It’s a beautiful hotel, which is ideally located for the beach and shops, as well as local bus stops for exploring the area. Highly recommend Sunwing and I love the buffet breakfast. Excellent value.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026Die 2 Wochen im Sunwing Princesa haben uns prima gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend (freundlicher Empfang, sehr aufmerksames Personal beim Frühstück, sehr guter Zimmerservice). Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich mit allem, was man morgens braucht, dazu ein Gläschen Prosecco! Wir haben es jedenfalls nicht geschafft, alles durchzuprobieren. Unser Apartment mit Schlafraum, Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile, Bad und Balkon fanden wir sehr angenehm und geräumig. Bei schlechtem Wetter kann man es auch mal im Zimmer aushalten. Die Küchenzeile ist so eingerichtet, dass man sich auch ein paar Tage selbst versorgen könnte. Sehr angenehm fanden wir auch die Wasserspender auf den Fluren im Hotel. Wir als Radfahrer haben es besonders begrüßt, dass sich im Haus eine Außenstelle vom „Radsalon“ befindet. Man kann sich Trecking-, City- und Rennräder ausleihen. Die erstgenannten auch mit E-Unterstützung. Die Betreuung des Radsalons durch Frank ist sehr angenehm. Kleine Reparaturen oder Einstellungen werden sofort ausgeführt. Die Fahrräder (auch eigene) können in einer Tiefgarage im Nebengebäude sicher abgestellt werden. Übrigens: Auf der Karte von booking.com wird das Sunwing Alcudia Beach angezeigt. Wir waren aber im Sunwing Princesa untergebracht. Die Adressangabe „Carrer de Minerva, 11“ ist allerdings richtig.
Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Wenn man Pech mit den Nachbarn hat, hört man fast jedes Wort oder den Fernsehton.

Die Bar hat schon um 21.00 geschlossen. Keine Möglichkeit auch an der Rezeption noch Getränke zu kaufen.

La seule chose qui, sans être un handicap, m'a gênée, c'est que j'ai trouvé que la salle de bain n'était pas assez éclairée. Très accessaoirement, j'aurais aussi souhaité que l'accès à une ou des chaînes de TV Françaises soit plus facile. On m'a expliqué des manipulations compliquées qui se sont révélées trop compliquées pour moi...

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Eine tolle Hygge Atmosphäre, top Bad-Ausstattung und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Moderne Zimmer, Safe ohne Zusatzkosten. Die Lage direkt am Strand, trotzdem ruhig aber doch zentral einfach genial. Das Frühstück frisch und hochwertig. Der Pool war im Oktober noch warm. Tolles TV Angebot, resp die einfach Möglichkeit mit den eigenen Spotify, Netflix Abo zu verbinden. Alles sehr sauber gehalten.
Keine Kaffeemaschine in den Zimmer. Bei der Lage des Zimmers hatten wir Pech, direkt über Lieferanteneingang, d.h. früh morgens bereits Radau. Ein Lüfter wird nachts auch hörbar - hat uns nicht gestört aber unsere Freunde die einen leichteren Schlaf haben. Die KidsClub Aktivitäten im Herbst kurz und wenige. Nicht wirklich überschaubar was wann wo. Auf die nordische Sprache ausgerichtet.

Man kan virkelig mærke personalet er trætte efter højsæsonen. De kan ikke snakke engelsk, og svarer “ja” til alt, før vi har talt vores spørgsmål ud - uden de forstå hvad vi prøver få hjælp til. Udendørs cafe personalet gjorde nar af os, da vi spurgte om der er frokost. Det var åbenbart lukket for sæsonen, men i stedet for at sige det høfligt gjorde de nar ved at spise “ja, der er masser af vælge i mellem, hvad skal I have?!” Der efter med hele kropssprog og uhøfligt stemme vise at alt var lukket og at de kun gjorde rent. Mens vi gik ud igen, gjorde de grin og nar af os højt og tydeligt med hele personalet. Der skulle være Lolo and Bernie og børnesvømmepool. Det viste sig, at den store hotel er lukket for sæsonen, så vi har i den lille hotel. Hotellet er fint i sig selv, men vi blev lovet Lolo and Bernie og børnedisko hver aften samt pools der er egnet til aktive børn. Men i den lille hotel del var der kun baby bassin, som er alt for lille for 4-årige børn. Og kun en lille pool til voksne. Man kan lege klapvogne, som vi ville forud betale, men de sagde de har mange så vi ikke behøver forud bestille. Så var det en morgen de alligevel ikke har noget ledigt.

The rooms are a bit dated, they definitely need a renovation. They smell like mould, there’s mould in the shower as well.
