Paling best, lokasi betul-betul dekat dengan laut — bangun pagi dapat tengok view cantik dan angin sepoi-sepoi. 🌊☀️ Kemudahan pun lengkap dan sesuai sangat untuk family atau staycation. Kolam renang pun best, anak-anak buah semua seronok! Overall, memang pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan dan berbaloi. Kalau datang Kuantan lagi, confirm akan repeat stay dekat sini. ❤️ Highly recommended! 👍✨

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The location of building is just in front of nice long sandy beach. The apartment is nice and well equipped for short staying. Two bedrooms are not very big but still sufficient for comfortable rest. NETFLIX is provided. Parking is conveniently located within the building. Driving to city center is app. 25-30 minutes.
On the first night a big cockroach moved to one of bathrooms through the open window. Although it’s not the problem of the apartment owner but rather the general issue of residence management team, such unpleasant visitor had scared the kids. The beds are too soft, but it’s our personal opinion. Maybe some people like that type of mattresses. The complementary breakfast is provided to two persons for one day only. The other guests shall pay 8 RMY (app. 2 USD) each for breakfast. That’s not customer friendly policy at all. We booked the apartment for four persons and it would be much better for the owner to include the extra 4 dollars to the rate during booking rather than asking for payment.

Det lille værelse i lejligheden er ubrugeligt. Låsen virker ikke. Der er ikke gardiner og der kommer lys ind fra gangen. Ingen udluftningsmuligheder fra værelset. Der udleveres kun en nøgle og alt i bygningen kræver nøgle. Dette gør det besværligt at rejse som familie, da vi konstant skal være sammen for at komme rundt. Sengene er hårde og dårlige. Dagen før overnatning sendes regler for svømmetøj. De kræver kroppen tildækket. Jeg ville aldrig have booket stedet, hvis jeg havde vist det på forhånd. Jeg vil gerne kunne ligge og sole mig. Der er næsten ingen solsenge. Poolen er lukket midt på dagen.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026The fascilities and location, pool and beach were very good. Beach easily accesible in front of the apt. Several ATV for renting. Kepok lekor were sold at the beach. There are vending machines in the apt selling "jajan" and drinks. Just a walk away opposite apt entrance with rows of local food and just at the site were rows of shops i.e 7 eleven etc Highlight of the day was the batik painting stall just by the pool on a Saturday.. family would definitely love it!! Management was very responsive and quick to reply. The apartment was ok and fairly small for 5 people. Would be more perfect for 3 people. Kitchen was adequate, fridge and freezer and a washing machine ready to use. Free breakfast for 2 people on a weekend only (enough to eat with limited delicious menu)
The room was relatively small for 5 people.. one double bed beside the lounge and one small bed room fit for a single bed. We had 2 futons which were very thin folded mattress. One bathroom.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026El personal es lo mejor del sitio, la zona de la piscina si no te metes en el agua está bonita. La atención por parte de la empresa fue siempre rápida y buena.
El complejo en general necesita una reforma, el apartamento está viejo, con humedades, había bastantes hormigas y una limpieza a fondo no le vendría mal. La lavadora-secadora no secaba, tuvimos que bajar a la lavandería de al lado del complejo a terminar de secar la ropa (muy barato y muy rápido). La velocidad del wifi daba para mandar WhatsApp y poco más. Había muchísimas baldosas de las piscinas rotas y era peligroso, tanto es así que nuestra hija se cortó con una baldosa rota y tuvimos que ir al hospital a que le dieran puntos. Solo dan una llave y hay que moverse por todo el complejo utilizando la tarjeta así que o te mueves en grupo o sin la tarjeta no puedes ir a ningún sitio.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026The unit we stayed was fully facing the ocean. This is the second time at Timurbay but different unit. They were filtered water, dishwashing soap, shower gel and shampoo as well. Pillows, blankets and extra beds were adequate for a family of 5 or 6. The unit was clean and well maintained plus it comes with decent breakfast. Definitely recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Reviewed Nov 10, 2025This apartment hotel was a fantastic find! The two-bedroom unit was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, providing plenty of room for our family. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of having a separate living area. The location was perfect, close to public transport and great restaurants, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful,
Parking lot allowed 1 unit car only because family travel normally more than 1 car. Hope can allocate at least free for 2 cars.
