lors de notre séjour. Ils nous ont donnés des bouilloires pour dépanner. Je ne vois pas comment, mais bon. Le petit déjeuner est à récupérer à la réception et à consommer dans notre chambre. Il pouvait être amélioré, manque de fruits et de proteins.

Leider waren die Balkonmöbel mancher Zimmer kaputt und alt, während andere Zimmer schöne Balkonmöbel hatten, zudem hatten wir das Zimmer direkt neben der Küche, es hat so gerochen, dass wir den Balkon nicht nutzen konnten. Zum Frühstücken fuhr man zum nahegelegenen Golfresort, grundsätzlich kein Problem, jedoch war das Frühstück schlecht, lieblos, nicht wie auf den Fotos und das Golfresort runtergekommen und dreckig. Dann sollte man lieber kein Frühstück anbieten. Also Zimmer für eine Nacht top aber eben auch nur dafür. Demnach Preis zu hoch

Das Zimmer war neuwertig renoviert. Wir hatten genügend Platz und die Ausstattung war gut. Der Zugang zum See war leider nicht gegeben und das Frühstück war eine reine Katastrophe. Ansonsten ein gutes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

The hotel rooms are very pretty and comfortable. There is also good parking opportunity right next to the hotel.

There was no one there at first at the reception. Also if you called them it went straight to voicemail and with booking.com messages you also couldn’t reach them. Some of our toilets were clogged when we arrived. The breakfast is not that comfortable and definitely not what you can expect from the price.

De ligging, gelijk aan de weg dus makkelijk als overnachtingshotel. Goede douche! Het buitengedeelte is leuk, groot grasveld met stoeltjes.

Het is echt super gehorig, wij zitten op de onderste woonlaag en horen boven ons alle stappen die gezet worden. Het is echt verschrikkelijk, mijn zoon kon maar niet in slaap vallen hierdoor en wij zelf schrokken ook steeds van elke tik en bonk. Bedden zijn wat smal voor 2 personen.

Aber es fehlten Ablagemöglichkeiten besonders im Bad. Küche war okay, wobei wir bei 3 Personen erst nur 2 Gläser und auch im Bad nur 2 Duschtücher zur Verfügung hatten. Aber es gab keine Möglichkeit zu sitzen, da es nur einen Stuhl gab. Am wenigsten hat uns das Frühstück gefallen. Man müsste mit dem Auto zum Golfplatz fahren, wo es das Frühstück gab. Das bestand aus einem Omelette Sandwich, Kaffee und man konnte sich noch ein Nutella Brot machen. Richtig schlecht.

Very friendly man that checked us in and also served us at morning breakfast. The breakfast was much better than a typical hotel "breakfast included " and a nice setting, their golf course. We will stay there again.

This was booked for an employee and the areas charged both of our cards for deposit and didn’t believe me when I explained I had called 3 hours prior and had confirmation of payment being charged

Below average motel room. Not well maintained, smelly AC - had to turn it off immediately. Luckily we stayed just one night, as we needed to bridge the distance between lake louise and whistler. Main disaster- breakfast. Travelers head early for their long journeys, and hotel included breakfast in the price. Spoiler: you either wait an hour to get is served, or you leave, what we did. 20 people waiting as one person - owner - cooked breakfast for all individually. Not even tea water or coffee available. Very bad experience - we left hungry and disappointed.

I don't know if it's just because we're european but we got a bit of a shock when we pulled up outside this place. It's marketed as 'hotel' but clearly is a motel which is significantly different. The rooms look nothing like the pictures either. And they give you the option to have breakfast at the golf course, which you would assume was actually on the same property... it's 8km away. Wouldn't stay again.

Té accés directe al llac. Té un jardinet amb gespa, cadires i gandules. L'aire condicionat va B. Ha sigut l'allotjament més barat de tot el viatge que hem fet. A la vora: supermercat, gasolinera, restaurant, Visitor Centre (tanca a les 17h30). Bona ubicació. Aparques al davant. TV que et permet connectar-te al teu Netflix. Nevera a l'hab.

Has de conduir 7km si vols seure a taula i que et serveixin l'esmorzar. Sinó, te'l porten fet d'aquest golf. Lavabos del golf on s'esmorza, súper bruts. Llits dobles massa petits.

La comodidad de la habitación, tiene justo lo necesario para hacer que la estancia sea buena.

El desayuno que se ofrece no se parece mucho a lo que realmente es. Hay que desplazarse unos 9 km en coche hasta el lugar del desayuno, que despista cuando llegas porque se llama de otra manera. Ofrecen la opción de acercarte el desayuno a la habitación.

De locatie, de tuin, de moderne kamers met keukentje en badkamer, alles zeer netjes. Onrbijt ook prima.

I was very let down about the breakfast being so late for early travelers. I dont think that was announced in the ad. Also having to go off site to eat before 8 am. Glad there were some light snacks to grab and go before 7:30.

Fijn bed, grote tv, ruime kamer met airconditioning. Vlakbij een meertje waar je kunt zwemmen. Aan de achterzijde van de kamer uitzicht op een stukje van het meer. Locatie is prima.

Het hotel is denk ik een opknappertje. De foto's zijn mooi maar als je even verder kijkt zie je dat het toch wat gedateerd is. Ontbijt bij het bijbehorende golfresort was ronduit slecht. Geen thee verkrijgbaar?! Papieren bordjes en plastic bekertjes. Alleen voorverpakte yoghurtjes, supermarkt jus d'orange en wat muffins. Je moest vooraf een sandwich kiezen, omelet met kaas en tomaat of een vega versie. Het was een niet smakelijke geroosterde supermarktbrood sandwich met oude gebakken aardappeltjes en een klein schaaltje fruit. Fruit was overigens vers, en de omelet ook dus dat was op zich prima. De ambiance bestond uit oude tafeltjes en stoelen met ongestreken tafelkleden en twee grote televisieschermen met daarop psalmen uit de Bijbel.Wij zijn de volgende dag bij een bakkertje in de buurt een lekker verse sandwich gaan eten.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. They were there to help anyway possible. The view of the lake was nice but not anywhere near the hotel. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Alittle bit late the first day. Convenient to get to the park which was why we came here.

The hotel was misrepresented. There was no golf course near the hotel, or restaurant. They were both at another facility a 15 20 minute drive out of town. The lake was down the hill with a rough trail to get to the lake.

Room has been renovated. Very clean and confortable. My wife and I used to take care her parents motel when they went on vacation. The only problem I can see is the end tables by the bed are made from particle board. They will fall apart because the people who rent the suites have put sweaty drink glasses on them and have caused swelling of the top. The renters have put very cold liquids in the glasses and placed them on these tables. The tops aren't protected so the warm air condensates on the cold glass and is left on the top seeping into the particle board causing it to swell. The redoing of the suites probably cost a lot of money. Some of the renters are careless and damaging the motel's tables.

I don't have any complaint. We noticed the damage to the tables on each side of the bed caused by people not thinking that the sweating on the glasses would cause damage to the motels tables. We are just offering some advice for the owners and management to see what they can do to protect their furniture from this type of damage. They may be unaware of this type of damage. We saw the damage and were going to report it the next morning but the office wasn't open when we left just before 7:00 AM Monday July 13 2026

Gut

Leider gab es kein Warmwasser, der Besitzer kam uns mit einem Upgrade entgegen, um mehr Platz zu haben. Da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren nahmen wir dieses an. Die Küche müsste besser ausgestattet werden, das als Tipp.

Very nice room with a lovely view of the lake. Breakfast at the golf club was a nice treat thanks

De host was ontzettend vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Het ontbijt met egg sandwich was zeer lekker. We kregen tevens een gratis sessie op de golfbaan. Zeer aangenaam verblijf.
