Easy access

It was really clean and comfy. We didn’t expect this level of cleanliness. Just that the washer machine a bit off and the window of the small room is moldy. The window in the toilet got spoilt, cannot lock.

Sofa can be more clean.

i found reused wet 2 towels in the closet.. i stuck in the lift..

The room and ambiance were absolutely so good.

One of the bedrooms in our 2-bedroom suite had a leaking air conditioner. Water was dripping from the air-conditioning unit, which was quite inconvenient.

Location wise memang best. everything dekat. takperlu start kereta untuk dapatkan makanan. Masjid pun berdekatan. Facilities best! very kid friendly.

Tilam ada pasir. Bilik air kotor. even dinding tak basuh. Toilet bowl lagi lah tepi tepi tu geli!! debu everywhere.

Schöner Ausblick, bequeme Betten, toller sauberer Poolbereich, nette Restaurants außerhalb an der Straße, günstiger Supermarkt in der Nähe, Waschmaschine super! Freundliches Personal

Sauberkeit muss verbessert werden, dreckig unter den Betten und dem Sofa, alle Glasflächen schmierig, Kühlschrank grenzwertig. Teilweise Einrichtungsgegenstände kaputt, sodass man sich verletzen kann (herausstehende Nägel). Wurde aber schnell nach Kontaktaufnahme behoben. Sieht auf den Bildern deutlich schicker aus und besser ausgestattet. Es fehlten z.B. Gläser und Gabeln. Gebäude deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und wenig gepflegt.

Fantastischer Ausblick. Tolle Anlage 😃 Super sauber, alles da, was man braucht. Man braucht aber ein Auto, die Stadt ist 25 Minuten entfernt

Die Kommunikation ist automatisiert und es wird nicht auf Anfragen reagiert

All good and comfortable. All facilities function well except the microwave.

The location was good.

The house was not maintained as expected and had old interiors. The separate room had no lights and the room was hot as cooling from the ac didn't reach the room.

The unit’s facility could be improved. Mungkin boleh letak meja iron yang panjang dan lebih tinggi. Letak cermin wardrobe, karpet mini di bahagian ruang tamu dan tv flat screen yang ada netflix

Location and beach access

High rise, only partial seaview, weekend is a bit crowded

- the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs; anything we asked for was granted - excellent security - communication with the accommodation manager was excellent - instructions for check-in and facility usage was excellent - after we got settled, rearranged some furniture and asked for extra items we were quite comfortable - gym is well stocked - 50m pool is fabulous (but the chemicals are strange and defs not Australia standard chlorine)

- our unit was stinking hot when we arrived and coupled with the scant, very dated decor made the initial welcome to our 7 day stay very unappealing -wifi was initially poor, however, we moved the router and it was much better afterwards - we had to request cleaning on day 4 (it should have been done earlier, not that we are messy, but the unit was very dusty due to construction next door) - the fabric couch and footstool were very grubby and really need to be professionally cleaned - many things seemed broken or really old, and despite all the cleaners wandering around the premises seemed very unloved (broken tiles on steps near pool, 2x broken treadmills in gym, dirty walls & stairwells throughout) - we were told ‘strictly no cooking’ via WhatsApp within 12hrs of checking in, after booking the unit because it had a kitchen (this caused us a bit of stress). Management did give us a saucepan to boil eggs and a chopping board/sharp knife for slicing limes & tomatoes, on our request, which we really appreciated. - pool & gym opening time is very late! Management should consider opening the beautiful 50m pool from 6:30-7:30 for lap swimming (exercise) only. - 4-wheel motorbikes on beach destroy serenity - beach is grey sand, not great for swimming and loaded with jellyfish in July (we didn’t swim in it at all)

Noisy Corridors, room could do with a deep clean, Breakfast Area looks sad, Weekends are very busy, Pool shuts for cleaning at Lunch Time, limited Sunbeds, Pool Area could be better accessible if other gates would be opened

Lovely breakfast available in the shops just outside Timurbay. Fresh nasi lemak, delicious nasi dagang and nasi kerabu.

Perfect location. Beautiful pool and direct access to the beach. Good explanation through WhatsApp for the direction and how to access the room. Very nice and trustworthy host. The room is on the 13A top floor. Excellent I will stay here again

I suggest owner to provide chair at balcony for us to enjoy the beach view.

the location is nearest food stalls, there are a lot of restaurant and coffee shop. The view was very awesome and relaxing, my family and I enjoyed the holiday. The apartment was very clean and this is my 3rd time I have stayed at Timur Bay with a different host but Seascape is the best host.

We recently had a wonderful staycation at Timurbay by Seascape last weekend, and it was exactly the refreshing break I needed. If you're looking for a hassle-free beach getaway in Kuantan, this is definitely a top choice.

If i had a longer break... I’ll definitely be back!

Die Wohnung war tipptopp. Direkt am Strand

Es gab am Pool nur sehr wenige Liegen und diese waren nicht sehr gepflegt. Am Strand gab es überhaupt keine Liegen. Da sich hauptsächlich Einheimische in der Anlage befinden, die voll bekleidet schwimmen gehen (was ich natürlich respektiere) war es für mich unangenehm, im Bikini zu schwimmen. Es fühlte sich für mich respektlos an, als einzige Frau nicht bedeckt zu sein. Keine Frühstücksmöglichkeit im Hotel. Ausserhalb kann gefrühstückt werden.

The location, the staff, the room. Eating places and convenience shops are close by. Pools are the kid's favorite. The beach is just a few steps away so you get to enjoy both the pools and the sea.

Probably change the towels and replenish the water bottles daily.
