Water heater ELCB not functioning. Didnt trip when push the Test button. Need to put customer safety as top priority.

The location is perfect.

Unfortunately, the actual unit looked quite different from the photos and was poorly maintained. Cleanliness was a major issue there were cockroaches, the floor was dirty when we checked in, and even the cleaning sponge provided was unclean. There were also insufficient cleaning supplies. The couch and coffee table were very flimsy and felt unsafe, especially for families with children. The showers had very low water pressure, and the showerheads were quite worn out. The swimming pool was also far less impressive than it appeared in the listing. On the positive side, we really enjoyed the view and made good use of the balcony. Overall, the property requires significant improvements in cleanliness and maintenance, as well as a more accurate representation in the listing.

1. Best location in Kuantan. Timurbay has always be our most favourite holiday apartment/homestay. 2. Most important, 'BANYAK KEDAI MAKAN' AROUND. HUNGRY OR STARVING IS NOT AN OPTION!!!

1. We couldn't use/watch the television. The technician who came to fix the problem said it is due to the cable. 2. The bathroom tiles have quite a lot of mold.

Everything jz as per advertized. Nice view, but unfortunately there are new construction happening next to our unit so it was kind of distracted our seaview n privacy. Overall, best unit to stay, worth ur money n the place is surrounded with shops n those foodies lovers will love this location.

اعجبني جداا الموقع ، والمرافق جميلة جدا والشاطيء رائع ونظيف للغاية. والمنطقة المحيطة والأهالي المنتمين للمنطقة جداً ودودين .

لم تعجبني نظافة المكان ، كان المكان غير نظيف كما ينبغي ، واضح اثار التقصير وعدم نظافة المكان من الاتربة خلف الابواب ، والادراج في المطبخ يظهر في داخلها عدم النظافة. والشراشف والبياضات لم تكن بالمستوى المأمول المتوقع من النظافة .

The beach is very nice and there are many local food stalls right in front of the property

Мы впервые путешествуем по Малайзии и решили съездить Куатан, так как почти самое близкое море от Куала Лумпур (270 км). Отель выбирали просто по близости к морю. В целом номер неплохой (два санузла, две комнаты, гостиная, небольшая кухня, холодильник, wifi, кондиционер). В выходные отель полный, на территории отеля есть несколько бассейнов, соответсвенно они тоже перегружены . Большой пляж, утром побегать прекрасно! Море мелкое, сильно заметен отлив прилив, один день были на этом пляже, на второй день уехали на другой пляж Teluk Cempedak в 20 минутах езды на авто от отеля. Вот там действительно хороший пляж, а также в шаговой доступности Макдональдс. Старбакс, seven-eleven и тд. Есть прокат квадроциклов, напротив отеля местная кухня и различные мелкие магазинчики.

очень много людей в выходные дни, но это в любом месте так. При бронировании указано, что нужно заплатить 150RM возвращаемый депозит, при заезде ещё взяли 100 RM (потом вернули), а вот 150RM по факту не возвращаемый депозит. Оплата только онлайн.

The walls were full with dust mites and also the air conditioning had dust mites that caused allergy……the property couldn’t do anything about it and couldn’t replace another unit…. Finally staff agree for a refund but it was a lie as after I checked out after the first day and had to book a different unit and then they ignored the refund and it has been 2 weeks since I’ve been contacting the property (spoken to June/bella/bob/arni) and also booking.com….but no refund has been made….poorly managed and definely will be my last time booking with this agent

The environment is pleasant and there are many dining options nearby. Specially like the variety of food choices and coffe shops around the building which mskrs breaks and meals very convenient.

The WiFi connection could be improved as thr network is sometimes slow. Additionally having more utensils available would enhance the overall experience.

Everything is just nice. I love how clean and comfy the room. Plus the area is just so lively. Definitely will choose this studio again whenever i want to go to Kuantan

There are a lot of items in the studio. For us, everyone in my family is an adult, so it was fine. But if you’re visiting with young kids, it’s better to keep an eye on them so they don’t accidentally damage anything in the studio.

Location to the beach. Car park space in the shade

Cockroaches. Uncomfortable bed. Lack of any cups crockery and cutlery. Badly stained sofa. Terrible furniture. Table design was crazy as table tops were at a 10° angle!! Lack of any kettle. Machine to provide cold water and hot water did not work! No clear instructions. Useless machine.

Very disappointing experience. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but the unit was still not cleaned. We had to wait until around 3:30 PM before housekeeping arrived, and cleaning was still not finished even after 4:00 PM. We wasted our holiday waiting outside instead of enjoying our stay. The person handling our booking kept giving different explanations instead of providing accurate updates. We eventually decided to cancel our stay. Only after we mentioned making the issue public did they seem to take it seriously. This level of service is unacceptable.

The pool area an location close to beach is nice. But…

Unfortunately this place was not cleaned and not well maintained, we had a terrible experience arriving late at night, with kids. No other option nearby. Had to sleep in dirty sheets, towels all stained, smell of smoke in all of apartment, geckos in the room when we arrived. Toilet dirty with smell of urine. Kitchen had stains all over place, fridge and freezer had remains of food. Trying to sort this out at midnight was not an option. Terrible experience!

The sea view from the residence was wonderful! 😊😊 The unit was clean, comfortable, and just the right size for four people. We had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday at Timurbay. Highly recommended!

However, when we arrived, the Coway water dispenser was not working. The lifts were also quite crowded during peak hours, especially after using the swimming pool and the beach, as well as during check-out time when many guests were heading back to or leaving the apartment.

This property direct access to the beach & full with activity (ATV 50 per ride for 20 minute) horse riding. Beside all that, this property itself have a great facility that can easily being access (huge pool for adult & kids), gym & near with restaurant & groceries stall)

The view n facilities

Close to the beach, really comfortable - you can just walk through the gate and get to the sand right downstairs.

New buildings are being constructed nearby, and while it's not particularly noisy, it does block the view, mainly on the outside side of Block B.

Check-in time is at 3 pm, but details of the check-in are only shared 22 minutes past 3. Room service - there are no actual phone numbers to call, only WhatsApp. It's like a scammer operating an Airbnb. Request upon request upon request of towels since we checked in till 5+ pm. When we checked in, the floor was still wet after mopping. Slippery & leaves footprints.

Location is good because it's in between big town of Kuantan on the south and Chukai on the north. A lot of food stalls along the road stretch which is easy to access with a reasonable price.

Should provide sofa bed then just sofa in front of TV area. Family with small kids is not suitable to sleep on the queen side bed. The view at the balcony is misleading. My unit facing a construction site and not sea view as inside the website. A bit upset on that because i would choose a better room with sea view facing instead. Need more floor mat especially in the common room area and not only in the toilet.

Room is so well prepared, clean and smell nice. The owner is so thoughtful, provided us with complete utilities. All the instructions were also clearly explained and written in the room, making it easier for us to use TV etc. The best room that i’ve booked in Timurbay. Good job owner!

The view is beautiful and very relaxing. The location is convenient, with plenty of food options nearby. The room was clean, well-maintained, and neatly arranged. Parking was also provided, which is helpful.

The check-in experience needs improvement. I arrived around 7pm after a 4-hour drive, but the locker for key collection could not be opened, and the key was not inside as expected. I had to wait at the lobby for almost an hour due to miscommunication. The designated parking was also taken by someone else. Although I was later told I could park at another spot, I was not informed that I needed to notify security first. I could have been fined or had my car clamped if I parked without informing them. Overall, management should improve the check-in coordination and communication process. btw thanks to Amirul after he explained and resolved our issue finally we get our key.
